The Titan Men's wrist watch that I am using was purchased on 3/7/2019 from the showroom at Mall of Travancore, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. My watch stopped working and as warranty existed, I gave it for service on 7/11/2020 at the Titan authorised service centre : World of Titan, Pulimmoodu, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. I received the watch back on 19/12/2020 as per the call received from the centre on 18/12/2020. On 20/12/2020, the watch stopped working again. I request you to get me a proper explanation of the inefficient service done and get me a replacement of the watch as early as possible.

    Dear sir/ma'am
    I gave my fast-track watch on 10/12/2020 for servicing and changing its belt in Titan world Kanke road Ranchi. First they only had two belt options after that they gave me a delivery date of second half on 12/12/2020 and a request was made maam please give us rating 10/10. when I went there to take my watch back on 12th evening. They all appeared clueless especially the person who had prepared the receipt, They were asking is it your watch? What was the complain? And not a single apology from any of the staff for wasting my time and my emotions for which I was eagerly running to get my watch made. I mean REALLY IS THIS THE SERVICE you guys BOAST about?? Please do a reality check. Very very DISAPPOINTED.

      I visited your store at Annanagar chennai branch to buy 2 pairs of bangles. My attender was a new appointment but helped us with all the questions asked. The bsngle i selected was only one pair so i requested another pair
      . They checked and said its available at Hosur and can order. Next day i went to bill the available pair and to pay advance for other pair.
      The cashier did not say about any offers but wehad to find out and question him. There was a birthday offer which was applied to us. When billing i wished to pay for 2 pairs but he said, he can bill for the available and order another. At the end of billing, he said the birthday offer will not be applicable for the order and said you should have ordered 2 pairs instead of billing this. He did not gave us this possibility before the billing.
      The attitude of cashier was not acceptable, it was take it for granted.
      TATA respects customers and we have trust which can be broken by this kind of attitude..
      The cashier did not give any insight about offers or guided us to get the jewellery as easy as it. I ended up buying 1 pair with loss of my discount for another pair.
      I hope a quick response for this complaint.

        I have order a watch on November 26, 2020 and the expected date of delivery by Titan is December 1, 2020. By the date today December 08, 2020 I didn't receive my order/package.
        They giving me only excuses and telling lie, they also don't have a manners to how to talk with customer. I have call recording of customer service guy of delivery executive. From the date Dec 01 they giving me excuses only and today they said when I called them for my order status that time they tell me you have to place new order we are not able to deliver you this order, this order is defective (defined by themselves) another lie because they don't provide delivery on time.

          I was using titan watch from1993, I purchased one titan watch for Rs 999.00 0n 1993 which worked upto august2020 with good condition, I purchased one sonata watch for Rs 735 .00 from New Central watch company at Palani in Tamil nadu with warranty one year, within 4 months this watch automatically running slowly I contact above mentioned store they did not response my crievance and complaint so I was disappointed by their behavior, hence kindly request you sir to rectify my complaints at once

            I would like to inform you that I have purchase an eyeglass an amounting Rs. 9896/- (Nine thousand eight hundred niney six only) from TITAN Shoroom Burdwan on 31/12/2018 (Cash Memo Enclosed). The said eyeglass coating removing gradually since few months and now I facing vision problem. I have visited the store several times but due to pandamic situation store personal failed to help me due to non availabilty of tecnician. Finally I visited the sotre on 28th Dec. 20 they told me to lodge complan through web side/Email. I also like to inform you that I contact with your toll free no [protected] the execitive assured me after hearing all the incident.                   I placed my order at Tanishq hsr layout for 2 earrings around mid October .In the terms I paid the amount as mentioned in the agreement and the receive date was around 11 or 12 nov and today it is 2nd dec still the branch doesn’t give a concrete date to deliver my product.No proactive efforts was done from them to inform me the order status . I have to call them everytime and even to the extent I visited their branch. Regret my purchase from the concerned branch.

                    I have placed an order vide ref No. CCAF No. PXM 2000205 dated 14 Nov 2020. My order was for making a pair of bangles which was due to be delivered on 21 November 2020. On a phone call made to the company, by me on the due date, the reply from the company side was that the same would be delivered within next three days. However, No response was received on the assured date 24 Nov 2020.

                    On 28 Nov 2020, I again rang up the company, this time, the person attending the call could not recover the order details from its data base with reference to the order memo cited above. The attendant then made a few enquiries on the order and also he wanted my phone number. He then connected me to another staff in the department who casually told me that the order is yet to be received from their godown.

                    I request the authority to see to it that the ordered item is delivered at the earliest.

                      I have an account with tanishq golden harvest scheme and i was supposed to pay my last two instalments of Rs. 7000/- each but upon doing so my first transaction failed as the screen showed error at the end. After that i made another two transactions of Rs. 7000/- each, which were successful. But my account was debited thrice. And there is no refund in my account as of yet. I even complained with my concerned bank but they responded that the failure was at your end and the transaction was successful at the banks end. So in order to get the refund i need to contact with the merchant. Kindly refund my amount of Rs. 7000/- as there is no credit of the same in the golden harvest scheme account.

