Dear sir I am a TITAN coustomer of last ten years & i have purchased a fastrack watch model no - 3099SL03 on[protected] at indore from WORLD OF TITAN showeroom established at Orbit Mall,A.B.Road,Indore within four days of purchase there was a black colour ring in my fastrack watch that gives the watch a wonderful look felldown some where else i lodged a complaint in showroom but they were not able to solve my problem . i also lodged a complaint at coustomer care on[protected] they promissed to solve the complain within 24 working hours but till date they were not given any solution . at the time of purchasing i was in indore but now i am postd at varanasi & i have lodged a complaint at world of titan showroom at I.P SIGRA mall varanasi before one month and they told that i will get the ring from company & give you one month passed i visited there a number of times but now they are telling ring is not available at company now i am very much upset because of that ring my watch has become the useless . kindly arrange to solve my problem as early as possible so that i can trust on the name of titan. yours faithfully arvind kumar lohani mob no [protected] state bank of india shivaji nagar varanasi

    Dear All, I visited at Patna (Bihar) on 17 August 2013.(showroom: Fraser road opp-LIC Jeevan PrakasH Building Patna- 800001 to buy some diamond jewelry.I had two discount coupons with me that i asked several times about in the facility from your staff and was told that i would get 25 % discount for both.Then i went on with selecting the jewelry and went to pay for the same .But when i showed the coupans to avail the discount i was told that i would get only 6% discount for them.When i confronted the person who told me earlier about the discount i was told that it was me that was mistaken and staff was not fault.Even the manager Mr.Umesh Tekriwal (store Manager ) the refused my claim and refused the check the camera footage installed in your facility the staff's behaviour was very very rude and i had to leave without query been solved.He was shouted to me. I am writting to you about this so that you can check for self and take appropriate action against the errant staff.No customer should be lied to and misbehaved with in this manner.I am your valuble customer morethan 10 years in any kind of TATA Product and I will never suggest anybody to purchase Tanishq items.I am very very dispointed by your services.       Hi...My name is Ankit Raj.I bought a Tommy Hilfiger watch from TITAN World in 2010.Unfortunately My Watch's Chain broken.I went to Titan Customer Service on 29/06/2013 to buy a new chain for it.But they told me that currently chain is not available of that particular model.They ask for advance so that they can book an order of it.They said that it would cost Rs.3405 and it will take a month for the delivery.I agreed and paid Rs.2000 as an advance.But after a month i started calling them for my watch and chain.But today its been almost 2 months and still i have not got the chain.I repeatedly call them they always say that give us 2 days or 3 days.I am totally frustrated by the kind of service they are providing.My question is that if they do not keep the parts of such a high brand watches than why they sell them on their store.Complaint Reference Id is 613AE0229B129.Date-29/06/2013.Watch Design- TH17906B6/D the outlet is World of Titan, Opp.Maurya Lok Complex, Dak Banglow Road, Patna. where i have given my watch and order of its chain.

      my fast track NE11615M03 watch as complaint of case corrosion to titan store at lulu international cochin at the date of 16/04/2015 but I do not get my product back after one number. I already submitted my complaint to [protected]@titan.co.in but I do not get any solution

        Hello Team, I have purchased a Titan Raga watch model no. 9935YM01 on 28th April, 2013 that is just 3 months ago. The joint of hour hand and minute hand broken twice till now even I gave it to titan service center near to my home town, Warangal. It is very worst service ever I had seen with any other, with Titan Service. Please make this as high Priority and take an action against Titan products in India. Thanks.

          very poor manufacture and very worst service , it's worst experience in my life. so first check battery life and delivery the watch , we need new battery for watch delivery time other wise close your titen show room, if any problem let me know.

            with tanishq , m/s. ashok kumar tiwari,rampur bag,civil lines,near indian oil office, BAREILLY,243001..we ordered gold bangles..and received a note of proirity order & credit note..dated 30/06/2013..order ref.no. 155 and the estimated date printed was 18/07/2013. Since 18/07/2013 we hav called the store four times and every time the executive told us that your order is coming within 10 days..sometimes within 7-8 days..Before 10 days i again called them curious abt the delivery of order..but the same answer with an excuse that the consignment of 22 items is misplaced somewhere..and u hav to wait till 8 august..we waited with no alternate option..now today i.e.12/08/2013 i again called them on[protected]..and a new excuse that they placed my order afresh due to misplaced consignment..nw wait for 10 more days..ARE THEY(TANISHQ) CHECKING THE PATIENCE OF CONSUMER..or they dont care..still my order is not ready..I dont know whether TANISHQ's Team is aware of these types of foul play..THANX TANISHQ FOR NOT CARING CONSUMERS AND LOOSING THE CONFIDENCE OF CONSUMERS..

