Dear Team,

I had given my Tommy Hilfher watch for repair to the Titan Watch Care Centre located at MGF Metropolitian Mall,M.G Road,Gurgaon.Now,the date when i gave my watch was 03/08/12 and the delivery date confirmed in the receipt is 23/08/12.However,i have gone for more than 10 times to their store to claim my watch and those guys are saying its still under repair.
Everytime they tell me tey will get back to me by calling about the status but they never did so.
My ref ID-812AN1129B194.Kindly look into this matter.

    Sir,

    I’m a loyal customer of Titan watches. In the past I have purchased a lot of watches for gifting it to my parents and family members, and I’m really proud to say that I never received any complaints. However I purchased a new Titan Orion Watch on 28th October, 2010 from the Banner Road Branch, Pune (Model No – 9234NAA Billing Amount – Rs8000). This was the first Titan watch that I purchased for my Personal Usage. The watch was no doubt worth the cost. I got a lot of compliments and I also suggested the brand to a lot of my friends and colleagues.
    However 20 days back, to my surprise I got up in the morning to find that all the 3 hands of the chronograph meter were fallen inside the watch itself. The belt had also gone through a lot of wear and tear in these 2 years. I went to the authorized service center (World of Titan, 4th block, Kormangala, near to Sony Center, Bangalore) and was really treated in a bad way. I knew that my warranty had expired and was ready to pay for changing the belt as well as for the repair of the hands. I also waited for about 2 hours but the service was really poor. Firstly they repaired the hands which took about an hour and I was waiting patiently. They repaired the watch and gave it to me; I saw that the hand which shows seconds was not set at 12 which is actually the standard format in chronograph watch. It was perfectly set at 12 when I had given the watch for repair. I brought this thing to their notice the first response that I got was that we cannot do anything about this. I had to convince them for half an hour to get the thing done again. The repair process took an hour more. I was still waiting patiently. After the problem was solved they gave the watch back. Then I found that the outer lid of the watch that is on the back side was not fitted properly. But they said that they cannot do anything. I agreed. But just an hour after I came back I found that one of the hands of the chronograph meter had again fallen.
    The second thing is that the belt of that watch was out of stock. I was very particular about buying the same belt. They communicated to me that the cost of that belt was Rs 1050/- I agreed to pay and placed the order. They said that we will inform me as soon as the belt comes. But the shock came to me after this. When I asked them how much time it will take which any laymen will ask I got a very rude reply. The person over there said that if you are in so much of a hurry you can go to some other authorized dealer and gave me 2 – 3 addresses (Jayanagar, Indranagar, Infantry Road). I stay in Electronic City hence I went to the Kormangala branch as it was convenient for me. I was sure that I will get a proper service which I didn’t. But still kept my calm and asked them to place my order. I asked them for the contact no which they refused to give. The only reason behind me asking for the contact no was to keep a follow up regarding my order.
    It’s been 15 days I have been waiting for a mail as promised but haven’t got it yet. I’m a student at SIMC – B pursuing my MBA and Communication Management and have been learning that TATA stands for trust but the act is really contradicting the fact. I would like you to take my complaint seriously and revert asap as I really have a good relationship with the brand and would like to continue the same in future.     Titan Watch — POOR SERVICING

    I had given my watch for servicing on 7 AUG 2009,it has been over a month now.The Titan staff's are telling that they have NO STOCK of this model and also they have GIVEN AN ORDER for the same.on 10th Sept 2009 also i hav not recieved and they are telling the same reason given before

