I had an account in tanishq from last 1 year . On 22nd July I went to Dehradun store for purchase of ring, the similar day they agree to pay me everything but unfortunately I could not get the ring because of some payment issues

After a week I got an update that I need to pay more amount and should purchase the ring

How irresponsible and irrelevant that means

Pathetic experience from such a good brand

    I've purchased a bangle earlier. which somehow bent. I' ve to resell it forgo the making charge and purchase a new one. again one of the paired bangle, twisted. again I sold it, forgo the making charge, purchased a new one with making charge. I am paying the making charges, its ok. as it is for designing and all. But againg a wire of the bangle has came out. I contacted the shop of our city i.e. Durgapur west Bengal. They were ready to mend it for 500 bucks. I was considering it, in the mean time in another bangle, same has happenned. In one bangle there is 6 wires. If every wire comes out and I' ve to pay every time for that then what for was the making charge?
    If Tanishq is charging this much making charge, the making should be of that well atleast. Or fault in making should be compensated.

      I had planned for purchase at Tanishq Karaikudi and given my debit card on 29th July 21. I have received the debit message by SMS. But the company says that it has not received the amount and refused to deliver the item.
      I have verified my on line account and confirmed Rs.50000 has been deducted. Even after 24 hours the status is same. The message

      Dear Customer, tx#138195 for Rs50000.00 by SBIDrCARD X8617 at 27132425 on 29Jul21 at 12:01:51. If not done forward this SMS to [protected]/[protected]/[protected] to block card.

      Request your assistance to rectify the problem.

        I had bought a ring from Tanishq and it started getting tight on my finger so i went to them and asked them to make it a size bigger
        After recieving it i check it and they had bent it from two side and completely spoiled the shape and now when i asked them to correct it they are neglecting it and when i spoke to them again after 3-4 days they are denying that they spoiled the ring shape they are telling me it was already like that which is impossible.
        I has specially made that ring on order and received it after one month and this is what they are responding
        I am a regular customer of Tanishq since 2016 and this is what i get in return?!
        This is the first time i am absolutely disappointed with them
        Such bad service.

        Also at first they thought the ring which i had brought for making it a size up was not from tanishq and somewhere else so they carelessly spoilt it on the thought that it wasnt their product but soon as i told them they checked it on their records and found it was their product itself so now as they are on the fault they are upto all lies that the ring shape was already spoilt and what not

            I had purchased Tital Couple Watch of Rs.5495/- from Show Room of Titan watches, Nirala Bazar Aurangabad on 14/06/2021 and paid bill amount of Rs.5135 ( after deduction of point value). through my credit card of HDFC Bank. I had been packet Gift Pack with bill and therefore I could not seen my bill.

            Now, I have received statement of Credit card and the amount credited to your Dealer of Rs.51135/- . Rs.46, 000/- excess payment received by your dealer.

            Kindly check an amount and refund the excess amount to me.

              I am Kalyan Balasubramanian, placed online order for supply of SKU:UV Sanitizer box order No. TEP[protected] on 26th April, 2021 worth Rs.4, 999/- at e-commrce site of titaneyeplus on 26th April, 2021 vide reference 1 &2. But the item was not supplied to me for a long and later I could found that it was supplied to some other person Mr Kumar Vinay, Garia Bdel on June 5th, 2021 as per the way bill tracking ref. No. [protected] (ref. 3) In this connection, I contacted titan eyplus through emails ([protected]@titan.co.in and [protected]@titaneyeplus.com) and customer call centre and requested many times from May to till date (Ref.4 to 10 ). Even after repeated attempts, I was informed that technical team was working. I have not yet received either item UV Box or refund of the amount paid towards the above items.

              I am enclosing all the correspondence details including talk with customer care people. Hence, I am presenting my grievance in this forum since I could not get benefit out o[censored]V box during the Covid pandemic period even after lapse of three months and the purpose of purchasing the UV box is to protect us from the Covid-19 virus ended in vain. It put us lot of mental depression and agony and poor response and negligence from the company people pained us lot.

              I therefore humbly request that necessary direction may kindly be initiated against Titan eyeplus, for refund of my money Rs.4, 999/- with interest for three months at the earliest as I am not interested anymore with the product being supplied.

                I had purchased a Police brand watch from WORLD OF TITAN showroom at NAGERCOIL pin 629001.Right from day one I have been encountering problem in the watch.I have been visiting the showroom regularly to get the problem solved.Infact the watch is is with the showroom for the past three months Though this issue deserves to be solved legally iam filing this complaint as one last trial .The showroom is extremely callous in solving the issue.hope my grievance will be addressed

My complaint is your store manager and salesgirl we asked me many benefits of this plan before starting plan after 1 month I told store manager I required NAWABI CHAIN then manager asked at this time not available but after 10 days your chain coming my stoke after 5-6 month no NaWABI chain is still in stock so I decided purchased in market other jewellery store. I m requested to manager plz return my payment. IN FUTURE I cannot visit Tanishq Store. the experience is too much bad.

