This is with reference to my encircle card no.[protected], I have purchased Obaku watch Sr. No. 9303SBA in which I am facing continuous issues. The watch stops if the same is not used for a day or the time shown is behind the current timing. Same was given at Belapur World of Titan Shop for repair. Said mail was sent on 28th May 2014. Mr. Dhiraj from Titan had called on telephone regarding same on 10th June 2014 and proper resolution is not provided for same till date. Since this issue is faced for second time earlier batter of said watch was replaced and again same issued is faced because of which said watch will not be accepted again and I need replacement of such faulty watch which is sold to me. My mail dt. 19th June is not yet replied.

    I am a dis-satisfied cutomer of titan watches and just want to be not reminded of pain again and again. But the store keeps on sending me marketing messages even after my repeated requests to remove my mobile number from the list as it is also in NDNC list. Today also i have received message from number [protected] regarding relaunching of store in some E54 avtar with titan eye. If the messages does not stop now, i will make special efforts to get the concerned penalised.

      first experience with Titan Eye+ went horrible. Seeing the awesome
      looking showroom in Indiranagar, bangalore I chose to give it a try and
      buy new spectacles from there as I was thinking for long to change my
      old one which I have been wearing since last 8years(it was from GKB and
      it still looks good and works fine). I got my eyes checked by a guy and
      decided to go with a frame and glass for which I paid Rs.6391.00.A
      girl took measurement and I was told that I will get my specs after few
      days. After collecting the specs I realised the frame temples are not
      adjusted as per my need(which is generally done and altered accordingly
      in other shops). So I wondered what the measurement that girl took for.
      And also my right eye was feeling really uncomfortable. I went back to
      the shop next day and was told that adjustment of the length of the
      temples of the frame is not possible, however little bit bending is
      possible. And I was told regarding the discomfort, that it will take
      some time to get adjusted. I believed so. After two months
      of pain and hoping to get adjusted with the specs I ran out of patience
      and went back to the shop. [By this time I found that my right glass
      has some area where the power changes and makes it impossible for me to
      see things clearly when I am looking sideways. So it was clear to me
      that there is something wrong with this glass while my left eye was
      totally comfortable.]So that day my eye power was checked by a
      lady again and after few hours of waiting I received my specs and they
      just straightened the frame which was curved abnormally before. Now at
      least my ears were not paining. But I still felt uncomfortable. I went
      back after few days and found the person who checked my power at the
      first time. Now this time I was sure about my wrong glass and explained
      it to him. He checked my power again. After few hours of waiting there I
      received my glass in exactly same horrible condition(curved again). I
      was really disappointed and expressed my concern. Now to my surprise he
      tried to make me believe that this is just the issue of power adjustment
      and nothing wrong with the glass and it always gives trouble to eyes
      when we look sideways and I should look straight all the time. *ARE YOU
      [censored]ING KIDDING ME??*. I have been wearing spectacles since 1999 and
      never had this kind of horrible experience. Not even with the cheap
      roadside shops.I am Bio Science graduate(imagining what
      can happen to ignorant people) and have the knowledge of how vision and
      glasses work. So thankfully I was not fooled by his manipulation and was
      adamant to not to leave with the specs unless my issue is solved. He
      then took the glass and told me it will be taken care of and will be
      given to me after few days. I went back after two days or
      so and found the lady again. After receiving the glass I found nothing
      has changed. But the lady told me that the glass was scrubbed to make it
      better. And I was requested to wear it again for a day and give my
      feedback. After one more painful day I thankfully received a call from
      the lady asking for my feedback and after knowing that I am still
      feeling uncomfortable she agreed to process for the replacement. After
      few days I received the sms that my product is ready. Now this time I
      get the proper glass and has been feeling comfortable from the very
      first moment. That is the way it should be.After asking what was the issue with the glass they finally revealed that there was some peripheral mistake in the glass!After
      taking so much money from customer you can't even provide a correct
      product and on top of that your personnel try to misguide the customer
      at the price of their health. Now who will pay for my painful and
      uncomfortable 3 months? And for the time I have wasted and got
      frustrated just to get correct product which I have already paid for. I am not going back to any Titan shop again and also will not my family and friends. Thanks & regards, Swati Sengupta

        My name is Bindu and am residing at Tripunithura..I had purchased a titan watch model no. ND197YM04 on 08.02.2014. the same stopped working from the very next day and i had taken it to the titan showroom at marine drive Ernakulam. the service team informed that there was no complaint and returned the same. later after two months the watch stopped functioning and again i had to approach the titan showroom and they informed that the unit has to be changed and requested to hand over the watch.

