I had purchased a frame and ordered glasses for the same from Titan Eye+, Ashok Vijay Complex, Pune.
Since I don't stay here and had to leave in a few days, I purchased it at one condition, that they would deliver it to me on January 24th, 2014.
Needless to say, they didn't deliver it to me on 24th and kept delaying it till 27th (the day I had to leave). I asked for a refund so they said they'll speedpost it to me on 28th Jan, monday, to my foreign residence. After that, I've only been calling them and NOTHING has happened, they haven't even given it for speedpost delivery. They keep beating around the bush every time I call them.
The people who I interact ith are Wasim and Kamlesh. Wasim in my knowledge, is the manager and refuses to even talk to me on call now.
I am seriously disappointed with such lousy customer service.
I would like to know what has been done about this complaint and what actions are taken against them.
