Hello, Hope someone is reading this... I have a Titan watch under warranty. Its dial got discolored after 10 months o[censored]se, took it to World of Titan, Kottayam, Kerala. He said, he has ordered the dial under 'order number 955' to the Cochin titan showroom, but even after 2 months, there is no solution. He said the delivery is not made, and I dont know whom to approach to get this done. Can you help me in this regard. Please let me know if further details required. Babu Kurian [protected]

    hi..I have given my watch to get it repaired for missing diamonds from the dial on 15th august 2014 but now its been more than 3month i didn't got my watch repair infact there is no status whether they will repair or not. I have contacted customer care around 5 to 6 times but still there is no action about it. Its been 28th October 2014 but still i didn't receive any status. I am very disappointed with the service. No company gives so worst service

      Hi, I gave my watch for service to replace my watch chain on last month[protected]. Till now there is no update for that, from the service centre there is no proper reply for it. I feel very guilty that i referred my brother to purchase Titan watch.

        Dear Sir/ Mam, we purchase a Titan watch (zoop ) from Titan World Panvel showroom. the product was od bad quality needs to repair (from titan gallery) three times although its not working. we ask to panvel showroom to replace product but they denied. The product is in warranty period but still not working. please help us.

        TITAN Watches are a joke. Avoid buying them. I bought a Rs.10, 000 watch and it started running slower by 2-3 minutes each day. Avoid buying them.

          watch stopped working within 6 months of purchase

          I have purchased titan ladies watch Model no.24809M. The watch stopped working, I submitted to the titan shop for repair on 6 September 2014, but have not received back my watch yet. It's been more than a 1.5 months, and even after regular calls and visit to the titan shop, I have not received any appropriate response. Can I please know why such a delay in the sevice and when am I getting back my watch. Hope to receive a quick reply....

            Dear Titan, I am Ashish Gaurav and I bought a Titan Automatic watch from Delhi this year on 20th/01/2014. Barely 8 months passed when the watch developed problem, the screw of the automatic watch came out and the watch stopped working. Sine the watch was in warranty, I took it to you service center Titan Care in Noida Sector 18 on 10/08/2014. Reference id 814AN0821B1575 I was told that Automatic watches don't get repaired, the whole machine inside will get changed from Bangalore apparently and all this would take 20-25 days. The Approximate delivery time was written as 10/09/2014, that was one month from the date of giving the watch for servicing. After that I have done multiple follow up and have visited the service center, it has been more than 2 months and still I have not got my watch. I have been mislead multiple time and have been given tentative dates by when watch will be repaired but it has not been done. I was told I will be called in 20-25 days when watch is repaired, but I did not get any call. I visited service center after the Delivery date 10/09/2014 and was told that watch has been couriered from Bangalore will reach in a couple of days. After two days I got a call that there was some problem, in getting the spare parts and it will the watch will get delivered by 20/09/2014 and I will get a call. I did not get any call. I called on 8/10/2014, I was told again that watch has been couriered from Bangalore will reach on a few days. I called yesterday on 10/10/2014 and inquired about the watch since two months have passed since I gave it for servicing. The service center person told me its unusual and that he would call me in 10 minutes after checking the status/problem. I did not get any call. I called today on 11/10/2014 and after repeated plea have been told that my watch has not been couriered from Bangalore, infact it has been sent on this 8th to Bangalore...that is after nearly two months of giving it for service. And they cannot tell a time frame as to when I would get the watch. I am very disappointed with the service of TITAN, after two months they have still not been able to service the watch which is under warranty. I have been given wrong information/false promises. If you can't fix the watch please refund my money or replace the watch with a new watch. Regards Ashish Gaurav

            Hi Steve,

            I got a call from customer case center that issue will be resolved in 3 days and gave me complaint no: 672802 on 12th October only, next day I got call from service center that I will get watch in 2 days. A week has passed, and none of the above has happened.

            When will I get the watch???It is very poor customer service even after complaining, no action is being taken.

