I have purchased a Men's
wrist watch from Titan Exclusive showroom at Garg Arcade,
Main Road, Trimulgherry, Secunderabad, Telangana state (product
doc no.[protected], Invoice no.[protected], variant no.NE9469NM01J, DESCRIPTION
-DC747) for Rs.6995/- less 20% discount
of Rs.1400/- and enclrcle points debit of 500 points for Rs.500/- and the Net cost is
[protected]=Rs.5095/-.on 13.08.14. However, I have exchanged the watch
on 16/08/14 and purchased another model of watch (Product Doc no.[protected], Variant
no.NB1567KM02, DESCRIPTION-DA918) for Rs.8400/-
minus discount of 40%i.e.3360/- and for a net of Rs.5040/-.
But the show-room sales
people have not reduced the discount of Rs.500/-
(Encircle points debited from my Encircle card no.[protected] and informed
that Encircle points benefit is lost on exchange. Even though, 500 points are
debited from my card, I could not get any benefit. I am really wondered what
mistake I have done to lose the benefit of Encircle points. I have only done
exchange of watches but not any crime. Why should I lose my encircle points
given by your own management. Exchanging the items for some or other reason is
a routine matter in any show room for which customer should not be troubled or
penalised. Its not a matter of Rs.500/- I lost but its a matter of
customer belief and customer satisfaction at stake. I am a loyal customer of
Titan brands for last so many years. But I am really suprised why the
Titan management has taken such wrong policy.
Hence I request you to
consider my claim and recredit the 500 points to my encircle card
no.[protected] which will definately increase the respect for the esteemed
Titan Organisation.
