I bought a frame from titan showroom on 12/06/20. Rim got broken within 10 days. I gave to the shop and owner told me to wait for 10 days. Its been 60 days i havent received it. I mailed a compaint to customer care also but no greivance addressal done.

    On July 30, I placed on order for ear rings money got debited but I didn’t get order details it been almost one month but My money didn’t get refunded to my account. I raised several complaints but no proper response.

      I placed a order online for a pair of gold bangles code 511819VHQR2A002ED0000179 and paid Rs. 1, 60, 707/- through my Citi Bank VISA credit card on 15.08.2020 . The transaction was reported successful by PayU but rejected by Tanishq as unsuccessful, but Citi Bank has confirmed the transaction as successful and debited my card account. Since the bank and PayU have confirmed the transaction Tanishq has to refund the amount to Citi Bank immediately.
      I have written to Tanishq customer care service but no favourable reply is received till date.
      Please look into this matter and arrange immediate refund.

        Ordered online Titan Watch Masaba tribal hug on 02 Aug'20 (order No: 2128822), on 12Aug'20 as the product was not received made a call to titan customer service then cam to know the product was returned back to it's warehouse. No information about this to me till then . On the same day (12Aug'20) received an E mail and an Sms saying Your refund was initated, for this refund waited till 18th evening when contacted bank got reply no refund was initiated from titan. Again contacted customer care on 18Aug'20 and 20Aug'20 till this time no refund of the amount. Always make cut the call with a reply of sorry and in half an hour will get a call back from one of our senior executive. Till this time not received refund of the money paid for the product

          मैं प्रतिभा प्रकाश, आपके गोल्डन हार्वेस्ट स्कीम की 4 साल से उपभोक्ता रही हूं, जिसमे मैंने यह देखा है कि अगर पेमेंट में 1 दिन की भी देरी हो तो उसके लिए आपके अलग कंडीशन हैं लेकिन मुझे ये बताइये की अगर मैने उसी स्कीम के लिए रिफंड के लिए अप्लाई किया(26 जून )जो कि अधिकतम 12 दिन में हो जाना चाहिए था, तो क्या आप किसी भी तरह उस पैसे को रख कर उसका ब्याज कमा रहे हैं। ये तो उपभोक्ता को बेवकूफ बनाने का सबसे अच्छा तरीका है जो आपने चुना है। covid 19 के इस समय में नुकसान की भरपाई ये कंपनी क्या इस तरह उपभोक्ता को परेशान और लूट के करेगी।

            The refund cheque was sent to my older address without even confirming my current address. I have mailed 10 times, called 10 times every time they ask for some new thing.in the last call it was confirmed that everything is done now i will get the refund by neft. But i didn't receive any money, when i called back again they have started asking docs. I m fed-up of this, why did the executive have no idea what are talking, y there is no coordination. I want my money back and i cant go through the process again and again.

              I have purchased a tommy hilfiger ladies watch from central bhubaneswar odisha. On 06.04.19. Really it was a worst buying of ever in my life. Stones are defaced within two months of purchase and some of the fallen. It was given at central for repairing from march 20. Simply they are asking still stones are not available and it will take 1.5. Months more to repair. Worst service by titan team.
              I have purchased the watch and stock with you for repairing for 6 months? Isn’t it hampering my warranty period. Also they are asking money for damaged stones? Horrible!!!

                  Sir, I m a Tanishq customer frm a long time. My loyalty id is[protected]. U can also che k my transactions and my old purchase from my loyalty id. I have been often visiting and purchasing gold frm tanishq and Mia products. Recently i visited a tanishq showroom at Chandigarh manimazra. My wife chose a mia product and want to exchange old mia product. But recently came to know that the exchange policy of Mia has been changed in which the individual get refund of 70% of the invoice of the Mia product purchased ir respective of the time u have purchased. As per this policy it is a great loss to the customer as there are frequent hikes in gold and diamond rate. As per this policy no customer will but Mia products for investment purposes as the rate of exchange will always be 70% of the purchase invoice irrespective of the present gold and diamond rate. This is a very big loss to the customer and also a big bad effect of your customer value to Mia products. As per a customer i suggest to please carry on the with the old policy in which the exchange rate may be considered as per the current market value . For a good purpose dor customers and for maintaining ur values for customers. Hope i will get a positive answer for this mail on my contact number [protected] ya on my mail

                    I had ordered a watch from the company the amount being rs.5295 which i had paid online and the order no.2504968.
                    Due to some issue they were not able to deliver my order and they said they would refund my money.
                    I have attached the mail send my them below please look into the matter and refund it as soon as possible.

