Hi Sir/Mam, I have given my zoop watch for the missing glass, which is fall down somewhere due to manufacturing defect in the titan service centre on 16/08/2014 at EURO STYLE, VIKAS MARG, DELHI-92 show room ref receipt no is 1376. First of all I want to say that the response of the service centre is pathetic. They don't bother to call back the customer about the status of the watch whether the watch will be delivered or they will keep it for life long. I am very disappointed by this type of service what titan is providing. Its totally ruined titan name like a local shops. Secondly it is almost one month or more when they provide the watch my glass which they charged RS 280/-, even if it is under warranty. i called up Mr. Vikram -[protected] one of your executive, but he has told me give me back i will give return you your case without glass.can a customer can expected the reply like that after a month long waiting ???? And a watch which total cost rs 445, why should i give rs 280 only for glass, evenif it is in warranty. If this issue is not resolved I am bound to file a complain in a consumer forum regarding titan... E

    I got my son's watch repaired at Titan's Jaipur service centre at Paliwal plaza. Invoice no is 523. I have two complaints : 1. When i gave the watch for repairing (strap change) I was given an estimate of around Rs 180/- whereas at the time of delivery I was charged 390/- claiming that they have told me wrong price to the spare. 2. The watch itself is of around Rs800/- (zoop- boy's). And they are charging Rs 390/- just for the strap. Don't you think that these people are maintaining the prices of goods or charges for the services at an unreasonable level by limiting, reducing or otherwise controlling the production, supply or distribution of goods or the supply of any services or in any other manner. I had lodged the complaint on their web site also. But they are so rude that they didn't even replied after so many days. Pawan Singhania [protected]

        I am a Titan customer.At 2:00pm Sept 6, 2014 I went to Jayant Watch Co.96 & 97 Sakchi Bazar, Jamshedpur.[protected],[protected]. The purpose of the visit was to collect a Divine watch given for repairs on 14.08.2014. The watch was in the warranty period. On getting the watch back, I was not given any proper receipt or document stating the nature of repairs done(battery change or machine change or both or something else). So how do I know what has happened to the watch? There was a pink form which is meant for dealer record keeping. A lot of details were missing on that which is very poor record keeping-They had not written the address, strap type and most of all did not take my signature acknowledging that the watch has been delivered. It is a major error. If someone does not take the signature of the customer on receipt of product then technically the product has not been delivered to the customer. I had to take a snap of this document to officially record it so that it can be produced anytime as required. You can have it. What was more disturbing that my taking this snap caused the dealer's serviceman to misbehave and pass rude comments irrelevant to the job at hand.He also offered the pink slip to me which actually he should keep for company records.Its a violation of company paperwork as well Isn't it the right or the customer to know what has been done to his watch and shouldn't proper document be provided to the customer as a record of repairs done? Titan is a standard watch company. It should look into this matter and stop such people from bringing down the company name.

          Hi Sir/Mam, I have given my Tommy Hilfiger watch to change the glass in the titan service centre on 19/07/2014 at Bangalore Kamanahalli show room. First of all I want to say that the response of the service centre is pathetic. They don't bother to call back the customer about the status of the watch whether the watch will be delivered or they will keep it for life long. I am very disappointed by this type of service what titan is providing. Its totally ruined titan name like a local shops. Secondly after one and half month or more when they provide the watch my glass which they charged RS 1000/ only is having full scratch. Again they took back the watch and Mr. Sharif one of your executive assured that they will provide it within one day and they will give a call but till today there is no information. First of all you should Know how to treat the consumer. If this issue is not resolved I am bound to file a complain in a consumer forum regarding titan...

