I had purchased male finger ring and earrings in exchange of some old jewellery purchased from tanishq itself in october 2019. They gave me credit note of rs 7000 (Approx) so that i can purchase something later on but now they are saying that i have only rs 900 points in my account.. This is the violation of consumer right. On what basis they withdraw my money from my account?

    I booked my product on 18 march 2020. That time gold rate was 4000 per gram. After that covid 19 took place n lockdown started due to which store closed. I was not able to purchase. But now when i want to purchase the store staffs r telling will give on current gold rate which is 48000. This is customer fault that the store is closed. Covid 19 occured worldwode. Everyone is facing problem. But tanishq team is telling their teams n conditions they will follow. Tanishq is one of the worst brand n their policy n scheme. They misguide customers

    They r telling me to give current gold rate . I send u the booking slip. When I booked the gold rate was 4000 per gram n now gold rate 4800 per gram . Is this customer fault that COVID 19 occured in between . Lockdown started store closed for 90 days . 17000 extra they r telling to pay .

    Tanishq team should cooperate with customers as the store was closed for 90 days due to COVID 19 they r not listening as the problem was worldwide .

    4000 se 4800 per gram gold rate increase hue . Cooperate to karna chahiye hum to lockdown period me bhi ready thae lene ko lekin store close tha . Jo purchase 80980 la tha wo ab 97000 ka ho gaya current rate se .

      This is regarding my golden harvest A/C no.[protected] which was started on 27.04.2019 and regularly paid all the installments through online.
      Due to personal need change; I opted for not to redeem the scheme and waited for withdrawal for 421 days. The 421 days completed on 21.06.2020.
      I approached customer center on 19.06.2020 and submitted all the necessary documents like Adhaar Card, Account No, Cancelled cheque of my bank account, on 20 June i received E-voucher and was told that within 12 working days will get refund in my account without any further need of me connecting with Tanishq.
      On 10.7.2020, I called again customer care and inquired about my 30k refund amount and they told me to mail by sharing all the documents and mentioning everything, for the same i got TKT[[protected]] generated for the same .I called up customer care again two days later and to my surprise i got to know that the TKT[[protected]] was already cancelled due to duplication and old TKT[[protected]] is open and under process.From past many days i got same vague and fake comments that, "ITS UNDER PROCESS". I requested to get confirmation mail with proper due date for my refund and call from senior authority for clear and accurate update. However, I did not receive any call and mail till now. On 18.07.2020 I called customer care and was told that it will again take more 12 working days required for getting the process completed.
      Collectively Tanishq has taken 29 days extra as of today after 421 days of scheme completion.
      I have written back on 17.7.2020 to process my money return or else I shall be escalating the matter. However, no one has replied till date.

      Here with I am escalating this matter now and waiting for action. Also, I expect suitable interest payment for the extra days elapsed. If needed; I am also ready to take this matter with consumer forum!!!
      I leave it to the discretion of Titan (Tata and Group) for their quick reply and return of money.

          This is regarding my golden harvest a/c no.[protected] which was started on 26.04.2019 and regularly paid all the installments through online.
          Due to personal need change; I opted for not to redeem the scheme and waited for withdrawal for 421 days. The 421 days completed on 22.06.2020.
          I approached customer center on 10.06.2020 and no proper information received and later I connected with local branch over phone on 12.06.2020. I was told that the cheque will be provided to my house address without any further need of me connecting with Tanishq.
          On 22.06.2020, I received communication on voucher and I reverted to inform that I opted for closer and withdrawing of my payment of 30k through TKT[protected] on 23.06.2020, I received a mail asking the details which I provided on the same day. Which stated within 12 days payment will be received. However, I did not receive any transaction and I further connected through TKT[protected]. I received a communication on 11.07.2020 staying delay and further 12 more days required for getting the process completed.
          Collectively Tanishq has taken 21 days extra as of today after 421 days of scheme completion.
          I have written back on 11.07.2020 to process my money return or else I shall be escalating the matter. However, no one has replied till date.

          Here with I am escalating this matter now and waiting for action. Also, I expect suitable interest payment for the extra days elapsed. If needed; I am also ready to take this matter with consumer forum!!!
          I leave it to the discretion of Tata and group for their quick reply and return of money.

