Hello everyone, This is for all of you to warn you in advance if you are planning to buy anything from the mentioned showroom or get any repair done to your damaged Titan watch from this service centre. So please stop reading further if you do not like that watch and want it to die. I bought a beautiful Titan watch from Bangalore Titan showroom in the month of February. Due to some accident my lovely watch got damaged with in two months when I was in Delhi. I called up the customer care to ask for service centre near my are and they suggested me to visit the World Of Titan service centre in Rajouri Garden. I went there with my damaged watch and showed it to the technician there. First of all the people working there have no idea about their job. I guess they come there to eat their 'dabbas'. He had no idea about how much cost I would need to pay for the repair and said that he would let e know the next day. I called them up the next day and he quoted a big amount which was surely not genuine. I asked him to leave my watch as it is. I went there to pick my watch and what I saw made me furious. The watch was more damaged and the dial was broken. The staff was rude and had no idea what was going around. I fought and argue but they did not listen to me. I left my watch to get repaired as I wanted it badly. I have not collected it yet. I will collect it soon and let you all know what happens next.     This horrific incident happened in City Centre Mangalore Branch of Titan. I want to bring this serious notice to your management. One of your staff boys are using customers details and phone number to text girls. They gave their numbers to get notified about their watch repairs. But an acquaintance of mine received remarks from this store keeper of yours. Please look into this problem before the matter is taken to consumer court. The branch manager will also be notified shortly. This is a serious issue and we want action.       I had ordered for a pair of spectacles in december from titan eye+ showroom in chennai. I received it 2 weeks later, after visiting and calling them "n" number of times. I had to get it replaced also as they had not done the corrections I had wanted in the lens size. Finally, 3 months later, the lens is now full of scratches, that too after much of safe handling by me. There is hardly anything I could see through the lens. Rs 4500 gone by the wind !!! My sincere advice: Do not visit this showroom !!!

        Sir, I hereby informing you that I have given my Titan watch to your direct service centre for the complaint of Cracked Glass. So I would like to change a new glass at your service centre named M/s.FORT PHARAMA (TITAN RETAIL SALES DIVISION), 963, Avinashi Road, Kalai Kadhir Building, Coimbatore - 641 037. I have handed over my watch against Customer Acknowledgement form No. 215AS1793B1146 Dated : 24.02.2015 to direct service centre. My watch Model No.9327SM01 and purchased on 28.12.2013 at ZIMSON TIMES PVT. LTD., Coimbatore. I have given my watch two months back but not yet receive any information from your end. And i visited & followed more than 6 times regarding this matter at your service centre.Your service centre people not giving correct status and response against this matter. And i have made a telephonic conversation to your Customer Care people and made a complaint registration today itself. Your Complaint No.803784 for your ready reference. I regret to says that it is very worst co-operation from your side for I have given watch on two months back. You are also having direct service centre, even though there is not a sufficient service peoples and they are not giving any response to me.           Hi Team, I buy a Ray Ban aviator sunglass (SRB0014JA) from TITEN i+ at Kolkata, Syhambazer brunch. While I bring the product to home I found this particular sunglass is a disputed one. At the very next day I go to the shop and explain my problem to them. When I finished my problem they straight away refused to exchange that sunglass. I am really very dishearten to get this kind of service from TITENE. TITNE has a grate brand name and I am a big admirer of it.             Dear Sir / Madam, I (G. CHANDRA SHEKHAR) am purchasing titan watches (customer) since 2004 to till today. I purchased Titan Edge Model No.:1290SM01 - M944 Edge Watch from "POINT TIME" Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad bearing Tax invoice No. 830923 & Doc. No.[protected] dated:21.11.2010, 20:08Hrs. & Old Loyalty No.90670777. I got problem with titan edge watch dial (faded / wornout) since 23.09.2012 & I went several times to "POINT TIME" regarding titan edge watch dial problem till now there is no use to solve my problem. They told that we will place the order & enquired other outlet of titan world & they told me that edge watch dial was not available. So Kindly do needful to get my titan edge watch replacement advice or get my problem to be solved in warranty / free of cost as earily as possible. This is for your information.             I purchased a new watch model no R811-Edge on 06/08/2011 thinking that it will be durability. After 3.8 years, the dial digits on fell off. I gave a complaint of customer complaint regarding this manufacture defect. They stated that they will fix the watch free of cost but now shop name Helios and Mr Rajnish are saying that you have to pay for the watch dial.

