Complaint Regarding An Experience With Titan Eye, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. This is to inform titan eye plus about a recent misbehaviour of the store mentioned above. My son had to buy a pair of contact lens and because of our family's previous purchases with titan eye plus's "good quality products". we went to the store.. eye sight testing was done nicely. and the representative took our order and recommended baush and lomb contact lenses. we got a 6 monthly pack of those contact lenses. and went home. but when my son tried those lenses. his eyes were reddened and he was'nt able to see clearly.. We called the store about the issue. and they told us to have a visit to the store. when we went there. we had to wait for a long time because some other customer had to get their eye sight checked, (Even though the testing room was empty at that time).. after a long wait. my son was called in to have the lenses checked.. but the doctor just ignored the fact that he was having any problem. . after a long talk of explaining the staff about the lenses problems.. we were misbehaved my the staff and they asked us to get a refund and buy lenses from some other place. (without even looking for a solution to the problem).. after some more minutes of talking.. we asked them to atleast consider giving some other lenses which could solve the problem... on asking about 10 times. one of the staff members gave O2 lenses, which were perfect for my son's eyes. we thought of purchaseing them.. but the staff said that only 3 months lenses are available and the rest 3 months lenses will come in 3-4 days. we agreed to that.. today, after a week. we got the rest of the lenses and had to pay an extra Rs.500 because of the price of the latter product.. with the payment being made. and lenses being taken.. the staff still did.nt give us the bill for the same. now they have asked us to come another day for the bill. It has been 3 times we have visited the store and again the staff has told us to get the bill on another day.. Really dissatisfied with the kind of treatment being made to us, I would like titan eye plus to kindly look into the matter or else we will be forced to approach some legal actions against the retaining of bill and mistreatment. Really Disgusted With Service. We have been loyal customers of titan eye for about 2 years, but this kind of treatment is very discouraging..

    I am R. Avinash residing at Avadi. I had visited titan eye showroom at ambattur for ordering an spectacles on 29th march 2014. Till now i dont know the status of my order. I had called the showroom twice and both times the response was we will get back to you. Till now no reponse from them It is very unfortunate that brand of TITAN is not customer oriented. During my checking of frames, they didn't even show the various lens available and they directly billed for least lens until i asked to show them the other options.. Service is pathetic. I request you to check this issues and get me back the status of my specs which i have ordered

      Team, It gives me immense pleasure to write this mail to a brand that is well known for its quality and reliability. Since the time of my ancestors, we have been using Titian watches. But I have recently come across a situation where the whole perception for a brand like Titian has changed just like any other watch manufacturer in Chandni Chawk (Delhi). I purchased a Fast Track watch worth 4300 INR on 1st March, 2014 from a shop in Karol Bagh, the name of the Shop is Chawla Watch Co.(Showroom:5/54, Ajmal Khan Road. Karol Bagh.) and gifted it to my friend. Within one week from purchase I received a call from my same friend that the chain unpin from the dial on its own. As a working person we both did not get time to visit the same shop again till the last week. On last Friday I went to the same shop and the person said that it cannot be repaired as there is a physical Damage as the pin was broken. I told him that the same pin was fitted at the time of purchase from your end. He ask to leave the watch to them and come after 4 days so that they can arrange for pin. I said that I will manage on my own as I will visit any fast rack show room. The moment he hear this he started requesting not to go as they will take more than 15 days to repair this. He insisted a lot and I thought of getting good customer service. At the end I decided to visit fast track/Titian showroom. I went to Connaught Place Titian show room and told my concern. I was totally shocked after hearing to what they said. The watch costs only 1700 INR, and comes with a leather strap and not with any chain. Also watch is of Fast Track and they are not sure about the chain. the executive in showroom, themselves were shocked and said that they cannot help us much. I realize that I was cheated by the shopkeeper. I was very much disappointed and was feeling embarrassed as this was gifted to some . So took the watch back from showroom and came to my place. Later on i realized that i have spend 4300 INR which not a small amount and just because of some fraud i cannot take this any more, i want you to take necessary action against the shop as it is said to be authorized with some sort of Titan certificate as well as I want replacement of this watch that I got from the dealer. Also the extra amount that charged should be refunded. I hope i will get this level of service from your end. Regards, Mriganko Kundu [protected]