        After a week they returned the watch by saying that the unit has been replaced and handed over the watch to me. Now again the watch has stopped and i had to approach the titan showroom and the service people has requested me to hand over the watch for inspection. i have handed over the watch on 07.06.2014 vide ref no 772.

        Am a regular customer of titan and has been using titan products from the year 1993 and was satisfied to the watches that i used. but now am not satisfied with the latest one as it is creating problems for me for the last few months. hence i request you to replace the watch at the earliest which is with in the Guarantee period. If the same cannot be replaced you are advised to refund the same amount as am not interested in taking this product back.

          I have purchased a Gold Bengals (2 No’s) (Product Code-511195VMES1A00) from your Authorized store Niharika Retailers Pvt. Ltd., Motijheel Road, Near B.B Collegiate, Muzaffarpur Bihar-842001 bearing Invoice No-MPR/CM/7861 on Dated-21.03.2014. I have found Bend and crack in one of the piece of Gold Bengal after purchasing. I have informed and returned the same to Niharika Retailers for the replacement after 1 week of Purchase and logged a complaint for replacement, your store received on 29.03.2014 and confirmed us for replacement within 25 days without any cost. After 45 days of return, I have not get yet replacement of the above said Gold Bengal (Defect Piece). Request you to please give me the replacement immediately due to wedding occasion in my family. Your prompt reply and action is highly appreciable. Attached herewith the Scan copy of Invoice, Warranty Certificate and Photo of defect piece of your product for your necessary action.

            Removal of links for a watch( not Titan) was done by the service centre (Mr.Hari). But refused to provide receipt for the same and mentioned Titan will not provide receipts for watches other than Titan.

            So does that mean this money goes untracked?No invoicing is done for service provided by Titan?

            There should be a receipt for every cash transaction done at any store. Please look into the issue so that customers are not cheated.

              I had purchased a Titan Fastrack watch (Analog, Style code: 6026SL02, Item code as stated in the bill:[protected] on 23rd January 2014 from R-city’s Lifestyle, Mumbai (Ghatkopar) which, to my ill fortune it stopped working in 45 days. When I approached Lifestyle personnel they asked me to visit a World of Titan store which was at G-34 store of the mall, as their duties were only the sales of the product whether it’s a defective or an ideal product. When, I first encountered with a personnel of World of Titan at G-34 store, he rather than being apologetic to me as it turned to be a defective piece, showed his scorn as he was made to check a product which was not bought from his store. He asked me to return after two hours as it would take his technician that much time to analyze the problem. After the long wait I eagerly returned to the store hoping it to be a battery problem but unfortunately, it turned to be machine problem which, they said would be fixed by replacing the machine. They told me to expect their call after a month as it would take that much time for a watch to get repaired from the company and made me fill a receipt in which I mentioned my name and mobile number. To replace a watch’s machine does an esteemed company like Titan require so much time that by the time it’s being repaired the customers opt for new products doubting titan’s reliability? After a long wait of one month as I still didn't receive any calls from the World of Titan, I decided to inquire at the shop. To add to my despair I misplaced the original bill given to me. I approached them on 24th May(Saturday) with a belief that they would give me my watch back on the basis of the carbon copy bill which was signed by me when I gave my watch for repair. But, they showed very hostile, arrogant and impolite behavior, as if am standing there to see seek a watch for free. They told me they can’t give my watch back without the original bill and offered me no help or support. They threatened me that the one who gets the original bill will get the watch. In the mean time another personnel who was hearing our conversation with haughtiness ordered me to come back after 3 months. I pleaded "His Highness" to have mercy and after me showing reluctance to leave the store he ordered me to give my mobile number and told me to come back on Monday as he didn't feel like checking the status of my watch that time. Having left with no other options rather than to succumb to his order and conditions I left the store disappointed and discontent.