            Mr Raj (Mobile no [protected]) from Titan has declined to provide replacement free of cost. I think this is poor service even after accepting manufacture defect customer has to bear the cost of the spare part.

            I have 25 year old Titan watch that is working without any issue even now. The number digits still stick to the dial.It is hard to believe that Titan providing this kind of poor defective product now and expecting customer to pay for manufacture defect.
            As per Mr Raj, I can do complaint anywhere they do not care. I have the call recorded for reference.

              Incident No : 1 I was happened to purchase a watch at World of Titan, Karur, Tamil Nadu, India.ON 30/12/2014.Hope this is the worst day in my life since I have purchased a watch from the company.Which dosnt know how to treat the customer.After that on 05/03/2015 I have meet an accident.So that my watch got scratched.So i have given for service at the same store on 06/03/2015.Ref ID :315AS1121B1995, Design NE9327KM01J. They have given an approx delivery date 28/03/2015.But i have visited your store on 06/04/2015.But the watch wasn't ready.When I entered into the store and asked the Sales Personnel she didn't even cared and she was not even stood up from the chair and answered.Then I asked her for the Store manager but she replied he has gone out some where. I asked store managers mobile number but she refused to give that too. Incident No : 2 At the same store we have also given our Sister In Laws watch for service.Since it got some problem with the machinery.Since it is ready after a week they didnt informed us.I have asked them for that.Their reply was we where busy with other works. So is this is the way that you will treat a customer is it the policy of TITAN or TATA GROUPS. Since this is the incident happened to an Advocate.Then what would be for an Civilian. Please tell us why we can't file a case against TITAN INDIA LTD.

