Not receiving OTP

Hi there,

I live in Canada. I recently bought titan Smart watch Talk S and trying to connect it with my phone. However, I am not receiving OTP. Tried many times but still facing the same problem....

I would like to inform you that I had already paid the installment for 9 months. And for this August month we can't able to pay the installment because the due date is expired. But we continuously getting the message is that due date is extended upto 30th August. So we asked your staff for paying this month installment and they said that you can't pay the installment. And we don't know what to do. Please kindly look into it and get back to us.

    I would like to inform you that, I had already paid 9 months installments rs 7500 for every month. And we got the information from your staff is that August month due date is already expired and you can't able to pay installment for this month. But we receiving the message is due date is extended upto 30th August. So we asked your staff for paying our installment, but they were saying that you can't able to pay. And we don't know how to pay the installment for this month, please kindly look into the query and get back to us.

      I had the worst experience with Titan as the quality of the watch is very low and service is pathetic. I bought a Titan workwear watch on July 1st, 2023 and the colour started to fade away in just a week. When I realized that and went to Titan Service center in Jorhat, the unprofessional store manager denied warranty claiming it is due to scratches. I had a simple question - If it is due to scratches, then where is the scratch mark. The quality is so bad, what is the point of me paying for Titan watch. I will never purchase Titan watch after this experience. Casio service and watches are much better. My advise is be accountable. After paying so much money, all I got is low quality product and pathetic service. I'll never have anyone in my Circle wear a Titan watch and I'll let the whole world know how you treated me. The first day I went to store, I was said Manager was not there and that they said would call me. I never got the call so I visited yesterday again but was denied warranty. All I want is replace the entire metal strap.

        I am customer of golden harvest plan of Tanisque.I have already paid 4th Installment but getting reminders. When cross checked it was told by tanisque customer care that payment (Rs. 3000/-) is still pending.Later on I have checked from Bank, as per them Payment was done by me on 1st August, 2023 and reflecting debit amount on 2nd August, 2023., which was successfully transfered to Tanisque. My mother treatment is going on.Rather than focusing on her health, I am occupied into taking follow ups with bank & Tansique.Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.

            An order was placed with TANISHQ online on 9/08/2023 for Rs. 350, 000 gift Certificates. My credit card was charged but yet to receive any response whatsoever from Tanishq.

            Have called the Customer Service Number[protected] four times and the same parroted response is given. " We understand your concern and have sent a message to the concerned team." On the 13th spoke to Mr. Bilap Mandi and on the 14th Spoke to Aeysha. Requested to speak to a manager and was told that there is no manager on duty.

            This was supposed to be a gift and now the date has passed and I am being harassed and constant phone calls to know where did my Rs. 350, 000 disappear and absolutely no response from Tanishq.

            I am simply amazed at the extremely poor customer service of a Tata Company. I guess they do not care bringing a bad name to the Company or any empathy for the customer.

              After paying the exorbitant price the battery last for 8 to 12 months only if it would have last for 2 to 3 years then too it was digestible like the original battery which comes with the watch lasts for 4 to 6 years. The battery they are using hardly cost 30 to 40 rupees and it runs only for 6 to 12 months. So definitely this is looting. I have 3 to 4 watches but afraid of getting the battery replaced because it will cost me 1200 to 1400 rupees.

                I have already complaint in this forum but till date I have not received any resolution from Tanishq Jwellers( Group of Titan Company). I have loss my valuable money and the employee of Tanishq Mr. Tukai behaved with me very badly which I nerver expected. I also raised this complaint to various forum and also to local police station. So that I can get support. I am also discussing with one advocate for better resolution.

                  Hi,
                  I want to highlight the few things which had during my first visit and now for every visit
                  I visited Tanishq jeweller shower rom which is located on sector 17 Chandigarh and was met Mr Vinay and his manager he misguide me in my harvest plan which was get of rs 10k per Month, Vinay confirmed that you will took full refund with Voucher once you will closed harvest plan but later on some one from showroom told me that if you will buy the gold then you will get that voucher, now I had given request for redemption on Thursday still I did not credit my amount MR Vinay told me that you will get amount within 2 days time .
                  I will not recommend to anyone to go with Tanishq, , I am very disappoin for this poor services..