            Dear TANISHQ COMPANY,
            So here is my part of story, we walked into tanishq chandrasekharpur branch, Bhubaneswar there was this staff called sanjay in 2nd floor. He behaved rudely. The fact is as soon as we entered tanishq people started telling us to maintain distance!
            What the hell?
            I am a educated woman and a doctor and I know how well corona distance should be maintained. But consistently talking and irritating us by telling us to maintain distance makes no where sense!
            I am a loyal customer of tanishq but this kind of behaviour is not expected. We are customers and we are coming to give you business but this ungrateful behaviour is not expected!
            You can check the cctv footage as well.
            The reason I am writing this review is not because I want to degrade tanishq but I want tanishq to improve its customer service. Even I am a literate woman and I know how customer service executive should behave. So please improve your service.

              I had submitted form for golden harvest policy on 12/06/2020, but did not received any refund. When i called customer care they said there was some technical issue, please submit form again. I submitted again but till date i have not received my refund.
              This money is very important in this pandemic situation.

                I have two golden harvest scheme accounts with tanishq, one got matured in march & in return, i got a voucher for that amount for purchase.
                On akshaya tritya i ordered a 24 carat 5 gm gold coin, but it could not deliver on the 12th of june, now the company mailed me to purchase a new one.
                First, i purchased this coin from the e-voucher which i invested & i paid additional money from my pocket.

                Neither the company is giving the product nor crediting my whole amount included additional paid apart from e-voucher.

                I tried many times but all in vain.

                  Its a corporate companies.. So all buttery employees wil roam around you with insisting on gold harvesting plan.. When it comes to a service, i wil advise not to go to them at all

                  I baught set of rs. 10.37 lack for my wife..in 4 month there was a minor weild broke and it requires again stick back. Mi baught from delhi and ask to repair it in ahmedabad tanishq stores, the guy was asking for rs.2000.

                  They charge you almost 1100 rs. Per gram labour cost.. Which is highest in industry.. Still when you return gold to them they wil cut do cut off 3% of price... It means they can't let you be in profit..

                  Special bad experience you wil have is at ahmedabad stores.. They won't even tell you about cashback or other offers.. All are literally disapponting and worse..

                  Little good experience i had was at delhi and chandigarh stores... Where employees will tell you all benifits like cash back offers and other schemes at front..

                      I had ordred for a watch on 7 june and payed the amount online. But i didnt get a confirmation email of order details.

                      I had called the titian customer care on the same day, one of the analysts had told me due to server issue from their end the order was not placed and the amount will be refunded to me after 3 days

                      I have called the customer care 3 -4 times each time they tell me that the amount will be refunded after 5 days and 7 days. I have even raised a ticket for this issue and i am following it up.

                      Today when i called the customer care they are askng me to wait for 6 more days. Its been
                      17 days i am waiting and following up.

                        I enrolled my self with Golden Harvest Scheme of Tanishq on 06/04/2019 and maturity date of this scheme was 06/02/2020. As we all know that because of COVID -19 situation it is not possible to go for shopping. Therefore I requested them to kindly pay back my fifty thousand with gift voucher as proposed by them as I would purchase gold as and when the situation became favourable. All details regarding the account of GHS along with cancelled cheque and Aadhar card no. were given to Tanishq Dehrdaun on 30th may 2020 by requesting them to pay back my Rs 50, 000. After getting in touch with Tanishq store at Dehrdaun many times I have not received any money till now. I am a premium customer of Tanishq. You can check my account with Tanishq ( my mobile no. [protected]) and can see my shopping done with Tanishq stores since four years. My requests have been falling on deaf ears since a long time and I am in urgent need of money.                           I bought titan spectacles about an year ago. Now the hands of the spects became lose. I took them to the titan eyeplus customer care near me and they said it's due to the hard water at my place the screws become rusty and can't be fixed.
                          I called customer care. They gave a token number. But no one called me back.
                          I put mail to titan service twice but none of it helped.

                            I am very disappointment with your service.

                            This is regarding the payment transfer of amount which has been promised to transfer in my account in 4 to 5 days. However it's been 20 more days with delay and now again tanishq customer care sent me mail starting that this will delay for 15 days. And instead neft they will be sending cheque??
                            This is really a pathetic service and false commitment what i got as of now. Earlier i was committed to transfer amount in bank account and now again they said they are saying abt cheque.

                            Please look i to this matter immediately and transfer amount asap to avoid any further escalations.

                              1.Drop earring. 511518DDPAGA00 - 22 karat - 3.292 g
                              2.Hoop Earring. 513113HAAABA00 - 22 karat- 2.875g

                              During the purchase of above gold items the above jewellery shop reprentative has not inform to me about making charge of above gold items separately. He inform about discount on making charge. And also she informed the discount rate is 8 percent. But in the final bill the actual discount given to the customer is 7.5 percent.

