but frequently watch is laging and now not showing correct time.

even at that time your centre not delived me my watch on time.

    Dear Team, On 12th January 2016, I Had Done Booking which is still not picked up from the location and while calling again for the pick up the person who recieved the calls is not attending the call properly saying there is no network and other person disconnected the call, One person name is Naveen, We have our account, account no .055753 in your company, its really sad despite your company is too slow in service, your company should be polite with the customer for your inconvience .The person who attend the call is not knowing their duty i supposed.       Respected titan board of members and the concerned managers. Just think about the issue which is faced by me in your titan showroom and service center, I NEED A CLARIFICATION ON THE BELOW POINTS: 1.Will the titan watches company provide the spare parts for the existing customers or not, 2.Will the company wouldnt provide suppose if the customer doesnt have the bill and phone number. 3.The way they respond is very negligency in the showroom and service centre, in DWARAKA NAGAR BRANCH, VISAKHAPATNAM, ANDHRA PRADESH, INDIA i went to your showroom for a change of a broken glass of titan watch, they simply say bring bill or phone number, then i asked the staff in titan watch showroon that, will you not provide any spare parts of my titan watch if i doesn't have a bill or phone number, then they simply says we don't provide any spare parts for get the order from the showroom, if that is the case IS THE TITAN WATCH IS A USE AND THROUGH WATCH.         Purchased watch from h.M.Watch co. 147, 148 & 151 radha bazar street, kolkata-700001, date of purchase: 16/01/2015 bill no. 46 when i purchsed it it had a warranty of 2 months and since the day of purchase i had been facing problem with the watch as it had some problems with belt as the watch gets opened by itself but the shop didnt provide me any help and was asked to move to titan customer care. But still my problem could not be solved.

          My father decided to gift me a watch, the picture of which was clicked and sent to me for my approval. On receiving, I found a part of the glass broken, which somehow exempted attention at that moment. However, we had a picture with a dent in the glass quite visible. We decided to go to the shop and ask if the situation would be considered, also showing the picture. The shopkeeper or so called ' manager' instantly assured us that he would replace it and call us once the product arrived, because at that moment the same watch was not available. He also suggested to take watches of the same type of different colour, but as I wanted the same, he asked me to wait for 2-3 days. He even called us that the product had arrived. One day later, when we went, we were absolutely flabbergasted at his denial of all previous incidents. Firstly, he told us that we would require to pay for any sort of repair. Later he told us that the photo was not clear. Lastly, he said that the product came, but was sold out the day before. And this person here, sitting in an air conditioned showroom of titan calls himself a manager. This sort of behaviour is completely unexpected from such a renowned brand. This not only makes us question the person's character, but also brings a risk factor regarding the reputation of the brand. Besides, this is a perfect example of harassing customers, calling them up and then making up tales randomly. This should be brought to notice to anyone willing to buy from this showroom in acropolis mall, kolkata. There we were asking for a plausible reason foe such a behaviour from the person at the counter. Nonetheless, we were just greeted by nonchalance of the manager and a lopsided grin of the sales girl.

              I purchased a few Titan watches online from Flipkart on 18-Nov-2015 and wanted to avail services under warranty (chain-adjustment). I went to Jaiswal Enterprises at Kharagpur (WB). They rudely told me that I required to pay for service. I told them it's under warranty nut they kept on refusing. I had to spend Rs. 400/- to get the adjustment done on some other local watch shop. I already have a complaint with Titan # 1024721, but it hasn't been paid proper attention.

                Sir, I have given a damaged product (watch) for necessary repair at your authorised service centre located at Dwarakanagar, Vizag on 10/11/2015. Reference Id is 1115AS00817B11337. The customer acknowledgement form given be service centre, has been misplaced at our end. Without this, we request them to trace out in system for gen-unity. Without any tracing, they clearly and straightly denied that there is no any record found of payment Rs 225/- towards repairs paid by us on 10/11/2015. Particularly the female staff employed at centre are misbehaving worst. To save my self respect, i returned from service centre without any answering. In marketing, customer is god. But at this centre your female staff are goddesses. Please take some care on your staff to maintain some business standards.

