I purchased two bangles by exchanging with old gold...and so my excess Rs.5000 was in ur showroom and for that amount i selected an earring and asked them to hold it on...when i went today to get it without any information they sold it...atleast they should have asked us about it...when we asked about this there was no proper response from Vadivu madam and other staffs in trichy showroom...the way they answer is disgusting...everyone of them involved are saying WE DONT KNOW...what kind of answer is this?...we are customers since 1993 and is this the way you treat us guys...very very disappointed...this is not the way to treat your customers...very bad and very upset of your tanishq service...just because your company grows this is not the way you treat your regular customers.

        Hi,

        This is with regards to my tanishq golden harvest scheme - refund. I have been following up with them since april/may 2020 through emails and calls to process the refund, submitted my documents multiple times however i am not getting an help. I just keep getting standard replies and no one is taking the time to explain where the problem is. I need urgent help with this matter.

            Recently I came across your horrible customer service where I exchanged my jewelleries to get new one as part of GH plans. On 27th sept 2020 i exchanged my old jwellery and purchased new one but could not buy it due to your pathetic system that fail to send me the OTP. Then I was told to come back later . When I went back again after few days, the gold price got increased, which cost me 2000/- extra to purchase new jwelllery. On top of that the the tanishq staff dint exchange the old jwellery as per the updated price .

            I would suggest you manage your system and staff better else shutdown your business . Cause it not worth dealing with you guys . Where we are investing money on you then at the end of the day we have to pay extra price to get the new ones .

            Now I have already decided to not invest on you in furure

              I bought a frame in Titan which is a old stock broken within days however it has warranty for an year but the seller is not agreed to claim. I dropped multiple mails to Titan customer care with invoice and photos but no response. Please help. The cost is 2000rs. Frame broken within 40days. I'm working from home I couldn't work without spectacles past 2months.
              Please address it ASAP

                This is regarding case TKT [protected] for purchase done at Guwahati Tanishq, GS Road on 2 nd Oct 2020.
                I bought 1 platinum finger ring product value Rs 28273.31 and diamond stud earring product value 24060.50 against my gold exchange value CC Rs. 16, 134, (CN TEP) 977/ Rs. 36, 925/ and GHS discount voucher of 3, 692. But I was made to pay extra Rs. 16134/ .This amount is wrongly charged from me. All this after I was made to wait for more than half an hour in payment counter and the cashier was constantly on his phone keeping me wait. I urge urgent redressal of the matter and have sent customer copy of bills given to me for your perusal. Iam a loyal customer of Tanishq and such incidents make me question it's credibility.

                  We have placed order in the Kammanahalli Main road on 10th Sepember 2020 and they said and placed order for delivery on 27th September 2020, till today no delivery nor any information is shared.
                  Order No. 142.

                  Request you to help me on this issue. I do not want the order, since i needed on 27th September, now let them refund my money.

                      I bought a ring and it was to be collected after some minor reduction in size.

                      After a week i went to collect and to my surprise the ring provided to me was lacking in the finish, it was dull. What surprised me is the behavior of staff even after showing him the original photos of what i purchased he was manipulating me to believe the ring after adjustment is same. The staff was thinking of fooling me into tricks, which was totally surprised at the trusted brand store of tata. Till date we were always buying gold from our trusted jeweller but since this jan 2020 we switch to tanishq, i had also bought my engagement ring in jan this year, started rs5000/- per month investment scheme (But due to lockdown was not able to continue) and now again went to buy another daily use ring. But the experience and attitude of staff schoked me. Everyone in india visit a tata store just for it's brand value and ethics of bussines.

                      I mean forget about me pointing to the difference between both rings which was on ignoring mode by your staff. How can a brand this big offer something without even checking the product before delivery.? Is it like once sold they don't have the responsibility? I had already mailed and twitted about the issue but it's been weeks and still i haven't received any call back. Hoping to hear soon and resolution of same.