I paid for contact lenses at titan eye plus, Saket on 29th of march but no product has been received till date. It was mentioned that the product will delivered by 30th march.                   Hi, I had purchased a Tommy Hilfiger watch worth of Rs 9000 a couple of years back from Malabar watches showroom, thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. I had maintained the watch pretty decently and was very happy with its design and performance. Recently it stopped working due to battery drain out. As I was staying in Kengeri, bangalore, Karnataka during that period I approached the World of Titan showroom on 27/03/15, Opposite 5 star chicken outlet, Kengeri satellite town, Bangalore, Karnataka. As they dint have the tool required to perform the repair they said they will send it out to some other service station and return it by 30/03/15(Service form attached). I was planning to return to my hometown on 1st of April and the date of delivery was comfortable for me.On the 30th of April the staff from the showroom called up informing me that the repair was not completed and they needed 2 more days. As I had to leave on 1st morning I told them I will collect the watch on 31st evening even if the repair was not done. On the 31st I went to collect my watch knowing the fact that the repair would not have been done. I was ok with it and was planning to get it repaired from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, my hometown. To my surprise I found my watch returned in a very bad condition. Dial being displaced and the back panel full of scratches( Pictures included), Effort has been done to open the back panel using some old age tools I guess, There are multiple scratches which shows how carelessly the service was done. I noticed it and asked the staff there about the condition of the watch. He was repeating the same music, give us 2 more days. I said that is not possible as I was leaving the town and would not return anytime soon. As I was in a hurry due to an emergency I left the store without further talks with the staff. I was irritated to the core because of this and Titan being the holding company for Tommy Hilfiger in India I least expected such a rubbish service. I took the watch to the same place from where I bought it to get it checked once I reached my hometown. They recommended me to lodge a complaint as the watch's condition was worse and just changing the battery might not restore the watch to a good working condition. I am extremely dissatisfied with the happenings and the watch seems not to be usable now. I wanted to use the watch for a couple of more years as the colour of the dial and the black metal strap was intact and was really happy with it. Now I am unable to use it further and the value I perceived from the product is lost. I expect a very serious and fair response from the team. I have called the showroom staff in Kengeri and told him I am going to complain and he could'nt counter me with anything as he was aware of his mistake and utilised my busy schedule as an opportunity to hide their mistake. I am staying back in Thiruvananathapuram, Kerala for the next two months. Please do the needful at the earliest.                     Hi Team, I'm totally lost and deceived by Titan Tycoon Chronograph Watch For Men-NE1563BM02(18, 0000) watch which i bought it as a gift for my father and that's my 4 consecutive watch in Titan. I felt really good when i purchased fasttrack but when started purchasing Titan products they are really bad and poor manufacturing . When i went through the warranty guide i came to know there is no warranty for metal strap which is chronograph & shop guys told very rugged one but with in 1 year i got issue with metal strap even though I'm still holding my service warranty . what to do know .. no other service guy is ready to tackle that .. This is my second watch which I'm facing the issue with strap (Tommy Hilfiger 1st with same issue).I'm a loyal customer to Titan and if i'm not getting appropriate solution this time i going to stop purchase Titan any more .                       I have received the Titan watch discount coupon issued by your Titan service centre, T.Nagar, Chennai, on 17.03.2015 through your customer service centre Coimbatore, I have submitted the same to your TITAN WORLD, Show room located in Brookfieds Mall, in Coimbatore, for a new watch in XYLYS model no. NE9458SL01. It was not accepted by the showroom and informed me the discount coupon issued by Chennai, you may purchase your new product only at Chennai and further told that the date mentioned in the coupon is altered by the issuing authority. I told them that the customer service executive informed me that the same can be utilised at any of the Titan show room for new watches but he has refused the same.                         Hi Team, My name is Vikash Rao one of your customer. I bought a Titan Analog Black Mens Watch with model number 90030NM01 on 25/01/2015 from one of your outlet at karol bagh (World of Titan, 17A/30, Ajmal Khan road, Delhi-110005). Within one 15days from the date of purchase my watch started playing and started giving me incorrect timings along with incorrect date. I immediately went to the same point of purchase to report the fault but the store supervisor gave me the incorrect information and said that I have to reset the time of my watch. Again next day the same fault occurred and I kept on resetting the time and date of my watch. I went to the store again after 7 days and was very angry. They have asked me to go upstairs to their repair center to get it fixed. i kept on saying them that its under the warranty and replace it but they did not gave any reaction and kept on saying that it will be fixed within 30days.I was very angry with this alternative so just to bypass me they said that they will get it delivered within 24hrs on 22/03/2015 but still I am without my watch that i was suppose to wear in my brothers wedding.Today when i called they said that they will not get ma watch delivered instead i have to collect it from that rubbish store. I am very upset about it and will not recommend any of my friends or relatives to go for Titan. Now i want you to look into the matter please exchange my watch .                             Dear Sir I am great fan of Titan and purchased many watches from Titan showroom but my last experience is very pathetic. I have purchased one Titan watch one Titan watch on 26/01/2014, Design Number : NB9383YM02J from your Titan World located at G-22, Sector 18, Noida. I gifted this watch to my father in law his birthday. After few month, he realized that it will stop or it will be getting slower by 1-2 minutes each day. I visited the Titan service center - Noida Sector 18 and they said they will replace the whole set and put a new set inside. Even after that, I realised that the problem has not been solved. Going to the service center is just a hassle because they say that after service watch will be given back after atleast 15 days. Please check your records that watch was got repaired by you at least 3-4 times. Last time it was got repaired in Dec 2014 and complaint Number is 1067. Your team ensured me that this problem was related to machine so it will not happen again. After two months, same problem was again arise but my father in law stays far from my home and I also working so did not get chance to visit your service center. Today again, i visited to your service center Sector 18 -Noida and again same story.. Now I have lost faith in Titan and it is very embarrassing too as it was gifted to someone and I would NEVER recommend this watch to anyone. I had bought many Titan watched which are running perfectly. Now, with that experience I had gone for the this watch. But now I realize what a big mistake I had done. Please replace this watch at the earliest so I can show my face to my father in law

                              To The General Manager Tanishq Sir, Looking to your customer service, your brand name and quality of your articles, We purchase a set of bangle after giving order and waiting almost one month.We paid 90% of cost of bangle in advance. We waited one month because which bangle we choose its size not fitted to me. After purchasing I used it and after few days it got bend. When we approach at your Bilaspur (C.G.) showroom no one responded us from top to bottom, only they advice us to purchase new set of bengal and its making charge will be charged again. We approched your store manager Mr.Shrivastava he also replied same. I said where is my fault and why I will pay extra amount. I requested please put the matter to your controller and reply us as soon as possible .They said yes We will inform our controller reply in one or two days on your mobile.                                 i have a fasttrack watch which is damaged due to water entry. when i was go to service centre at that time they said that my watch repair in 45 days and delivry near about 20 january but till today i don't get return back my watch. every time titan care said that we give respond to me in 24 hour but they don't give any single replay in 90 days and they dont tell me what is status of my watch. they dont give me perfect return time of watch so i request that please take as hard action as possible against titan company so they can not done this type activity again with any consumer.

