Tanishq has extremely bad customer service. I had ordered a platinum ring at Borivli outlet for my engagement in DEc beginning and I have not receieved the ring yet (Order No. BOR/CM/10639). don't entertain any of titan enquiries all most 7 enquiries have been floated 1. jackets 2. caps 3. umbrella 4. tshirts 5. pen stands 6. bags 7. Dryfruits have been enquiries for almost 30 vendors. volume was asked for 1 lcs pcs and finally volume was given for 5000 pcs asking at 1lcs pcs price. after developing a samples as per there request they does even give back also... it is a blacklisted company.. don't entertain...
