Ref ID.. 115AN0141B1296 Titan Men's watch model : 9479AF02J I gave this watch for repair at World of titan, Kapil vihar, New Delhi on 31 Jan 2015, since it stopped working. The watch is under 1 year warranty. I was given an acknowledgement slip with approx delivery date of 20 Feb 2015. But to my great disappointment, I didnt even heard any word from either showroom service guy or from customer service team despite lodging a complaint at their customer service number[protected]. (complaint ref. no. 774155). Its been more than a month since I gave my watch for repair. Everytime I call the showroom to know the status of my watch.. they say their may be some part not available that is why its taking time. But they never give the actual reason for taking this long time and the actual status of watch.. Moreover, they end the call saying we'll call back as soon as we get the watch. Again, no call backs received till date. This is my humble request to titan care team to look into the matter seriously as the last thing left for me would be to approach consumer forum for legal action. Tarunjeet Singh

Steve, I already mentioned about that complaint with ref. no. 774155. in my first post.

The problem is, your support guy assured me to provide me the status of the watch within two working days.

Since today is 9th march, 6 working days have passed from the date of registering the ticket, still there is no response.

Therefore I chose to call myself, Again I got the same old reply that our back end team will call u back very soon. I wonder when in this life, I would be getting a response from your team.. leave apart the watch!!

I again appeal you, to return my watch in fully functional mode at the earliest.

Pathetic service, Insensitive towards customer's interest.

    I'm big fen of indian products but I'm noted indian products not good quality pls request you important your quality .so we proved on thethe sane.

      Hi, My wife bought me a watch about 1.5 years back on my birthday. In the first month, I realized that I have keeping 'keying the watch' everyday else it will stop or it will be getting slower by 1-2 minutes each day. I visited the Titan showroom in Kottivakkam, Chennai and they said they will replace the whole set and put a new set inside. Even after that, I realised that the problem has not been solved. Going to the service center is just a hassle because they say that the service will be done in one month. I questioned this logic when I visited first time of one month just to replace a set. Now I have lost faith in Titan and I would NEVER recommend this watch to anyone. I had bought a Titan about 17 years back which was battery operated and it worked PERFECT. Now, with that experience I had gone for the second watch. But now I realize what a big mistake I had done.

        I purchased Titan watch on 24/01/2015 but the watch does not work properly from the next day itself. shown the watch at World Of Titan service center but still it is not working properly. The watch does not show accurate time. showed this watch twice to service center but still not working accurately. I am fed up now. it has not even been a month since i purchased this watch..

        watch submitted in service for more than a month

        I have given my watch for service for more than a month at titan service center and the employees there haven't yet solved my problem Please take possible action as soon as possible

          I place an order in Tanishq DB Road Coimbatore for 2 rings, it has been more than 2 months no update till date. Approached the branch as sale person as order was ready, however found the jewellery weight was reduced & bumped the price by 10000 per ring. Branch manager confirmed to address the issue in two days but found it was tricks of trade. Called the branch multiple times and no call back from the manager or sales person.               I purchased a ladies watch on 08/02/2014 (Bill & Warranty card enclosed) from authorized Titan showroom, Panjim. After 2 months the watch stopped working, I took the watch to the service centre and the technician replaced the battery and returned the watch. I asked the technician why within 2 months the battery had to replaced, for that the technician had no answer. Again after some month the watch stopped working and I had to take it to the service centre. They almost took 15 days to repair the watch. The third time the watch was taken to the service centre i.e. on 27th of Jan 2015 for the same reason and till this date the watch is with the service centre. With all these repairs it appears the watch is defective and it is the duty of your company to REFUND my amount at your earliest as I am not interested in replacement.

                  PLZ REFER SUBJECT, DATED[protected]. THIS IS THE COMPLAINT REGARDING THE REPARE OF MY TITAN EDGE WATCH. SINCE THE ABOVE SAID DATE, I HAD TO VISIT THE SERVICE CENTRE AT THE WORLD OF TITAN SRS MALL SECTOR-12 FARIDABAD 6-7 TIMES TO RESOLVE THE TECHNICAL ISSUE IN MY WATCH. I HAD PAID RS.1500/- FOR THAT. AND STILL MY WATCH IS UNDER MAINTENANCE. ALSO FACE VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR AT THE CENTER. THEY ARE NOT BOTHER TOWARDS THEIR COMMITMENTS MADE TO DELIVER THE SAME. EVEN THEY DID NOT RESPOND WHILE ASKING TO CONFIRM THE DELIVERY DATE. THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IS NOT EXPECTED FROM THE BRAND LIKE TITAN-TATA COMPNY. THAT IS THE ONLY REASON, WE GOES TO IMPORTED BRANDS.IF THEY ARE INABLE TO REPARE MY WATCH THEN REFUND MY MONEY. REGARDS, UDAY [protected].

