The colour of the chain was faded on one side and i visited the place where i bought the watch but as confirmed by him it was only replaced with in one yr time period, pls confirmed that whether it was replaced as the warranty shown as 2 yr....

I have started investing 3k per month in their gold scheme and after paying 10 months, i heard by tanishq that i can not purchase the gold coin which have negligible making charges, i forced to purchase the jewellery having upto 25% making charges,...

I had bought xylys 9216sl03 wrist watch from world of titan, paschim vihar, new delhi for rs. 18000.
And just after one year the strap was completely tarnished and needed to be replaced.
When i approached customer care executive at world of titan and asked for replacement, i was told that it'll cost rs.2500 and a waiting period of 25 days, which i agreed to.
After 20 days, i am informed that they don't have replacement...

This was my eight installment for my two golden harvest scheme account. On 16th dec i paid both the installments of which one got successful but the other was failed but my account is debited and tanishqbilldesk is credited i. E payment was successful through it was showing as failed transaction in golden harvest scheme app.
I requested tanishq customer care by mail, call and by whatsapp to refund my money but in vain....

I bought 4 spaces with frame and lances from titan showroom of rs 90000/00 2 where reading glasses with no and 2 where goggles with no after few days my reading glasses where full of sraches so i went to showroom they told that they will replace it then they replaced one and when i gave them other after few days they refused to replace the lances i am also facing problem in my goggles pls solve my problem or i have to go in consumer foarm...

I have invested rupees 100000 in Tanishq golden harvest scheme. They initiated refund of the money instead of giving the benefit. Even after 40 days of wait I did not get my refund. When ever I cal customer care they gave a vague response that you will get the credit shortly which never happen. It seems Tanishq is a big fraud company. At least people known to me will never trust Tanishq for sure and they have loose potential customer....

I have baught mia diamond studded bracelet 4 months back (28/11/2017) within this 4 months 2 diamonds have been detached and lost. whereas, I was assured that Mia is for working ladies who can use the jewellary on a daily basis as the gold is 14 carat and best quality diamond are studded. Being a leading brand of the country this is not expected. It is totally dissapointing. Action must be taken at the earliest....

I went to Titan Eye Plus Noida Sector 18 branch for buying a new pair of Prescription eye glasses. They checked my eye sight and showed me various designs for the frames. The person checking the eye sight was not a qualified doctor, not even trained. He was the counter salesman who was also the part-time eye doctor. Naturally, he got the number wrong (I have cylindrical vision and he got it totally wrong). After a week, the glasses were delivered....

Today i replaced battery for. My titan watch. The cost of battery replacement is inr 355/-. The breakup is battery cost 60/-, service charge is inr 250/- and gst is inr 45/-. I'm surprised to see the service charge is more than 4 times of the battery cost. The time taken to replace this battery was less than 60 sec. How do you justify such exorbhitant cost?? A gold chain which is purchased from tanishq pitampura new delhi has been broken two times respectively even without usage. Same has been addressed to showroom. The representative has given the assurance and further repair the same by inhouse team however yesterday it broke again. The total weight of chain is 11 gm (Approx) but it is really not acceptable like tanishq brand.
Please let me know the way forward of the same....
