This is regarding my golden harvest A/C no.[protected] which was started on 27.04.2019 and regularly paid all the installments through online.
Due to personal need change; I opted for not to redeem the scheme and waited for withdrawal for 421 days. The 421 days completed on 21.06.2020.
I approached customer center on 19.06.2020 and submitted all the necessary documents like Adhaar Card, Account No, Cancelled cheque of my bank account, on 20 June i received E-voucher and was told that within 12 working days will get refund in my account without any further need of me connecting with Tanishq.
On 10.7.2020, I called again customer care and inquired about my 30k refund amount and they told me to mail by sharing all the documents and mentioning everything, for the same i got TKT[[protected]] generated for the same .I called up customer care again two days later and to my surprise i got to know that the TKT[[protected]] was already cancelled due to duplication and old TKT[[protected]] is open and under process.From past many days i got same vague and fake comments that, "ITS UNDER PROCESS". I requested to get confirmation mail with proper due date for my refund and call from senior authority for clear and accurate update. However, I did not receive any call and mail till now. On 18.07.2020 I called customer care and was told that it will again take more 12 working days required for getting the process completed.
Collectively Tanishq has taken 29 days extra as of today after 421 days of scheme completion.
I have written back on 17.7.2020 to process my money return or else I shall be escalating the matter. However, no one has replied till date.
Here with I am escalating this matter now and waiting for action. Also, I expect suitable interest payment for the extra days elapsed. If needed; I am also ready to take this matter with consumer forum!!!
I leave it to the discretion of Titan (Tata and Group) for their quick reply and return of money.
