I visited the nearest tanishq store today and i was not satisfied with the services. I wanted to exchange my old gold ring of 4.790 gm which was 22k gold when it was bought and first checked at your respective store. But when it was melted and checked again it was found to be 18k gold inspite of me having a receipt of its 22k purity.
Moreover this situation was told to us after we purchased a new gold ring and a pendant which proved to be a great loss as we were bound to purchase the ring and the pendant. Therefore i feel that i may have been cheated.
So i request you to please check into this matter and provide me with the details.

    Customer care unit or help desk of tanishq is more pathetic. You really should improve on ur store availability n product knowledge. You charge highest making charge among other jewellery retailer. More over you hire people for higher position with zero knowledge. I should not blame all but most of you are ridiculous. Though i received good service from 1 of your store but mostly just black spot of the company. @ratan_tata_sir plz look into it. We are not paying you less. Atleast keep some knowledgeable ppl in your army.

    Expecting a company store in surat asap. Franchisee is pathetic... Pathetic & i really mean it. I am a regular buyer as i believe in tata. Please rethink on my point

      Being the best reliable diamond company in india why tanishq does not have or own it's own store in this city surat being surat ace n famous for diamond polishing. Named diamond city??

      Pathetic gesture of the franchise store. Customer service team is more pathetic with 0 knowledge and full of attitude. I am a regular buyer of your product by paying you more compare to other jewellers.

      Went to the post bazaar branch to get my battery replaced and I was charged 354 rupees as labour. Sorry to say but this us daylight loot. Need an explanation pls. Is it really worth 354 rupees for battery replacement.

        When i was paying my 6th installment through the tanishq golden harvest app, i opted for google pay option. The page got redirected to my google pay app and the payment was processed and it was debited from my account and was credited to "billdeskpg. [protected]@icici". Whereas, i did not get the confirmation message from tanishq for the payment which i usually get after the transaction. When i checked in the app, it was still asking for the payment. My installment date is on 7th of every month, i paid the installment on dec 1st, 2018.

        When i called tanishq customer care, the person was unable to help me at that point of time, he gave me a customer care email id and asked me to drop an email to that for assistance. I did drop an email and did not get any response since last 4 days.

        Please help me get the money back or just reflect in the app (Rs 3000) and also if i miss this installment there is no purpose of opting this scheme as, if i miss the installment they will cancel the benefit of this scheme.

        I am attaching all the screenshots of the payment that was done by me.

        Issue is resolved.
        While 4th installment, I have successfully paid the amount through the google pay application .received mail like that amount would be added or it returns back within 24 hrs.
        It' been 4 days still I din get any kind of acknowledgement.
        I raised report in mail and contacted your customer service. No one was able to help me out .here I have attached the mail

          Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
          I was trying to buy a watch (model no 1729SL01) from your website on 27.11.2018 and had placed the order using my credit card. Money amounting to Rs. 1835.00 was deducted from my account but the order was canceled. I had contacted your customer care center but they kept repeating that they cannot help me. After that I had mailed you on 28.11.2018 about the issue and had received a reply the next day that you will look into my complaint. I had also forwarded the screen-shot of my account statement to your mail but till now I have not received any reply from your end. So stop the harassment and refund my money.

              Its a matter of great penitence that the watch given for reparing to the world of titan company reparing centre through titan watch centre (Situated at chidiya pul vivekananda marg nr-rainbow hotel, manikhamb, balasore, odisha 756001) booked on dt-09/11/18 has not yet been delivered to me for which i face a lot of problems. Is it not a sufficient time for the company to have it repaired? And its no doubt a matter of loosing confidence in the company and hence the company is suggested to take initiatives for keeping its dignity intact.

                We went world of titan, pondicherry customer service is good who wear the black shirt give us good suggestions and spoke very soft and smiley face and sales lady was too good but the man who is sitting in the billing such a pathetic guys doesn't even know how to talk with the customers - first learn to behave and then sit in billing counter, he is not even smiling at customer he is seeing us in very gorgeous face and we saw one more incident happen there that, he cannot even read the gift card number by himself, he is giving to customer to read .then why is there in the position.

                      I had purchased three diamond earrings and one ruby embedded gold ring from thanisque outlet at hazaribagh pin 825301 on 21.11.2018 and handed over cheque on u b. I, of local branch. I received message from the bank on 23.11.2018 that the amount was debited at 13.41. At 5.30 p. M. I showed the message of cheque clearance on my mobile in the show room, but they declined to deliver the purchased products on the plea that they have not received any such message from their bank. Despite our request to deliver the articles as we had to gift one of the articles in the marriage ceremony in the evening, they refused ; this caused great embarrassment to me. The articles have not been delivered to me even today despite money has been deducted from my account. Redress the grievnce at your end immediately

                        I had purchased one watch from Titan dealer (Mumbai) on dated 05.03.2017 from Nilesh Novelty, 40, station rd. opp. Bodke Bldg., Mulund( W) Mumbai - 80. This Watch was stopped working 07.12.17 then again it stopped working on 30.05.18. Now, this is the third time it stopped working on 28.10.18. I have purchased the watch as a first birthday Gift for my husband on his birthday after our marriage but I am feeling so bad as it stopped working again and again. The shopkeeper told me that if it stops working two times then the company will replace it but now he is denying. Now I m fed up from this. After investing more then 11000INR I am not getting the right product. Either entire watch to be replaced or need to provide the same cost with another watch replacement this time I will not take the watch back.