                    Your employee from VIP Road, Kolkata Branch Mr. Tukai told me that he don't bother about one customer complaint. He literally threatened me. Tomorrow I will visit to local police station to lodge a complaint on this. Your VIP Road, Kolkata branch employees are really very unprofessional and cheating to all customes. Requesting all viewers please never visit to tanishq vip road, Kolkata branch. You will be 100% unsafe and cheated by them..

                      I purchased your so-called slimmest edge watch on very good faith. but i was wrong. Now I am running behind your Service center and call center repeatedly. Their machine id getting failed repeatedly, again it is with your service center. Job no JOCDLDS00001215 and customer complaint id [protected]. It is third failure within one year.
                      Your responses are very poor and arrogant. This is very bad impression from company like Titan. Quality and people both are bad.

                          I had ordered Titan watches on 25th July, 2023 and expected delivery date was 26thJuly, 2023 was delivery date.
                          The delivery never happened. The courier service Bluedart did not respond for many days and status just got changed to Out for delivery. But delivery never happened.
                          Neither Titan nor Bluedart is ready for cancellation of order and repayment. Its too Pathetic and harrssing.
                          Please help 🙏🏻

                            Worst ever Company that i have witnessed. I have bought vouchers of titan thinking to
                            purchase a watch which i have seen in their website. Out of my surprise, its been said that those vouchers are not valid in online but in offline but out of my surprise, the watch i have selected in their own website is available in their website but not anywhere on any OFFLINE stores anywhere in india.. Same Company making dual partitions of their firm and yet nothingz been displayed in their showrooms except the worst of the watches. Never ever with TITAN. Dropped my concern to their customer care and its been nearly 8 days and nobody responds back and yet even asks us to wait for 24-48 hours for response every time we call their team

                              I have complaint to Titan customer care through mail on 16-Jul-23. I have purchased Titan product on 26-05-23.

                              I have followed up with customer care since 12 days but there is no resolution. Every time they gave some excuse and informed to wait.

                              It's a humble request to the Titan team to look into it and resolve ASAP.

                                  I Ms.Barnali Das, a regular customer of Tanishq for a long time purchased a 22 Karat bangle worth Rs.82, 509/-(Product Code:51AFSSVAAAAA00) from Tanishq GIP Mall, Noida store on 06.02.2022 after using it for some days it got damaged.Meanwhile, I got transferred to Vizag, Andrapradesh so we gave it for repairing in Tanishq Gajuwaka store on 11.09.2011.After some days they returned the bangle without repairing stating that this cannot be repaired even in the Tanishq factory.We got the product and having no other option exchanged it deducting Making charges value of Rs.10, 360/-in the same store and purchased a 18Karat bangle worth Rs.68, 019/-(Product code:500281VBAABAPL) on11.09.2022.Again after some days regular use the new bangle got damaged.We gave it to Tanishq Gajuwaka store three consecutive times for repairing, they even sent it to tanishq factory but now again the same bangle got damaged with same kind of problem.This is no doubt an outcome of poor craftsmanship of tanishq products and poor service at the same time.I wonder how can tanishq products got damaged again and again and even cannot be repaired in their factory also? I concurred loss of Making charges amount of Rs.10, 360/- without my fault just because of worse product and service.Why should I suffer?Being a loyal and regular customer I am getting these types of bad products and service.I will not tolerate any kind of further nuisance on your part regarding this.
                                  You solve this problem at the earliest and provide me a new good product without incurring any loss of making charge value again.I will not tolerate any more and will take further strict action against Tanishq.Do the needful as soon as possible.Tanishq charge us high value of making charges and we also pay as we trust that we will get good and durable product but it's happening just the opposite.We are suffering loss of high amount in the name of making charges and getting worst quality products.This is not at all acceptable any more on my part.
