Hi,

I brought a Titan HTSE watch Model- 1572KDA from the World of TITAN, Near Ghaari Chowk, Raipur.

At that time I was convinced that the watch meets all the standard specifications and is the best watch ever.

And the Glass is scratch proof and strong.

But with a little dash with the car gate, the glass broke-up.
When I went to the same shop, they are saying that I have to pay Rs. 1500 for its repairing coz it is neccesary to buy whole body.

My watch is under warranty.
please resolve the issue.

Hi Steve,

My watch was repaired and I have to pay the amount, but then the watch is not working properly and it does not display correct time.
Every time I have to update the time manually.

Why it is so?

I have purchased HTSE watch, it was just a waste of my MONEY?

WHY ?

I am fed up with my HTSE watch, I visit Titan Service centre every 3 months.
I donot why TITAN made this HTSE watch worth Rs 8000/
It is very poor and every time it has some problem and watch suddenly stops.
When I visit Service center they teach me that keep ur watch in Sunlight, Should I wear the watch and sit in Sunlight??????????
Anyone can check that how many time I have given my watch in Service center, Receipt has been attached.
Already 1 month gone but still no resolution.
Resolve the issue at earliest.

HTSE is a waste of money. My watch is not giving correct time. Repaired one in two years before the warranty ends. But soon after repair the problem relapse.
How can I get rid of my HTSE ...

Dear Sirs, Re;--Complain against manufacturing defect of my watch purchased from your Showroom at Gurudatta Apartments, Shop No. 10/11, M.G.Road Panjim Goa-403001 on 02.02.2013, DOC No.[protected], TIN-P/3518. Variant No. NB9355NL01, Description D663, Cluster-GPURP for Rs.7850/-( Model NB9355NL01) The abovementioned watch was purchased by me under your warranty against manufacturing defect for two years. But I am very sorry to say that the quality and service of your watch is is enough to make a person’s life horrible. I am going to narrate the details of trouble borne by me due to this watch. 1. On 27.01.14 I was forced to go to your above showroom as the watch stopped functioning and in line with the terms of warranty they did the repairing(441 MAS) and I thought the defect was accidental one. 2. After few months my idea over the product and service of your watch got mild push when again I saw the watch stopped functioning. So, on 16.07.2014, I carried the watch to your Showroom at 1, D.H. Road, Taratala, Opp. CESC Building, Kolkata-700038 and they did their repairing and gave me back the watch on 26.07.2014.(No.264) 3. The watch gradually became a nightmare to me when again on 14.08.2014, I found the watch was not functioning. To be very frank I thought to throw the watch to a dustbin but checked myself and again deposited the watch on 14.08.2014 (No.312) to your Kolkata-Taratala Showroom. Again they did the repairing as a matter of routine and I came back with the repaired watch just to see how early my next visit would be? 4. My apprehension becomes true when again I saw the watch stopped functioning and this time I think it would be proper to convey my grievance to you directly without going to your showroom repeatedly. Hope, you will, after going through the details of my harassment simply because of purchasing a wristwatch and that too from a company of high repute appreciate my agony and resolve my grievance only by replacement with a new one having further two year warranty at your end to prevent myself from proceeding to Consumer Redressal Forum with the demand of replacement, compensation for mental and physical harassment and cost of litigation.. Remarks given in ACK after verification of watch before me by the technician name not known: CASE STRAP WEAR OFF M/G Damage. (Here we asked him to replace the gold chain with leather strap (which we had handedover to him). Approx.delivery: 12.12.14 Rs.700 and service charges: 70= total Rs.770/-. [protected] With reference to the subject cited above, I have recieved a [protected] SMS AT 1314 Hrs.of 12.12.14 "Stating that Dear Mr.Murali Krishna, we need some more time to rectify your watch .         My watch [1491YL02 MEN'S WATCH] glass was broken. I reported to chennai kottivakkam titan service center. Below is the service they have provided. 1. A third class quality thin glass. 2. 4mm gap between watch glass and dial which allows rain, dust and dew inside my watch. So how my watch will be water resistant and now my dial have fungus on it 3. A nail polish like substance coated around the sides of the glass to hide the minor cracks on the glass and my titan watch is looking awkward 4. For this service it took 25 days and 500Rs. For this service why we need to seek titan service center. Don't titan have good glass and glass cutter machine for service?