                    They charged me 1200 rs for 3 watch battery change. Upon asking for receipt they said receipt wont be provided for these. Later I realized this is too much expensive. Kindly help to resolve.

                      I ve lost one diamond from my ring because of improper fitting
                      I purchased the ring in December 2019 it had 6 diamonds and now I ve lost one because of someone else's fault and irresponsibility .I was promised that the diamond will not come out unless removed intentionally or in case of accident
                      I have been a customer in tanishq for last 3 years and am also a member in the Golden harvest scheme I had built a bond of trust with tanishq as I've purchased for jewelry over 5 lakh rupees
                      I am highly disappointed with this kind of service
                      I claim to get the repairs done on company expenses as it is company's making fault

                              Respected sir,
                              I am writing this email to complaint against your wrong policy of 2% or 8% deduction of exchanging value as non-Tanishq gold.
                              I, Jagruti Patel, bought jwellery (Mangalsutra, bangles, finger ring, drop erring and nose pin) of worth 5, 14, 540/- Rs from your jwellery shop at C.G.Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 27th June, 2021.
                              I want to draw your kind attention to the matter that before buying, I had told them about exchanging of jwellery, and they had tempted me to give same exchanging value according to touch and purity of gold. But after completion of my purchase and making payment, when I checked the the invoice bill, I was shocked to find that my exchanged ornaments were not valued properly according to touch and purity, and moreover they have deducted 2% and 8% exchanging value. Before melting my ornaments, I was not made aware of it. I think it is a one type of cheating. As I have got information nowhere such a malpractice is done. You have broken our trust.
                              The details regarding the complaint is given below. The melting process is done into two:
                              1. In the first case, the purity of my gold is 92.62%(23 carat touch). The price of my exchanged gold must be 4, 757 per gram.The weight of my gold is 22.047 grams. So the amount they have to pay is 1, 04, 877/-Rs. But they have deducted 2% exchanging value and returned only 1, 02, 719/-Rs. I have 2, 158/- Rs loss.
                              2. In the second case, the purity of my exchanged gold is 86.77%(20.82 carat touch). The price of my exchanged gold must be 4, 452/- Rs per gram and weight of my exchanged gold is 56.789 grams. So the amount they have to pay is 2, 52, 834/-Rs. But they have deducted 8% exchanging value and returned only 2, 32, 632/- Rs. I have 20, 202/-Rs loss.
                              In this way, they have deducted total 22, 360/-Rs. Why should I have to face such a big amount of loss.
                              You are requested to look into this matter and return the 8% exchanging amount which was wrongly deducted. I would be grateful if you return the amount and not let me go to consumer forum.

                                  I went to Time House (A titan authorised store) in GB Road, Gaya - 823001 for replacing battery for my wrist watch. They said they are giving me a titan battery and that it costed 250 rs. When asked for a bill, they said they only give bill when battery is put in a titan watch. On checking I couldn't find any info on titan making batteries. Even the expensive ones were peiced below 250. They are fooling customers in the name of Titan and now I doubt the worth of the battery wasn't even 25 rupee.

                                    Titan, Tanishq and Encircle have removed the points that was in my Encircle card with out my consent and now they are saying it cannot be added.
                                    I being a valued customer going through all this is really unacceptable!
                                    I received the message about the points and immediately I spoke to the advisors of Tanishq on chat regarding my points. I was promised that my points will be valid until 01/04/2023. I have the proof of the chat as well. Yet they removed it without informing me or messaging me!

                                      Placed an order for a stud at tanishq cathedral road chennai for a stud with some alterations out Of which 2 are done. Store is pressurising me to buy as it is or buy something else from the same store in lieu of the advance given.
                                      But I want the stud with all the specifications mentioned by me at the time of booking and accepted by the store after enquiring from the factory or the person holds the authority.
                                      Need company or authorities to intervene and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                        I purchased a titan specs progressive about 1 year back costing about 17k.from your Satara dept..I had always complained about clarity..I was told that I should get used to it.Accepted.Now..I just cannot see my computer screen properly and it looks cloudy..I put my complaint..They said there are scratches..When I am paying such a huge amount for glass that otherwise hardly costs 1K..I am at total loss..The product is faulty..please arrange to refund my money or the glasses .
