This is regarding a "Colourstone Bangle" which i recently bought at Tanishq store which is at Banashankari 3rd stage(Near Kamakya theatre).
First of all, there is no " Clear Price Tag" on the Gold item showing the percentage of either Making or wastage. The Tanishq employee who was assisting me while buying the bangle told me that there is a wastage charge of 15% and no other charges. We went for it and...

Tanishq is No:1 Fraud Company, it's like cheating and en cashing by using reputation of its brand name.

i had been a proud customer of titan untill i went to a titan showroom located near by to buy new crown for my titan chronograph 9351NDA two days back....i was expecting a world class customer assistance from a brand like titan...but to surprise me your employees' behaviour was as if went to a roadside vendor to get my 100 bucks watch....they tried to mislead me by telling incorrect and changing again and again the expenses...

i bought edge watch from titan world south city mall kolkata, when i have purchased,they told only black belt is manufacturing, after two months i have gone in the same shop, they have red type belt is there. i have told, but nothing proper reply.pls change my belt....

I bought a watch from TITAN. Its not been a year and it has been repaired twice and again it has stopped working again. I have mailed thrice in its consumer care but there is no revert from that side. I want my watch to be replaced as soon as possible.
Is this the way TATAs work, I thought it is such a reputable organization but I have got a huge disappointment. I hope my watch gets replaced soon....

Service from Titan Eye plus Store located in Ulubari:

I ordered a pair of spectacles on 6th Oct 2012. I was promised a delivery on 13th Oct. On 18th they answered that they cannot fulfill the order even by end of Oct.

Complain: Even after repeated reminders the store people did not deliver in time. They dragged on till 18th and finally said I will only get my specs by end Oct. This is highly unprofessional and...

I have purchased TITAN RAGA watch. After 1 month its showing wrong timing due machine issue.

I given for service at Bhimavaram show room. The service is really a hell. No one taken responsibility for the complaint.

Nothing happened till 5 months.

TITAN watch is OVER PRICED for the quality. Better to go other brands. I will never buy TITAN....