        Tanishq has extremely bad customer service. I had ordered a platinum ring at Borivli outlet for my engagement in DEc beginning and I have not receieved the ring yet (Order No. BOR/CM/10639). The ring was delivered to me initially with manufacturing defect. For a month they kept on pushing my new order for the ring even though it had manufacturing defect. Finally they got a new ring made this month but they are charging me 20000 extra now for the ring for no reason. They have no explanation for increase in price. Tanishq is clearly cheating me.

          Dear Sir, My client on the eve new year 2011 gifted me the wrist watch of your reputed company Titan. Now the wrist watch is not working well. I contact the dealer Ujagar Watch Company, Shiv Chowk Muzaffarnagar and Brhamputra Electronics, Shiv Chowk, Muzaffarnagar Uttar Pradesh (india) for its repair who told me that the Machine of wrist watch is not repaiarable. In this connection I have to say that the life of wrist watch is only of 3 years.We change the wrist watch or at least the machine of wrist watch free of cost. Thanking you.             Purchased a wrist watch of Rs: 5000(near about). After 1.5 months the belt torn from its dial slipped from my wrist and scratched. 1stly they said it torn because pin had not properly attached. They will fix it without charge. But when I asked for also remove scratches for free of cost because it scratched just because of that defective pin. If the pin was good then neighter it torn or slipped nor it get scratched. They said me it is not in their hand. So I mailed to Titan helpdesk, they said to submit the watch in their showroom. After doing that 3 days later they called me and said there is no sign of manufacturing defect. Pin torn most probably due to my mishandling. So they will not repair this free of cost.

            your team already contacted with me.And your technician Mr. Som from kolkata, ph no.[protected], contacted and check my watch. According to him the damage is due to my mishandling because Titan is a big company and they never do such type of defect or careless as I complained. My point is when 1stly I went to the showroom and shown them the watch they said it is quite natural. Very often happen this with any watches.No need to worry they will fix it free of cost. But when I asked for compensation because the pin was defect and thus it torn and slipped from wrist and get scratched, they change there statements through Mr. Som and saying that it was completely my fault.Company is not responsible for that. By the way i am giving my details..

              Dear Sir,
              We are drawing attention that we went to Barrackpore TITAN EYE+ shop(24parganas north WB) had eye tested given a order on 27/11/2013 to make Spectacle with frame and lenses purchased from said outlet having delivery date 03/12/2013. We found they have fitted faulty lenses .TITAN EYE+ given some other date, but on given date they failed to do it and given some other date and again failed.like that they have given another two date but again failed.they are insisting to take the faulty one, stating as rectified.Since then no communication from TITAN EYE+ out-let.Every time they say "(will rectify)" and give to you, but failed and finally broke down one specs frame.we are also in opinion that office staffs are inefficient.. We have lost faith toTITAN EYE+ services. Lenses and frames are with concern outlet.


              We are demanding to return our money with demand draft below given address.since then titan eye+ not replying and not communicating with us and not refunding our money.please help us to get back our
              money.we are a senior citizen n hardly living with hand to live pension

              TitanEye+ — Faulty spectacle frame

              Bought a specs from Titan Eye + on 12-06-09 from Avishkar Grd in Jamshedpur, bill no S9/842. Within a month the above frame became loose, we took it to the shop for tightening the frame but within one or two days again it has gone back to the same condition. The total bill we paid is around Rs2900/. can the company take any action by replacing the above frame