                    Staffs in titan service care centre is very irresponsible and their attitude towards customers is very pathetic. I gave a watch for repairing and it took a lot of time to repair it and they are not at all interested in saying the cause for the delay. Please take necessary action immediately.

                      I submitted my watch to service center, which was send to Titan Company as stated by them for body replacement. After a week period of time it was told to me that cost for getting body replaced will be approx 1500 Rupees. I said them to replace the body, but after 3 weeks I got a call saying that body of watch is not available and against that watch company is ready to pay 1100 coupon. After purchasing watch, if say around in 3 years company is not able to give me similar body for replacement, then why should I go and buy Titan watches. On other hand for any of my other watches I get proper service even after 5 - 6 years. This has not happened with me for first time, even before for my fastrack watch, i have been handed with similar kind of coupon. I am really loosing an interest in buying an Indian Brand Watch. Rather I would prefer to buy non Indian brands which are at least giving me proper service after a purchase.

                        Dear Sir, Its is pain to inform you nations pride watch company telling its customers that new technology titan octane chronograph watches don’t have parts. Background: I have purchased a Titan watch from your Titan Care center on September 2011. Titan Center Address: WORLD OF TITAN CPC Plaza, Opp. KSRTC Bus Stand Main Road, Udupi-576101 Contact:[protected] . My watch is started working correctly till December 2014. Suddenly one day its started to stop and it never restarted again. I have taken the watch to your World of titan care, Titan Watch Care Center Address: TC 28/2411 jama Plaza, MG Road Trivandrum 695001. After inspecting the watch your technician said that watch will be repairable in your Company’s Production Unit/ head office Bangalore. Its 41 days over today(06 Feb 2015) As per promised delivery date 25 January 2015. Every day I call the customer care they just inform me that they will update but no update till yesterday. On repeated intervention today execute is informed that “ Your part part even company also don’t have. So you better purchase a new watch we will give 10% discount for new watches”. After hearing this reply I am stunned.. How cans a reputed company TITAN can give irresponsible answer to customers. In this regard I want justice. I have wasted my money time and my peace of mind. I have called like any number of time your toll free number. Today evening once again I called and registered a complaint No: 756432. Your customer execute suggested me that go for another Titan shop and check?? Where ever I will go the watch will be sent to your centralized watch service center .ie head office. Do your executive reply makes any scene? My Question to you: 1. If you don’t have a parts for the watch. You should have told while selling the product this information to customers. 2. 41 days it took tell ur customer care that your watch parts are not there in our company. Why this much torturer and pain to inform 3. As per Titan every 3-4 years customer should buy a new product. Because Titan don’t have any parts for the product which sold 4 years back. Do you think 4 years back means its age old product? 4. Is it not cheating the loyal customers..? Will any customer once cheated by you will buy your products??                           i had coupon of rs. 976/- which i had received from titan service centre in lieu of watch whose band was damaged and it was not availabe in titan store. when i went to purchase new watch from titan outlet, i selected a watch having mrp of rs. 1295/- and under category of 10% discount. when i gave them coupon of rs. 976/-, they said that 10% discount will not be given if you produce copuon of Rs. 976/- and consequently, i had to pay them Rs. 319/- more. so please look into the matter.                             Sir, I’m a loyal customer of Titan watches. In the past I have purchased a lot of watches for gifting it to my parents and family members, and I’m really proud to say that I never received any complaints. However I purchased a new Titan Watch on 01st Jan, 2015 from the “ Anjan Watches “, Anand Mahal Road, Surat-395009(Variant no-38016PP01J, DE197). Doc no[protected]scan Invoice copy & Discount coupon also attached) .i had already discount coupons of Rs.200/-but at the moment not caring Discount Coupon during purchase of new watch from your company outlets “ Anjan Watches “ and I was already requested for make billing after use discount coupon, will be come by Evening but when I was reached your outlets closed and next day again I m reach on time y when shop open in morning hours..and I give coupon for discount but your representative dined for discount because billing already done yesterday. After that I m try to talk with shop owner Mr Rakeshbhai on [protected] but his not ready to understand my problem and then give one more number from shop owner company Executive [protected] but his not pick up my phone I don’t know why your company person not understand my problem .it’s not intestinally happen from my side. I feel my time was also wasted in discussing my problem with your customer care executive also. Now what should I do ? Should I go ahead and log a complaint the consumer court. Or would titan take the responsibility of bringing hardships to a trusted customer and make good for the looses I have suffered. Kindly advice

                              In all the TITAN service centres they are not sure about the particular arriving date of that strap in Bangalore.