      I have been to outlet of titan eye plus at Borivali west (opposite Prabodhankar Thakare Natyagruha) in order to make spectacles and lenses.
      Once I entered the showroom there were around three of their employees who are supposed to attend the customers but none of them paid attention even if no other customer was there until we our self asked for the information. Then one of the person made us sit for around 15 minutes until the optician came to check my eyes. After checking they asked whether I want to purchase spectacles or lenses I said both then he started me giving information about the glasses. As my number has not changed I just had to change the frame and wanted to take glasses having the same index so that the glasses are not thick and my eyes do not look smaller he suggested me some glass so the total cost for frame and glasses was 4045/- after that he started recommending me disposable lenses which he said cost around 6000/- rs for 12 months pack. So I asked whether I can go for yearly ones which cost just about 1800/- he said yes you can .So I placed an order and paid the required advance. after few days they called me to collect specs I went and but glasses of specs were quite thick as compared to my previous glasses and my eyes were also looking smaller .When I asked them about the same he said there is no much difference you should have gone for smaller index.When I said you should have informed me about that before but they did not pay any attention to that.
      This was about spectacles now I inquired about the lenses, he had completely forgotten about them even after taking an advance and registering the same in his computer!!!
      then he provided me some 1 day usable lenses just to see if I am comfortable with the number and when I was about to wear them he said you can take them home . I came home and put the lenses and I barely could see anything with my left eye because he had provided me with wrong power .I informed him about the same, he said we will rectify the same in your lenses and call you when your order is ready.
      After that I got busy with my routine schedule and for 1 month there was no call from their side .Then when I myself called ,he said they are not ready yet we will surely call you when they are ready.
      again I waited for around 2 weeks and called again and after calling he says we are not able to get lenses from our warehouse which is in Bangalore.
      I said what is the problem you should have informed me earlier I could have made lenses from some local optician who provides lenses within few days after placing an order. He said we have got delivery only for only one lens(left eye) and could not get order for right eye.(How Rubbish!!). Even after all the mistake he did not even say sorry once .Then finally I went for collecting the refund.
      He started searching for my name and my record if I had paid or not and he could not search it(!!!).
      He asked me for the bill but I had not received it because he himself had not given me since I had not made the full payment .
      When I told him the same,then he said 'aapka record nahi mil raha hain fir bhi main appko paisa de deta hoon'.....(As if he is doing some big compromise for me!!!)
      I couldn't say anything I took the money and left with the though that I would NEVER EVER visit their showroom again.
      I though its a good brand and went to them with hope but their staff had no proper knowledge and they did not know how to treat their customers.
      So my suggestion would be, please do not visit them its just the brand name with no quality ,no service and costly products!!!

        PBOBLEM IN BRAND NEW TITAN WATCH
        Respected sir,
        I am usually buying unbranded local watch for my personnel use. But this is the first time, I have purchased branded Titan gents watch from Titan Authorised Raopura showroom. But when I purchased, very next day it got a problem, that the Copper plating [for which they are giving me 1 Year Warranty] of clock is going to remove from belt and it is shows like an unbranded and DUPLICAT WATCH. So I visited to show room, they told me that it takes more than 1 month time for replacement and it is not sure that the same will happen free of cost also.
        I am very much sad about branded Titan watch. I have purchased specially TITAN watch only because of its brand name and quality. But now I am very much disappointed about worst product. My request is that they have to replace belt with the new one. And don’t sale this type of Duplicate Watches from your TITAN AUTHORISED SHOW ROOM. And at the same time they have to promise me that the new belt they provide me it is Quality and Origingal and keep his Copper Plating for at least waranty period.


        My request is they have to give me another Copper Platting Original new Belt in next 10 Days .

        For this you have to help me sir.

        Respected sir,
        I am usually buying unbranded local watch for my personnel use. But this is the first time, I have purchased branded titan gents watch from udupi showroom. But when I purchased, very next day it got a problem, that the clock timing is slower than actual time. So I gave it to show room, they replaced another watches machine in to this and gave me. Then it was working properly. But within two months, means today it is again in problem. The watch stopped working.
        I am very much sad about branded titan watch. I have purchased specially titan watch only because of its brand name and quality. But now I am very much disappointed about worst product. My request is they have to replace it with the new one. And don’t repair the same again and again and give it to me. And at the same time they have to promise me that it will work properly for at least waranty period. I have given the watch to the udupi showroom.
        My request is they have to give me another same brand new watch. for this you have to help sir.

