I have placed titan watch order via online through your registered website
I. E. https://www.titan.co.in/ and received the same on 31/10/2018. I am
Facing serious issue with this watch as it is getting slow and slow every
Time and not displaying correct time as and when required.

I have visited your official titan showroom i. E. World of titan (Khar
West), mumbai, three times within 4 months’ period due to the same issue.
This watch is under warranty period still i am facing this issue. This is
Not expected from famous brand titan. I have sent you last email on 27th feb 2019. But still no one visited to collect the watch. I am disappointed
With your service. Titan is good brand but the watch is worst i am facing
Problem on daily basis i don't have that much to visit to showroom on daily so request you to refund my money.

Request you to kindly refund back the whole amount to my registered bank
Account. I am your regular customer and still received this kind of product
From your end. This is not expected from your team.

Attached is the invoice of the watch, warranty card of the watch and screen
Shot of the delayed time of the watch for your reference.

I have called provided number more than 5 times but no one is picking up the phone. Request you to kindly resolve the issue either but replacement of watch or refund of money.
Titan service is really frustrating rather than resolving and you as a brand name titan does not care about customers sentiments, you only believe in selling of product and marketing the same. You does not care about whether customer is satisfied or not. This is very poor service provided by titan and poor product as well.

    I bought 2 gold bangles (22carat) having variant no. 513017VGOR2A00 from Tanishq Kamla Nagar, Delhi branch on 04/01/2019 vide invoice no. DKN/CM/8659.Within 2 months of purchase the small golden beads attached to bangles have started coming off and have already lost one bead from each bangle till now. To avoid any further loss my wife stopped wearing. This kind of terrible manufacturing defect was not expected from a renowned brand like Tanishq. Since this being a manufacturing defect should be fixed free of cost at the earliest from any of your outlets in India. A positive response is anticipated.

      I visited kottivakkam branch today. This is my fourth or fifth visit at this branch. Last visit and today’s visit, i had pathetic experience from the staff. They were least interested in showing the products, promoting the products or even have eye contact with the customer. They considered me as a burden when i entered the shop, as if they had a busy day, when all of them were sitting idle watching the vehicles passing by. Very poor attitude of the cashier, who doesn’t respond to the customer, even after repeating things. And the sales guy was targeting something huge from the customer, when he realised that, my purchase is not of his expectation.

        Respected sir
        I nikita saini had taken a ring from tanishq from pitampura store. It a a diamond ring of gold (Reddish) colour on[protected]. But its colour is fadeing and one diamond of ring has been removed. I dont knw how's it is possible from a reputated company that a product of that much bad quality has been given to a customer. So its my humble request to take a strict action against it against the store. For further queries i will visit branch soon.

          I am swedaj nayak. I have visited tanishq store at dwarka to purchase earring, at the billing counter i have asked to mention my gst number on invoice then they refuse to do so.
          They give me the reason that company policy is not there for such type of invoicing.

            Few days back I went to titan authorised service centre in Kukatpally for the repair of my titan Raga blue dial watch for the repair of glass and hands they have submitted my watch and give me an acknowledgement specified with amount for the repair.They said that they will call back after the repair is done, they call me two days back giving information about the completion of repairing my watch.As I was not there to collect I informed my friend to collect the watch.Later I came to notice that the hands that are replaced are not original again I call back them about duplicate hands, they told me to come to service centre again. When my friend went to the service centre today[01st March 2019] the service people there behave rudely with my friend rather giving a solution to the problem.I want immediate solution for this problem.

              I opened golden harvest kitty with tanishq in december 2017. The kitty got mature and i was expecting my cheque. It came but my name was wrongly spelled. I called at cc of tanishq and they asked me to deposit the wrong cheque at tanishq store.

              Now after depositing my cheque, i called at cc and these guys have no idea where is my cheque gone? They have no information about it. It's really frustrating and disappointing to receive such a poor response. I am leaving this residence soon so it's very important for me to receive that cheque as soon as possible.
              Plz do something about it! Get back to me asap.