                                Today i changed the cell for fastrack watch. the cell is titan battery -SR920SW/371. MY COMPLAINT IS in that battery MRP is rs 500 (ten pieces) so one pce = rs 50. but they have billed for Rs 80 per day 50 to 100 persons changing their battery. FOr changing battery Rs 10 Ok. why they are charging tooooooooooooo heavy. make necessary steps

                                This is from trivandrum kerala...i have changed the battery of my fastrack watch at world of titan service center pattom...battery cost is 55rs...service charge is 100rs...plus tax total 173rs...service charge is more than that of actual cost of parts being replaced...its unacceptable...

                                  Dear TITAN watches teem I had purchase a WTCH model no. 9308 BDA in between feb. to march 20014.from M/S RUBY WTCHES (PPN Market kanpur U.P.) He gave me ONLY CASH MEMO NOT WARRANTY CARD. That was My first purchase of TITAN watch of so much Big amount But after some days i have found some problem on their timing function. So that i meet to the shop keeper (M/S RUBY WATCH) and told him the same problem. He asked about the cash memo But that time i have lost the cash memo. he asked about the WARRANTY card. i told him that i haven't received from u. But he don't agreed.                                     i went for glass replacement of my fatrack watch design no NE30895L08 to GITA CORPORATION 125, ground floor, iscon mall, surat.395007. they told me that your watch glass was not currently avaiable. it will take a time of 1 month. after 1 month i went to service station for collect my watch. but i found that replaced glass in my watch was not match with original one. i say to service station person that this glass was not match with my watch....

                                    The titan showroom the address below mentioned :

                                    Beside Bharat Petroleum, Rajiv Gandhi Rahadari, Tirumalagiri, Secunderabad, 500015,

                                    Its one of the stores of titan which is cheating customers, My dad went to replace a broken strap and they replaced the fasttrack watch strap with sonata which didnt hold the weight of fastrack watch and have again broken down now, does the store have sense to fix a sonata strap to fasttrack watch,

                                    when i talked to store manager MR.Chandra Prakash he behaved rudely and didnt even changed the strap, waste service and waste employees, really waste of money, i will go to consumer forum soon.

                                      A watch purchase just became a nightmare for me because I took the watch to the service center twice in one year warranty period (repeated complaint watch stoppage). Again on 5/12/2014 i had to see your service center alapatt watches Ernakulam, Kerala, India, for the third time. (Ref id 1214AS0031B13498) Complaints 1. Stoppage repeated complaint for the third time(twice serviced) 2. Changing of broken glass 3. Changing of stone They informed me that the glass is out of stock and shall take a maximum of 25 days. Other items such as the mechanism to be replaced and stones are readily available and there is stock at the service center. Time line 1. 5/12/2014 watch given at service center 2. 29 or 30th December I visited again they told me that glass has not arrived, mechanism and stone is in stock. I have to wait for another 10 days 3. On 5th of January 2015 I again visited the same reply came from the service center just wait for 5 days. 4. 14/01/2015 I received a message from titan that the watch has been repaired on 1/1/2015 and ready for pick up (ID- 1214AS0031B13498) this message stunned me because I visited your service center on 5th January 2015. 5. On 19/01/2015 once more I had to see your service center. But on that day you people really made fun of me informing me that the glass has arrived and the technicians are on leave it will take anther more few days to clear all the problems. After waiting and lot of talking that I can’t wait any further longer I met with the service center manager Mr. Binu. He told me that just wait for two days. Trusting TATA I left. 6. 22/01/2015 went to the center to collect the watch and had the worst and ugliest experience from your part. Watch has been serviced and ready to be delivered but only with one complaint left stone are not available they won’t replace the stone they doesn’t even know when stone will be available or it will be. Another matter is that the cost of the parts has been misinformed to me as 400 instead of 650(20% of 3250) They told me that it’s the fault of TITAN that they asked for glass and you people sent the whole chasing of the watch and charged 650/- INR now I have to bear the full amount. Doesn’t you people have any guide lines or any rules in informing the customer about their service requirement or is it a non-organized branch of titan so that service center can do anything they wanted. I asked for the manager he didn’t show up and I left the service center and forced to send this mail.