              I had opened an account on 10.08.2012 in swarna nidhi gold saving scheme for Rs3000/=per month ,while opening of the account I was told that you have to carry the scheme for 12 months after that your maturity will be paid as per the accumulated gold . Yesterday I had gone to your showroom here in jammu where I had opened the account to get my accumulated gold, but the representative of the company told us that it is prematured and 10 % will be deducted from us. When I had opened the account I asked them that can I deposit money in advance for the coming months , they told me yes you can as the showroom was far from my residence . Eventually I keep on depositing money whenever i got the chance to go their in showroom . Now when the time of 12 months is completed they are refusing to give me back my accumulated gold ,THEY ARE COMPELLING ME TO DEPOSIT MONEY FOR FURTHER 6 MONTHS .IS THIS THE WAY TO HARASS YOUR CUSTOMER .
              I told them that I had already deposited Rs33000/= in my account by the end of feb 2013.But they are refusing me to give my deposited gold without 10% deduction. At the time of opening I was not told that you have to make separate enteries for the money deposited in adavance. Now they are telling me like this that you have to make 12 enteries in the passbook.
              Is this way you people are making FOOLS of the innocent customers ??
              I hope my matter will be solved at an earliest to avoid any legal battle.

                  I bought a 14 kt stud ear ring (Product code: 552811SNAABA22) at TANISHQ show room in Velachery, Chennai for Rs.10,463/- on 27.7.2013.

                  Later on I noticed that the same piece of jewelry (Product code: 552811SNAABA22) was available online at http://titan.co.in/ for Rs.6,517/-.

                  My efforts to get an explanation from the store via PhoneNo.[protected] were futile. The gentleman who answered the phone simply gave a rude "go to any Tanishq show room and check up" and hung up.

                    I have purchased a wrist watch from Time zone,Bashundhara city,Bangladesh showroom from the brand of titan.model no 2014 YM01GP in 24 th june,2012.after 2 months of purchase it became automatically stopped.i want to change but they disagree.they give me a option of servicing,i was not agree with that because i have the warrenty.after servicing it again stopped now.so why should i go for a brand,if it fails to provide a quality service.I wait & see more than 2 times.now it should be changed,otherwise i will not take it.it will hamper titan's image greatly.take immediate action please.waiting for your decision.Thanks.

                    TITAN — complaint

                    Respected sir , I had bought a fastrack watch no.4053pp01 on march 2009.It had gone dead five times. Last time I got it repaired from punchkula,sector 8.The mechanic said that now it will work till six months but it again gone dead.As i m living in a small and peaceful city sunam,dist. sangrur(punjab) I can,t get repiar again and again.So please replace it or repair it properly.
                    Titan has spent all the money in endorsign Amir kan as their brans embassdor now no money left to provide service to the helpless cusrtomer who have purchased watch from Titan like me i bought Titan Edge 1292SM & now its all the glaass come off i agve it to the repair & keeping the watch for more than two months its not repaire nor replaced evry time they come up with we are checking for the stocks.
                    there are so many other ways of fooling the customer

                      On date 08/06/2013, I visited Titan eye +,Pimpri, Pune to place a order of my spectacle. At the time of placing my order I never thoght, that I am going to place a horrible, worst order in my life. I placed my order (My order no- TTPC005794), for high index 1.8 glass. At the time of order, executive told me that it will take 15 days to execute (20/06/2013).I paid 2000 RS in advance. Again at the time of delivery date (20/06/2013) they told me to place reorder. They did not told me the reason, why they are going to place reorder?, again gave me another delivery date (30/06/2013),when I again visit Titan Eye, Pimpri, Pune for delivery of my spectacle today (04/07/2013) they gave a better excuse and ask me to just cancel the order…What the hell is this.?
                      Is this the really titan eye do with the customers..?..I will never ever visit again to Titan Eye, and I will never recommend any one of my friend to visit Titan Eye...This was the worst experience of my life.

                      Titan Eye — Spectacles started losing color

                      The CK branded spectacles that I bought from the Koramangala showroom started degrading within 8 months of purchase. The customer service is also very bad, almost non-existent.

