My watch has a spot on the screen issue but canter does not respond. not replay . then my watch wty exp. and i can not repair the watch. only replacement of my watch.

I have two bracelets from tanique which are a marriage gift from my mom.A diamond fell off from one of the bracelet and tanishq says that I have to bear the cost of diamind replacement. I am so upset about their policy and also the quality of their jewellery/ diamomd setting. Hope they resolve the issue. I have a lot of jewellary from tanishq and now i am worried about the other diamond items I have from them.

Regards...after filing griviences with customer care ...they are just passing time by asking details ...smtimes in the form of product details like model no etc etc sometime like pics of the device and all ...I have attached the screenshot...and there is no concrete action or step taken by them ...or else since it was bought in the month of August they are letting watch to go out of warranty period ...please either they should get the product replaced or take the product and pay us

The tata staff checked my old gold through x ray machine and after checking given price 284000 rs in writing as enclosed photo and also verbally committed to price very maximum 10000 rs and after that given permission for melting old gold but after melting gold given me only 227000 rs.
After that I asking to staff for show calebration certificate of x ray machin and melting machine but certificate also not found at tata tanishq, adajan, surat.

On 5th July 2023, my sister Torsha Chaudhuri and me( Teesta Chaudhuri) went to Titan Eye plus store near our house and ordered one pair complete spectacle and one pair lens for which I paid Rs 10000 in advance to the employee Ms Rita Sarkar through Googlepay. They assured that the payment will be directed to Titan Eye plus. The cashier gave us a receipt on a blank paper on 5th July 2023. Then on 9th July 2023, when we went to the store to take the delivery of the above items, we paid Rs 6299 through Googlepay to the employee Ms Rita Sarkar. Still the Store Manager did not handover any type of printed tax invoice bill with full details of the items along with the total price Rs 16299. We informed the customer care and they have sent us the original tax invoice of both the lenese. As per the tax invoice, each of the lens cost Rs 4499 but they have charged Rs 7500 for each of the lenses. My earnest request to you to judge properly and we want a refund of the extra charges they have taken from us. The store manager and Ms Rita Sarkar duped us.

This Is to inform that behaviour and false treatment is done for I'd instalments for A/C[protected] and others[protected] which I have to closed in tanishq haldwani, even I want to talk to manager but they won't allow. And representative who have make this I'd is not behaving properly. As well as strict action talen against workers

I Purchased Fastrack Revoltt FS1 1.83" on 11.05.2023. But recently the display of my watch is not coming. I launched the complaint on 29.06.2023 but no action has been taken apart from Ticket Generation. i.e. TKT-[protected].

I took follow-up via mail and 3 days back I got another mail that my complaint has been transferred to the concerned department but still, no update came.

Request you to pl intervene and help me to resolve it as earliest as possible because it has been delayed already.

From JUN 18th I have been receiving call, emails, SMS that refund process initiated. But till i am not getting refund. I am Housewife and with saving small-small money i invested, now i am looking to get my money back. I got fake cheque, I summited to SBI and its bound back.

I have been getting call saying that, you will get money direct to account, i did not received for two weeks, and i got cheque and submittedto back and its bound back. Also getting pressure to take gold.

My father was Admitted in sysdry hospital PUNE - NAGAR road for surgery, those time i could not puck the Tanique Call, and could not able to purches new gold.

Please help to get that.

Hi ...A brand is not only known by the quality product it provides but the service the provide...less than a year ago I gifted my brother Vijay Datta titan smart watch 2 which started creating trouble my brother went to the authorised showroom of titan at Gandhi Nagar ...they gave a service center no and told him to contact there ...when called they were unable to locate and solve the problem and left my brother helpless ...look at this a brand like TITAN ...highly shameful... after going through a good no of complaints by unsatisfied customers..I thing either the company should rectify it's dealing or should concentrate on some other product that they can provide best like TITAN eye plus ...don't spoil the brand

I have raised my Complaint to Customer care email id and several calls were made at their customer care number since last 10 days. Everytime I got response that their Agents are busy and they will arrange a call back.

But u fortunately have not received a single call or reply till date.

Not sure why they are not bothered to solve my problem.

Not accepted from Company Like Titan.

I saw an advertisement regarding Dmart sales, flowed the link mentioned in the advertisement and installed fake Dmart app, shared credit card credentials in that link and lost a sum of Rs. 1, 70, 000/-. The amount was transferred to Flipkart and further the suspect person purchased Tanishq Gift vouchers using that diputed amount.

I ordered to make four bangles of size E. But they made the bangles of size D. Today I was called by the salesman that the bangles are ready. When I wear those bangles, I understood they made small size bangles. No follow up of the order given by the customer. Simply they say sorry. But understand our difficulties like unnecessary waste of time, traveling cost. The salesman doesn't even know the current price of gold. This is how the people are working in tanishq. For the mistake made by your tanishq, R. S. PURAM, COIMBATORE, TAMILNADU showroom, it is your responsibility to satisfy the customer. We should be considered regarding gold rate for the inconvenience made by tanishq.

I ordered a titan watch and returned vide order no 10017881 . It was received by titan on june 8th . Refund has not been credited till now. Its been 14 days....
