I have purchased fastrack reflex 2.0 band for a present on nov 1 2018 from this showroom, 'world of titan 391a, nehru nagar, kottivakkam, omr road, chennai - 600041' and 2 days later i came to know that the product is a defective one. It's calculation were totally flaw and i have images to prove it.
I decided to return this to the showroom and on nov 16 2018, the showroom person has got the product, warranty bill from me. The showroom negotiated for a repair of this same defective product which i am not ready to accept. Hence asked for vouchers in return so that i can purchase some other product.
Upon confirmation they gave a customer acknowledgement form stating for return jo no: jo[protected] and said it will take 2 weeks for getting vouchers. There was no followup from them, so i visited after 2 weeks and to my shock they said they can't give vouchers, instead will repair this.
I raised a complaint with customer care on dec 11 2018, and after 2 months of regular follow up, customer care executives have approved for vouchers and i got this confirmed from their end via phone call which i received on last week of december.
After 2 weeks i visited the showroom on jan 7 2019 to collect the vouchers, but the store person was saying that the reflex band is repaired and ready for delivery.
How can this happen? Who is the cheat here? Information conveyed from customer care team and that of store is not matching. I want to know what is the exact delay and reason for not providing the required vouchers for such defective faulty product of titan
