I have bought an Titan watch model number - 9486 on December 23rd 2013 in mumbai andheri lokhandwala around 2030hours. I took the watch & drive home by my car. Upon reaching home I discovered that there was a scratch on the metal body of watch. Next day morning on December 24th 2013 I went to the merchant & showed the watch & asked for replace or repair since it was within warranty and it was bought just 12hours ago. There was no mis handling from my end after buying the watch for 8500.00 INR. The merchant started blaming me for mis handling & refused to replace the watch. After watching the CCTV camera footage of his shop, his worker was handling my watch & holded my watch in his left hand & opened the glass door with his left hand. It was clear mis handling from the working staff. The merchant has refused & challenged me. I would like to get my entire money refund or the watch to be replaced. I will be taking this case to the consumer court forum asap. I also want this matter to be escalated to the higher management of titan company. I will be awaiting reply.     Respected Sir/ Mam, I have given my Titan Fastrack watch for Glass replacement at the TITAN watch care center (QRS Retail ltd, World of Titan, MG road, Trivandrum) on 21/11/2013. They have asked me to leave my watch with them for one month and asked me to collect it by 21/12/2013 (Acknowledgement form attached herewith). I visited the service centre on 21st of December and they informed me that the watch was not ready and it will take another one month for the repair. The model number of my watch entered in the acknowledgement form by the service person was wrong My watch's model number is 3072SM04 and he entered 3072SM01, which is a different model. When I brought this to the notice of the service person, his behavior was very harsh and told me to take the watch back without repairing. They have kept my watch idle for one month at the service center, and their response was very rude. I request you to take necessary actions against the service center.

    No action has been taken by the company yet to resolve my issue. I had received a call from the customer service three weeks ago. The representative had promised me to resolve the issue within two days. No measures have been taken yet to solve my complaint. I have never seen such an irresponsible customer service.

      I have booked 2 pairs of glasses in titan showroom for my aunty as she came from abroad and she is an NRI been a well known company i took her to titan eye+ but the service i got it from titan eye+ staff was worst and they dont know how to handle NRI customer.. they were very rude.. i suggest all of you to visit Vision Express an check for their service. Really Bad experience with titan eye+ staff. will not recommend to any of my friend nor family

An Expert Miss Barik examined me on 1/12/13 & At the time of delivery of the spectacle she gave the report of power testing which is written below :
        Right eye Dist +3.50(sph), -0.75 (Cyl), 90 (Axis), 6/7.5 VA
        +6.00 (Near), -0.75 ( Cyl), 90 (Axis), N 6(VA).
        LEFT EYE - Dist +3.50(Sph), -1.00 (Cyl), 90 (Axis), 6/6 (VA)

        REMARKS : Bifocals (KT).

          This is to lodge a complaint with TITAN CARE of address 64, D.B.Road, R.S.PURAM, COIMBATORE 641002, wherein they had taken my sons watch for servicing in first week of October . Since it is under guarantee period i was supposed to have got the watch on 30th of October . Till today i have not got the watch . It costed me Rs 8500 . I am very unhappy with your poor service . If i do not get it at the earliest then i will be forced to file a complaint with the consumer court, The Titan Care Coimbatore, complaint no is 1866 in the name of Mr Daniel .               We are regular customer of your spectacle. Please refer my previous invoice of my husband's spectacle (Inv. No. BMT0000083 dt. 14.05013). I would like to mention that I have checked my eyesight at your Arora Associates, E 5/4, Marvel Complex, Bittan Market, Arera Colony, Bhopal-462 016 stores on dt.21.10.2013.
              I had paid advance of Rs.4000/-. Receipt given on visiting card with verbal details of order Titan progressive lens, Gold Series, poly carbonate with all coating. When I went to collect the lens ( frame was given by me) on 7.11.13 I just shocked to note that its totally odd visibility in all angles and at all distances such as book readings using computer and distance vision.
              On 7.11.13 we received advance receipt with sales order No.and item code (which is your com pany's code) and we are not aware of the detail of item code.
              The Stores In Charge repeatedly requested us to give balance of Rs.4000/- and collect defective lenses even though it does not suits me at all.
              At this juncture, I request the company to get me manufacture new progressive lens, else get refund our advance amount of Rs. 4000/-. Otherwise I have to file complaint on consumer forum .
              I am very much disappointed that the company with high repute, treat the customer like this.
              I shall appreciate your early action in this matter.

