This is regarding a complaint against pooja times, 2, kammanahalli main rd, opp to sbi bank, subbannaiah palya, banasawadi, bengaluru, karnataka 560084..

I have a 38015psl03 model fast track watch. This watch sometime stops working and for that reason, i went to pooja times to get it serviced. This watch was purchased online (Paytm mall) and since it was under warranty, the lady sitting in the pooja times told me that they will sent to company service center. I gave the invoice of the watch to prove the purchase date as well.

While she was writing the watch details, i told her that there are no scratches in the body and glass, hence you please make sure that no scratches happens while it get serviced.
When i said this, immediately she got angry and started shouting on me in front of all other customers in the shop.
She said, they will simply sent it to the company in a plastic cover (Showed other complaint watches kept in similar plastic covers), and it will come back in the same way. They will not be responsible if any issues happened.

I asked what kind of responsibility is that. What if i received the watch with scratches on it. Whom should i complain.

She shouted, they are not responsible. There will be always scratches in old watches. So they cannot take any responsibilities once watch is received after service. They are just facilitating this service in the shop and they are not getting anything by doing this kind of service.

Then i got to know their problem. Since they are not getting anything out of it, she got angry. Initially she even tried to discourage me sending the watch under warranty, saying watch service will take 25 to 30 days. If we are sending it on chargeable basis, it will just take nearly 1 week..

When she told watch is old, i asked her, you verify the watch before sending it.
Then she is saying we are not that sharp like you. I was wondering bey hearing that.. She don't want to verify anything and just want to humiliate me.
I asked titan promises service in any shops across india and then what responsibility you can take.
She straight away rejected, saying we are not responsible. If you don't want to do it, take your watch back. That's it. And started complaining against me to the other customers in the shop.

She was saying to the other customers in the shop that she was working with titan for so many years and there will not be any such issues will happen.

I again asked if any issue happens, whom should i complain. She said, i dont know. If you dont want to do take the watch.

She was again saying to the others that you need to trust the company. All the watches are sent to the company in plastic cover only.

I said i agree that. But what if any scratches happened while servicing, whom should i complain. She is again shouted with too much of arrogance saying we are not just responsible.

Finally i took my watch back and left the shop decided to complain about this customer services.. So while leaving i tried to take the photo of the shop's signboard. She saw that and immediately come in front of the shop and paused for the photo, saying to others also to pause and asking me to take photo.. (Photo attached)

Her attitude was, you do whatever you need to do. Nothing will happen.

I even searched the google review about this shop found many people had similar experience.

This shop has cctv, so all this incident should be recorded there.

I request the department to take necessary action against this shop to make sure that in future nobody will get humiliated like me...

    I have been using this watch for the past 15 years, having received as a 20 year long service award from my Employer (L&T). In the past, many times I changed the battery, but till recently maximum price I paid was...

    I had bought a finger ring for mine but after 15 days of wearing i felt that my finger is becoming wound due to the sharp mess of the ring from inside.

    I request you to check my ring and provide me the proper resolution.

    As it's a clear product fault. So please arrang to check the sharpness of the ring from inside, which is cutting my finger.

      I had complained about my Titan Octane watch about a month ago. My name is Amith. They even tried to resolve it. They took my watch away from me for a month. Only one of its needles was loose(had fallen loose because of bad and low quality repair) before my repairs. Now after its repairs, three of its hands have broke. WHAT IS THIS TITAN WATCHES PVT LTD? You steal money from people to completely destroy it? If my complaint is not resolved within a week, I am going to file a case against you all! This is my second complaint. Aren't you ashamed of this? I EXPECT A QUICK RESPONSE FROM YOU.

I have mailed to their reginal corporate office also, but no response from their side. Today when i have called (Ph no. [protected]) they said the complain is closed (Complain no.           As a regular customer is this the response i m suppose to get? Also my problems are yet to get a solution. My redemtion wdc voucher will expiry in may' 19

            Do you and your customer support team really exists and are interessted in handling customer grievances?

            Your auto generated mails says someone will contact with in 24 working hours.

            This mails was sent to me on[protected] in response to my mail of[protected].

            I appreciate the highly delayed response.

            I can understand the delayed response as there would be millions of customers in queue before me waiting for your response.

            Anyways till date no one bothered to call up from your customer care dept.

