Tanishq follows double stanards when treating their customers. Me being a online GH member, Tanishq has ignored to honor me with their 60 days prematurity offer which is available to all their GH customer who have enrolled directly in thier boutiques.

If you are planning to enroll to Golden Harvest scheme online, think 100 times before you invest, as you might loose out the offers Tanishq boutiques gives....

Not working properly

Worst service at OMR showroom

I'm Praveen from OMR. I gave my Titan wrist watch to change the glass in Titan Showroom which is in kottivakkam, OMR.chennai-96. They told that they will give it back in two days but when i went there after two days at that time only they searched my watch and told it was not ready. poor quality

Hi,
I bought a Titan Raga, which costs 6000 rupees in last August from Joy Alukkas wedding centre, Kollam. Since then the chain has been broken 4 or 5 times. It seems there is some problem with lock also. I have given it for repairing in Joy Alukkas once and second time in the Titan shop in Forum mall Bangalore. Both the times they assured me that the chain has been replaced. But again the chain has been broken.

Not working Properly

Sir,
I had bought two Titan Watch worth Rs.2,000/- each (two Thousand only).

But after working for 3 months both watches started becoming slow and now the time shown is always wrong. I have given for service 3 times to Titan Showroom where i bought the same. After service I am facing same problem.

I am a regular Titan Watch Customer from past 10 yrs. But this time I am very dissapointed with the product...

lost the diamond after cleaning

i bought i diamond ring from one of the tanishq jewellery store in bangalore in april 2008 , and i was wearing it since than , today on 25th of december 2009 i gave the ring to tanishq jewellery store for cleaning it.
after cleaning i collect the ring went out of the store , after 10 minutes when i saw the ring i found one diamond lost, immedietely i went to the tanishq store and spoke to the manager.

COLOR FADING OF WATCH DIAL

It was really shocking to see that a Branded product like Titan gives such a poor quality of watches to Indian customer. I had purchased a Blue Dialed full steel watch and in 6/7 months the Blue dial stared turning to white and copper color. The watch was under warranty so I went to the showroom they told me that the watch needs to be send to company for changing of Dial and I received the watch with changed Blue dial but after few days...

Poor customer services, faulty and substandard material and cheating consumers

Faulty glasses quality

I am highly disappointed with the service provided at koramangala titan eye.
I have bought at least 2 pairs of specs form titan eye plus koramangala in last 2 years.

Firstly, there is no mark of crisal on the front of the glasses, which is the landmark of crisal lenses, which you should be able to see on condensation.

Secondly there was a crack / scratch on the glass, albeit minor, right when they dispatched...

Defective Progressive Lenses

In fact, I have already suffered by the poor service and quality of Titan Eye+ Store at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. I was delivered a pair of progressive lenses (EE149SW) at a cost of Rs. 2380 on 16.02.09 vide Invoice No: 7001360 and these were found to be defective as they did not confirm to the specifications given by the Eye Doctor. MALFUNCTIONING OF TITAN WATCH AND IGNORANCE FROM COMPANY

I had bought a Titan Watch Product code: 1043YL04 K416 Design: G ED 1 worth Rs.6, 800/- (Six Thousand Eight Hundred only) Cash Memo No.: D00007322 from THE WORLD OF TITAN, AJMAL KHAN ROAD, KAROL BAGH, NEW DELHI 110005 on 1/10/2008.

Exchange of a Watch

Complaint Description:

I purchased a Titan watch that turned out to be faulty. Upon raising a complaint, the Titan CRM team instructed me to deposit the watch at a Titan store, which I did on January 31, 2025.

Since then, despite multiple follow-ups over the past 45 days, I have not received a resolution. After repeated calls and escalations, the team initially agreed to provide a replacement coupon, but it has still not been issued. Moreover, for the past 15 days, there has been no response from Titan’s customer service team, leaving me without a resolution.

This delay and lack of communication are highly unprofessional. I request immediate action for the issuance of the replacement coupon or an appropriate resolution at the earliest.

    Dear Team,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my purchase of two watches from the Titan app on 24th November 2024. After the purchase, I contacted Titan customer support to inquire about the GST credit for the same, and the staff provided me with written information concerning GST credit on the items purchased.

    However, as of today, 27th February 2025, I have not received the promised GST credit on my GST number, despite having shared all necessary documentation and proof with your team.

    Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received any resolution or response related to this matter. I find this situation to be unsatisfactory and am now compelled to file a formal complaint.

    I request you to kindly investigate this matter and resolve it at the earliest by crediting the GST amount to my GST number.

      I had purchased Fastrack sunglass model no. P419YL5V on 02-January-2025 from
      METAL Enterprise (TITAN EYE+), Meu Square, Next to KFC. Bannerghatta Main Road, JP Nagar, Bangalore 560076.

      Within 25 days, the sunglass is broken at the center. The quality of the frame is not all good and very poor quality.
      I approached the same shop on the 27th, Jan. 25, and they denied taking any action, saying we can't do anything for this damage.

        Your agents said that you offer 6% deduction on old gold instead of 8% but at the time of billing when I noticed 8% deduction, they claimed deduction is applied as making charge discount. But that my discount is there irrespective of old or new gold, so how is it 2% less deduction? Your agents lie because they know no one will sell old gold if you deduct such a high percentage.and consequently you will neither sell new Jewellery.I am reporting you to ministry of corporate affairs with fool proof.

          Hello i have purchased items from your store at sector 17 chandigarh Tanishq on 14.09.2024. The items i purchased were of Rs 122451/- but due to technical issue double payment got deducted from my account anf you have received double payment. For that i have complained on same day and they issued me enclosed refund note on monday but till date no amount has been credited back to my account. Why it is taking so long its already been 5 days. Please take it on urgent basis and refund my money today itself otherwise i have to approach consumer forum, police and social media for this.
          I must say i am really disappointed with your services.

            I have a Gold Harvest scheme A/c. No.15181982 link with my Bank account but due to some reason only two instalments are paid that is 4000/- rupees. I have visited your Premtala Silchar store on last Friday and applied for closing of my said account and required documents also given they told me that within 48 hrs. my bank will be credited with 4000/- rupees but till today no amount received on my bank account and they are unable to answer my query and on 26th of August my bank account hitted and due to insufficient balance NACH failed and my bank account became negative balance. Who will be responsible for this please let me know and oblige.