          My Titan Raga Series Perspektiv Style Code 2396KM01T watch Glass was broken and I went to my nearby Titan Showroom @ Amrutha Mall, Somajiguda, Hyderabad - 500082 for it's repair. They refused to repair my watch on their stand that this watch is banned from company and it's glass is unavailable in their service centers as I purchased it in 2008 and it is too old to get its spares parts from Titan service centers. They lied me as I have found that this watch is still sold by Titan on their site as well as on Flipkart. Please take appropriate action against this titan dealer located in Somajiguda, Hyderabad as it is absolutely not interested in listening to consumer's queries and misleading its consumers by giving false statements and please help me in getting a new glass for my Titan Raga watch.             Sir This is to infor you that i had purchased the Titan Watch at World of Titan showroom in Banashankari dated 26/07/14 model no NE9315BM02A worth Rs 2235/-. There is a problem in the strap which is not able to fit to the watch in spite of three visits to the showroom they are are not able to rectify the problem they have given the defected product and each time when i give to rectify the problem they will say that we require 10 days to get it done after getting i repaired three times in the showroom service center also they are not able to male it properly at last now they are telling to contact the customer care and given the toll free number after several attempts i am not able to reach the customer care. This is not the way to treat the customer i am using your products for more than 8 years i have no problem in any watch they are not even replacing the watch i have taken it immediately after purchasing the watch but nothing happened now already 4 months crossed but they are not in the position to change the watch or make it ready.Each time they will take 10-15 days to get it ready. Suggest what to do next.

              I had purchased a Titan raga watch in July and unfortunately it's glass broke in October . I gave the watch for repair to the showroom since its under warranty, they said repair can take up to 45 days. I waited till 40 days and called the service centre since I didn't get any response, they said they will get back with the status, nothing happened so I called few times and finally got the reply there is still 5 days left for due date. Okay I waited for another 10 days and didn't get any reply as usual so I called customer care number and registered a complaint who informed me with in 2 working days my problem will be resolved, guess what I didn't get any response AGAIN, after 3 days called with the complaint number and was told its being escalated and I should receive some call before next day. My family have been a regular customer with Titan and I m so very upset, i m not getting my watch back neither it's getting repaired, how should I put it to consumer court? Watch was given for repair on October 19, 2014, hwtno is 239, complaint no is 707988

                I had bough two wrist watches from Titan.co.in 3 days prior to Diwali to gift it to my sisters . (Order number EC00024688 and EC[protected] There were retailers offering better prices for same titan watches but for sake of genuineness and fast delivery I choose the Titan company online store itself. The delivery address for one watch was Vapi and another Surat. After 5 days of placing order, I get confirmation that your order is received and we will dispatch in 3-4 days !!! (Flipkar/Snapdeal/Amazon would have in fact delivered in 4 days from order). Even after 15 days of placing order, the goods are not delivered. Then I cancelled the order. Next day the watches are delivered at both addresses (Surpise !!!). I called the call center and they confirmed that we will arrange for pick up from both addresses. Watch from Vapi address was picked up 7 days before (17 days after registering return advice) and the one from Surat is not yet picked up after 25 days. Haven't seen such callous and carefree attitude from any eCommerce company. Initially called up many times to call center and also wrote emails for faster delivery but tired and sick with the attitude. Would never buy anything from Titan website or even Titan store. Its a shame that its a Tata group company.

