Am Monikanchan Basu Roy, W/o. Manabendra Basu Roy, aged about 56 years, residing at 24 Burmashell,
sodepur, 24 pgs (N), kolkata - 110 have purchased a spec from TITAN EYE +, at 37/1, Barasat Road, Amrabati, Sodepur, kolkata - 700110, ph no - 033-259!50015. An Expert Miss Barik examined me on 1/12/13 & At the time of delivery of the spectacle she gave the report of power testing which is written below :
Right eye Dist +3.50(sph), -0.75 (Cyl), 90 (Axis), 6/7.5 VA
+6.00 (Near), -0.75 ( Cyl), 90 (Axis), N 6(VA).
LEFT EYE - Dist +3.50(Sph), -1.00 (Cyl), 90 (Axis), 6/6 (VA)
Near +6.00 (Sph), -1.00(Cyl), 90 (Axis), N 6(VA)
REMARKS : Bifocals (KT).
Against which a bill was given vide Invoice no. BLJ003024 . Invoice dt 10/12/13, Item no. Is & code is FV00191DA & KTA 4911W Of which I paid them Rs. 4, 441/-
But d fact is now for thueir wrong diagnosis am facing tremendus problem which is effecting my eyes for which i cAn lost my vjsion. Because my actual power is
In left eye +2.00(DSPH), +1.25(D CYL), 180(AXIS), 6/9(VISION),
For near vision +2.25(Add), N 6 (Vision)
For left eye, for distant vision +2.00(D SPH), +1.25(D CYL), 180(AXIS), 6/9(VISION),
FOR NEAR VISION +2.25(ADD), N 6(VISION).
I WENT TODAY TO RERUND MY MONEY BECAUSE -
I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE.
2. AFTER EXAMINING THEY GA GAVE ME WRONG PODWER FOR WHICH IK AM UNABLE TO SEE
3. TYEY SHOWED ME ONE FRAME AND GAVE ME ANOTHER ONEN NOT ONLY THAT THE FRAME NO & LENSE NO DIFFERS FROMTHE ACTUAL NO OF BILL.
I WANT REFUND BT THEY ARE RELUCTANT TO DO SO.
SO PLEASE DO THE NEEDFULL
