Its has been extremely unsatisfying experience for me after purchasing a Automatic watch worth Rs. 12500/-. The watch started having issues from day 1 and has never worked well till date.
It either stops or runs late even after winding and wearing on daily...

The pathetic Ineptitude of the Titan EyePeople in Delhi is shameful, to say the least. There is a titan eye shop in Vijay Block, Lagar, Delhi. I opted for a spectacle with lenses(No. TDVM004668 dated 23.9.11) for which delivery was to be made on 27.9.11. It was again and again specified to them that since i would be going out of station on 28.9.11, the delivery should be made on time, which they agreed.

I had gift cards of TITAN Watches complimented by Axis Bank. I presented the card to the TITAN WOELD at Maninagar against my purchase.After swiping the card 2-3 times the dealer said there is zero balance in the card. The lady manager at the stores abused me like something and i felt too much insulting while there were many customers at stores. I paid cash for my purchases and left the shop.

I've been using spectacles for about 35 years now. Never have any problems of scratch on lens at all. This is first time ever I faced this problem and it is being difficult to strain my eyes with those scratch marks on center.

I approched with a 3 years old wrist watch to World of Titan a show room and service centre for wrist watch in Cuttack city at Baxi Bazar for repair.The defect was that the locking pin which connects the chain(band) to timepiece was broken and the same pin was to be replaced with new one. The staff of service centre accepted the watch and issued a receipt telling the watch would be repaired within 2 days and the charge would be Rs 50/-...

I had purchased 18KT Diamond Bracelet vide bill no BRD CM 3913 dated[protected]. This Bracelet was an invaluable piece of jewellery not only because it was purchased from Tanishq but also as it was a birthday gift from my husband. It was the most lovable jewellery that I possessed and therefore it taken care of always.

"Purchase Titan Edge and your bad time starts immediately"

Last year (June 2010), I purchased a Titan Edge wrist watch from the authorized Titan dealer in Aligarh (U.P) and paid more than 7500/- INR.

Within a period of one year, the watch went out-of-order four times.

For first 3 times, I went to the authorized dealer, he took it back repaired and gave back in few days.
Anyway,...

I bought a Fast Track watch strap (which the shopkeeper claims that it costs Rs. 300) and a watch cell at Titan showroom, City center, Banjara Hills, Hyedrabad. The shopkeeper charged me Rs. 500 and didn't give me a bill. The lady (who repaired my watch) charged Rs. 180 just for the cell. Moreover, she didn't give me the bill. I wish action is taken on the management of the showroom. I wish someone catches them red-handed....