            The dial comes out on it own after 3.5 year o[censored]se. I never ever saw any screws on the backside of the watch from day one. Which clearly shows it was a manufacturing defect. I use to believe that it must have been some new technology that the dial is hard pressed so that it does not come off.
            But was shocking to know that the screws are missing from your staff...

            How can screws come off if it was in place, when the watch came out of your production lines????

            I want 100% refund or a replacement with a fresh piece

            I bought the watch on sep 2018 & rarely used it because I hv another watches. When I start using I found that it’s date function is not working and I am unable to change the date & after some days it’s leather band is cut from the screwed end.
            I didn't know a broken watch is called A COMPLETELY FIXED WATCH!? My complaint is NOT RESOLVED.

            I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU DATED TODAY. I NEVER THOUGHT YOU WOULD GIVE UP ON ME. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

            Please never hurt the feelings of anyone. Please

                I placed an online order for a titan watch on their website on 23/03/2019 to be delivered to belgaum. The watch has still not been delivered, and i am unable to contact anyone from titan. I have sent several emails to customer care and tried calling their customer service number but no response from either. My card has been charged for rs. 4995 which is the price of the watch. Thoroughly disgusted with the lack of customer service from titan. I have been a loyal customer but this is the last time i am buying anything from them! Please do not take your customers for granted.

                  I visited tanishq store in vadodara on race course road on 7-4-19. I had a ring which i wanted to increase the size because the size was not fit in my finger. We got an attendend whose name was kaushalya baria. N i told her about my problem that i wanted to increase the size of ring. But she insisted me to select another one. And was not attending us properly and showing any good designs i again told her to increase size of same ring i had. But she told that it will take 1 month and was continously insisting me to buy new one. As it might giving her more profit.

                  Before buying the product u people so nicely say if any problem come back we will entertain you. But someone comes back u people start thinking of making money of your own and will never think of customer's view what they want and start giving your views.

                      Sir, i had been ur client since 2014 (Encircle id[protected]. On 17th march'19 i paid rs.3.5 lac as 90% advance for 2 solitaire rings for marriage of my son. By the sales personnel i was first told that i shall get both rings made as per our design & size in 8-10 days then after time they said min. 14 days will be needed. Ok no issues so far. Now today on visiting this outlet i was told it will be ready by 15.4.19 i. E. Almost 1 month after paying the money. Will the company pay me interest for keeping my money for such a long duration? At the of booking time there was discount offer of 7.5% on purchase of 2 lac which also i feel another way of trap.
                      Now shall i delay the ring ceremony of my son just b'coz tanishq is holding one ring. I fail to understand the uncalled for delay for a simple ring. Are u going to get the stone from some s. African diamond mines?
                      On a serious note let me narrate one proverb - one dissatisfied customer is more harmful then 10 satisfied customers. So take this issue on a priority basis & ask ur salesmen not to make false promises to deliver the product in 14 days. I read ur t&c at point no.2 on priority order & credit note, which is silent on delayed delivery on ur part but has the right to forfeit the deposited amount if article is not collected by customer within 15 days.
                      What a mockery of justice! In such a situation i shall be entitled for interest on deposited rs 3.5 lac for delayed period. Think on it.

                        Hi team

                        I purchased fastrack reflex smart watch around 5 months before and after that much small time, it's battery backup reduced to less than 2 months. I gave it to service centre as well in central mall rohini but after 1-2 week i got it back and still it's reporting same problem.

                        Requesting you to either give my money back or replace this watch with something else.

                        Also it not get connected very well, without internet it keeps on disconnecting. It doesn't show all enabled notifications as well, it shows notifications on its own whenever it wants and sometimes it does even show notifications.

                          I purchases three watches from titan store, capital mall, bhwadi (Rjasthan) on 17.03.2019. One watch suddenly stopped on 27.03.2019 and its back cover also became loose. I straightway visited the store and described my issue. The technician (Mr. Dinesh) without any communication skills told me that you have changed the battery from somewhere and now its chargeable. 110 rs is not a big deal for any customer. Now there are three things.
                          1. How can a local battery got fitted in a watch of titan?
                          2. Titan needs to train their personnels how to behave with the customer.?
                          3. Within the days of purchase why will a customer get his battery changed from outer source when the watch is said to be under warranty.?
                          4. How can i trust titan service for one year if in first week such things happened?

