I purchased a smart watch one month ago then right now watch is not working its display on stuck, touch is not working. I gone to titan care they said call customer care, i call to customer care no. [protected] but everytime they said all service partners are busy if they respond they said please wait 24 hrs i continuous call from tuesday 23rd May but they did not give a proper answer. I visit 2 times to titan care new market...

Our golden harvest investment for 10 months was completed and we raised a request for refund on 7th may 2023. After multiple calls and multiple promises that we will receive a call in next 24 hours, nothing happened and here we are writing it on consumer forum. Knowingly or unknowingly I have purchased 3-4 Titan/Fasttrack/Sonata watches for me and my family, but the products have developed problems after the warranty period got over. First the battery gets worn out in 1-2 years, then after a couple of replacements, now the circuit board has gone bad. One of the watches has gone bad in 3 years and I have not worn this even once.

I have replaced the plastic strap of Fasttrack watch few times now but all of them are getting torn within a year or so. This strap is not readily availabe in Titan or Fasttrack showrooms, order has to be placed in advance by visiting a couple of times (placing the order, checking the delivery and finally taking delivery).

I bought eyeglass in 4 th March 2023 from Lalbazar Kolkata. Within 2 months the eyeglass is discolored and has a tendency to be broken in the place. When I moved to the showroom the shopkeepers told me some stupid reasons and tried to misslead. Even they could not change the eyeglass.

How can this kind of behaviour be received from such a reputed company? Is this not cheating?...

the sales personnel kept insisting all display pieces are sold to customers and they never keep stock so no new box packed pieces.
