Recently bought gold jwellery at tanishq, however during payment through various debit cards, one of the cards were swiped and returned saying, that no transaction happened. When we returned back we came to know an amount of ₹50, 000/- was deducted from pataliputra jewels of hajipur, bihar from the returned debit card.
Next day when we contacted mr gyanendra ojha from the number provided in the bill, he assured us that the complaint will be resolved within 2hrs, and asked us to give our bank account details for refund of extra amount of ₹50, 000/-, after the assurance, we gave him the necessary details, but since then the gentleman is not picking up our calls nor responding to the messages. Just wondering if tanishq has started this new way of harrasing customer in their public dealings. Hope this complaint cell works, and the extra money deducted is refunded back.