                I have purchased one Titan karisma analog watch model no NC9315BM02 from Ms Sachdeva watch company, Yamunanagar (Auth dealer of Titan Ind. Ltd.) at Rs. 2350 on 17.11.2013. When I visited internet the MRP of same same watch was mentioned Rs. 2095. Titan is requested to stop giving dealership to such cheaters.

                  Hello Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that i have purchased a Fastrack Wrist watch from Gambhir Enterprises (Yamunanagar - Haryana) on 21-11-12 with Model No: 3071SM01. Gambhir Enterprises have given 1 year of warranty. But before the completion of 1 year, we have faced many problems to use it. I have given it to service center ( World of Titan) in Noida sector 18 two or three times and they have also charged from us. Following are the attachments by which you have the better idea how many times we did its servicing. still i am facing the same problem and the warranty will be lapsed with in few weeks. request you kindly ask them to refund my money and the expenses i have paid to service center during warranty period. i thinkk a ame not able to wear that watch for at least 1 month Please revert this mail.                     Sub: A newly purchased wrist watch is developing snags again and again!

                    Tempted by brand name, that too of Titan, I purchased an elegant looking wrist watch (Titan, Model:9315BMO1) from a local authorized dealer of Titan, Sanker Watch Care, Feeder Road, Belgharia, Kolkata-700056 on 10.07.2012.True to the well known adage ‘All that glitters is not gold’ my watch too stopped functioning altogether in a few months. I complained to the dealer who got it repaired. But after some time I found to my dismay, the watch is going too slow and it’s not at all useable. So I again asked my dealer to send it for repair to the company.

                    Only good side of the story is it’s still in warranty period and I’ve not yet coughed up money for repairing the watch. But I don’t know how many times a newly purchased watch would so often go out of order. Does it go with the reputation of the company? Is my watch destined to remain in place of repair most of the time rather than brace my wrist or should I dump it as unusable? However. my suggestion is please replace it by a new one at least to do justice to the reputation of your company.Anyway, ball is in your court and you decide.Thank you.

                      Sir, I had purchased a Titan Edge watch 4years back. Initially after a few months the lines showing minutes like 5, 10, 15 etc came off as some lines fell off as they were loose we gave it for servicing .Then we were told the dial has to be replaced. So we got the dial replaced but even then the watch was not working. Now we thought it is the battery problem and went to change it. The service centre people are saying some PMH is missing and for this now we are being told that the casing has to be replaced. I have hardly had the satisfaction of wearing this watch whenever I have tried to use it something or the other is not working. This has been the worst experience with a Titan watch.                         I bought a Titan Edge on January, 2013 for my marriage which was held on 13th March 2013. So I start wearing the watch after 13th March, I hardly wear the watch 3-4 times, the strap leave from the joint position from the watch and surprisingly found that the loop of the strap stapled. I got refusal to get service from the Service Center when I rush to them. They mention that it's out of warranty norms and insisting to change the strap immediately and the person serves me with lots of misbehaving attitude.                           hi, I have purchased a brand new wrist watch on[protected] model no. NC1485YL02 from an authorized titan dealer named after POPY pendulam, mullakkal, alappuzha 688011, PH:[protected].MY wrist watch dial got complaint and i reached a titan shop at Thiruvalla, kerala and they denied the service saying we can't provide u service since we haven't sell the product to you.Then on a trip to bangalore I've approached another titan outlet at Yeshwantpura at Orion mall and they too denied the service saying that i have to approach the purchased shop itself.As such when i approached the seller he said that we dont have the dial now.so i asked them to register the complaint .they registerrred my complaint in a register after 20 days when i contacted them they said that company is not having the dial now we will contact you when the dial comes.They are lagging my service even after 20 days. hoping to take necessary action against them.

                            I bought glasses from Titan Eye Plus – Electronic City, Bangalore showroom. Receipt Number is BLY0001646 dt. 18th May 2013. After a month or so, one of the glasses started to pick scratch marks and gradually whole lens developed a web of scratches. The other lens is perfectly fine with no scratch mark at all. I went a couple of times to the store but most of the time, lens expert was not available. When I made lot of noise, I was given number of one Mr. Girijesh – [protected]. I called him up and he told me that he is traveling and will call me once he is back in Bangalore. It is almost 15 days now and there is no response.