                I had buyed the Titan watch in Bangalore. That time i didn't reduce the link size with confirmation of titan showroom employee, we can change the link size in all titan show rooms.
                The i had visited titan show room in kolar on 28.02.2019 evening with the bill and warranty card.
                The ### Titan show room response was speechless - Where i had buyed watch their only i need reduce this chain link size for any warranty also i need to visit where i buyed.

                Then what purpose we need to buy this Titan watches and what purpose you are making the branches for services.

                I don't want this watch now as per your response.

                  I had bought a titan octane watch from the world of titan (Beach road, chinnakkada) dated 11/08/2018, it was a beautiful watch. But 1 month later, the min hand of the tachymetre came off. I gave it to the showroom (Mentioned above) to repair it. They repaired it somehow. Two months later, it again came off, this time i told them to repair it properly. They told, now it is working perfectly fine and repaired it and returned it to me. Now, a day before yesterday, it agin came off...

                  I ask you. For the watch i paid 10000 rupees, and also i had the inconvenience of travelling here and there. Shouldn't they grant me a refund/ exchange it to another model???

                    I went to titan watch showroom on 24th february 3pm located in service road of marthahalli opposite to home town and next to adishwars. Next to watch showroom also has titan eye plus. I went to change my battery cell and strap of my fossil watch. The counter person in first floor offered rs 2500 strap which i said is too expensive and asked for something at lower amount. They showed a few at 450 rs of titan. When i was in process of choosing my watch was returned to me saying in fossil show room in indranagar i can go. I was shocked to see the pathetic despicable attitude of the staff of titan in telling customer either buy the most expensive strap or even the battery cell wont be changed. If this is the importance given to customer service i would prefer to not enter titan watch show rooms any more.

                      I went to ask for the refund of my diamond ring i had purchased from a tanishq outlet. I bought it for 24k and to my surprise the return value offered is 15k.. 9k was deducted in the name of making charges. Refund was also not immediate. They asked me to wait for 7 days. So what is the logic of buying expensive things from a store like tanishq. Its complete nonsense. I felt like a fool.

                        I bought watch worth rs 5000 tommy hilfiger from thane shopper shop i am very disappointed with quality. The glass broken twisely and belt also color fedddoff. Unfortunately i lost bill and warranty card so i went to thane titan showroom and shown print screen of billing which provided by shopper shop. But they want help. Me than i called call center after 25 minutes call got connected and it's really suprice they told glass and belt dosnot...

Last year, i have bought two titan raga ladies watch.In that both sides of the one watch were became so dull and looks ugly when compared with other one.kindly replace me a new watch as soon as possible before I have planned to switch over to other brand.                           I has received SMS on 4.2.19 regarding auto refund of principle amount. On 6.2.19 I visited the Churchgate outlet and was informed that the cheque for refund is already processed and despatched.
                          I called the above showroom on 12.2.19 to inform that I have not received the cheque. I was told that the cheque is in process at BKC office and would take minimum 20 working days and Churchgate showroom has expressed their helplessness.
                          In view of inordinate delay, I request for immediate refund of the instalment as I
                          have some urgent expense to meet.

                            Hi,
                            I have purchased titan juxt pro(smart watch) watch worth Rs.22, 995 in 2017. From the day one i was unable to register the watch in my smart phone and when contacted customer support they acknowledged the fault and said it will take 6 months to repair as it is software related. After few months i have given my watch in mogappair west, chennai service center where the watch was sent to t.nagar, chennai service center for repair.

                            After 3 weeks and repeated calls to service center they said the watch needs to be sent to some centralized service location or i can avail a depreciation coupon for the watch which will be 50% of total value of the watch. Since there was no guarantee that the watch will function properly after repair i opted for depreciation coupon of worth Rs.11, 442.

                            I took the depreciation coupon to the titan showroom to purchase 2 watches. Now comes the real shocker. After choosing 2 watches work 6000 each and while billing the person says the coupon can be used to purchase a single watch and cannot be clubbed for more than one watch. How come a company can force a customer to buy a single watch for a single depreciation coupon which is nothing but the compensation given to the customer for the defective product provided by Titan. This clause was no where mentioned in the coupon.

