Hi. I am a regular customer for titan and this is my second visit to hosur sipcot titan outlet on 23/11/2019. Mr. Mervin assisted us. He behaved in such a rude way, finally we have selected a watch and billed it. Mr. Mervin asked weather you need a carry bag, didn't provide the bag & made me to carry the box. As if he is gonna give from his money. His behaviour irritated me, what is there in tat paper carry bag. He wanna save that for his company or he thought i am not eligible for that paper bag. I request titan not to leave these kind of people to assist customers & spoil their shopping satisfication. This is the first time that i have experienced such a poor behaviour.

      I purchased a fastrack reflex 2 fitness tracker watch last year from shoppers stop but for last few days i am observing that the display is very deemed. I cannot see anything normally, other than black out. Dop 011118 which is a year only. I approached your custcare thru mail for quite sometime and went on reminding. Yesterday i was asked to visit your show room stated below
      Diamond harbour road, taratala opp. Cesc building, block c, new alipore, kolkata, west bengal 700038

      However on examining i was advised that the circuit board (Capsule) is not working as the display is blank and needs replacement. Please advise replacement on urgent basis.

      I sent few mail mails till date to your customer care and corporate communication but no action.

        I have bought titan watch at 3500Rs and within 15 days it was getting stuck so that I had submitted it to the customer service. After 48 daya they returned me and I used it again 15 days after that it was again getting stuck. When I was complaining for replacement, they told me that it wouldn't be possible.I was so shocked that such a huge brand are not creating good watch.

          I have purchased a titan watch cost of 4000 rs and i am not wearing my watch because of most of time i submit my watch in service center to repair and they are asking money to repair my watch. Its just 3 months old watch.
          i am very upset after purchased this watch.

            Unnecessary charge taken by service center for battery replacement without informing me they charged me 355 inr and said its service charge and denied to split my bill amount details.

            Here i attached bill copy where service charge include with battery amount and battery cost is only 60 rs.

              I got my titan edge battery replaced, but i am sure the world of titan store over charged me, because i could see the technician change the price manually on the booking system and there was no price list displayed anywhere. How could i trust or verify if i am charged correctly? Further, the technician also acted suspiciously as he wouldn't sign and stamp the bill until i would ask him several times. I couldn't even check the price online as even the model number of the battery was manually entered and i couldn't find it online. I was unfortunately scammed by a well-known company like titan.

                I had purchased a gents belt from titan phoenix mall lucknow showroom.
                At the time of purchase it was told that the belt is made from genuine leather

                After using some time the belt has started leaving marks around vest over the pant loops area.

                On contacting to same store they were reluctant to give any answer nor paid any attention.
                I am attaching photo of belt.

                Such melting of belt never happens to a belt purchased from footpath costing 200 rs.

                This belt cost 2000 rs.

                Instruct to store to change it as it is a manufacturing defect.

                  I have done the payment of Rs. 4, 653/- on 25th Oct 2019 via vide Acquirer Reference Number 74766519298942069128900. and product was showing in my order booked Tanishq.co.in (screenshot attached).
                  But now Tanishq removed my order history from https://www.tanishq.co.in/ and they are not replying to my mail / WhatsApp.
                  As per there FB they dont have any record and not ready to provide more details. My Bank conformed they payment done and same email attached here for your reference.

                    I have purchased an watch on 16.04.2019 from rhythm japan, avani river side mall 32, jagat banerjee ghat road, howrah -711002. The central lock is out of order within a few days. I have gone to the shop to repair for free of cost. But they refused. And demanded a sum of rs. 480.00 to repair the same. So i request to solve the problem as early as possible.

                      As i purchased titan eye plus frame with lenses from titan eye, deoghar (Jharkhand) on 8/7/2019 after few days of purchased i noticed some issues which are below.
                      1. Vission issue
                      2. Scratched occurrence
                      3. Scrow losing of frame
                      4. Unshining of frame

                      For this i had contact services center but didnot got satisfactory reply.

                      So i request to pls look my issue and resolve it as soon as posible.

                        I bought a watch on 7.10.2019 within 20days the glass was broken. I contact the store where i purchased they are asking 950rs for glass replacement. I'm shocked on watch quality. I need a proper solution. Its just 20 days enough. I'm not ready to pay. I want to replace my new watch with some other new watch. Even if i replace the watch with money there is no guarantee it wont break again as the quality was very poor. Customer service response was not proper. We are spending so much money in buying watch but quality was very poor.

                        Please help me to get a replacement with new watch.

                          I bought fastrack watch from amazon. Titan showroom denied warranty for that watch due to fake product. Amazon ask me to submit either denial of warranty from titan through letter or mail. But titan not ready to give both. Titan found that the product is fake then why not give the letter for denial of warranty. Sangeetha from titan refused to give service denial letter. Without that letter i am not able to proceed with amazon. Kindly provide the service denial letter.

                              I am saying about tanishq Manton branch in Kolkata.Stuffs are very much noncooperative and they are literally shouting on customers instead of listening to their requirements. They are so busy even their specialist couldn't come to check the old gold.Based on customer type they are giving priorities as if people who want to buy light gold jewellery are of no ik importance.Very much unsatisfied.I will never visit again.

                                I bought some jewellery from tanishq showroom in model town jalandhar back in october 2017. Their executive told me a monthly scheme in which i invested rs 7000 there and then. But unfortunately after that i could not invest further due to some personal problems. I got shifted to himachal. So today i came jalandhar and visited the same tanishq showroom. I asked about the status of my amount. To my surprise they told me that the amount was already matured in 2017 and a gold coin of 2gms has been given in lieu of the amount. Now i was visiting tanishq after more than 2 years. None from my family visited them. Then how is it possible??
                                I asked them that u must have taken some id proof to whom u have issued that gold coin. They didnt respond properly. I asked them i didnt come here.. Noone frm my family came here then to whom the gold coin has been issued?? They didnt have the name of the person even.. I asked for the cctv footage. They said sir its of 2017. How do we get it??
                                So in short 7000 rs from my hard earned money is lost??

                                  I have purchased a titan globe trotter black dial analog world time watch
                                  (Nk1706nl01) from your show room, mumbai on 29th april, 2017 worth rs. Around 7000 at that time.

                                  Even after using this watch for 1.5 years very carefully, watch's leather original strap started peeling off and i am unable to use the watch currently even after enquiring in many titan showrooms for replacement.

                                  I had been to service center and escalated to customer care also and demanded for new watch strap.
                                  Your service center not ready for replacement/changing the belt (Please note we have purchased this watch price is 7000 which is not small amount and now its litterally useless).

                                  The company should have informed us about unavailability of original strap before buying such useless products.

                                  Seriously what is happening???

                                  We go for branded things in a hope that they will be good. Very disappointed titan.

                                  I request you to check my issue at the earliest and provide me the proper resolution.

                                    I have procured one titan watch (Titan 9322sl03j leather analog men's watch) online from snapdeal. The item delivered without warranty card and i took the watch to a titan shown room to check whether the snapdeal delivered me a genuine titan product and they informed that the watch snapdeal delivered to me is of duplicate make.
                                    I regret to inform that a brand name of titan is being misused by snapdeal to cheat the customers. Necessary action may be initiated against snapdeal as well as provide me a genuine titan watch.

                                      I have visited titan world showroom twice at phoenix united mall lucknow, but they refused to replace my watch glass. And then i ask them when it will come they said that i dont know. Very pathetic behaviour by staff.
                                      The showroom owner did not replacing my titan watch glass which i bought in nov 2014 in hyderabad and now im visited at titan showroom situated in united phoenix mall lucknow for replacing my that watch glass which is rectangular.