                Hi Team, This Complaint is regarding Titan Showroom (Shrihari Distributors Authorised Service centre) in Kalyani Nagar, Pune.Problem-I have got a gift from my parents "Titan Watch- Model number- NB9841KM01 bought from PATNA "Daak Bungalow road showroom" on 8- FEB-2014. within a month o[censored]sing the watch, the bronze plating lost its luster and started fading in patches. There was also water condensation inside the glass dial. I took it to Helios store in koregaon park plaza mall, Pune since I live in Pune. They told me to take it to kalyani nagar titan showroom which is their authorized service center, as they also recognized it as a genuine concern. The next surprise was the watch couldn't take a slight shock and the glass broke. I took it to kalyani nagar service center immediately on 04-MAY-2014 and explained them the 3 issues - 1.Condensation of water2.Fading of bronze plating3.The glass breaking.Their response was demeaning in many ways:1. The glass is not our responsibility as it is not covered in warranty.2. The condensation was denied on my face and i had no means to prove it since the glass was broken.3. The most shocking was they blatantly denied being able to see any fading of the bronze plating which is visible even today on the watch and is covered in their 1 year warranty.4. The behavior of the staff was extremely unprofessional and impolite where they kept rolling their eyes every time I tried to explain my concerns and demand an answer. Ms. Maya Patil was attending to me, she kept insisting that i should wrap my complain fast and leave. Her senior even told her in local language to fill my form fast and finish the formality. Even before sending it to bangalore she told me that the fading will not be acknowledged by their bangalore service center but they are taking the complaint just for formality. They said they'll revert back in 15 days and let me know what can be done about it.Today, 25-may-2014, after 21 days of waiting, i called the service center. Responses were as given by Ms. Maya Patil, kalyani nagar service center, Pune:1. Bangalore service center has denied to take up the bronze plating issue.2. The glass can be replaced and the charges to be borne by me.The above answers were not convincing and clear so I asked for a written confirmation from Titan of what she was saying. She refused saying that we are not allowed to make any such written statements. She said for any further clarification I should call titan customer care.I called them, they took my complaint for the bronze plating fading and glass breaking. when asked about the current status and location of my watch they said if the watch has been submitted to titan a reference i.d. should be generated without exception, which only the showroom can provide.I called the kalyani nagar, pune showroom twice and they have failed in providing me with any reference i.d./ Explanation/ status of my watch.Right now i am frustrated because of the following reasons:1. I don't have my watch and neither any information of its whereabouts.2. The behavior of the titan showroom, kalyani nagar, pune has been demeaning, disappointing and insulting.3. I have no faith in titan in terms of quality of their products and service process.4.                   An employee by name Ramesh, Manager from one of your branches in Vijayawada becide Tanishq Jewellery, behaved rudely with me when we asked for a watch exchange. His crude behavior made us confused. When my mother started explaining him, he started shouting at my mom. This made me angry. I never expected you people recruit such ignorant fellows. I like your models and I also have a collection of fastrack watches. I'm sorry to say but I have decided not to visit your showrooms again. I better use online shopping.

                    I bought a Tommy hilfiger watch from Jabong, model TH.184.1.27.1271, i have got some allergy on my wrist due to the strap of that watch, i contacted the customer care today and they asked me to visit service centre so that they can verify the problem and resolve it, i am not looking for any kind of component change in my watch and i need a reimbusment of the total amount or exchange of any other watch, this is very dis heartning to believe that even the biggest watch manufacturers of india are not taking care of the quality parameters, and selling something which is not safe at all. I also demanded the chemical test report, after which Titan has stopped replying my e-mails.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, I bought a watch on 13/03/2013 with model no. 2481SL01. But within 6 months it stopped running. I had given it for service and got it back. Again it stopped running on 29/03/2014. Service center at cathedral road got the battery changed for which they charged me. It stopped running the very next day, representatives told me of a mechanism fault. The date given in the bill with serial no. 0007983 was on 30/04/2014. But still i hav'nt got my watch back. My watch which is in warranty period has got repaired twice, i have spend time and money walking up and down to get my watch repaired.So much of inconvienance caused to me.My contact no.[protected]Kindly arrange to get back my watch or refund the money back.                         I have visited the above showroom on 26/04/2014 & got my eye tested. Your Sales person(Mr Babaan) showed me various frames and models. I choose few models & told him that I would be back after my final selection. To this he told me that If I choose right there then they will offer me Management discount of 20%. Offer looked me attractive so I choose item code FOK0062DA- an Oakley frame worth 8990. As per the calculations after discount it would have been at 7, 192. For glasses I told them that after reviews I will give the order. They told me to deposit 15, 000/- as advance so that once I give the order for glasses they will adjust the same accordingly. I paid 10, 000 as advance vide receipt No AAO0017527 dt 26/4/14 & told them that I will get back with the exact choices.