            I bought a Titan Automatic Model no 9274LV01. The watch stopped working within guarantee period was repaired stopped again was subsequently replaced. The replacement watch was given to me on[protected]. The watch again stopped working was sent for repair at AS Rao nager show room in hyderabad again I am informed that the watch cannot be repaired.               Dear sir I have purchased a Men's wrist watch from Titan Exclusive showroom at Garg Arcade, Main Road, Trimulgherry, Secunderabad, Telangana state (product doc no.[protected], Invoice no.[protected], variant no.NE9469NM01J, DESCRIPTION -DC747) for Rs.6995/- less 20% discount of Rs.1400/- and enclrcle points debit of 500 points for Rs.500/- and the Net cost is [protected]=Rs.5095/-.on 13.08.14. However, I have exchanged the watch on 16/08/14 and purchased another model of watch (Product Doc no.[protected], Variant no.NB1567KM02, DESCRIPTION-DA918) for Rs.8400/- minus discount of 40%i.e.3360/- and for a net of Rs.5040/-. But the show-room sales people have not reduced the discount of Rs.500/- (Encircle points debited from my Encircle card no.[protected] and informed that Encircle points benefit is lost on exchange. Even though, 500 points are debited from my card, I could not get any benefit. I am really wondered what mistake I have done to lose the benefit of Encircle points. I have only done exchange of watches but not any crime. Why should I lose my encircle points given by your own management. Exchanging the items for some or other reason is a routine matter in any show room for which customer should not be troubled or penalised. Its not a matter of Rs.500/- I lost but its a matter of customer belief and customer satisfaction at stake. I am a loyal customer of Titan brands for last so many years. But I am really suprised why the Titan management has taken such wrong policy. Hence I request you to consider my claim and recredit the 500 points to my encircle card no.[protected] which will definately increase the respect for the esteemed Titan Organisation.                 I was gifted the above mentioned model number which was purchased on 28/01/2014. Lately I began to notice that the watch is slowing down and sometimes it gets stopped. I took it to the World of Titan in Himayatnagar, Hyderabad on 18/08/2014 and they said they will need 3-4 days to fix the problem. I received the watch from the service centre yesterday evening and it was working fine till this morning 11 AM. I asked the person what the problem was, he just said "service problem". This is the first time this watch was ever given for service and at any shop. I could vouch for that. What i found out is it is showing wrong time and sometimes it stops altogether and it is not working as i am typing this message. I am very much disappointed with this product. This watch is under warranty. If this is the case of "FINE WORKING" this early into warranty, I have many doubts of its performance once the warranty period is over. I have lost trust in this brand. I have a fastrack watch which I have been using for the last 4 years and which is only half the cost of this watch. I would like to have my money back or an option to buy another watch not the same.                   I Kailas Kasat, i purchased ladies wrist watch on 06.05.2013, Model No. 340YM01 from Titan Care, J.M. Road, Shivajinagar branch, Pune. Within 1 week we found that the belt lock was defective. So i was given for repairing, but problem was not solved. I gave this watch for repairing for 8 to 10 times at same branch but problem was not solved. The service from that branch is very poor and not supportive. I kindly request to company solve my problem otherwise refund my money.

                    I purchased one watch of your company from CITIZEN WATCH HOUSE, GAR ALI JORHAT, ASSAM (GUWS027) on 21/12/2013 (MODEL NO: NCC[protected]. But the watch stopped working after one month. Then the watch house repaired it. But the same problem occurred after one month and it is 7th time I submit my watch for repairing. Last two times the watch shop gave me two receipts of TITAN CARE, GUWAHATI which are attached herewith. As one of the most reputed company of this country Titan should take of their customers satisfaction and I feel very bad to attend your shop frequently for the same problem. Kindly look after the matter.

