Hi titan care,
It has been 5 months now that I m not able to use the product I paid for. I have been getting calls from people from titan claiming to be in charge of taking care of issues like the one I faced but it has been bunch of lies so far.
Give me my money back and take your low quality product back.

First time I called titan care was not for complaining but for assistance and i got the support from Mr. Radhakrishnan. He made sure that I got the watch replaced.
This email I am writing as complaint, this is to let you know that service I got from titan showroom today is of such low standard that you just lost a titan customer forever. I would have spent more but service I received and comments I got from showroom staff puts serious doubt about titan brand.
Please consider this as formal complaint and if its possible I would like to get rid of this titan product.