                      Titan Eye — Made wrong lenses now refuse to make new

                      I had ordered glasses with Titan eye,the bifocal ,lower half is too large ,it cuts my vision,they agreed to the fault but Refused to make a new pair.
                      It is really shocking from a company like Tatas.i want to send Ratan Tata the said glasses as a gift
                      booked specs and glass on 17th and been given date 25 to collect .after visiting they do not care about anything and told it would take 7 more days. very poor service as compared to name.
                      very worse service of titan eye plus never buy 1.

                        I purchase Spectacles from Titan Eye show room in the year 2012. MY specs are out of warranty. Now recently the frame is damaged and my glasses are intact. I asked for spares but I got answers that for the Model T1705A1A1 spare parts are not available. I purchased entire set in 4550 Rs. Now for just unavalibility of spares I have to purchase entire frame which cost 1500 Rs. or more. I want to know that how can such big company deny about such spares. ???????. I am going to take titan eye to court.

                          To whomsoever it may concern,

                          Last year (May 2012) we joined the Tanishq Swarnanidhi scheme in which every month my payment will be accumulated as gold per gram according to that day's market price. We paid Rs. 36,000/- for a year on a monthly installment of 3000/- the gram accumulated at the end of my policy was 12.73. When we went to redeem our gold they said we can only take gold for that day's market price and not the accumulated gram in my account. Also they said they can redeem my cash only 32,384/- not the actual money we had paid. After 3 hours of argument they told me they have agreed to give my actual money but not the gold accumulated and also asked us to choose the jewellery. We took 11.75 grams of gold and they told us the wastage is 2 grams and we have to pay extra 3200/- after paying they gave the bill to us in which they have deducted only 32,384/- when we asked for the remaining amount of money the floor manager told me that the money value has reduced and gold rate has increased this is all we can give, take it or leave it the money will not be refunded to you. They cheated on us saying that our money will be given in full amount and once we paid the bill they were rude saying take the jewel or leave it. we took 11.7 grams of gold jewellery and paid an extra 3200/- in cash and a wastage of almost 3grams. altogether we lost 10,000/- of our money on that day to them. Please do the needful.

                          I have bought one spectacle from authorised Titan shop at balasore odisha recently. my frame gets loosened up very often.the salesman say that this happen aNd you need get it tightened at our shop. I am help lEss.

                            I uploaded my complaint few days back, but unable to see my complaint.... please help.

                            After writing my complaint of Gifted watch being damaged while given for repair, I do got calls from Titan Bangalore with an assurance that this will be cleared within 24-48 working hours but want to share (so Indians like me should not carried away with big brand names and false promises),its been 14 days now after that no revert.

                            A gentlemen from Goa Titan showroom called after lodging my complaint, "Aap sure hai aap ne damaged watch nahi de thi".......ask that "" were you sleeping when I gave that watch (if you say so), person "Manish" receiving that watch did not check and took it blindly????.....you must be having camera's also....please check that ..........

                            My receipt number is 050 dated 04/04/2013 "Titan Authorised Service Centre" Shop No. 10/11M. G. Road, Panjim, Goa.

                            Please assist me in getting my watch back......."I, My Family, My Friends: whomesoever I can convince, will never suggest to purchase "Titan" watches....And just to share as a "titan" fan I have Gold Harvest scheme also (02 no"s) with "tanishq"...will be withdrawing that also soon....

                              I purchased titan Kabana Sunglass Model No: C050PAMLMA Item:Titan HB SG kabana on Date 20/04/2013, invoice No:BAC0036800. Shop :Titan Industries Limited, No 2013, HAL 2nd stage 100 feet road indirangar Bangalore 5600038. The cost of the watch is 2800. As i purchased and left my home and opened the Sunglass and found it was defect piece and i immediately rushed in to the showroom and told them to replace it. But store Manager informed me that they don't have stock for the same piece and will get the replacement in next 2 days.

                              After 2 days i went to showroom and asked they taken my purchase bill and given me a acknowledge meant letter stating that the same piece is not available in Bangalore and they need to get from company. I give my bill on which i get a acknowledge copy of my bill on 23 April 2013. But every day i called and following up asked about the Sunglass they are simply telling Tomorrow will come. They are cheated me .They started to play with feeling and they have not even having curtsey to give me a committed date when they will receive the same.

                              Its now 11 days over since i have purchased the SunGlass but i have not even used for a single day. The torcher, pain and irresponsibility shown by the Titan showroom executives is too bad. They are now telling they will repair the Glass and give, Whey should I buy a glass which is defect?
                              I haven't bought a second hand glass.

                              I asked them to refund but they are simply denying the replacement or refund.I am helpless. The image of TATA group has been completely broken by this experience. I am helplessly registering in complaint to looking forward some solution.

