SO TO GET THE SAME RECTIFIED I HAD GIVEN MY WATCH TO THE SERVICE CENTRE ON[protected] FOR WHICH REF ID : 515AW0221B1676 FOR WHICH EPPROX DELIVERY DATE WAS GIVEN AS[protected]. BUT TILL DATE MY WATCH IS NOT REPAIRED. SO KINDLY GUIDE US HOW TO PROCEED FURTHER. MY NAME IS CA SHYAM RATHI, NAGPUR M.NO. [protected]

    Automatic watch is worst product from Titan, I have wasted money and time both for this product...just by next day of purchasing this watch become pendulum...after every four hour it stop working n need to set the timing... I made call so many times with service centre, every time they recommend us to go to local service centre...As they told me I visited so many times service centre, every time they kept my watch for 5-6 days n after that they tell me I need to tie watch minimum 10-12 hrs on wrist then only it can work...whenever any automatic watch must have 36hrs back up plan...but this watch is really horrible experience of my life. Please my dear friend never buy automatic watches from Titan.

      Titan is the worst watch brand. I would suggest everyone not to go for titan for any type of watch. Initiall I had bought Titan HTSE watch, which is basically a pathetic collection from titan. They say that the watch gets charged from light. I observed the watch for 15 days and it wasn't getting charged and that was actually a worst watch which I had seen. The charging plate was not working fine which is problem in the whole series. After a hell of effort, I got it replaced with Titan ducati collection which had costed me around 23000 bucks. They told me that this is an automatic watch and is the best in its class which is again a lie. This watch is below than worst in its class. This watch doesn't function properly. This watch is supposed to store Potential energy which gets converted into kinetic energy which powers the watch for approx. 36 hours. I wear the watch for 10-11 hrs a day which should ideally charge it to full, but the thing is majority of the time I find that the watch has stopped in less than 12 hrs of gap time. And again next day I have to bring it to correct time. The day, month and date hands are just fake and only for show. They never show you correct date and time. And then the watch is too heavy and after wearing it for longer period it actually starts feeling uncomfortable. Please uys don't invest such an amount in Titan. Instead go for some good brand like tommy or fossil. Titian completely a waste of money and now I am regreting my decision.

        I have brought Titan OBAKU from Pantaloons Kankurgachi, Kolkata about 3 years back. for last six months or so my strap is badly damaged and Pantaloons had asked me to visit Titan World and I have visited at least 6 Titan world around the city and I have got negative and irresponsible answers varied from - we don't have, Go to where you had purchased from, Out of stock, come after 15 days etc. and has been harassed beyond limit.           I bought a watch of Titan from Shopper's Stop, WTP, Jaipur on 13 march 2015...and it was not working properly so i gave it to Shoppers stop back on 13 Apr 2015 for repair as it was in warranty period. They gave back my watch in May first week...saying that it is repaired..but i found that it was not so i gave them back on same day itself. They said ill receive a call from Titan service centre at Ajmeri Gate, Jaipur and if not possible to repair, the will provide a solution to it from Titan.I recvd a call from Titan service centre only once saying they will revert back with a solution. Today it has been a m0nth..Titan person says that watch cant be repaired so they will provide a replacement but right now its not available in Jaipur...dat too iam calling them ..they dont bother to revert back...just commit and forget zero service orientation from Titan..its only Shopper's stop who receives my call and follows up with Titan but due to negligible interset from company's end ...they also dont have a concrete solution i can't wait now...its more than two months..i didnt purchased the watch to submit at service centre. I need a replacement of watch of same model i.e.9968MO1T within 10 days or complete refund of my money i.e. Rs6995 when i had purchased the watch they didnt gave my warranty card too...

            it is to bring in your kind attention that i had purchased a watch from the world of titan, noida sector 18, on 01.02.2015 within a week it started giving problem, so finally i got it repaired from world of titan, janakpuri, delhi on 23.3.2015 it worked well for 2 months and again started giving the same problem in the end of may. so again i lodged a complaint and got the watch repaired again on 03.06.2015 from world of titan, rajouri garden, delhi it's been 2 days now, it again stopped yesterday. it is really irritating that within months of purchase, the watch has been repaired twice already and is still not working fine. Titan officials are not willing to replace the watch this time also and are only interested in wasting my time further. I am expecting a replacement this time. Please help

              Gold harvest refund

              Greetings, I am Salma. I invested in a gold harvest plan. I couldn't visit tanishq as I was in USA, but I called tanishq and infirmed them about this. They didn't mention according to some govt rules they have to close the plan and I wouldn't be able to buy gold.               Xylys watch buckle lock not working in one year...

              Its really pathetic to see this kind of quality product from the so called international brand XYLYS... I bought this xylys watch almost one year back ..model no.9438KL02, date of purchase 24 Feb 2014 . And rite now its buckle strap not working at all...when we went to the TITAN service centre, they said we need change the strap which will again cost Rs.5000 ...is it really worth buying this watch for such an huge amount and then again paying...

              I purchased a 22 carat gold chain worth Rs. 75459/- from Tanishq showroom located in hyderabad Dr. A.S.Rao nagar with loyality Id[protected]. I observed a malfunction in the chain quality and went back to return it but the executive there does not behaved with good conduct and refused to return back and accept the manufacturing defect. Its been 3 weeks the chain is with them without any feedback on the same nor they are replacing it with other item neither they are giving my cash back. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable and strict action needs to be initiated. I am regular cusomer of Tanishq and if this kind of outlook we will get then it is not good as per customer satisfaction.