                        I checked up with local market and found that I was getting better rates that Titan, so I decided to go ahead with the frame & buy glasses from local market. I went to the showroom again on 29th & gave my verdict.

                        To my surprise your Mr Babban refused to accept the verdict & told me that I have to buy glasses from Titan Eye+ only. Once I refused he told me that I can go ahead with the frame but there will be no refunds of the money & there are no discounts on the products. So for a Frame which should have been for 7, 192/-, I had to pay 10, 000 i.e.: almost 3, 000 extra. The frame was delivered in dirty condition without any cloth to clean & In a container I will not use for even a cheaper frame worth Rs 100.

                        I believe the above should count In the category of frauds & this is not expected from a company of this repute. Upon enquiring with locals I came to know that this is the standard practice with every other customer there. I sincerely believe that your company would not have indulged into these kind of practices, there are certain employees who are taking advantage & blemishing the image of the company. Please organize an enquiry before it results in a major fraud with your company & other customers.

                        I am also trying to take help from Local Police & file an FIR. I hope you will take appropriate action against the culprit’s before it’s too late. I am sending copy of this mail to your Managing Director also so that he is also aware of the malpractices.

                          i bought 10, 500 rupees titan watch which is a gold color metal chain. they told that the gold color of chain will not lose it's color upto 1 year. but with in 10 days, the chain stated to lose it's color. the showroom is not ready to log my complaint. the titan brand watches are bogus watches which are collecting very high prices.

                            Dear Team,

                            I have bought a titan watch ( model no. 9471NP01J). After some days of purchase while i was wearing this watch one part of watch from where the strap is attached, it broke. For the same i went to shankar nagar service center of Nagpur( World of titan) to claim its waranty as the product was under waranty. Manager at service center denied to repair the watch and asked me to talk to helpline number. When i called helpline on 01/Apr/2014, my complaint was registered with complaint no. 532302.I finally got a call from Ph no. [protected] after 8 days from when i had launched the complaint that too after me giving a reminder on call for 2 times. The lady from Banglore office of Titan confirmed on call that they will repair the watch under warranty and asked me to contact Mr. Jalindra Wahane @[protected] and submit the watch at service center. Now when i reached service center on 10-Apr-2014 and called Mr. Jalinder Wahane and talked to him on phone and narrated him the whole thing, he simply said that they will not repair the watch under warranty irrespective of whosoever has assured you on call. I requested him that i dont have much time to followup with you guys and asked him to atleast check my complaint on system, he didnt even bothered to ask my complaint number also and denied service. After again requesting them, they took the watch for checking and again they denied to repair. Then i again called on Titan's toll free number and asked them to take my request to senior authority and they confirmed that they will call me back. It has been more than 15 days now, but i haven't got a single call from Titan. Also i have mailed my problem number of times to [protected]@titan.co.in from email id er.[protected]@gmail.com, but till date nobody has reverted me on mail. I hadn't expected this kind o[censored]nsatisfactory service from a brand like Titan. Request you to look into matter on priority and help in getting my watch serviced.