                [protected] Dear Sirs, I have purchased one titan ladies watch at Madurai from world of Titan on[protected].The details are : Varient No ND9720SMO1A, DESCRIPTIONJ974, CLUSTER:LRRAG. The wactch was presented to me by my father who is residing at Madurai .I am residing at Srirengam and I took the watch with me. I am a house wife and so I don’t have the chance to wear the watch for a long time.I don’t wear either daily also. I wear the watch only for the function. On my returning I wipe the watch with soft clotch and keep safely. It is a sentiment also.But to my surprise the casing peeled off watch looks like a rusted one at the top bottom. I paid for extended warranty also. On the day of my purchase I was informed that the warranty holds good all centers. So I contacted Trichy World of Titan. They said that the glass is defect and order would be placed and replaced. I don’t know how glass will corrode and it was rather a peculiar reply.He dragged on this issue for a month and finally refused. He also informed that the production of this model has been stopped and no spares. My question is that the watch of Rs4000/= has to be worn with the ugly look. The famous international brand from famous TATA is producing such a spurious, substandard products. During purchase I thought that the casing is stainless steel and not chromium plated. Even chromium plated watches say Q&Q lasts longer. I am very much offended and humiliated by the watch as well as by the arrogant behavior of the dealer. Are we baggers? I can’t wear the watch any more. I request you to replace the watch at the earliest and hope you will instruct your trichy dealer to be polite to customers. I will not compromise with an thing other than replacement. Expecting your early reply.                   This is to inform you that, I had purchased a TITAN wrist watch having the model no.(Automatic 9340SM02 Silver/White Analog Watch)on date (14 Jan, 2014) from Lifestyle, Chennai.
                  At the time of purchase I have asked for the automatic watch but later I came to know it was not an automatic wrist watch.
                  I have already paid the amount 9600/- for the automatic one but now every day I have to manually set the key to adjust the appropriate timings.
                  I have gone their more than 5 times and requested for the proper service but they are not caring about it.
                  Therefore I am requesting you to kindly consider my mail as a complaint and take the necessary action to resolve at the earliest.

                    Hi I had given my watch to replace the glass to the Titan Service centre named " BARDHAN'S SERVICE CENTER " 18, Jadavpur Station Road Kolkata. Its been more than a month but still they are not retuning my watch. Every time i visit there centre they tell me ill get it by monday and since 4 mondays have passed but still cannot get my watch.

                      I bought a fastrack watch (model number-NE3001SL05) from a TITaN outlet in sector17, vashi, navi mumbai. the sales boy then insisted on buying the EMG card.I asked him repeatedly on the matter that whether this card can be used anywhere in India and he said yes.Later on after i purchased it for Rs 150, I came to know that its just limited to that showroom.now as I am shifted to Nagpur I am unable to avail the card facility. Its so irritating and frustating that titan is not helping me out in this matter.your people itself dont know what the card is for and lie to sell off their product.the reputation that i had for titan is fading now.

                        I wasted alot of money calling to India but nobody is able to talk, they hung up phone, I spent 380 AUD for the worthless Titan Edge watch Which I came back home and was not working. I want my money back please.

But after few days we purchased a diamond ring from other jeweller's shop and that ring is of very cheaper cost. So instead of that diamond ring we want to purchase gold earrings but employees of Tanishq said that we can't purchase gold earrings instead of that diamond ring as bill is ready of ring. But Sir/ma'm we can't purchase that ring so please make solution so we can purchase gold earrings instead of that diamond ring. Also i want to tell you that our instalments are paid in Tanishq.                             don't entertain any of titan enquiries all most 7 enquiries have been floated 1. jackets 2. caps 3. umbrella 4. tshirts 5. pen stands 6. bags 7. Dryfruits have been enquiries for almost 30 vendors. volume was asked for 1 lcs pcs and finally volume was given for 5000 pcs asking at 1lcs pcs price. after developing a samples as per there request they does even give back also... it is a blacklisted company.. don't entertain there enquiries. they all are fake. beware of fake enquiries. this procurement terms does not have any other work calling 100s of vendors and asking for large enquiries. asking for finance also for 30 days. this company is blacklist.                               I have visited your Titan Eye+ aundh pune on 6 dec with my aunty as she came from abroad so i took her to your store for frame and that day itself we booked 2 frames and glasses costing at around 12000/- each, we paid them 6000/- as an advance amount. they said the frame will be ready on 12 dec.
                              we went on 12 dec to collect the frame but the commitment which they have given to us was not fulfilled as the glasses which their representative have shoon on 6th dec was different, we asked them to correct the glasses an give us the committed glasses what they have told us in beginning, they were very rude with me and my aunty they even dont know how to speak to an NRI, their representative was so rude he was saying do what ever you want to do you do we are not scared with any one and you have to take the glasses what they have made if not they will not return the money..
                              and also entire staff dont know your customer care helpline timing.
                              at 8pm they were showing me your customer care helpline number and were saying to call them an give complaint.
                              Also i have requested them to provide me the Xerox copy of the form which they have taken on our first visit but they said they cant give as it is against their policy.
                              What i believe is that you take all details of customer on that form you should provide second copy to customer, as nothing is there on receipt.
                              My aunty is not happy with the service she has got from you aundh outlet,