                                I have bought a Titan watch at Singapore and i have been given my watch for replacement of strap and glass on 18.01.2013, were as they have given a due date on 18.02.2013, when i call up and check they still responed that they didnt got the parts, its my favourite watch, i got gift from my brother, so please needful for me to get the watch with all the fault rectified

                                  I bought two glasses, one is glass with & other one is only glass from titan eye+, banjarahills, infront of city center mall, hyderabad on 23rd Feb 2013 based on their marketing & sales commitment. At the time of sals they said we are giving six months guarrenty to our customer that our glasses wont scratch as these are all provided with anti-scratch protector where other company like crezal is not giving, if any scratch will come we will replace it, if it is within six month.

                                  After one & half month, I saw my glasses are getting scratched & when I went to the showroom, they people are showing there attitude & saying we cannot help you anything as this is a glass, any how it scratch & we cannot do anything for you. When I said, you did the commitment, how come you are saying this, they replied crezal is not giving any guarrenty then how come we will give, then aftrr they started showing their attitude & when we said we will go for consumer complaint then they are saying, go ahead do that, we dont care any body.

                                  As customer, I request you kindly do this favor and take the proper action against them.

                                    Case:1 Titan Watch
                                    I purchased a Titan watch from Titan showroom located in Pimpri Chinchwad on discount of 20%. Watch giving problem within 2-3 months. I changed the machine in warranty period but it gets almost 1month after fighting and so many mails with customer care etc. After that I got problem of day showing hand which was came out from watch. These Titan showroom and titan selling their product under Tata Brand spoiling the Tata reputation. Please I request don't buy any product from Titan, they are simply cheaters.

                                    Case:2 Tanishq Coin
                                    I brought 8gm 24K coin from Tanishq, making charge almost 1300/- and gold price is almost 3000 higher than market price. Also Tanishq having very headache product exchange or return policies. Please decide where to buy gold.

                                    Case3: Tanishq Gold Harvesting scheme
                                    I kindly request you all, don't go with this scheme... Why let me explain..
                                    Tanishq says that if you pay 3000/- (or5000/-) installments for 11 months then they pay last (12th) installment and you can purchase any jewelry of 11x3000+3000=36000/- . Even you get last installment from Tanishq, still you remain under loss let me explain..

                                    After 12th month you need to buy jewelry of Rs 36000/-

                                    Let me do reverse calculation of 36000/-

                                    1] Accumulated amount: 11x3000+3000=36000/- (As there is no cash back option, you need to buy jwellary)

                                    2] VAT 1.1% deduction from accumulated amount (1) :[protected]x0.011)=35604/-

                                    3] Making charge 5.51% deduction, after VAT deduction (2):[protected]x0.0551)=33642.22/-

                                    4] Now you can get gold of rupees 33642.22/- only

                                    5] Suppose you get gold of rupees 33642.22/- and resale again same gold in Tanishq there is 3% deduction on it..(there is no cash back option, as told early)

                                    6] Finally you get money, after deduction of 3% : 33642.[protected].22x0.03)=32632.95/-

                                    7] And you go under loss of:[protected].95=1009.267/-

                                    Suppose you invest same amount in bank, you can get at leat 33000 + intrest at the end of the day
                                    Or simply collect monthly 3000 you can get 33000 but you will not go under loss of 1009.267..

                                    i have invested in golden harvest scheme in Tanishq ,two installments have been taken by me through cheques .I have opted ECS service for payment of further installments .Three months have gone but yet not a single installment has been drawn.And whenever i make a call they don't provide any correct information.

                                    At cuttack I was went to purchase gold at tanishq shop then the salesman told that the price of gold plus more than 12 % making charge plus vat charge extra. So price of gold on that day was 2441 but due to extra charges the price reached more than 3100. Please explain why it is ?

                                      HI,

                                      I had invested in your golden harvest scheme in bhubaneswar in date 22/01/2012.
                                      When i joined than it was told to me if i get transfer anywhere than i can transfer the scheme as well.

                                      In October 2012 i transferred to Pune and since i was busy in relocation & settling-down activities so could not deposit some installment on that time.
                                      later i deposited all amount in Laxmi Road branch of Tanishq Pune.

                                      When i went to this branch for purchasing than i got the information , amount which should be added by Tanishq is very less.(30-40 %)
                                      I came to know that this is due to late payment.

                                      But I didn't have this information from your side when i started this scheme and at the end of scheme if you are saying this than its disappointing and hurting.

                                      So i think since nobody from your side had informed about this earlier, I should get full amount as committed.

                                      Please resolve it as soon as possible.
