Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased a power glass costing appx. Rs.9000, a year ago from your dealer at Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore. Firstly the glasses were delivered after a month that too after repeated follow-up and visits to the showroom. It had initially Keystone problem which was corrected after many visits.
Finally was happy that i could wear my spectacles, but the happiness was shortlived, since the left side lens used to get loosened after every fifteen days o[censored]suage.
This defect was brought to the notice of showroom staff and technician. But everytime they used to merely tighten the screw and return the same. But to add to the above problems,
the coating has started coming off - slightly. I am sure this would increase with time. Your person is not willing to give me a replacement nor resolve the issues.
Also be informed that i had got a similar type of frame and glasses for my son two years ago, his is fine without a problem.
I being a repeat customer of your esteemed company, surely do not expect a poor quality product.
Request you to either resolve the above defects or replace.
Awaiting your positive reply at the earliest. Ofcourse your showroom staff have been very courteous all along but without any solution to my problem