                      Golden Harvest plan fraud

                      I opted for golden harvest plan last year. For 10 months i was supposed to pay 10, 000 per month and if i keep the money as is (Accumulated 1, 00, 000); in the 13th month i will get interest of approx 6 to 7 thousand inr. I can either use this total amount to buy gold from tanishq or the total amount principal plus interest can be transferred to my account is what was promised when the tanishq sales person (Safia, kondapur, hyderabad) sold...

                      I have purchased the lens and frames on the above date and before the validity (1 year) one of the glass coating is removed and scratched automatically. I consulted the showroom for the replacement of the glass but they say i will not get the warranty replacement.
                      Initially the glass and frame was purchased on 2/3/19 and it got damaged with few months. They replaced the lense on 22/11/19 and gave me a warranty card of 1 year. But now they are saying, i will not get the coverage from the new date of replacement.
                      I couldn't come for repair during last few months due to covid19 lockdown.

                      Kindly do me a replacement of the lenses.

                        Bought titan htse watch in kolkata in 2019 & within 2-3 o[censored]se the watch strap tore off. When i visited the same titan showroom in gariahat (Kolkata), they refused to repair/replace the strap. Please note this happened only after max 3 months o[censored]se. I am at loss buying this watch. Kindly help me replace the strap.
                        Since then, the watch is useless for me. I am at a total loss.

                            I had purchased a watch on dtd 1 aug'20 from total store vijaypath, mansarover jaipur (Rajasthan) which was found used when checked at home on going for an exchange today dtd 8 aug'20 the store people claimed that i've used the watch and misbehaved with me and denied to exchange, on visiting the store again even the manager didn't responded properly and denied.
                            I gave my sencere feedback on which i received a call from the store and on that they misbehaved again saying that it's a wrong feedback given by me.

                              I have applied for refund of my golden harvest scheme on 10.05.2020. But till date i have not received any money in my account. They are saying that we have initiated online transfer on 29.06.2020 but i am continuously talking to their customer care that i have not received money. I have also lodged a complaint on their customer care having complaint no 1084357 on 21.07.2020 along with my bank statement. They have closed this complaint without solving the issue.

                                I bought an eyewear and pair of lenses from titan eye plus calicut showroom. The lenses had all the features like uv protection, scratch proof etc. The cost of lens wad 2500. Within one month lenses had full of scratch in it and the frame was also getting faded. I started sending mail in april 2020. Till today ive sent 3 mails with photographs and 4 calls which i have the recordings. Haven't received a single mail from them. When i went to the showroom they told that they cant help. So obnoxious.

                                    I am nisheeth gaur from mehsana gujarat. This complaint is regarding my golden harvest scheme[protected]. I have opened this on 18.03.2019.
                                    I paid seven installment through online. Due to my personal requirement i opt for refund for the scheme and waited for withdrawl. I uploaded all documents.
                                    I uploaded all documents on 02.08.2020.
                                    I have received mail on 14.08.2020 that money will be refunded in 10 working days. I regularly communicated with customer care but they are saying u have alrady reedemed. I asked them if i have redeemed then give me a bill if i have purchased anything. They have no proper data base, imcompetent employee. They are not refunding money and delaying it. As a customer it is very bad experience with tanisq. If they are claiming that i have reedemed it then they should prove when i have purchased? (Bill, date of purchase, store).
                                    Here i m escalating this matter now and waiting for action. They should refund my money with in time. If needed i m ready to take this matter in consumer forum.

                                      I have ordered a wall clock from your website and received the same on 21 july 2020. (Screenshot attached) on 26th morning i saw that the clock was loosing time so i bought a new battery for the clock but still the problem was persisting. So i called your customer care on 27th (Within 7 days after receiving the clock) and a ticket (Tkt - [protected]) was raised. Since than the clock is loosing time (Moves 1 hour in a day).

                                      Please note that your clock didnt lasted for 2995 minutes after purchasing it for rs. 2995/- only,

                                      After complaining your customer service regarding the malfunctioning clock i realized that your customer service more pathetic than your wall clock. The 7days hassle free return is so hassle free that i couldnt download return form as the url redirects the customer to the homepage.

                                      No follow up even after calling daily for three consecutive days (Though i was assured of recieving a call back everytime ; in 24hours then 15 minutes then 24 hours) of raising complaint on 27th july, no nodal officer contact anywhere on website.

                                      Had i expected this service from tata's titan, i would have bought any better looking cheaper wall clock from any chinese seller.

                                      You brilliant service would be rewarded by consumer forum soon if the ticket stays unresolved.