I had bought a Titan watch on 10/08/2013 MODEL NO.2400yM01, from No 6-3-11, Amrutha Mall, Somajiguda X Road, Rajeev Circle, Raj Bhavan Road, Somajiguda, Hyderabad, 500082 In warranty period 1. From the day 2 it was not working 2. I had taken to same service center o after 3 months they checked and change the battery next 3. From the day 2 it was not working 4. Again I had depoisted it in the monthof feb 2014 they had kept for 15 days and given without the seconds string 5. Next I had visit the service center for seconds string they had place an old one in my watch 6. From the day 2 it was not working 7. Next I had deposited the watch on 10/08/2014 they had charged 310 rs for services and parts in estimation billls • Actually from the day one it was not working properly I had visited 4 times to their service center every time they shows it was working please do the need full . Need the replacement for my watch. As this time if it not works properly I go to the consumer court for filing a case As I had negative of allagadda every times I travel to hyderabad for this watch services only distances is around 400 kms this watch was gift to my wife on marriage day thanks rahim basha [protected]

                        I gave my fastrack watch, whose glass was broken and I gave for new glass on 15 July 2014 at your authorise dealer at; WORLD OF TITAN shop no. 1, 113/121 A Swaroop nagar, kanpur. The Description of my watch are as follows: DESIGN: 9336SL01 COMPLAINT: MG BROKAN And now over a month has been passed and I haven't got any positive response from them.                           my titan wrist watch sl no nc 1071 sl (1071 sbd as written on watch) purchased on 21.09.2013 has to undertake repairing twice. Not even one month have passed (from the last repairing) I have to lost my glass top cover of the watch. The reason may be the manufacturing defect.                               Colour faded on Titan Raga Watch

                              I bought a Titan Raga Watch in Srinagar from one of your dealers - "Time N Sound" in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir on 19th-Aug-2013. Even after there is a warranty for fading color, Your authorized service centre is refusing to repair/change the wrist strap of the watch citing that its due to daily use.                               Hi titan care, It has been 5 months now that I m not able to use the product I paid for. I have been getting calls from people from titan claiming to be in charge of taking care of issues like the one I faced but it has been bunch of lies so far. Give me my money back and take your low quality product back.                                 I have purchased a wrist watch from Titan Stores vide Bill.No.[protected] dated 09/08/2014 for Rs.4404.00. At the time of delivery I informed that the lock of watch was open and when I opened the pack of watch for use on 10/08/2014 the watch was out of order. Therefore I rushed for complaint to titan store on 11/08/2014 the concerning person declined to replace the watch and repaired watch only. As the watch is defective then I want replacement of same watch or cash refund, if the same model not in stock

                                  sir, my cell number is[protected], i submitted 2of my total10 titan watches for strap change and glass change with your outlet at pioneer towers, marine drive, kochi, kerala run by the famous alappat group on 08.03.2014. even on that day Ipurchased further 2 of your products with bill no.[protected], no response was there till may 2014, on enquiry the answer was that since u people at bangalore are tightly packed withaccounts and auditing nothing could be done. finally by june mid or so i had acall i approached your retailer got one done, still with the other pended. finally now last week, i.e in august first week they rang me telling that it is undone WHAT A SHAMEFUL SERVICE FROM SUCH A PRESTIGIOUS PRODUCER I AM A COMMERCE TEACHER, SO SHAME ON YOU TELLING THAT SINCE YOU ARE BUSY WITH YOUR ACCOUNTS PREPARATION, IT IS UNDONE, FOR 6 MONTHS, MY DOUBT IS ARE YOU DEALING WITH A SEASONAL PRODUCT HOW RIDICULOUS IT IS TO ASK SUCH AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER TO PURCHASE FURTHER SO THAT THEY WILL GIVE DISCOUNT ON STRAP. WHICH CUSTOMER IS GOING TO PURCHASE IT? PLS. TRAIN UR RETAILERS TO TALK SENSIBLY TO EDUCATED CUSTOMERS.                                     My order no is AKK0003419.I was to be delivered the spectacles by today because of my my high power. i am a medical student, so it stands a great problem for me. Upon this i am getting very rude behaviour from two staffs of TITAN EYE + CHANDANNAGORE, WEST BENGAL. I expect action immediately. Very garassed by these staffs.else i will be forced to complain in consumer forum