                            I called the CUSTOMER CARE raised a complaint that either allow me to purchase 2 watches with the depreciation coupon or split the amount and provide 2 coupons. Note during the conversation the titan CUSTOMER CARE just said that juxt pro watches are receiving problems even after repairing.

                            Second time i called CUSTOMER CARE to check about my complaint status, to my surprise the complaint was recorded as "depreciation was not provided in customer name" even after i explained everything clearly to the CUSTOMER CARE executive. Again now i asked them to raise complaint with proper details.

                            Third time i called CUSTOMER CARE and checked about the complaint. Again the representative was unable to understand or complaint was incorrectly recorded. This person asked about the service center details and said he will contact the store manager and provide an update.

                            Till now there was no response Titan. Titan as well established brand is cheating its customers in this way.

                            Step 1: Customer buys watch worth 22k
                            Step 2: Watch is faulty one.
                            Step 3: Customer takes watch to service center. They lure customer to take depreciation coupon where the terms and conditions are not explained to customer.
                            Step 4: Customer tries to use the depreciation coupon in showroom for purchasing watches with the coupon.
                            Step 5: While billing customer was informed the coupon can be used for single watch. Customer buys a single watch work 12k
                            Step 6: Now this new watch develops problem
                            Step 7: Repeat from Step 3
                            End Result: Customer is an ###. Titan generates revenue by selling faulty products

                            I'm going to post this on all social networking sites to reveal the real face of Titan.

                              It is to inform you that dial of my titan watch is damaged due to rain water. I want to change it but i am sorry to say that no workshop located at patna, bihar is ready to change it. I had gone raja bazar, boring road, kankarbagh but they are doing rude behaviour. They are treating like servant. They are ordering to purchase new watch instead of change dialof watch.
                              I want to know sir only new purchase of watch is only option. Service is no important. Do the needful at the earliest

And now watch is even not working. Sir pls seen to it. I have paid 1530 for this services.. Sir now i am in lucknow and cannot go immediately to that place and do anything.                                   I bought the watch during the year 2011. The strap of the watch got torn at the clip. I wanted to replace the same type of strap but it was not available at world of titan on marine drive road kochi. They advised me to get the watch serviced also. It was on 20/05/2015. They told me that is done at bangalore. After a while, i got back the watch after servicing. I noticed that they have changed the watchcase also for a reason not known to me. Due to unavailability of the strap of the original type i bought another one from them to replace the old. Recently i noticed moist forming inside the watch. I took it for servicing at the same place. After some days they told me the watch cannot be serviced or repaired. It is pertinent to inform that i don't use the watch in water or rain even though it is claimed to be water resistant. Please arrange to repair the watch or replace the one.

                                    I have purchased titan watch in dec 2017 from ur one of the dealer at jalandhar. It was analog black chain strap watch. The colour of the chain was faded on one side and i visited the place where i bought the watch but as confirmed by him it was only replaced with in one yr time period, pls confirmed that whether it was replaced as the warranty shown as 2 yr....

                                    I have purchased titan watch on 05.04.17 whose details i have attached.

                                    This watch is showing problem since beginning. 2 times it was repaired in the titan authorised showroom and further 2 times it has been sent to factory for repair.
                                    Recently it was sent for 15 days to factory on 10.12.18, and after repair watch worked only for 5 days and again stopped. 3rd time it has already been sent to factory for repair via titan authorised dealer. Details are uploaded.

                                    This watch has spent more time in repair and lying idle in cupboard than my wrist.

                                    It is to be noted that watch is showing problems since beginning and it’s warranty is about to lapse. I request titan to replace this watch with new watch of same model before lapse of warranty.

                                    Please respond at the earliest to keep my trust intact in titan brand.

                                    So far no reply from TITAN on the issue is received. I’m utterly disappointed in TITAN brand and customer care.
                                    I have been a loyal customer of TITAN but had never expected such disregard for customers from titan.

                                    Please respond and inform me the resolution at the earliest. I want to re-iterate that watch sold by titan was defective since purchase (details are already shared). As warranty is about to be over, titan to replace the defective watch with new.
