On 29th jan i had bought one gold pendant along with gold chain from tanishq outlet hazaribag.

Within 10 days (7th feb) of purchase the pendant lock is detached from the chain.

When i went to the store to show the pendant. The sales representative guy argued with me that it is miss handling case and we will fix this but you have pay extra for this.

Now my question is why should i pay unnecessary extra charge for this even when i have nt used the product for 10 days

Today I am charged of Rs. 233/- for my Titan watch battery replacement at "World of Titan" shop/showroom at Vishrantwadi, Pune. Also the time in the same watch get started lagging within 8 hours of Titan watch battery replacement . So I feel like being cheated. Kindly suggest further to raise the issue.

    Hi,

    This is the 3rd time I am reminding you.

    I have already sent mail twice to [protected]@titan.co.in. with the below issues. Still no response from any one. I have attached scan copy of all the warranty, picture, Model no, bar code etc.Check you mail

    Model No: KC15102002; date of purchase; 01/10/2017;

    I purchased Kenneth Cole watch on 01/10/2017. faced twice issue with wrong timings(some times the time
    was incorrect; after correcting to correct time, the dial was not running). I gave twice to Titan
    service center "World of Titan, Inorbit mall, Raheja Mindspace, Hyderabad". First time they gave me
    immediately. 2nd time they took nearly 1 month to deliver the watch.

    Now again I am facing the same issue. its not showing the correct time.
    All the warranty details are attached above. Twice it failed to function properly after giving it to the
    authorised service center.

    Now what should I do? Give me a new watch or refund the amount back. I am planing to post this in Titan
    social media & file a complaint in consumer court. Reply to me with valid answers.

      Sir,
      I have purchased a titan spectacle (Frame and lens - rx white titan) costing rs.2291.00 from m/s skupa international pvt ltd, vaishali, ghaziabad (Up) on 09/01/2019 vide invoice no. B6f0000803 and sales order no. Tgvh000863. The above bill/invoice along with photos of broken spectacle frame with different angle is attached to this complaint.
      The spectacle frame got broken on 04.02.19, while cleaning the frame/lens with soft hand as usual. Such an instance has come to my notice at first time of the prestigious company like you - titan. I am a regular customer of titan products for the last more than 05 years and have purchased 4 to 5 spectacles before it, but never have any complaints. Now, this time the titan product i. E. Spectacle frame has got broken within a month time with no reasons, as such i can say that the material quality is not good.
      Therefore, i want to have a solution from your end by replacing the spectacle frame with no cost being a regular customer from my nearest shop i. E. Titan eyeplus vikas marg, metro piller no.52, shop no.82 and 83, vijay block, ncr, vikas marg, delhi -110092 or to refund the amount me at the earliest.

        Watch i bought from company is 2 times it was under maintainance one time they repaired so they ask me 48 rs charges i didn't. Next time the strap was problem straight away they chase me for replacement how can be the strap problem when we use watch hardly. So i need to get the strap on free replacement i called care but they said we don't care about customers i called too many times to customer care but useless. I haven't rec'd any single call from titan customer care. This was very bad experience from titan. Is titan gave costumers refurbished products.??

          Hi team,

          Same issue happen with me i bought frame from panchkula sector 9 store in jan 2019, frame paint is wearing off in 2 days, i contact store two to three times, every time they say frame is not in the list they got on every monday.
          Even is purpose of saying frame are under warranty if you are not providing support for me.
          Really feel bad for such experience.
          Support from customer care team really helpful.

            Ihave bought a titan watch model no. 1733kl03 on[protected] from baguiati kolkata titan world.
            I tried to use it on[protected] and the glass of the watch just removed automatically without any reason and fallen on ground.
            When today i have brought it to the same titan world showroom and requesting the representative to fix it and if the glass got scratch then change it, he simply denied. My question is if i have to face this bad quality fixing and customer support from the brand titan then there is no difference between titan with any local brand.
            I expected the glass would be changed but just got the watch with rubber banding on it.
            I am not happy at all. Bad bad bad service and arrogant behaviour.

              After much discussion, i ordered for a blue sapphire ring on[protected] and paid 30, 000 advance. The order was accepted only after a lot of back end discussion on feasibility. Order no. 383 malleswaram store bangalore

              It was to have been delivered on by[protected].

              When i called the store yesterday to ask why the order was not ready yet, they informed me that they cannot execute it. When i asked for my advance they said it will take a week to refund.

              I don't see why i was not told earlier and why i was told only after two and half months and that too only when i asked. Meanwhile, they have been sitting on my money

              I am very disappointed since i have been a loyal customer of tanishq for many years and have made purchases of over one million rupees of jewellry.

                The tanishq brand value brings the trust in the customers to spend their money on the tanishq jewelry. But it will turn out to be a fraud brand shortly.