                              The making charge has collected from me for SL no 1 gold item is 14.5 percent and for SL no 2 is 21.5 percent which is very high cost as per the design of the above items.

                              So kindly look into the matter and reduce the making charge at low cost as per their design and refund the reduced cost to me at the earliest.
                              Also as per representative inform to me about discount is 8 percent. Please refund 0.5 percent aslo to the customer.

                                Subject franchisee at panaji goa had appointed me as cro on 2nd march 2020 for salary of 18k + incentives for time slot of 1pm to 9pm which was scheduled by the franchisee in the vacancy add. Upon joining no appointment letter was given to me neither any professional training.

                                However in march due to lockdown from 21st march he paid me salary of rs 11600 and in lockdown for april he paid rs 5500. The shop was opened post lockdown on 5th may and i worked there till 30th may.
                                The reason for resignation was franchise was not ready to give salary what was offered to me on offer letter and asked to accept 35% cut salary also the owner mr altar mavany was very rude and dismannerd towards me. He used abusive words most of the time infront of customer s also. There was no proper training given to me which i had mentioned to him while accepting his job offer that i do not have experience in the given field and he committed to provide training which was not given. On 26th may he shouted at me and said he will settle my dues for may month and i should resign on the same day and not to come from next day accordingly i mailed him resignation on 30th may will be my last working day. Later he asked me to extend the notice period till 15th july to which i agreed but he started harrasing me because of which i did not serve notice period. He is liable to give me my may salary since i worked there for entire month but he is not ready to pay the same and harrasing me that he will spoil my name and career.

                                Subject franchisee at Panaji Goa had appointed me as CRO on 2nd March 2020 for salary of 18k + incentives for time slot of 1pm to 9pm which was scheduled by the franchisee in the vacancy add. Upon joining no appointment letter was given to me neither any professional training.

                                However in March due to lockdown from 21st march he paid me salary of Rs 11600 and in lockdown for April he paid Rs 5500. The shop was opened post lockdown on 5th May and I worked there till 30th may.
                                The reason for resignation was franchise was not ready to give salary what was offered to me on offer letter and asked to accept 35% cut salary also the owner Mr Altar Mavany was very rude and dismannerd towards me. He used abusive words most of the time Infront of customer s also. There was no proper training given to me which I had mentioned to him while accepting his job offer that I do not have experience in the given field and he committed to provide training which was not given. On 26th may he shouted at me and said he will settle my dues for may month and I should resign on the same day and not to come from next day accordingly I mailed him resignation on 30th may will be my last working day. Later he asked me to extend the notice period till 15th July to which I agreed but he started harrasing me because of which I did not serve notice period. He is liable to give me my May salary since I worked there for entire month but he is not ready to pay the same and harrasing me that he will spoil my name and career.

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  Myself raffique ahmed is a very old customer of titan brand, as i liked its quality and service, but now i have come across a very strange problem which i am noticing first as far as titan is concerned, i have bought a a titan edge watch few years back, now i have noticed some problems in its dial, so i went to your titan showroom in safina plaza, bangalore, there they took my watch on 12/03/2020 for service and told me that they will call me once it is ready, i used to call them in between but they denied the answer telling it is not yet ready, then after 13 days there was lockdown started and i kept quiet and now when they again opened the showroom 5 days back, i got shocki answer that it is not yet ready and also they are telling me to take the watch back.

                                  I am really disappointed with the answer and also the quality of service they are providing, as it is a titan watch and just they have to replace the dial for which they don't want to provide the service and also they have kept the watch with them for nearly 3 months, kindly look into the matter and solve my problem,

                                    This is regarding Ticket Number : TKT-[protected]

                                    I had a TGH account with Tanishq ( # A/C No :[protected]

                                    As closure proceeds of the account, there was an option to choose between a Gift certificate with specific Validity or opt for a Refund.

                                    Without my consent, I was given a Gift Certificate, where as I was preferring to opt for a refund.

                                    When I contacted contacted by Customer Care regarding the same, I was told to send an email, and I sent an email with all details on April 21st .

                                    There was a ticket created for the same, and I was asked to submit the documents.

                                    I submitted all the required documents required atleast thrice.

                                    Till date, I have not been provided with the refund of the amount that I paid for Tanishq Gold Harvest Scheme,

                                    I have done endless follow-ups on the refund, I had not received any kind of communication as when Refund will be provided.

                                    It is highly disappointing and disheartening for a brand like Tanishq behaving in such an irresponsible way, and too after being a loyal customer of Tanishq for more than 15 years.