                              This email is to evidential escalate the concern of violating the Warranty Policies against the purchase of a Titan Eye Optical Frame. On 5-May-13 I purchased a Titan Eye Frame in Kolkata (Shoppers Stop - South City Shopping Mall) - Titan Eye Outlet, after using the same till about Feb this year, the Frame automatically cracked / broke off from the Soldering joints of the right eye corner. It is not a physical or usage damage, but a product quality fault which resulted in the breakage. Firstly, this wasn't expected with a product costing about Rs. 2750 (Approx). I recently took out time to report the same to our nearest Store in Kasba - Kolkata, they registered the complaint after checking the damage & promised a replacement within 7 working days. After 5 days the Store Rep called to state that, since the product was purchased from Shoppers Stop Outlet, they cannot help me, I was told to take the same to the 'Place of Purchase' again - I am not sure why. I reported the same to my place of purchase, I.E. Shoppers Stop - South City Mall - Titan Eye Outlet. Where I was made to re-do the same formalities, that I did in the Kasba Store. Again wasting time & effort. Today, I get a call stating that the damage is not covered under warranty of Titan & I will not get a replacement. As a loyalty they are willing to offer a 15% discount on my next purchase. What ? 1. Please clarify, how can a product quality damage (breakage from Soldering joint) not be covered ? The warranty policies clearly states the same. 2. Why was I made to re do things in the 2 stores ? Are they not linked ? Who will bear the cost of time ? 3. I asked for a written note confirming what was told, 'I will not be getting a replacement as its not under the warranty'; I was refused & told NO Written Documents will be given ? Please explain This was my 3rd or 4th purchase from Titan Eye including Sunglasses & Frames. \ I have had bad experience with my previous Eye Frame as well (colour peeled off in 6 months of purchase) I need, a written consent from Titan stating that, they are not liable to replace their faulty products within warranty. I shell use to same to register a Legal Complaint in the Public Consumer Forum. Being a corporate, I shall use my public & company contacts to spread the news as 'well' on the social media.                                 I am Shadab Raza, customer ID 76328, member of Golden Harvest and Swarna Nidhi schemes, an esteemed old customer of your company. I purchased a 22 KT bangle (13.160 gm net weight) on 12.01.2013, amounting Rs 46930.67. After few month, the bangle’s inner edges departed and started causing scratch on my wife’s hand. It was our mistake that we delayed on complaining and on 15.02.2014, I gave a written complaint to your ‘Tanishq’ store located at Navrangpura Ahmedabad (Old branch) regarding flaw in that bangle. After this I had the worst customer experience ever which I never expected from a reputed company like Tanishq. It has been more than 2 months and when I went to enquire on my complaint status it is told it cannot be repaired and you have to exchange it bearing loss of making charges and all approx .Rs 10000. And when I asked to show the reply from your side on the very first page they have written “no hurting, defect rest all handling”. What all bull is it! Why we are investing huge amount on your store just because of your name and authenticity. If it would had been any local gold seller shop I would have never waited for 3 months but I still expect a genuine consideration from your side therefore I am writing this letter. I am not going to buy any new product until you solve my complain.

                                  we have purchased a titan men's watch4/ 5 years back, but after sometime chain get broken.We have consulted so many showrooms of titan but noone is saying that it will get repaired. on backside of chain the number written is ML1087.Kindly either replace this watch or adjust some money when we replace it.We are your permanent customers and we want to get joined with this brand througot life but we want some fruitful results.

                                    Complaint Regarding An Experience With Titan Eye, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. This is to inform titan eye plus about a recent misbehaviour of the store mentioned above. My son had to buy a pair of contact lens and because of our family's previous purchases with titan eye plus's "good quality products". we went to the store.. eye sight testing was done nicely. and the representative took our order and recommended baush and lomb contact lenses. we got a 6 monthly pack of those contact lenses. and went home. but when my son tried those lenses. his eyes were reddened and he was'nt able to see clearly.. We called the store about the issue. and they told us to have a visit to the store. when we went there. we had to wait for a long time because some other customer had to get their eye sight checked, (Even though the testing room was empty at that time).. after a long wait. my son was called in to have the lenses checked.. but the doctor just ignored the fact that he was having any problem. . after a long talk of explaining the staff about the lenses problems.. we were misbehaved my the staff and they asked us to get a refund and buy lenses from some other place. (without even looking for a solution to the problem).. after some more minutes of talking.. we asked them to atleast consider giving some other lenses which could solve the problem... on asking about 10 times. one of the staff members gave O2 lenses, which were perfect for my son's eyes. we thought of purchaseing them.. but the staff said that only 3 months lenses are available and the rest 3 months lenses will come in 3-4 days. we agreed to that.. today, after a week. we got the rest of the lenses and had to pay an extra Rs.500 because of the price of the latter product.. with the payment being made. and lenses being taken.. the staff still did.nt give us the bill for the same. now they have asked us to come another day for the bill. It has been 3 times we have visited the store and again the staff has told us to get the bill on another day.. Really dissatisfied with the kind of treatment being made to us, I would like titan eye plus to kindly look into the matter or else we will be forced to approach some legal actions against the retaining of bill and mistreatment. Really Disgusted With Service. We have been loyal customers of titan eye for about 2 years, but this kind of treatment is very discouraging..

                                      I am R. Avinash residing at Avadi. I had visited titan eye showroom at ambattur for ordering an spectacles on 29th march 2014. Till now i dont know the status of my order. I had called the showroom twice and both times the response was we will get back to you. Till now no reponse from them It is very unfortunate that brand of TITAN is not customer oriented. During my checking of frames, they didn't even show the various lens available and they directly billed for least lens until i asked to show them the other options.. Service is pathetic. I request you to check this issues and get me back the status of my specs which i have ordered