                I had a very bad experience with your golden harvest scheme. People at your store tell false statements and convince the customers to enroll in that but later once the scheme matures the rules eventually change from what was told earlier, which like really pissed me off.
                (When asked for proofs in the document for the rule changes - none of the staff had any answer to that).

                Despite all this i still believed in the brand value and made up my mind for another purchase at tanishq.

                Recently on my purchase at tanishq for diamond jewelry during the upto 20% offer period was around 3.5 lakhs and while i was billing and wanted to avail the hdfc 5000 cashback offer, i was introduced to a new rule that the card should be in my name then only the bill can be in my name. What # is this.

                But later when i went to some other tanishq showroom, there no such rule was applicable and i used my husband's hdfc card to pay the bill despite the bill was on my name.

                Are you guys fooling your customers. You guys really need to understand fact that there are better jewelers and costing way less than tanishq but people trust in you as a brand value.
                Shortly people will move out to other brands.

                This is a complete fraud case i want my 5000 rupees to be refunded.

                  1 month ago I bought titan eyeglasses worth Rs. 8045.
                  My experience on titan eye.
                  1) Me and family buying lense from Himalaya Opticians from last 12 years. but this time I decided to buy from Titan.
                  1) staff was so polite and they helped me to choose good spects for me.
                  2) I choose Ozon lense worth Rs. 5700. I got No warranty certificate, no certificate of genuine of product, no idea of terms of the warranty like Crizal provide to there customers.
                  3) lens is so-called Smudge Proof, Anti dustproof, anti-glare. but its not at all Smudge Proof, Anti dustproof, anti-glare.
                  4) I have used Crizal lenses previously. paying almost same as much I have paid for Titan Lenses. But the quality of titan eye lenses this lower grade. not at all worth of 5700. cost could have near 2000 to 2500. I am not satisfied with the quality of the lenses.
                  6) Titan is overcharging there customers. and when i got feedback SMS. in the whole survey questions, they did not ask me about the quality of the product. because they know their product quality is not up to that level.

                  I ordered a titan watch..and made the payment also but got a duplicate Tissot watch in only 2k which is duplicate and broken also..it is boxed titan only but got cheap 100 rs watch even after paying 1970 rs

                    I am priyanka sen i brought a titan watch from your showroom which is situated in near gubli gate indrapuri. On the date of 09/11/2017.
                    But around elevan month later.in my watch the golden dimond or golden stone that present inside the glass on the dialcase is pickup and move to hole circle in side the glass. And when i go to your indrapuri bhopal showroom and tell the all problem which is related to golden dimond.
                    The showroom manager mr. And mr. Khalid khan say dont worry sir we will repair and call you back... But they not call me... Whenever i call him and asks for my watch. They reply it will some more time need to solved your problem. I said o. K.. But after 3 to 4 day they call me and said your watch is ready and collect it. So that i go to showroom and collect the watch... But in my watch there is some golden dimond are convert to the some fatty colour.. Watch is not look like attractive. It's service is very bad. I requested to the titan customer care plz help us... And give some satisfying result.

                      very high making charges in gold jewellery

                      Tanishq is a fraud company and cheating with high making charges (Upto 25%) and high per gram gold price by using its reputation of its brand name.

                      My experience

                      I have started investing 3k per month in their gold scheme and after paying 10 months, i heard by tanishq that i can not purchase the gold coin which have negligible making charges, i forced to purchase the jewellery having upto 25% making charges,...

                      This is the second time facing the same problem with titan service. Previous time they gave a coupon to exchange the watch as they don't have the spare. They gave just 50% from the original price. Now they don't have a spare. If titan doesn't have the spares why do they sell new models. Where i'm ready to pay for the spare and service but i'm guided to go for an unauthorized service center by the titan guys. I regret to be a titan customer where myself and my family is using around 15 to 20 titan products as watches and sunglasses.

                        I paid online 2k on 18th january 2019 via net banking to tanishq golden harvest scheme - payment got debited from my bank but its not reflecting in tanishq's site.
                        I called customer care and filed a complaint. No action taken since 24 hours. This morning i followed up twice, he sais to go ahead and make a payment, old one will get credited when issue is resolved. I chose a different mode of payment today, again same issue - money got debited but no reflection in ur site.
                        In total i paid 4k for my tanishq account and 2k foe my father's account - my 6k are stuck and there is no resolution from the team. I have already followed up thrice.
                        I am attaching snapshots of the transactions as well.
                        Please solve this immediately.

                          Hi, i bought a titan raga watch from amazon on 4th march 2018. After a couple of weeks the lock broke which i got fixed from the titan store, then after couple of weeks the strap broke, i again got it fixed, now the strap has again broken, its not even been a complete year and the watch has broken 4 times. Is there any replacement policy because i cant keep getting it fixed as the titan store is too far away to go there every couple of weeks.