                        Octane titan, was given for battery change, first service provider told watch is not working after inserting new battery and then service to be done. Finally when i came to collect product they charged rs.850/
                        I shocked and asked about the rate is charged,. They answered it will be cost this much only,,. I posted bill copy in photo section

                          We have purchased a necklace on 21 st october for an engagement on 24 october 19.Price was Rs 167465 including making charges of Rs 34621.39 & discount of Rs 5193.21.
                          As marriage was scheduled on 26 Feb, it was not worn until that.Though after marriage when this necklace was worn, it started breaking.We found a severe manufacturing defect in the piece.Due to fear of more damage to it, we stopped wearing the same but meanwhile covid crisis came in picture and all showrooms also got closed.Now as your outlets are open, we want to exchange the piece at the same rates/weight in oct 2019 and just return this defective piece . We dint want to bear the cost of making charges on exchanged piece as it is a manufacturing defect and who will suffer the loss of losing its parts, in future.(as one of your outlet at Vegas mall in DWARKA, DELHi told)Price of gold is increased, why should we suffer that loss as well. Kindly look into the issue as Tanishq outlet is not exchanging defective piece at earlier rates corresponding to weight.

                            Hi sir/ madam,

                            I am writing this mail to register a complaint on the titan watch purchased at the dealer shop.

                            On 15th september, my uncle (Bakiyanathan) purchased a titan watch worth of rs. 5000 at a dealer shop [namath watch & co, rattan bazzar, chennai - 600 003].

                            Please find the below issues in the dealer shop & titan customer care:

                            1. During my purchase of the watch (1627yaa), we noticed that the watch has been stuck and not working. Immediately i asked the dealer shop manager, this watch has been stuck up and the dealer shop manager replied to me that there was a tag inside that why it was not working.. The dealer shop manager rectified and replied to me like.. Now the watch is working.
                            2. I have taken the watch after billing and just i came out of the dealer shop for a while again the watch got stucked. I got disappointed and again went to the dealer shop and told the same like "sir again your watch got stucked".. The dealer shop manager received the watch and investigated and replied that there was a small piece of tag inside that's why it was not working.. The dealer shop manager rectified and replied to me like.. Now the watch is working.
                            3. I said that while purchasing only, the watch is not working two times., better you replace the watch with a fresh piece. But the dealer shop refused to do that.. And i told that "sir i came from a long distance and i couldn't come again and again to your shop for any issues/ repairs."
                            4. Now the watch is working and i reached my home and again noticed, the watch is not working. I am really frustrated and disappointed.

                            5. On the next day morning (16th sep) i made a call to the dealer shop and told that "sir the watch is not working again that's why i told yesterday better you replace with a fresh piece." after hearing the words from me, the dealer shop manager replied casually like., "you can come and service it"
                            6. I have purchased this watch for my relative's marriage and i am totally disappointed that how can i gift this not working watch.?

                            7. I made a call to titan customer care[protected] and registered a complaint on the issue with the help of customer care executive mr. Faraz.
                            8. Ticket number: tkt[protected]
                            9. I explained everything to mr. Faraz and he told me that you can visit the nearby world of titan and you can replace the watch.
                            10. I told mr. Faraz that if you can check any shop nearby porur chennai, he told 'yes there is world of titan' you can go there with an invoice and tell the history and complaint they will replace you with a new piece.
                            11. Mr. Faraz has validated his system and told that the model is available at porur shop and you can visit there and get a new one.., when i asked the complaint number, he told he will text me and i have not received any text message regarding ticket number.
                            12. He has closed the ticket without my knowledge and the problem is not resolved.
                            13. On the same day evening i again made a call to customer care and now mr. Mohammed has attended and again i have explained the story and asked for the ticket number and he has given the same..

                            14. With the assistance/ guidance and directions given by the cc executive and visited the porur shop at chennai., i was shocked that the shop manager is telling us we have not yet opened the shop and we are in the process of renovation.
                            15. I came out of the shop and again made a call to c care and this time mr. Sayed attended the call and as usual i explained the same and he told sorry sir, the shop porur at chennai is not in the updated list of world of titan.
                            I was totally frustrated and disappointed that i have taken leave from my office and came to world of titan for replacement and they are telling the apologize for the wrong information provided and you can only service the watch and they wont replace your watch as you have purchased from a dealer shop. This you guys would have given this information on the first time when i am registering a complaint.
                            This was totally wrong information provided and with the believed words of customer care executive, i went to the shop.
                            16. Mr. Sayed asked me to visit the nearby shop from porur, chennai which is valasaravakkam chennai and asked to explain the history and if the showroom manager refused to accept., pls call me to the customer care..
                            17. I visited valasaravakkam showroom and as expected they refused to accept the watch for a replacement and they are ready to service as i explained the history.
                            18. Again, i called the customer care and this time mr. Deepak attended the call and asking about the information on the model number, and he has given the wrong address of dealer shop, it means that the ticket is not updated appropriately.

