[Resolved]  Titan Company — Not received watch belt after 60 days

I have submitted my watch two times in titan care to get new metallic belt. But not received the belt.Titan care imformed me that the belt has come but it's not fitting to watch.. The same reason from them two times. I wait for more than 60 days for that...??? Very bad service provide by them...:-( Waiting for positive response and where I can complaint about this.

Deny to Exchange Titan Obaku within 24 hours

I purchase Titan Oblku (black) from Unique Electronics, Souren Roy Road, Kolkata 700034 on 07.02.2014. As the date of the watch is very small and it very difficult to read I wanted to exchange it but they denied.