                            I have given a titan watch at your calicut showroom at mavoor road, on 20.12.2018 invooice no. Is [protected] for rs.173. I have given the watch for change of battery, since the lifetime of battery is over. Within few minutes they have returned back the watch with new battery and they have given a bill for rs.173 including service charge.
                            For change of battery they have charged rs.100 as service charge. This is mere exploitation of titan watch buyers. You can get watch battery for rs.50 to 60 from local vendors.
                            I do not think this is reasonable and justifiable. Actually you are penalising your customers. I hope you will give a reply.

                            My complaint has not been solved. It still exists. Nobody from the co. contacted me nor clarified their side. It is not fair and justifiable to charge such a big amount for a change of battery alone. I think the monopoly of economic type watches rest with Titan They show and act based on the Monopoly. This is not fair.

                            I have complained for refund for my transaction.Website has charged twice for single transaction.I am in a great shock as it is a big amount .Customer care is clueless.No update from help desk.How a company like titan can have such a website.
                            I ordered a watch online. the amount was deducted (2795 INR) from my bank ac but it showed that payment failed.

                              I have done payment through tanishq app by selecting google pay as payment option for gold harvest scheme. Money has been deducted from my account still tanshiq customer care says they have not received amount.in app, also its showing pending payment. Tanishq ppl saying they dont allow google pay.. But tanish app allows google pay as a payment option.

                              My sonata watch is waterproof, then also water goes inside it. And also the strap has been broken down. So will you replace it or anything else.

                                I have purchased a titan raga on 31-dec-2018 to present my wife as my first wedding anniversary gift. And purchased a fastrack band and watch also earlier.
                                In my dastrack watch immediately after purchase found the main part motor found complaint and i allow them to replace instead of replacing the unit as am also working in after sale service industry.
                                But on the case of titan raga, the most precious gift i purchased for my wife. It was on my wedding anniversary day when we gone to hilite mall calicut, my wife noticed that she lost the watch. We checked all around, ran together on this beautiful day, fortunately we got it from the walking area of carparking place at hilite mall.
                                I rush to the shop on the same mall where i purchased the watch and while they clean the same found the pearl on the chain got damaged and screen got scratched.
                                They refuse to do any repairs on free of cost or any replace.
                                On this case am complaining that the problem happened during to the poor quality of lock system. How a watch lcan be fall down by auto open the lock. So it is a quality issue. So need to replace the same on immediate ffect.
                                My wife is a doctor and she care thing most preciously. So we looking for your immediate response

                                  Hello team,

                                  I have purchased fastrack reflex 2.0 band for a present on nov 1 2018 from this showroom, 'world of titan 391a, nehru nagar, kottivakkam, omr road, chennai - 600041' and 2 days later i came to know that the product is a defective one. It's calculation were totally flaw and i have images to prove it.

                                  I decided to return this to the showroom and on nov 16 2018, the showroom person has got the product, warranty bill from me. The showroom negotiated for a repair of this same defective product which i am not ready to accept. Hence asked for vouchers in return so that i can purchase some other product.

                                  Upon confirmation they gave a customer acknowledgement form stating for return jo no: jo[protected] and said it will take 2 weeks for getting vouchers. There was no followup from them, so i visited after 2 weeks and to my shock they said they can't give vouchers, instead will repair this.

                                  I raised a complaint with customer care on dec 11 2018, and after 2 months of regular follow up, customer care executives have approved for vouchers and i got this confirmed from their end via phone call which i received on last week of december.

                                  After 2 weeks i visited the showroom on jan 7 2019 to collect the vouchers, but the store person was saying that the reflex band is repaired and ready for delivery.

                                  How can this happen? Who is the cheat here? Information conveyed from customer care team and that of store is not matching. I want to know what is the exact delay and reason for not providing the required vouchers for such defective faulty product of titan

                                    I started golden harvest plan monthly scheme of rs.5000/- vide my gh a/c no.[protected] and scheme ends after 10 months to utilize my principle amount along with benefit of rs.3750/- but due to my medical illness i forced to withdraw my principle amount of rs.50, 000/- (Accumulated in 10 months) and issued me benifit voucher no.5068137 of rs.3750/- to utilize till 01-may-2019.
                                    I have requested tanishq care since last two months on telephone and e-mail vide request no. [protected] to allow me to utilize benefit voucher with purhcase of rs.10, 000/- instead of rs.50, 000/- their reponse is negetive.
                                    It is very difficult for me to accumulate 50, 000/- as saving to purchase in tanishq to utilize my benifit. Hence requested why this condition when i am not in position to purchase for huge amount more then rs.50, 000/-
                                    I may be allowed to purchase with rs.10, 000/- to utilize my benefit.

                                      The watch titan nh9264sm02a was purcased from titan world tk road thiruvalla pin - 689101, on 16/09/2017. Since the purchase of the said item was frequently default between 2-3 months, as slow running. I approach world of titan thiruvalla, as per their direction i bring it to serving centre the world of titan mullackal alleppey kerla in 2 times. But stil the watch is shown as the same complain as very slow running. So you are requested to replace the item as i think the watch is initially manufacture defect.