                I have placed an order from Titan online store (http://titan.co.in/) with Order no: EC00039404 which got delivered on May 9th and there was a defect in the watch, I saw moisture and fog in the watch and a return was initiated on the same day May 9th. Its been 15 days and Tittan still says to wait for bluedart and will pickup but I see no signs. I request you to escalate the issue

                  I have purchased a Titan watch and the watch is still in warranty and just after few months of purchase I have noticed that the date, time, hours features are not syncing with each other and not giving the correct results. I contact the service center and they repaired it and now I am facing the same issue and they are asking me to drop my watch at the service center again. The watch is in warranty now and they will repair it for free but what if I will face the same issue once the warranty will get expire and within 1 year I have got the same problem 2 times. I am looking for a complete refund or the new watch. I also purchased another titan watch during this time and faced the same problem with that too. I am now pissed off. What should I do?

                    I have ordered watch of titan raga which is received on 17.02.2014, the watch which I have received is missing 2 stone on this. after that i have placed return request having ER00002463 dated 22nd feb 2015 since then no one has came to pick the product and they are not giving me refund also I have called all most 20 times always they said we will send in 3 days but its is 3 month has past i suggested to titan don't spoil name of TATA they are having some reputation in India. if you don't know the online business please shut it done but dont use customer's money for 3 month like doing with me Today I spoke to yogeshwari at toll free number she said she will do the needful before 5.30pm today let see but i request to all don't buy from titan.co.in Thanks

                      hello i'm abhilash shetty from manglore, i hav given my watch for changing the class since 1mnth 15days ago in titan care but those service centre people installed some other watch glass into it and damaged my whole watch so i dint collect my watch from them & after that they have promissed me that they will instal the same glass into but no reply till today it its too late . such a big brand giving such poor service too bad .ones more i'll not do such a mistake by buying titan product . i[censored] cant provide good service then better u people close & sit at home dont waste our money . i need a reply witin 1 day .

                        I purchased watch before 6 months and its not any running or cheap model, I paid 7k for the same.and just after 6 months its started malfunctioning and catch moisture inside dial.I gave for repairing and after a lot followups I got it back after 35 days.When I received and saw, its totally spoiled like any cheap watch ..it caught rust on its dial..1-2 numbers on dial disappeared, I registered a complaint in service center for giving me Replacmnt for the same.they ask to submit again..I submitted last week and still didn't receive any update..any one know what to do next..how to complain n get replacement for such big cheating ..

                        I am very disappointed with titan watch, i asked for replacement but they are denying to give.I have factory defect in my watch from the day one.

                        i could see moisture inside the dial and after coming in mumbai, this was often because of weather may be.So please help me to get replacement of this watch as it's totally spoiled.

                          Dear Sir, Model no.of my both the watches are 9774SM and 9783UL Both the watch given for repair on 31st Jan 2015 but not received any call for WOT (Ahmedabad Iscon Mall) except for voucher issued against my 1 one watch (9783UL) which needs to be change a strap/belt and as strap is not available with company they had decide to issue me a voucher without consulting me that to only 30% value my watch. Now it is almost more than a 3.5 months and still my both the watches are company (service centre) you cannot imagine how I have manage last 3.5 months without my 2 watches. I want immediate solution within this week or else you can keep this watch with you I will keep repairing slip which will insist my lifetime that i should never purchase Titan products.                             i had given a watch for servicing and glass change. i was supposed to get it in 15 days. now its about one month. i have called them about 5-6 times and i was told that the technician is not available or we will give you a call tomorrow.. This is really frustrating. i never expected this from such a big brand when i bought that watch. The 7000rs which i paid for this watch was an utter waste i feel. i should have spent that in a better and trustworthy brand than Titan

                                I have purchased a wach model no.NE 1580 sm 01from M/S Krisnan Nair and sons wach dealers, padmavilasam road, , fort p.o. thiruvananthapuram pin-695023, kerala as per invice no.4037 dt.01.01.2014.but after two months tbe white dial of the wach became yellow. after detailedarguments the received the wach from me and repaired after sending it to the company. after a month i got the wach repaired .But after two month the white dial again became yellowish and dark . As i have shame again to approach the shop because of the previous experience, the wach is left un used butkept in my locker where my valuebles are kept.My family members relatives, friends etc. are costomer of company for long years. The got astonished at knowing this .Is any remedy is available for this? I have not dipped it in water or any liquids. I dont know how it is happened .I will be satisfied it is repaired.                                     Sir, With reference to above subject I have brought Titan Analog Watch for Man through Flipkart online shopping (Order ID: od[protected], Dated: 25/07/2014, Price Rs. 1115/-). The first watch was faulty and Filpkart had replaced it within three days. Then I have used watch for nine month now it has problem regarding date and time change. I have called the Flipkart, customer care executive he has given me wrong address of titan customer care at Adani Market Anand Mahel Road. After lot of struggle I have found service centre there is no any board outside of it. When I have reached the customer service center at (U/1, wing-A, Shreeji Arcade, Anand Mahel Road, Adajan, Surat: 395009) customer care executive said me repairing work take 45 to 50 days because we will send this watch to Head office Bangalore. So, finally I cannot use my product for 45 to 50 days. Is it the proper solution? Now in this case how can I recommend both companies? Sir, I request to you please take necessary action in this case and do needful to satisfy me. At present one week have pass but there any solution or suggestion from titen. Ms. Grace Rajani had not done anything in this matter. She had not pick up my call today at 2.54pm.No mail, no call from titan.
