The company fail to issue tax invoices in 3 cases in spite of payment of applicable vat. Second point is that I wish to return some jewelery and gold coin purchased from tanishaq, the company says that they will deduct 3% from the value and refund only 97% of return value, no such conditions was explained to me at the time of purchase, I came to know only when I wanted to return the product, company says there terms and conditions was mentioned...
