I purchased gold on 12th June 2023 from Ara Tanishq store and realized that it was not liked by my wife . We rushed to the store on 14th June as there are 7 days exchange policy. When we visited the store the behavior was totally different when I visited the first time when purchasing. They were not listing anything and not showing enough ornaments to select. Also that did not provided any option to come after few days and select when they have the stock. They were in hurry to close the store and wrapping the customers like anything . I just wanted to convey this message that this is not the behavior we expect from brand like Tanishq. Please take necessary action on this.

    I was trying to buy Titan raga viva worth rps 5660 through original Titan website and the amount has been deducted from my account but there's no confirmation of purchase or order being placed. Where did my money go? Return it as soon as possible. Do the refund immediately.

        Received fastrack reflex Apr 2023.

        Stopped working with battery/charging issue in 7 fays.

        Reached out to titan customer care and raised a ticket. Provided relevant video, invoice for warranty support.

        Promised call back in 48 hours on May 15 2023.

        So far no reply to my 7 email reminders and 4 customer care calls.

        Don't have escalation matrix and hence have to write here.

        Not sure why titan a Tata company, behaves like this to a customer who has high Regards for Tata.

        Still waiting for the resolution.

          I purchased a diamond ring with details in atrached photo. My wife started wearing it daily since last month and today we lost the main diamond on ring as it got detached and wife was unknown about it till we saw it now
          This is such a pathetic and poor quality of product which is quite opposite of what the brand advertise and charges beyond the market.

              I lost the entire diamond from the ring

              The entire structure of the diamond ring fell from the ring. The soldered part that was a flower design has fell from the top of the ring. It is a 1.2 lakh ring.. this is soo disappointing.
              I need a proper resolution for this...

              Digital gold purchase through Tanishq app

              Digital gold was purchased through Tanishq app. At selling the digital gold was not possible due to name mismatch with PAN. Contacted customer care through mail and chat from last 10 days and submitted all required documents in 3 times. They reply with in 48 hrs problem will be solved.

              Purchasing time nothing to be asked, but selling time lot of problems was created. Every time customer care persons asking for submit documents...

              I have had 3 acts with Golden Harvest Scheme of Tanishq started in Feb 2020. Given by a lady named Neelu at Tanishq Indore Store. She only subsequently opened my other 2 acts in year 2021 and 2022. Earlier I was told that I can accumulate this amt and use whenever I want to buy jewellery. Now recently they informed that as per new guidelines they cannot hold the amt more than 400 days. I understand there can be change. Now since last 1 month almost i have been chasing them over customer care calls mails i have not received any refund. My act can be checked for the same. First they told me some information is missing so they have issued cheque same day i called them and informed that i don't stay at that address i need neft she told me to revert on mail and also to mention about refund of my other 2 acts. I did that but no response. After 2-3 days i again told some other customer care officer told me they will process cheque and then stop it and then do neft i said fine and told me to send 2 different mail for other to acts. I said fine and did that. No response then again I called they told me to fill a Google form. For neft of my 1 act ok I did that and again asked for revert for other 2 acts no response. Till date I have sent multiple mails multiple calls. I even called the lady who sold me golden harvest she told me she has left the org. Today I received a mail said cheque has been dispatched. I mean after mentioning it so many times over mails and call still they dispatch the cheque?? Which will not be received by anyone as no one stays at that add. And for my other 2 acts i have no response from Tanishq cust care till date. This is my hard earned money may be small amt for them but big one for me. I need my refund back entire money. Not expected this from a tata group company

                I along with my family have been a long time customer at Tital Eye+, Sector 4, Bokaro Steel City and the entire team there have been very familiar with us. It is my experience during a week that I would like to have your attention. After having my eye test done at a reputed centre here, I went to the Titan showroom on Friday, 26th May'23 for the lenses to be made. But prior to that, I had clearly insisted for a fresh eye test to be done by Titan . The test was done and the power was confirmed to be the same as in the report. However, after the glasses were handed over to me on the evening of Monday, 29 th May'23, I reported the very next day that I was having severe vision problems with the new glasses. It was then that the eye test was done again by Titan . I was reported that the power as checked earlier was not correct and my actual power is on a much lower side. Hence my vision is not clear with the new glasses. It was then that it was also clarified to me that my eye test was not done at Titan but just the report was only cross checked. Reason being that they completely trust the reports of the other eye centre. Here I would like to emphasize that I always get my powers checked at Titan thoroughly before placing the order so that there are no discrepancies later and so this time when I was particularly unsure of the power that was recommended, I had clearly insisted that an eye test be done properly by Titan . However, it is now that I learn that my requirement was not given much cognizance to and there was lapse on their part. It was instead stated that they choose to believe the report of the eye centre that had checked my eyes. This has cost me dearly at work since I have been unable to focus my eyes well and to my utter embarrassment had to look around for some one to lend me their glasses with matching power conditions for me to be able to complete important assignments . On account of this I finally chose to have the old lenses be replaced .