                  Dear Sir, I had purchased a Titan Raga from Time Zone, Kohinoor Watch Company, Ajmer on 13 Feb 2014. The Model No. is 9931 WAA and the dial No. is DC-265. In sep 2014 the watch started running slow and lot of wires started coming out from the chain. I had taken the watch to Titan Industries Ltd., 2nd Floor, Paliwal Plaza, Ajmeri Gate, Near Rajsthali Showroom, MI Road, Jaipur on 14 Oct 2014. They changed the cell of watch and told me to contact them after 10 days for new chain. After repeatedly following up with them, I did not get any satisfactory reply and otherwise went back to the agency on 11 Nov 2014. On that day, I was told by the staff that watch had to be deposited with them otherwise I can go and complain anywhere. On the same day, I lodged a complaint telephonically. Complaint No. was 695248, but there was no response from company side. The complaint was lodged again on 14th Nov 2014, after which, I got a call from the service center asking for the problem, but my problem is not resolved till date.                     I have bought Titan Aviator watch model no 13565L 3 years ago. The blue color strip/lock for the watch has worn off and I want to replace it. I have checked for the same with several dealers and it seems to be unavailable in the market. It has been more than 3 months now and I am not able to use this watch . I have dropped an email regarding the same to [protected]@titan.co.in. But there as been no response . I am not sure what is the policies are . I have not received the confirmation that my email has been received forget the prgress.. This is very bad from a reputed brand like titan . I think they should not sell the produts if they can't provide after sales service . Are there any other means to approach the company ? Can somebody help me out .                       I had given a watch for replace my watch glass at TITAN show room in Aundh, Pune on 2nd of June, 2014. The team told me that it will take 15 days time. I agreed for that and waited for the call from them if it has got repaired. Finally after 3 months time when I reached their showroom they gave me the watch fixed with some glass which was not fitting the watch properly. When I told them i will not accept it they told me that the new glass will have to be brought from Bangalore which will take another 15 days time. After that I never got a call from them. Finally after another 3 months when I reached the showroom to check by myself even then the watch was not ready and they asked me to wait for another few days. To which I refused and took my watch back. In the argument with the employees there I discovered that the staff is least bothered of the customers and they work in their own sweet way. There is no established process to establish customer concerns. Mr. Subodh who is a manager there is also hopeless person and is probably not taught how to deal with the customers. Overall experience is pathetic and it is hampering the TATA brand value. Such staff should be immediately sacked who does not know how the service should be and how to deal with the customers. I want the TITAN guys to repair my watch immediately to compensate for the time and energy loss in my transaction.

                            Dear Sir / Madam, Regret to inform you that I was shocked to know that for changing faulty wrist belt of TITAN WATCH, company takes 2-3 weeks time. Detail of complain register is as below: Wrist belt was found faulty. Submitted to dealer on 02/11/14 which was forwarded to TITAN service centre on 04/11/14 through DC no. 8393 at Dadar. When called up the service centre no. reply was it will take another 10 days. For accessory like belt does it take more than 3 weeks. Very very surprising. WATCH WAS PURCHASED ON 25/10/2014. Till now i give it to Bapunagar showroom for repairing 10 times and this is too much. Once i complaint and i got a call from Amitbhai and he told me that put your watch at our main branch. After Navratri my watch again stop and i put it for repairing to there but still i didn't get any call from your side. Many times i visited to bapunagar branch and also call to Amitbhai but same no call and no status...now what should i do...now i dont want ur watch give my money back or replace to fasttrck... thanks.                                 I Brought an Fast track P270BU2 Glass Last Monday While i brought i ask the Shop keeper to give me another it was look like an Damage pieces, Sale rep went inside a room and bring the same Glass with i thought he brought new one while i ask to him to bring another one for my friend he immediately told me there is only one in Stock So i brought it and Came to my Room within 5 day the Glass got broken, When i back to shop with the Broken Glass People in the Glass said it was Modeling problem but they refused to replace it. I have the Bill copy and Warrenty card Still they refuse to refund or replace it.