                          I gave a call to customer care and told him the situation he gave me a ticket id: [protected]
                          Now my point is it is a franchise showroom so is it not possible that the persons working there has changed the battery if he is not trusting the customer out of common sense. How will a customer believe that the battery inside the watch is of titan? Out of trust only but such showrooms are spoiling your image and i seriously need an action for my complaint. Meanwhile i saw many customer complaints present at the store customer book and no actions were taken on that. This is also alarming for your firm.

                            Hi,

                            I have purchased Sonata SF Smart band on 06/01/2019 from World of Titan HSR store in Bangalore. During initial days band was charging through laptop but suddenly it has stopped charging through laptop. It is charging improperly only through mobile charger. Battery backup is also reduced.

                            It is clearly the manufacturing fault which has occurred just within two months of purchase. I bought the Band to HSR store from where I purchased it and they are denying to replace it despite the fault it has. They are just taking their hands away instead of solving problem.

                            Being a regular Titan customer this is really frustrating and annoying. I am sharing Invoice and warranty card for your reference.

                            Please do the needful and replace the fitness band which is kept in store from past two weeks. Ticket id raised for this [protected] is taking longer than estimated time. I have not received any response since couple of weeks. I am highly disappointed with Titan service. First of all store executives are not willing to take initiatives and help out in this situation moreover customer care department is also non-responsive.

                            Till now I was experiencing good quality and service from Titan but I can observe decreasing quality of products as well as poor customer service day-by-day. In future I will never prefer any of the Titan product and I also share this pathetic experience from Titan so that people can make their better choices of going with other products. I am highly disappointed with after sales and customer care services. Please send me your escalation matrix so that I can highlight to your senior authority about decreasing customer service.

                            I want to buy gold cost 350000/= they tell me for this price of gold there is a making charge of 90000/= will be added. Very high making charge

                              Just in a year of purchase the watch stopped working. Purchased in may 2018 now stopped working. Purchased from hyderabad abids (Kamal watch). Unfortunately i lost the bill. Bought it for 15500/-. Waste of money. Expect a watch replacement. Hope titan understands my situation. My first watch from titan. I tweeted in twitter also. But no response. I purchased fastrack, sonatasf also. But no issues with them. Im a titan encircle member. Ready for replacement with extra payments if required. Hope the issue be settled 🙏

                              The watch was send to repair as my crown was Brocken. But at the time of changing the crown the Titan watch is badly damaged with scratches from back side

                                My name is sreepriya. I am a tanishq customer from past 16 plus years. Yest was the bitter exp i had at your tanishq kormangala store on my morning visit. On arrival at the store in my car, immediately the stuff who is responsible for valet parking took the car keys and asked me to goahead in the store stating he will takecare.in the process i handed over the keys and left thinking that the person will park my car immediately as per rule. But to my surprise wen i was in the store looking for the collection, ur store manager came and said that ur car got hit. This was a shock. I immediately ran and noticed that the person instead of parking my car after taking my car keys went ahead to service another customer leaving my car unattended and on road. Meanwhile my car ramped and went ahead hit a bolero. This has been a very negligent and irresponsible behaviour o[censored]r staff members for which i paid the penalty for. I had my own fight with bolero owner without my mistake. Tanishq management just took a back seat in entire scenario and played no role in taking the responsibility. There seem to b no human values and ethics left. I was at a big loss for no reason mentally and financially. I am writing this complaint so that it can be heard and taken care. I also claim compensation for my car repair which i am bearing becoz of someone’s mistake. I may have to go consumer court if this is unheard. Looking forward for ur support.                                 Poor service in baramati nd no more verity in men’s chain,
                                1 customer handling only one sales men .
                                I think new shope so good service nd new verity but no only 4-5 chains available.
                                Sales executives are not paying attention to all customers and concentrating only to the rich people. The way has to be changed. This will change our opinion. Since 2004 we are the customers of Tanishq. Hope each and every customer satisfaction may please be respected.

                                  I am an ex Titan employee and i have informed earlier as well that the mobile number which is updated on this complaint site was mine and i am no were connected to it.

                                  I am receiving random calls across the different parts of all region at any time which is disturbing and annoying my daily routine life. I have already escalated this matter to the retail head and human resources department but still the issue remains unsolved.

                                  Kindly get it clear to avoid any further legal action from my side.
