I had bought a Titan from authorised Titian showroom in Dombivili Easr. Tilak Nagar. around May 2012.
After 2-3months it started lagging, giving wrong time. Since it was in warranty period i went to the dealer and he said its mechanical problem and need to be sent to company. He assured me that i will get the watch by 24Aug-12. But as of date 05.10.2012 i have not received by watch. Most pathetic thing is that they dont even follow-up....

I took my titan watch to a service centre(S.S.Times) located in Nungambakkam.They checked and told me that water went inside the watch and so it needs to be repaired.I told them that ill bring it later and left the shop.After a few days I went to another Titan service centre and showed the watch.They checked and informed me that some screws inside the watch were missing and told to check in the shop where i gave the watch earlier.But the...

My Titan watch model 3001SM02 was given for service at COLORS WORLD OF TITAN OMR CHENNAI. Although they supposedly ''serviced'', the complaint persisted so i gave back once again, then starts the ordeal, they took 1 month to return the watch and were particularly rude when i called for enquiry. They asked to wait for the ''sms'' to know that it is ready or not. i waited 1 month for the ''sms''....

However I purchased a new Titan Orion Watch on 28th October, 2010 from the Banner Road Branch, Pune (Model No – 9234NAA Billing Amount – Rs8000). This was the first Titan watch that I purchased for my Personal Usage....

I have been to outlet of titan eye plus at Borivali west (opposite Prabodhankar Thakare Natyagruha) in order to make spectacles and lenses.
Once I entered the showroom there were around three of their employees who are supposed to attend the customers but none of them paid attention even if no other customer was there until we our self asked for the information. I am really fed up with the Titan Customer service and quality, i bought a titan octane watch 6 months back, its had an issue it automatically used to get delayed by itself, ishowed it to the titan cust service, they kept it under observation, and found it defective, it has been 20 days its with them only, i did not received any communication from the service center, but when i called yesterday, tehy say they will change...

This is about one of the Fastrack stores in sahara mall Lucknfow on 17/08/2012.the store manager and team are worst behaved and untrained staff tarnishing companies image.