                                  I am a resident of JEYPORE Distt- KORAPUT ODISHA. Purchased a Titan watch for Rs 5596/- on 25-07-14 from Pantallon, Shaheed Nagar, Bhubneshwar and within four hours of purchase we found watch is not running . Same day we rushed to Pantallon and shown to Titan representative after some time we found watch was working but we insisted to replace it as I am located in remote place where services are not available but he assured that there will be no problem in future and refused to replace it. After passing ten to fifteen days again we found watch is not running . Immediately contacted to local dealer of Titan watch but he refused to provide services and advised us to get the services from Bhubneshwar only. On[protected] visited to Pantallon and they advised to go to service centre at Hindustan Associates, Bhub and same day visited to service centre and deposited our watch for replacement/services but even after passing 20 days there is no response recd from Titan Service centre.We have checked at Titan web site with our id number 1014BUBS1B11668 and still getting the status as Under service. In last four month after purchasing the watch twice visited to Bhubneshwar but no solution was given by Titan store at pantallon and also no service from Service centre. Thanking You.                                     Today I went to the Titan Showroom at Lulu Mall, Kochi to exchange a watch I had bought (on Oct 18 to be precise) as a first anniversary gift for my husband since the strap looked a little too thin for his hand. In what would typical be a 15 min thing turned into a one hour saga. While I entered the showroom, there was a lady in uniform standing at the door talking on the phone. Since she dint seem to care a customer has walked in, I went over to the next sales technician available who was already helping 2 other customers. He then went over to invite the busy lady to attend to us. While she was still on the phone, she gestured what we need. Told her I want to exchange the watch for the above stated reason. She then took the watch from the box (TITAN gifting box intact, bill and guarantee included) and went on over inside. We were clueless as to where she went. So we thought of scouring the showroom for a replacement and zeroed in on a xylys watch. At this point she comes outside and mentions, sorry we cannot exchange watches with leather strap. I found this extremely absurd and told her that it is mentioned in the bill that watches can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase and there is no special clause mentioning leather strap watch. After 10 min of argument, she accuses that it is a used watch. Since my husband is in Bangalore and he hadn't come down for the last few weeks, today is when he finally received the gift. On just placing the watch on his hand, we realized the error and quickly replaced it in the cover and went on to the showroom. If that is classified as used, then there should be no return policy as such. After another 15 min of argument, she tells me there are scratches on the watch, which personally I only took notice of when she mentioned it (dint verify during purchase since it was a gorgeous watch) . She claims, we scratched it. Now I had completely snapped. I asked her to connect to her manager who was in a meeting. She went inside and came back after another 10 min just to type 10 nos shabbily on a piece of paper. After calling the manager about 6-7 times, he finally picked up the phone, told my concern and told he would speak with the technician. Meanwhile, I was glancing at the Titan edge watches and noticed one of the displays had a couple of scratches. So i showed them the display model and told how both these have the exact sort of scratches on the body. She walked away with no care in the world. After another 2-3 calls to the manager again, he finally chooses to call back and tell it can't be exchanged. When I asked him the reason, he mentioned scratches on rose gold watches are predominant and hence the watch cannot be resold. To which i retorted asking why they have displayed tampered pieces. He then had the audacity to say that it is a rarity and he will remove that piece ASAP. I was too stunned by the response that I chose to walk out!!! This is a pure case of breaking the trust of a customer by an otherwise ethical conglomerate, TATA. Selling scratched products, deceiving customers by stating exchange policies that do not exist. You tell me, as a customer of Tanishq, Titan Eye+, Westside, Fastrack (an encircle customer), do I deserve this? A humble request would be to a. Train your staff to conduct themselves cordially rather than with attitude, after all I work in a tata organization which follows the customer is king policy. b. Please verify that the watches are not scratched or tampered with and inform the same in the presence of a customer c. Since the display pieces are sold as the final product, please add a protective sticker to ensure these scratches don't happen (esp for rose gold ones) Reach me at : [protected]

                                      I bought a watch 31/7/2014, the very next day the glass broke so I gave the watch for repair since then I have been repeateadly asking the updates but haven't got any response. They always tell me that it's not repaired. How long should I wait. I am very upset with the customer service provided by TITAN.