                              The company fail to issue tax invoices in 3 cases in spite of payment of applicable vat. Second point is that I wish to return some jewelery and gold coin purchased from tanishaq, the company says that they will deduct 3% from the value and refund only 97% of return value, no such conditions was explained to me at the time of purchase, I came to know only when I wanted to return the product, company says there terms and conditions was mentioned overleaf of invoice and such conditions are subject to change without any notice to purchaser and in my case no deduction was mentioned even overleaf of invoice for return of gold coin. The company is imposing unfair conditions without any information to customers. Further non issuance of tax invoice may leads to evasion of tax.

                                1) I purchased eye glass Store Location: Bangalore Central Mall, Bellandur Date of transaction: 27/9/2013 Invoice#: BDF0004430 Items: frames and Lenses Promised delivery: Oct 3, 2013 Item not delivered till Oct 5th, I was told it is not yet made by lab. I was going to Kolkata on 6th morning. They have not delivered in time and not even agreeing to cancel the order and refund my money. Area incharge Mrs Pratibha not picked her mob phone ([protected]) for listening this issue even after several trials. This mob number was given to me by Titan eye+ shop. 2) Anyway I came back from Kolkata after 10 days and I collected it. a) Lenses were not made upto specs, I can't use this glass while walking. I wanted only reading glasses, but I was provided the same power in walking and road looks very very big, small stone ships of road looks a big boulder. This is total waste of my Rs. 8658. 3) The frame had price tag Rs 2500 but I was told price has increased by 10%. If price has increased, why the price tag was not changed. It is very poorly managed shop. 4) when I was given final receipt, it was printed so light, no one can read properly. I was told this receipt is warranty card. There is no proper ribbon in printer, no copy was provided for eye check-up, I was told xerox m/c not working. Such a poor customer service and poorly managed shop I have never seen. It is a shame in the name of Tata Enterprise. 5) I would like to advise every one ...DO NOT GO TO TITAN EYE+. You will not get any positive answer which can make you feel coming to this shop twice. They loot you and cheat you to the fullest.

                                  I bought a raga watch on 8th January, 2013. Within a month, the colour got faded and corroded on the inner side of the dial.

                                  Gave it for service and after receiving it, I am facing the same issue again.
                                  Arange to solve my problem permanently.

                                    Dear Concern, I bough one set of Plastic Frame & Lances from your Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Store than after some time i found the frame is not in a right shape i complaint to store first time they are convincing me that their is no problem, when i again use the same i found the same problem the frame is not fitted on my nose and frame shape is not right than i again went to your store representative (Ms. Malhotra) told me that these specs need service after six month OK i agree but when they send me to lab assistant he told me that plastic frame will always give you the loose problem it will always loose from you nose when i tell the same to your representative he just change the frame because it is not in a right shape also i again went to my house again i am facing the loose problem i lock the complaint to customer care they gave me complaint number 00027242 and it is quite long back but still there is no response from your side, kindly do the needful i am not happy with Titan Eye + i will take some serious action on this if nothing will happen in couple of days.                                       Dear all, i have bought one watch in 40% scheme from Titan Authorized retailer in Vasai (west), Thane Mumbai. The same day watch was not proper and not working properly, i have immediate give it to shop keeper for replacement, however he told me that as per company process it takes 15-20 days, after continue follow up and reminders also i don't get watch. For the next two months i have continue followup and visited showroom, later company told me that pl contact our Banglore Service center. I have called Banglore service center, however one lady from service department told me that we don't have stock so you can take Titan vouchers, and while our 40% scheme is closed so you can either purchase other full price watch or wait for another one year when our 40% scheme will come and than you buy your watch. Till day i don't get any proper response from Titan and still my money is with company. During this period i have lost my money for continue visiting shop and service center, also get mentally harassment. Now i am going to sue the Titan Company. Virendra Agrawal. [protected].                                         Recently I have bought specticles from Titan Eye Plus from Kamanhalli store, they are charging us for the quality lenses and providing the faulty glasess, even the frame has some manufacturing issue. They mentioned they will take it back to company to replace if the problem persists again but whenever I took the spects they wil just do repair temperorly. Last two years I have bought two pairs (7k and 4k), they should have given a better service and maintain a good quality. Bindu