                        Dear All,
                        Compalint was raised through tanishq customer care email [protected]@titan.co.in on 21/11/2020.
                        Till date no revert.
                        Details of complaint:
                        On 08/11/2020, I have purchased jwellery from Tanishque Inorbit Mall, Vashi Branch.
                        I have given 2 tanishque Fingure rings to exchange and adjust the amount in bill payment for new jwellery purchased on that day.i.e 08/11/2020.
                        However, I am not convinced with the exchange rate/amount given and applied that day for my old 2 rings which gave in exchange.Same is not even mentioned in the bill.
                        Kindly check and send details with old purchase and exchange amount details for both rings.
                        Till date Tanishq customer care has not reverted with complete details of amount adjusted.

                          We have order dimond ring on 17th Oct . Nikhil was the attended person he told me that estimated Delivry date of product is 17 NOV and on receipt same date of delivery was mention.

                          I have called on 17 Nov then your representative Nikhil told me to it will be deliver on 25 because of covid.

                          Now on 25 they are telling that we can't able to deliver on till 30th Nov.

                          My engagement will be on 29th Nov that i was told earlier.

                          Now I am very upset from your service and commitment.

                            Today 25th November, 2020 I had visited Tanishq store located near ABC Godown, Khoyathong, Thangmeiband, Imphal. It was around 2:30-40 PM that I had entered the store. I was there to enquire if a broken gold chain of a relative could be restored/exchanged. The chain had broken into 6 pieces of different sizes. All the pieces were kept inside a Tanishq box from earlier purchase. After going through Covid-19 protocols at the entrance and signing on the register, I approached one lady staff who was free at the time. Upon enquiring and taking out the box (with chain), she asked me to show it and handled it by herself (the outside of the box cover faced towards me) without putting down the items first on the tray for sorting, even as we were communicating verbally about the same. Sensing the items were better put on the tray, I took the box from the staff so as to do the same. As I was checking the items one by one, putting them on the tray. I found out that one small piece of gold was missing. When I pointed out, she asked if I had carried the box inside my pocket to which I replied I just took it out from my bag I left at the store's counter. She asked if I could check inside my bag as lid/cover of box could have opened, to which I told her the company box is sealed tightly and there's no way it would have fallen inside. she also hinted that I could have left the piece at home, to which I replied I had my wife took picture of all pieces separately and together when we put them inside the box. I called my wife, informed her about the issue and she sent me the pictures she took, which I showed to the staff to point out the missing piece. After while, I told her not to feel bad, but to call her Store manager to sort out the issue together as the small item was undoubtedly 'lost' inside their store, , to which she obliged. The manager was briefed about the same, and I asked if we could check CCTV footage recorded for the area we were in and for the specific time period. I had requested the same to ascertain the circumstances leading to the lost of the item, but the manager bluntly said the item that small would be hard to find through CCTV camera and asked the store caretaker/helper to sweep the area. While we were there waiting, after a round of sweeping, the helper found the item on the floor, below the chair/side of the table where the concerned staff was seating. I am glad we found it although I wasted roughly half an hour there trying to resolve the issue. The store may look at the CCTV footage relating to the incident (2:30-3:15PM) to figure out how the item had fallen on the floor, on the side of the staffs' area, or if it was a deliberate attempt by the said staff to hid it and take it afterwards. Whatever the circumstances was, only God will know unless the management takes the issue seriously and look into the matter ( as to how it happened) rather than trying to save each other's faces (of staffs) before the eyes of customers, compromising on customer care all along. With this incident, I returned back having a doubt about the staffs, questioning if other clients/customers had/would come across similar situations.. even trying to doubt if any dubiousness is possibly there with the products I had purchased from Tanishq.

                              During last year July 19 we had purchased an ear ring from Tanishq showroom Borivali west. At the time of purchase we were told that in future whenever we want buy another product against the ear ring, we will get 100% valuation of the product at that time only tax and labour cost will be deducted. For eg. If I hve purchased a a product for Rs.17000 incl of taxes and in future I want to buy a product from Tanishq worth 20000 they shall take out the market value the product on that day deducting the tax and labour cost and we would out need to pay the differential amount only. This is the normal trend in buying any diamond or gold jewellery.
                              On 14th November 20 we went there to buy a product (cost 26000/=) in exchange of the previous product( cost 17000/=).To our surprise exchange price offered was Rs.4000 as per their system and said that it was system issue and shall be rectified the next day to get the correct price. Since it was Lakshmi pooja the next day we requested that we would need the product the next day at any cost and discussed this issue with Mr. Patel which was the customer service manager available then. He also assured us that ideally tax and labour cost is deducted and shall ensure this is rectified in the system by 11.30 am on 15th november 20. We received a call next day at around 3 pm that value calculated manually by their commercial team is rs.10000 to rs.11000 as there is a change in company policy a year back against MIA category jewelleries and there there would be a 30 % deduction along with tax and labour cost . We found this totally unacceptable as how can management decide any policies which would go against the customer to bring dissatisfaction.On our concern Mr.Patel again assured us that he shall take this up internally and would require 2 more days time to get this issue sorted out. Today it's more than 9 days but there is no resolution but a request for 2 more days on every call which we make to him..
                              This is the worst experience first time from a such a reputed organization as we never expect this fromTata group.

                                  Sir the Titan watch service centre at St. John Buildings North veli street Madurai was closed today. The SACS Titan service centre at Town Hall road purposely not taken the case since the watch was not purchased in SACS show room. As a result not able to service my watch.