          Dear Sir

          I own a Titan watch model No : 9176SCA, which purchased on31/ Oct / 2010, From World of Titan Forum Koramangala, Bangalore.

          From the DOP it is clear that the mechanism of the watch still in warranty. I was so happy with this watch and I was a hard fan of Titan Watches(Not any more).

          But suddenly the watch started to give me troubles since last 5 months.

          The problem which I had face is always the day hand was getting struck up in between the other hands.

          So I consulted with an authorized service centre in Jayanagar, Bangalore. They Said it has to send to he company service centre for further repairs.

          And it took nearly 1 month to get it back from the service centre after repairs. The main thing is the day that i got my repaired watch started to give me the same trouble.

          From this I understood the quality service provided by Titan. And again went to the same service centre they did some thing and made it correct.

          And did not given any receipt for that..

          It is very shame to tell that last 4 months I went 4-5 times with the same issue to the service centre. Always they do some work in it and made it ready.

          Even now my day mechanism is not working... And the day hand has come out from the mechanism..

          As a company Like TITAN(From TATA) not providing a proper customer support ,it is very pathetic experience for me.

          My warranty going to expire within 2 months ... And I had put a mail to Titan customer support as well. I got a reply saying

          "...I am forwarding your feedback to my colleague Ms. Grace Rajini[protected] to investigate the matter further and reply to you with the best possible solution to this circumstance.
          Please Bear with us till such time...."

          Today it is 4th day after I send the mail.. No response from them....

          Kindly do the needful in this case....

            I have lodged a complain against my titan watch which is creating so much of

            the fourth consecutive time.







            After spending some of Rs 7000 & more for a single watch,is it deserving

            for a customer?And complaining for so many times ,i didn't receive any single

            response from your end.I had requested to generate a prodata so that i can take

            a new watc from titan by replacing it no matter how much you sanction on that

            pro data,even if i have to pay some more money then also it's not a big deal at

            all.

              sir i had purchase titan watch ..with guarantee of water proof .but
              one day it was found that watch was full of moisture and water was
              rolling in the dial..i had given it for repairing.but the whole watch
              was damage by water and its radium its hands was totally damage ,due
              to labour repairing or whatever reason i dont know but my watch look
              was totally gone....now i am asking dealer to change its whole dial
              but he is asking for charges of that...and i will not give any amount
              for that.becoz its not my fault..my watch was still in guarantee
              period....plz help me in the context of this..or else i have to go for
              legal notice for that and also to consumer forum.sorry for all this
              but if you would not be able to help me then its the only way for
              me..the details are as follow:-

                HI,

                I am really fed up with the Titan Customer service and quality, i bought a titan octane watch 6 months back, its had an issue it automatically used to get delayed by itself, ishowed it to the titan cust service, they kept it under observation, and found it defective, it has been 20 days its with them only, i did not received any communication from the service center, but when i called yesterday, tehy say they will change the machinery but it is out of stock so i need to wait. i am really frustrated, they hav such issues with high end watches TITAN is the worst company for watches now they have really lowered the quality and service. though it was my last Titan watch i would like to file a complaint against consumer court so that more people do not experience this type of trouble.

                  This is about one of the Fastrack stores in sahara mall Lucknfow on 17/08/2012.the store manager and team are worst behaved and untrained staff tarnishing companies image.

                  they sold a wallet to me stating its gents however post purchase i came to know it was ladies ( it is mentioned on thier product site as ladies),on exchage after three hours ,theyd refused ,and store manager debated and argued openly ,i felt extremely embarassed and the store manager wrote on the invoice that it is not in saleable condition ,

                  They debated that it is unisex which was another lie ,i requested that once the wallet is not fitting in my backpocket of office pants what isthe use of it , i held them responsible for cheating customer by selling worng thing to wrong gender person .

                  This is the customer service which Titan gives (Gone are the days when sales was about getting money out from customer pocket by selling anything , i give a to this thaught and pity to company brand if its employees lack training on same.

