I bought two glasses, one is glass with & other one is only glass from titan eye+, banjarahills, infront of city center mall, hyderabad on 23rd Feb 2013 based on their marketing & sales commitment. At the time of sals they said we are giving six months guarrenty to our customer that our glasses wont scratch as these are all provided with anti-scratch protector where other company like crezal is not giving, if any scratch will come we will replace it, if it is within six month.
After one & half month, I saw my glasses are getting scratched & when I went to the showroom, they people are showing there attitude & saying we cannot help you anything as this is a glass, any how it scratch & we cannot do anything for you. When I said, you did the commitment, how come you are saying this, they replied crezal is not giving any guarrenty then how come we will give, then aftrr they started showing their attitude & when we said we will go for consumer complaint then they are saying, go ahead do that, we dont care any body.
As customer, I request you kindly do this favor and take the proper action against them.