                                    Dear sir, My name is Sabyasachi Mallik. I had purchased one TITAN RAGA watch having design number 2539YM01 on 14th February, 2015 from Shoppers Stop Kolkata. The very next day I had discovered a design defect on the dial. I had called Customer Service of Shoppers Stop and described the whole situation but they refused to exchange the watch and suggested me to go to any near by TITAN Showroom. So accordingly I submitted the watch with gurantee card on WORLD of TITAN, Ranchi for repairing on 23rd February, 2014. Reference id of complaint - 215AE0121B12070 dated[protected]. I have repeatedly called customer support to get the recent update. Everytime they tell me the same thing - "It may take upto 10-15 more days". Already 15 days has been elapsed and still no update. This is absolutely very humiliating. It feels very terible to call everytime and get the same response. I am very much dissatisfied with the customer service and I am not getting the watch for which I have paid hefty price.

TH1790991J Date of purchase :[protected] After I reached the showroom at about 155 pm, Pavitra and Sundresh were present on counter and when I told them about my concern, they told me to go to service Center outright without offering to resolve this . I insisted to speak to a senior, she spoke to someone called Rahul who is supposed to be a supplier of watches for the area . He told me to get lost and said watch can't be replaced . At best logo will be stuck back . I insisted that I speak to another senior within Titan . In the meanwhile, someone called Ayan who came to front desk but also refused to help. On my insistence she spoke to Ramesh Murali . All this while she kept on laughing in the conversations as if I was talking nonsense . She then spoke to Harish customer care executive [protected] and also to someone called Kaushik . Sum and substance is that a defective watch has been sold to me and now Titan is refusing to replace it with equivalent or higher value, differential of which I was always willing to pay. What I find most surprising is that when after being insulted by Titan employees, I went to Tommy Hilfiger showroom within the Orion Mall, they tried to washed their hands off saying that the Tommy Hilfiger product which has been sold by Titan is manufactured by Titan for Tommy Hilfiger. Hence they can't do anything about it. Due to this defective watch having been sold to me, I am reserving my claim to seek complete refund and damages against both Tommy Hilfiger and Titan, for financial damage, bad treatment by attending staff at both TH and Titan, harassment and mental agony if this defective watch is not immediately replaced .                                         Ref ID.. 115AN0141B1296 Titan Men's watch model : 9479AF02J I gave this watch for repair at World of titan, Kapil vihar, New Delhi on 31 Jan 2015, since it stopped working. The watch is under 1 year warranty. I was given an acknowledgement slip with approx delivery date of 20 Feb 2015. But to my great disappointment, I didnt even heard any word from either showroom service guy or from customer service team despite lodging a complaint at their customer service number[protected]. (complaint ref. no. 774155). Its been more than a month since I gave my watch for repair. Everytime I call the showroom to know the status of my watch.. they say their may be some part not available that is why its taking time. But they never give the actual reason for taking this long time and the actual status of watch.. Moreover, they end the call saying we'll call back as soon as we get the watch. Again, no call backs received till date. This is my humble request to titan care team to look into the matter seriously as the last thing left for me would be to approach consumer forum for legal action. Tarunjeet Singh

                                        The problem is, your support guy assured me to provide me the status of the watch within two working days.

                                        Since today is 9th march, 6 working days have passed from the date of registering the ticket, still there is no response.

                                        Therefore I chose to call myself, Again I got the same old reply that our back end team will call u back very soon. I wonder when in this life, I would be getting a response from your team.. leave apart the watch!!

                                        I again appeal you, to return my watch in fully functional mode at the earliest.

                                        Pathetic service, Insensitive towards customer's interest.