                  Titan Industries Limited — Ticket Got Cancelled automatically

                  On 19/05/07 i booked my ticket from andaman and nicobar islands.
                  To Travel on 28/06/07 from Port Blair to Chennai
                  21/06/07 ticket is getting cancelled without my request. When i approched to the deccan office to file a complaint, they declined to receive any complain, till date i am fighting for justice
                  I need my money and compensation for all kind of suffering.

                  Tanshiq attitude is bad they just want to sell the products never caters to customer complains...pl take serious action agaist them!

                    Dear Sir,

                    REG:- CLARIFICATION REQUIRED ON DEDUCTION OF CHARGES.

                    REF:- SRT/DN/787 DT. 14/10/2011 : TEP/SRT/787.

                    We refer to your above said Debit Note in which we have sold 995 mark Gold of 100 Grams to your company on 14/10/2011.

                    Prevailing Exchange Rate applicable on that day was Rs. 2869/- per gram. Accordingly, the amount comes to Rs. 2,86,900/-. But Your Executive at the Show Room Issued us Debit Note of Rs. 2,78,300/-. When we asked the Executive about the Difference, she inform us that the same is “Cash Charges” @ 3 % of the value. We asked her about the mode of payment and she informed that as the payment is more than Rs. 20,000/- it will be by Account Payee Cheque. We asked her about the cheque, she informed us that the cheque will be prepared at Banglore Office and the same will be received within 7 days.

                    We were under the impression that Company will give us Bill/Receipt mentioning the charges at the time of Issuance of Cheque. But we were surprised as there is no enclosure/statement mentioning deducted charges. Even the Original receipt has been taken Back at the company Show Room.

                    We have deposited the cheque with the following objections:-

                    1. So called “Cash Charges” are too heavy and not as per customs of the business as the goods sold to your company was 995 Mark Gold (Pure) in which there are no chances of weight loss or shortage due to wear and tear and not the Jewellary/ornaments.

                    2. Customer has been issued cheque after seven days of Transaction. Customer has not been Issued Cheque Immediately or can utilize the funds Immediately. Deducted Charges resulted in to Profit of Rs. 8600/- against the cost of Cheque of Rs. 5/- or 10/- from the customer with the Profit of Rs. 8600/- (860 %). Kindly explain/clarify so called “Cash Charges”.

                    3. The company has deducted the charges without any description/mention on the bill and receipt, meaning thereby that company has not accounted the same in the books of accounts.

                    We purchased nose pin on 25 th December 2014.But within two months one diamond have came out of the pin.on 3 th March i returned it to the local showroom of my hometown Baroda.After 10 days, they informed me that "i have to pay 825 rs for repairing.How is it possible?Within 2 months my jewellery is broken one diamond came out.Is it possible?I am not satisfied with quality of Tanishq shop.If possible than give me valid reason for this.

                      I had purchased a wrist watch of Fastrack model no N3301SM02 C120 from Khera Sales Corporation Janakpuri New Delhi on 14/01/2012.

                      I start using the watch in the month of March2012 and till today the watch chain locked is broken automatically and i contracted with the Distributor and they rectify the same and change the pin part of the watch but i face the same problem 3 times and i think there is a manufacturing defect in the watch and want that it should be replace as if i lost the watch who will bear the loss for the same.

                      Please put action on the same.

                        I have given Diamond ring for servicing and the retail shop is not able to deliver me same at promise date i.e. 27 July 2012 and after visiting to Bhubaneswar Chandrasekharpur Branch many times the retail shop are not delivering my ring or not giving any answer . They are totally doing cheating and looting to customer.

