Complaint Description:
I purchased a Titan watch that turned out to be faulty. Upon raising a complaint, the Titan CRM team instructed me to deposit the watch at a Titan store, which I did on January 31, 2025.
Since then, despite multiple follow-ups over the past 45 days, I have not received a resolution. After repeated calls and escalations, the team initially agreed to provide a replacement coupon, but it has still not been issued. Moreover, for the past 15 days, there has been no response from Titan’s customer service team, leaving me without a resolution.
This delay and lack of communication are highly unprofessional. I request immediate action for the issuance of the replacement coupon or an appropriate resolution at the earliest.
Titan Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