                              now when i call them after 2 months they are saying your complaint is closed and you will not get your money back.

                                I had purchased 2 glasses from titan eye on 20/08/2013 and within 4 months lens got damaged because of random scratch because of regular outdoor usage despite of single handed careful usage. More importantly scratches developed at the extreme corner of the glass where your cant even reach! Connected their customer care centre via email but they offered a discount of 25% for replacing without agreeing that they are using low grade materials which are not suitable for spectacle glass type o[censored]sage. Never expected such low quality product sold from TATA stores which will be used for a precious human organ – EYE for a better VISION without telling the consumer the quality of the product they are selling.                                   I had purchased a frame and ordered glasses for the same from Titan Eye+, Ashok Vijay Complex, Pune. Since I don't stay here and had to leave in a few days, I purchased it at one condition, that they would deliver it to me on January 24th, 2014. Needless to say, they didn't deliver it to me on 24th and kept delaying it till 27th (the day I had to leave). I asked for a refund so they said they'll speedpost it to me on 28th Jan, monday, to my foreign residence. After that, I've only been calling them and NOTHING has happened, they haven't even given it for speedpost delivery. They keep beating around the bush every time I call them. The people who I interact ith are Wasim and Kamlesh. Wasim in my knowledge, is the manager and refuses to even talk to me on call now. I am seriously disappointed with such lousy customer service. I would like to know what has been done about this complaint and what actions are taken against them.

                                    I bought Fastrack Neon 9204PP02 watch 1 and half years back and in the next 8 months the strap got cut into pieces and now I am not getting the strap for the watch that I have bought for Rs. 1000. Really disgusting. I am not able to use the watch just because of the reason of non availability of the strap. I tried in many Titan Showrooms at Bangalore but no use at all. The guys over there tell me that the strap is not available at all. If the strap is not available then how the model is still available in the market is my Question. I want Titan/Fastrack team to address this issue at the earliest to avoid the consequences that they'll be facing later on. I want the strap for my watch at the earliest.

                                      18 inches gold chain got transformed into 32 inch gold chain, after an usage of 4 months. Instead of accepting the manufacturing defect Tanishq at Rohtak, Haryana argues it to be a damage as a result of excessive usage. Adviced for exchange for the equivalent price but later detected 11k from the already spent money in the name of making charges. Which is a cheating!! oRegistered a complaint about the same in Tanishq, they promised to look into the matter and do the needful. But hoping they will dump this issue too, like other complaints.                                         I PURCHASED TITAN SPECTACLES FROM KOTECHA CHOWK RAJKOT BEFORE ONE YEAR THAT TIME IT WAS OK BUT DUE TO BROKE OF ONE GLASS I CHANGED BOTH GLASSES. AFTER SOME DAYS I FELT UNEASYNESS IN VISIBILITY. I WENT TO SHOP TODAY AFTER SOME REPAIRING I RECEIVED BACK MY SPECTACLES BUT STILL I FEEL NOT OK IN VISIBILITY.