                Dear All I have bought an new Titan wristc watch from your Lifestyle Bangalore showroom on 18 aug 2014. Since on the day two of my purchase the watch stopped working.I been outstation since couple of days. Today i visited to your Rt nagar service center to know the problem.Your customer executive Mr. Amar attended me And told me that there is some machanism problem in the watch and needs 15 days of time to rectify the same. I iimmediately asked for the replacement of the peace. He told me to wait for 1 months. My quation here Is very simple why i need to wait for 1 months to replace the peace or 15 days to repaire it. Over all this is hard earn money of mine & defect in your product why the customer needs to suffer in this. I wanted a quick solution on the same else will not bother to take this matter In the consumer forum.. Below find the details of watch purchase. Model no. NE/582KL01.                   I invested in their scheme in which I was depositing rs 10000 every month. The scheme was after 11 payments they will add 1 payment by them self and than I can buy jewellery according to my choice in that amt. I paid them for 1.8 yrs and the government told them to close this scheme. I have paid them in total rs 1, 70, 000 and now from last four months I am trying to get my money back and they r just sending me different forms to fill and saying that once that is done they will pay me. It's been 4months and bit over but still nothing from their end. I have send them so many emails for refund but they r just ignoring it. So now I m ready to go in court and also thought to put complaint here as people can know what frauds can happen.

                    I had purchased a TOMMY HILFIGER watch on 15/09/2013. from HELIOS showroom Pheonix market city viman nagar pune. Variant Number TH1790845/D Cluster TOMMY, Cost 9495.00 First of all I want to say that the response of the service centre is pathetic. They don't bother to call back the customer about the status of the watch whether the watch will be delivered or they will keep it for life long. I am very disappointed by this type of service what titan is providing. Its totally ruined titan name like a local shops. Secondly after 4 my watch keep at showroom which i was given on 15/07/2014 I Purchased a watch on 15/09/2014, after some days My watch wasn't working I give it to showroom on 02/10/2013. again on 29/10/2014 i went to showroom because of moisture problem on watch..on that time i insisted it on being replaceed.he assure me that if iam facing after that any kind of problem he replaced it with a new watch. again my watch slow down (automatic watch stop working)and i went to the shop on 15/07/2014.till the date watch in the possession of showroom. and again they said that we cheeked it properly.now i dont want that watch.i want to replaced with new one other wise i will take a legal action. i am really disappointed with this brand and worn the consumers not to purchase titan brand as they fool ppl..one of your showroom Manager Mr.Yaman don't know how to talk.he told me to whom you give your watch spoke to him.now our staff change. Though, I purchased watch for my son as a surprised gift to him for his achievement from your company which is a branded one, to my surprise the watch found not working not only for one time but I have already reqired it for five times from the above dealer. Sir, I request you to replace my watch so that I can see titan of happiness of my sons face which he has been deprived off due to poor services given by the above dealer.                         It is third time I am facing problem in the Dial and Chain of the Titan watches. Three different costly watches I had purchased and every time I had replaced the dial and chain within one year under warranty. But after another one year I bound to through the watch. It is totally unuseable after two years. Every time I had purchased these Titan watches from the shop "The Asian Times, Baripada, Mayrbhanj, Odisha.

                          Dear Team, I had purchased a Titan Raga watch Model No NC9897VMO1 ON 18/08/2013 which is a silver made watch costing 18000/- and the silver strap just broke and my watch slipped off in a mall just wearing it..i had given the same to Surat Anjan Shalakha service centre and the person there gave me a receipt and told me it has to be sent to service centre in Banglore and will be received only after a month and as it was within warranty period i insisted it on being replaceed or a credit voucher to be issued to the effect as the watch was broken without any dash or any mishandling which he also certified that it had broken due to the model itself.. I agreed for 1 month and contacted the service centre after a month but still there was no news., i have visited the service centre so many times since then but the people dont even have any whereabouts of my watch and any status of it. i had lodged a complaint for the same on toll free no- compliant no -655854. on 19/09/2014 and had been assured that i will receive a revert in 2 working days but till date there is no call from the team which is ridiculous.. waiting for my watch since alost 3 months i now dont believe what is done with my watch and not even sure will i receive it back. i want a financial compensation for my watch my visits to the service centres the harrasment caused by titan which is literal non sense. I dont believe such a brand named so big works like this.. i want my money back after 3 months i dont need a used watch back. take this complaint as a serious notice or else a legal notice will be made for the same.

