I have purchased one Mangalsutra from Tanishq Sambalpur showroom on Dhanteras (2/11/21) through invoice number SBP/CM/2892. After 2-3 days there was a wire found broken and pinching in neck so tried to contact branch but they told technician is on leave. After his return they have repaired it in 3rd Week of November. But again same problem persist with one wire broken and pinching. This is clearly defective product with poor manufacturing workmenship. I have paid huge amount as making charge, which is 25% cost of the material. Why should I suffer for that.

Requesting to replace the material at the earliest possible.

I visited Tanishq showroom, Begumpet branch yesterday evening. My car (AP07BP0144) was damaged during Valet parking. There were multiple large scratches and dent on the right side of my car. On asking the driver, he told that the scratches were already there and spoke rudely. Then he told that he will call his supervisor, who came and told me to leave (without even asking my name and other contact details). He mentioned that they will check the CC camera footage tomorrow. On asking to give the same in writing, he bluntly refused saying that he is not authorized to give it. Upon asking that I need some proof of lodging complaint that I reported to them regarding the damage caused to my car, he refused and asked us to return to the showroom and wait. When I went there, that supervisor was not seen initially and I was asked to again inform what was the problem. I requested them to give me an official book/feedback/grievance form so that there would be proof of my lodging a complaint. But they started arguing stating that we have to report online in the feedback form, and there is NO provision of recording grievances in the store. They told me to come to the store again later in case they find any proof of damage. I wrote a letter regarding the issue but no one in the store agreed to take it and sign that they received my complaint. One of the employees, Mr. Satish came and told that none of them were authorized to receive a complaint. On asking me to direct to the concerned responsible authority to whom I can report my grievance, he said that I have to give online feedback. He started shouting saying that I wasn’t listening to them, but they were just giving false assurances that they will check as my car number is listed in the list of valet parking. They were mentioning that there is no provision for reporting any complaint. Finally, I asked them if they can at least provide the feedback book, he replied that there are no feedback books in the store since customers are no longer writing any feedback. Eventually, he said that he will send another employee to search for the book and asked us to wait. After around 10 minutes, they brought a new book. I asked them to give a feedback book that had at least a few entries but I was told that the previous ones were full. So, I wrote the problem very briefly. I haven’t heard from them later.
The lack of provision of lodge complaints/grievances in the store and address them is appalling. The rude, unprofessional, and irresponsible behavior of the staff is totally unacceptable. I request you to kindly take immediate action and resolve the problem.

On 4.12.2021 I visited World of Titan showroom at Thampanoor, Thiruvananthapuram for battery replacement which they did immediately but without informing the cost upfront. Shocked to learn that it was Rs 330/-. When i asked for breakup they refused saying that this is the standard cost. I refused to pay and they returned the watch with the old battery. Why is the service cost not disclosed upfront?

I bought a watch TITAN HTSE model 7 to 8 years ago around 9000 rs ... And the problem I am facing is its solar panel means dial get melt... Which type of quality is this..??. I can also buy cheap watch... but why titan watch only?
Really titan watch is very poor quality..

This watch already submit at titan show room and they said you need to replace this part on chargeable basis... Around 3000 to 3500
What should I do...

I bought a Skinn Raw Perfume from Flipkart and I received a fake perfume named as Titan. Smell is getting faded within 2 to 3 hrs and Titan is not providing any kind of resolution. I'm using this perfume from 2017 so I know how the perfume will smell exactly. I want Titan to provide me with the immediate replacement of new bottle at the earliest.

I had bought a ring worth INR 47893 Ref Doc No. 1870/2021/HDR.
The ring was loose in size and i went to the store to get a smaller size. The store person took my ring and returned it and created a credit note without informing me that the new ring that will be ordered on the order day gold rate and not in the rate in which i had originally purchased the ring.

After a week i get a call from the store saying the ring you have ordered is not available and that you can pick any other ring.

Now they are neither responding to my email, nor is the store manager doing anything. I have called & emailed their customer care team numerous times, (TKT - [protected])
but their consumer care always non-responding, non-cooperative, keep the case pending for indefinite time and never keep word of coming back (telephonic call back). Nobody clearly says when the issue can be resolved or when the item would be delivered/handed over. Horrible experience. Customers like us go by the name of Tata's organisation, but it's a cheating crook. Pls check my complaint no TKT[protected] and call me on [protected].

I purchase a watch on 23.05.2018.The watch has not yet been put to good use. Often it does not work. I had to pay charges many times.

My right eye vision is blurry so visited Titan, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. The salesperson showed me frame out of which I selected one. For lenses I had only one condition that they should be fog free. The salesperson told me that the lens will have uv protection, blue light protection, anti dust and other misc. coating and made a bill of around Rs. 8500. After delivery I noticed that the lens is not fog free and went back the same day. The sales person agreed to change the lens and I was told that I'll get Rs. 1640 back.

ISSUES/COMPLAINTS: Today I got new lenses and they were fog free, but now (1) my right eye vision(with specs) is still blurry, (2) the frame is not fitting in my face and (3) instead of giving back my Rs. 1640 they gave me a credit note and told me you can shop with us from this money. I visited the showroom again and they said we cannot do anything. Previously also I had in total visited 7-8 times.

This is not what a customer should get from a reputed name like Titan. I hope you could resolve my issue otherwise my Rs. 8500 and the pair is useless for me because I still cannot see from my right eye.

I have a tommy hilfiger watch which needs repair of case and strap.. but the world of titan store I visited in Khar, Mumbai was more keen on selling than solutions for repair.
I want to get my watch repaired.

This is to notify that I have received different product instead of ordered product, I have ordered Titan Skeleton Automatic watch but received different product of same company with tag of ordered watch product.In the box I have not got any warranty/guarantee card accept the invoice of ordered product.

For this I have called customer care and mailed on e-commerce titan care on the same day of 8th of this month, but till now no solution has been provided instead taking and extending time .

My brother gave brought around 6k watch for my mom. My mom accidentally broke that watch glass. So we said them to change. We know that not come under warranty and we are ready to pay for that. But service center employees behavior is too worst. They said that glass cost 5k. Look we are not that dumb. And those guys doesn't gave respect to my mom. My brother complained this moment. I have purchased one 14 kt diamond pendant vide your invoice number UEC/CM/1454018 dated 22.10.2021, delivered on 23.10.2021.

In this regard, I would like to inform that on perusal of your tax invoice and certificate of authenticity, I could not find the details of the diamond which is studded in the pendant & the gold weight which was mentioned in your tech specifications on your website at the time of purchase.

Further, the packing was expected to be better as the pendant is to be gifted. If possible please provide another alternative packaging for gifting purpose.

In view of the above, I request you to provide a fresh tax invoice or certificate of authenticity with the details of diamond and weight of gold. If it cannot be provided then I will return the item. We have send mail also on 24th oct21 but still no replies came from your side

We have purchased a necklace from your outlet at Musarambagh, Hyderabad on 1st Aug, 2016. When we examined the ornament now for your LOGO, it is not found. In stead, it has the name VRK on it.
We suspect that Tanishq sold the ornament of other companies in its show room which is highly shocking to us.
