Myself raffique ahmed is a very old customer of titan brand, as i liked its quality and service, but now i have come across a very strange problem which i am noticing first as far as titan is concerned, i have bought a a titan edge watch few years back, now i have noticed some problems in its dial, so i went to your titan showroom in safina plaza, bangalore, there they took my watch on 12/03/2020 for service and told me that they will call me once it is ready, i used to call them in between but they denied the answer telling it is not yet ready, then after 13 days there was lockdown started and i kept quiet and now when they again opened the showroom 5 days back, i got shocki answer that it is not yet ready and also they are telling me to take the watch back.
I am really disappointed with the answer and also the quality of service they are providing, as it is a titan watch and just they have to replace the dial for which they don't want to provide the service and also they have kept the watch with them for nearly 3 months, kindly look into the matter and solve my problem,
