I had purchased 2 glasses from titan eye on 20/08/2013 and within 4 months lens got damaged because of random scratch because of regular outdoor usage despite of single handed careful usage. More importantly scratches developed at the extreme corner of the glass where your cant even reach! Connected their customer care centre via email but they offered a discount of 25% for replacing without agreeing that they are using low grade materials...

I bought Fastrack Neon 9204PP02 watch 1 and half years back and in the next 8 months the strap got cut into pieces and now I am not getting the strap for the watch that I have bought for Rs. 1000.