                            The major issue are as follows:

                            * dealer (Namath watch & co) has given a not properly working watch.
                            * customer care executive redirected me in a wrong way.
                            * each an every time, i need to explain the problem/ story and history to every customer care executive.
                            * customer care executive is asking some basic information again and again such as watch model number., as i have mentioned the model number while registering the ticket in the first call itself.
                            * ticket was not updated accordingly as per my discussion with customer care executive and it has been closed without my knowledge.
                            * i have returned the watch to the dealer shop and asked to return the money. He has accepted the same and written on the backside of the invoice bill like "amount will be transferred to the bank account given" note: i have given my bank details.

                            I kindly request you to take action on the dealer shop (Namath watch & co, rattan bazzar, chennai - 600 003) for providing me such a not properly working titan watch.
                            And i request you to advice your customer care executives not to give any false statements or improper guidance/ directions., as it may leads to un necessary frustration to customers.
                            I have been wasted my money, office leave, and man powers for visiting multiple world of titan show room and again to the dealer shop.

                            As you are mentioning that you are having 100 million satisfied customers in your warranty cards but i am not satisfied.. Right from my great grand father, we are using titan watches and still i am wearing the titan watch in my left hand while drafting this mail.. I am really proud to say that myself and family are the valuable customer to titan but this instance makes me disappointed and frustrated.

                            Kindly take it as high priority and severity and i need a proper resolution from your side.

                            You can treat this mail as my highest level of escalation and need proper solution.

                              1. Tanishq product code 511178vhlu1a00-bangles bought as per the details in the attached invoice has developed defects shown in the attached pictures.

                              2. My grievance was not addressed on approaching nearest tanishq outlet in ahmednagar.

                              3. It is requested to reimburse making charges of inr 11244.21 against exchange of the product against jwellery of equal value free of charge.

                                I purchased one spectacle from titan eye plus show room situated at duck banglow more Barasat Kolkata 700124. There is a cut marks on the right temple and peeling of also occuring. I contacted to the showroom but they said it occurs due to mishandling. But I am saying that the cut mark was there from the very beginning as I did not notice the mark early so I received the product otherwise I might not receive the product. I only use this product for less than 3 months so warranty period is still prevailing.Please help.

                                  Titan showroom, jawahar nagar, perambur, worst service... I gone there for service my watch strap, for changing small cap in strap they told me replace whole strap which costs 1200. I accepted and changed spending 1200 rs, even they didn't give my old strap. Within one week the same problem in my new strap also, the cap was damaged. When visited again they told me to again replace the strap. Cheating people one of the worst cheating service

                                      Recently bought gold jwellery at tanishq, however during payment through various debit cards, one of the cards were swiped and returned saying, that no transaction happened. When we returned back we came to know an amount of ₹50, 000/- was deducted from pataliputra jewels of hajipur, bihar from the returned debit card.
                                      Next day when we contacted mr gyanendra ojha from the number provided in the bill, he assured us that the complaint will be resolved within 2hrs, and asked us to give our bank account details for refund of extra amount of ₹50, 000/-, after the assurance, we gave him the necessary details, but since then the gentleman is not picking up our calls nor responding to the messages. Just wondering if tanishq has started this new way of harrasing customer in their public dealings. Hope this complaint cell works, and the extra money deducted is refunded back.

                                        Hi team,

                                        I have started the golden harvest scheme at tanishq outlet with account number[protected]. I have completed my 10 installments. When i have gone to ask for refund of the deposited amount, the store persons explained about buying gold.

                                        Due to personal reasons, i have requested to withdraw the payment. Tanishq team are giving excuses every time like come after a day or come after two days. I have reached out to them 2 times, however they are giving excuses every time.

                                        As per policy, payment will be made without bonus post maturity plus defined period.
                                        As a consumer, i have requested every time to support and settle my account.

                                        As a valued company, such behaviors of staff are also not recognized in any situation. I am very frequently visiting the tanishq/titan/etc. We always recognised the services but today incident was completely panic for us.