                Besides the above, I was also not quite impressed when in spite of having worked on the discounts that would be applicable, the amount that I was asked to pay was higher, without the invoice/proforma invoice having been presented to me . The moment it was questioned, immediately, the amount was reduced . In fact I was about to make the payment when my husband sought confirmation if that was the final amount. I was not impressed because that is not how I expect Titan to behave with billing. Also, when on Tuesday 30the May'23 that i requested for the old lenses to be put back it was informed that, that would take a couple of hours and i should allow my eyes to get adjusted to the new lenses. However, the same replacement of the old lenses was done in no time yesterday. This is not how I can trust Titan .
                There ought to have been complete transparency and the invoice to have been been provided .

                I am clearly disappointed with the lack of customer attention and transparency particularly more as I have been a long time customer and always expressed complete faith on the brand and its service. I request for the cost that I have incurred in my new lenses be refunded to me . The new lenses and all my prescriptions have been retained by the showroom.
                A prompt action to this will be highly appreciated and may I request for your sincere attention on the subject please .

                  I have visited the store at 10:30 hrs .I also selected bangles for purchase but I have to wait upto 12:00hrs but can't purchase due to system login failure of your store. Finally I aborted my plan . It's really disappointing for me and for your brand value also . Finally I switched to Reliance jewellery for the product.

                    We've been going to Tanishq since 10 years now because their gold is the most reliable, trustworthy and of good quality- thus the brand. but, sadly every time we've gone to the outlets (Pune- Bund garden) and even today (Hadapsar) branch, we've always have had some kind of an unprofessional experience with the female staff. for example, they won't be interested in what we actually want, will not pay heed to our requests for special small orders (having done huge personal shopping there just 2 years ago), telling us it can't be done without actually asking the responsible authority, or will miscalculate gold rate while exchange and once made us wait for almost 2 hours more till they checked and rechecked multiple times. today, we wanted to purchase something from Caratlane, Hadapsar, Pune branch and as it is a Tanishq partnership, we went to Tanishq, Hadapsar branch for some work, the female staff there made weird faces on my (the customer) and the Caratlane's staff arrival and mistook me as a carat lane employee coz I was asking a lot of questions. I mean, either they're dumb or over-smart coz they know that people will go to Tanishq for the quality of the product and brand name no matter how they behave with customers and fellow colleagues. this is not done. I'm extremely disappointed with the female staff attitude of Pune Bund garden and hadapsar branches. they need to be trained how to treat other human beings with respect even though we don't want to buy any gold plan. and they need to treat every employee of Tanishq (even partnership brands) with respect.

                      It has been more than a month my Sunray wall clock is lying in the badlapur Titan service centre for non availability of spares. No one is responding to my mail. The clock is worth 3000/- and I want it repaired.

                        Our golden harvest investment for 10 months was completed and we raised a request for refund on 7th may 2023. After multiple calls and multiple promises that we will receive a call in next 24 hours, nothing happened and here we are writing it on consumer forum. Irony is, we have received a general/automated email from titan saying that we need to mandatorily get the refund for our golden harvest scheme by 6th June. We dont have any email, SMS updates for our request but every time it is just a verbal promise.

                          Knowingly or unknowingly I have purchased 3-4 Titan/Fasttrack/Sonata watches for me and my family, but the products have developed problems after the warranty period got over. First the battery gets worn out in 1-2 years, then after a couple of replacements, now the circuit board has gone bad. One of the watches has gone bad in 3 years and I have not worn this even once.

                          I am shocked at the poor quality of Titan products. Titan has to seriously focus on the quality of its products.

                          The hassle of visiting the store several times (for identyfing the problem, then checking the completion and finally taking delivery) is another pain, apart from the cost of the product and maintenance/repair.

                            I have replaced the plastic strap of Fasttrack watch few times now but all of them are getting torn within a year or so. This strap is not readily availabe in Titan or Fasttrack showrooms, order has to be placed in advance by visiting a couple of times (placing the order, checking the delivery and finally taking delivery).

                            I am shocked at the poor quality of Titan products. Titan has to seriously focus on the quality of its products.

                              It was a Defective product. I contacted Lifestyle person they told me to contact Titan Customer care.
                              I have contacted titan Customer care many times. They are very ridiculous peoples.
                              They did not help me about Exchanging the product.
                              Titan customer care is the Worst care for Customers.
                              I am very much fed up with them and lodging a Case in Consumer Forum.

                                Good Morning. I purchased Titan Edge Ceramic watch on[protected] from World of Titans showroom, Coimbatore. Within a year, it got stucked twice. Recently, last month again it was showing sluggish performance. Gave for service at world of Titan Watch showroom at Cross Cut Road, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore Tamilnadu, India on[protected]. it's been 20 days now. Still It is not get serviced. Showroom people saying that they are waiting for spares to be received from head office. Kindly support here to get back serviced watch or new replacement.