                            Hi I had bought a Titan Raga from Fifth Season, Abhishek Commercial complex opp Hotel Shanti Palace Chembur Mumbai-71 on 23rd December 2012 My watch wasn't working for the last one month and I went to the shop to get it corrected on 23rd September 2014. The guy replaced the battery and charged me for the battery. We requested him to do it properly so that we may not have to come again to which he said its fine After one day only the watch stopped working again We went to the shop today (27th September) and told him the watch is again not working. He picked it up and and shaked it and said see its again working ( I never thought that's the way Titan watches are repaired) When I said no check it as it will again stop then he realized the watch is again not working He said we will have to send it to the company and will come back only after 20 days. I said thats ok but can't it be replaced. He said "NO" Till this time he was behaving as if he is doing us a favour by sending it to the company I said you know its a pain coming everytime and expected some empathy from him to this he said how many times you have come and anyways pain is a different thing I said customer's pain isn't the main thing he shouted no you have to come its a machine and bound to get faulty (So doesn't matter its from Titan as it only as reliable as local watches) I said you can't be rude to a customer to which he again shouted have I used harsh words with you (as if he wants to abuse furter and hasn't reached his limits) I told him that you should say sorry to a customer as its his money at stake and feel for him/her He kept on shouting and I had to leave afterwards I have not seen a dealer this rude and this has been a rude shock to me. If this is the way Titan dealers behave nothing much will happen in the short term but there are severe consequences in the long term I am terribly dissapointed and even though I have Titan watches only I swear no more Titan watchs for future Regards Sunil [protected] [protected]@gmail.com Chembur Mumbai

                              Dear Concern, I have new purchased titan raga watch on 27/08/2014 from regd dealer, whereas i was shockeed that to find that the said watch was faulty, and as such was ruuning slow on time by almost 20-25 mins /day. As such i lodged complaint to titan dealer on 23rd sept, 20014, from whom I have purchased the same for replacement on warrenty as provided for at which time dealer promised me to look into the matter as regards the replacement of the watch fro the company. However, today I got a phone call from the dealer informing me that my watch cannot be replaced and that they have replaced the module/machine part and called me to collect the same. esteemed Sir, i am not aware about the repairs done. I request your goodself to replace my watch forthwith under the warranty as i had purchased a new watch.                                 I have given my Titan Wrist watch for servicing on date of 06/09/2014 and delivery date given on receipt on 22/09/2014. As per shopkeeper told me i can get my on prior so i went one day before the given delivery date. But my wrist watch not ready and that shopkeeper told me i can get on scheduled date again i went on scheduled date but my wrist watch not ready. as per shop keeper next watch will ready and i can get my wrist watch, According to shopkeeper i went today but the shopkeeper told me that watch not yet ready and they doesn't idea about that my watch when will get ready. After my long argue with them they said you may get watch without any servicing, if they can not capable to repair wrist watch then why they are wasting of my time. Finally they are not confirming me the time and date when will get my as usual (without repair watch).                                   I had purchased a titan ducati watch on July 2013 from titan showroom inorbit mall (malad) but after 5 month the watch had stopped working so i had reached showroom and i had returned a watch and they told that they will replaced it and i had replaced the watch on may 2014 a automatic watch but within 3 month again the had stopped working ... i am really disappointed with this brand and worn the consumers not to purchase titan brand as they fool ppl

                                    Hi I recently got a new spectables from Titan Eye care Kamla Nagar. The specs lenses were not made to the right specfications resulting in serious head-ache. When approaching showroom, to my surprise show-room personal suggested me to adjust with this small head-ache. I even complaint titan 1800 number but they were ready to refund only lenses and not frame money. I am not sure how can one use only the frame without lenses. The showroom did not even care of check if any other frame could solve the problem. Titan customer care registered complaint : 00040070 but no major resolution.
                                    Titan Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I am told by titan eye call center that this is best they can do. The lenses are made by Titan Eye and they can refund the money. The frame is sold by vendors directly and he is not professional to refund any money. Quite sad Titan Eye is not at all bothered about their brand. :(

                                      I am rajesh kathuria, i went for glass replacement of my watch to gangaram watches preet vihar delhi 92, the first of all the owner and the staff were not ready to give the customer slip after my arguing they just mentioned on plane paper that they have received the watch . On my call after three weeks they replied the charges of replacing the glass is 1500/- and will take one more months time, i said ok give my watch back and then i gave my watch to your authorized show room watch world luxmi nagar they just charged me 250/ rupees and return my watch in just 5 days. My main concern is just they trying to make money at the cost of your reputation. Hoping you take appropriate action against them.