                        I need immediate replacement of this watch. I don't want even a single bit of harassment anymore. I never expected this kind of worst service from Titan Brand.

                            Titan raga watch which was purchased in the month of march 2018 in guntur arundalpet store is not working properly. Suddenly time is stopping. Once we gave to the store people, they have retained this watch for one month for repair not returned back with working condition. But immediately after 3 days again it is not showing the time watch not working....

                            Hi Team,

                            I have ordered a watch through online titan.co.in. Order no is: 45430.
                            Returned the watch for some reason and the refund process has started.
                            I got SMS on 18th Sep that the refund has been initiated. I haven't get nothing.

                            Called customer support many times and raised a complaint against it. On 22nd Oct got a mail that refund has been initiated and the amount will get transferred to my account within 7-15 days. I still didn't get the refund.

                              I invested in a golden harvest scheme in november 2017 at c. G. Road ahmedabad branch. I live in uk so i was concerned about how it would work incase i am not in india at the time of maturity in sept/oct 2018. I was advised that my family member could buy something in gold including gold bar/coin but this information provided was not correct. I knew i was not going to be in india and would be there to choose what i can buy. When my family had gone to buy something before diwali this year and as it was my birthday, i was unable to choose anything, as they did not allow sending pictures. Therefore, we were advised we could take a refund of money invested and will be given voucher for bonus amount. However, we would loose the benefit of birthday month/ diwali discounts.
                              The only reason we agreed to invest in the scheme as we were told i can buy gold coin/bar incase i am not in india to purchase gold which can later be exchanged with jewellery item when i come to india. So please don’t invest in this scheme, this is fraud,

                              We decided to take a refund before diwali however on every visits my father in told that they will email me directly to complete some form to release the payment. He has visited 3 times and nothing has happened since then. I have not received any email and money is sitting with tanishq. They have also kept the passbook so we do not have anything with us but all payment were mad by cheque therefore we have proof of payment to tanishq. My father was also told that the corporate bank account is closed due to diwali period. This is absolute rubbish.

                              It seems that tanishq only wants us to invest and but gold from them and that why my money is not being paid back to me. I warn everyone reading this please do not invest in golden harvest scheme as it is pure fraud.

                              I want someone to contact me and pay my money back asap.

                                I have already lodged a complainer over customer care number but no response.
                                Such a pathtiec service tanshiq offers. It's just a brand name service is not worth
                                Tanshiq has cheated me.
                                I ordered bangle set to increase size and as well weight, but bangle was made in big size but know same weight. That really made me in shock, that bangles was ordered for my wedding.
                                Again at same time i ordered 2 finger rings and increase weight, but rings was made in similar pattern but not same which i selected
                                Also one finger got broken at time of trial

                                Tanshiq refused to make refund such a unexpected behavior will never ever reccomend friends and relatives for tanshiq

                                  I ordered the watch from the titan website of sonata on 25/10/2018 and was supposed to be delivered within 5-7 days and the payment was also been made by card but its been 15 days but have not received the product yet and called the customer care but told that they could not trace the address and they did not even called me...
                                  And now they are not responding to the calls made.. And also the mail i have send to them 3 days ago..

                                    Dear Tanishq Team,
                                    This is with reference to my conversation with Your Customer Care Executive "Miss Soni" on 9th Nov 2018 regarding purchase of Gold Set worth 1.2lcas on 5 Nov 2018 by me on your CG road Ahmedabad store. As told by your sales representative in store that if you hold hdfc bank card you get 5% instant discount on bill Max to 5k off on per bill. The price of gold set was Rs120375 and they confirmed that 5k will be instant discount so they swiped my card for Rs 115375. After few minutes they said that offer of 5k instant discount is not going thru on my HDFC card with error as "offer already availed". I told them that i have not visited nor used my card in last 6 months at any Tanishq Outlet but they kept saying that as per system they cannot do anything as it is showing that offer is already availed...they also explained me that this happed due to system problem and all they can do is suggest me to speak to tanishq call center and hdfc bank team to resolve.After that they asked me to pay 5k remaining amount as discount is not applied which i did.
                                    Further i spoke to hdfc credit card team and they have confirmed that offer is rolled out by tanishq and not by hdfc hence they cannot do anything. Also they confirmed that this card is not used at any tanishq showroom in last 1 year and they dont see any error on their server regarding offer already availed. Still i have registered complaint with HDFC CARD TEAM under "complaint no. [protected] regarding offer not going thru and showing as offer already availed". They will take 3 working days to check and revert on this.

                                    Meanwhile I request you to pls look into my case on priority and refund my 5k.