                          I bought a wrist watch worth Rs. 3500 in tital show room gulbarga. Same day Dial (outer top portion) gone band (broken edge, since it was made of glass i realized). I went back to the show room and shown the fault, they never took it back and since I'm living in bangalore i went to bangalore and begged for exchange because outer what is called Dial is made up of glass. They said it cannot be expunge u can get it gulbarga and do the same. But i called gulbarga showroom people they told it cannot be exchanged (within 1 week). I get it repaired it by paying 250 rupees more. Now i am in Hamburg Germany. Today to my surprise I'm seeing my watch Dial broken (seen a think broken line). What to do i am totally go foolish after buying Titan watch. If possible please help me the watch has manufacture defect because glass made dials will not be safe i don't understand how designer came up this stupid idea of making glass dial (after its breakage only i realized that it is made of glass that very cheap quality)

                            I had requested them to change / repair it but they refused saying that it is not a

                              I bought a titan chromograph watch model number-93435M01, it has been a very very bad experience within 6 months watch is not working properly, it has got mechanism problem it gets delayed, i have given the watch to the titam service center, but the experience is very very bad,i think it is the last titan watch i have bought. the worst company for the watch, company says it will be replaced it there is any issue, but when i claimed the warrenty, they say just the machine will be changed and it will take 15 days, thats really sad.titan should improve their product quality.

I bought a fastrack watch model number 4049 from the shop (seiko watch house) salim complex in changanacherry.After the usage of some weeks, my watch stopped completely and i returned it to the concerned watch house on 8-6-2012.Since then it has been 47 days and i havent got the replacement.                                 My titan edge was given for service at titan outlet in marin drive, Kochi.they took 2 months for the service(may 2014-july 2014).and till it's not working.hoping a positive replay.

                                I'd given the watch at SAKTHI NIMISHA (Address : No.204 & 205, Near IIM, Op. to HSBC, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore) to fix the second hand that had fallen off from dial.

                                The CUSTOMER ACK NO - 115AS1301B11087, but the service guy damaged the second hand and movement stopped. Later he told that it had to be sent to factory to repair. After a wait of 3 weeks I was told that the watch cannot be repaired as the spare parts are not available and mentioned that company would buy back with 75% depreciation cost.

                                After i posted a complaint in TITAN's facebook page, those guys now saying the new movement is available and they will replace it with additional cost.

                                Initially your guys say, there are no spare parts and now they are saying the movement is not working and it has to be replaced and charging some Rs.2000. How come the movement got damaged that it has to be replaced with the new one.

                                What kind of customer service, your authorized dealers are providing. what started as a visit to fix the second hand and now the watch was damaged to the extent that movement will have to be replaced.

                                Such a poor service quality of titan. I will never buy a titan watch in rest of my life and will never recommend anybody.

                                  We had purchased spectacles from titan eye+, kodambakkam branch around April 2011. I was suggested to take Titan Lens. Currently, the coating has peeled off from the glass. When we contacted the shop from where we purchased, they had bluntly replied that they will not be able to do anything. Also replied that this issue is there for titan eye lens and it occurs rarely. Unfortunately I am one of that rare customer. I have been using glasses for long, but have never encountered such an issue. I chose Titan with good expectations on the quality. But disappointed now on quality as well as customer service. I had mailed them asking for a replacement for my lens, but i never even got a reply from them. I always liked titan for their quality with the same trust we chose Titan Eye but its not worth it. The product quality and customer service is very bad. I dont recommend Titan eye for anyone.

                                    I along with my wife visted the Titan Watch showroom, Bisra Road, Rourkela on 10/07/2012 at 7 pm to buy a ladies watch. We were selecting a sutiable model and took 30 minutes. The sales man told us to come in noon time of next day as they can not permit so much time in night hour to select the item. This remark hurt us too much, hence we returned back. As there is no alterante Titan watch shop available at Rourkela, Orissa i am deprived to purchase a tItan watch.

                                      Titan watch purchase price Rs.750 after 2 years before I have troble with rust forming on stem along with adjestable screw and I cleaning every 6 months Every time Tital Service centre collect Rs.350/=

                                      I purchased duty paid shop watch Rs.350/= It is life is more than one year without battery change
                                      I have decide use and throw watch is best for middle class people