                      Referring to opening of my GHS 12 months scheme at Tanishq showroom, 9 Astley hall, Dehradun - 248 001, Uttarakhand. A/C no: DDU/[protected]/2015, encircled ID[protected], I would like to withdraw my deposit of Rs. 8000, being deposited from July to October. The showroom is closed and there has been no information of the closure of showroom. I have tried to contact them but in vain. I have therefore lost faith on this scheme and there is no second thought for withdrawing my deposit. Please tell me the procedure for withdrawing money

                        I had purchase a fastrack watch model no-9463al08 dt-06/08/2015 from kolkotta diamond dimenisions pvt ltd. watch warany period is 1year after 2 month the watch suddenly fell down from my hand the belt is broken.that is only for company pesting problem there is no fault from our side. i had gone to titan showroom in raipur they told me you have pay full amount for new belt guarantee is only in more than rs.40000 watch. when my freind want to purchase a watch they are telling there is full guarantee of watch for 1 year in belt also. delear cheat to every customer please change my belt immedietly... i had also complain several times but no response will come from their side

                          This is the 3rd occurrence of EXTREMELY BAD QUALITY and TOTALLY ABSENT AFTER-SALES SERVICE from Titan. We purchased a new Titan watch for INR 13000/- in Nov 2014 which developed defects in less than 1 year. We lodged a complaint with Titan and as a resolution for the faulty product and unavailability of spares, I was given a credit note which we utilized for purchasing another Titan watch. Now, just after 2 months of purchase, the new watch has developed defects on both the pins that hold the watch body with the straps and my wife almost lost the watch in a showroom as it simply came off the strap and dropped. I took the product to Titan Flagship Store at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad on 29-Nov-2015 for a repair. I was informed that the replacement pins were not available anywhere and she promised to check and revert in the next 3-4 days but I haven’t heard back even after a week. My wife has been forced to go to work without a watch for the last 1 week and we still do not know what can be expected in the future. Note that this is the 3rd time we are going through the same pain due to the totally crappy products manufactured by Titan. This time, we do not wish to take a replacement as we firmly believe that making high quality watches is simply outside Titan’s capability and the brand is just afloat on its historical reputation. The after-sales service is simply not there and replacement parts totally unavailable. Please let me know the resolution for this issue IMMEDIATELY and GET THIS FIXED right away.

                            Dear Team, i have invested in the said scheme on the month of April 2015. and given instruction for ECS every month but after a month i realize that ECS is not GOING.i visited Tanishq showroom bundgarden pune they told that SBI Bank is taking time, and request me to pay 2 installment i refused and request them to close my account they have also refund my initial payment or rs.5000. after said incident every month i was getting mail for ECS present and every time i write back that i have closed the account but they keep on sending the mail for ecs Present, but after my mail they have not deducted the ECS amount, But on 16th Nov 2015 they have deducted the Amount of Rs.5000. due to this i found short in my account and could not pay my child school fee. which is due. now i want compensation for mental harassment..

                              Sir, i have bought mangal pandey collections watches at tirunelveli tamilnadu showroom. on 2006.but still now watch is running good. but no use. for past 4 yrs i didnt get straps in leather frequently. the straps they given for past 4years not cmng even 4 months.any the straps rnot available for past 2 yrs. my mob no.[protected]

                                Hi,
                                I purchased a titan watch worth Rs. 11995 from World of Titan (Lajpat Nagar-2, Delhi). It was a gift for my sister but she didn’t like the design. I went to titan store next day and requested to return the product and refund my money as its been less than 24 hours since i purchased the product. But she refused to refund saying that you should have come before closing of shop. I mean what kind of policy is this?? Policies are not driven by sunrise and sunset, it shall be time bound. Also there was nothing mentioned on bill regarding refund.
                                I requested her to give me gift coupon or tanisqh coupons of same price but she refused. Finally i said i will buy some other watch of her choice but she said no
                                you have to buy the product of same price.
                                1) Nowhere on bill its mentioned that product can’t be refunded. When it was told to store manager he said we will print from next time
                                2) Why I shall buy a watch of exactly same price. Why I can’t buy something of lower price in exchange if I like the design.
                                3) We are Titan customers since 1989 and never felt this kind of cheating attitude and rude behavior from Titan.
                                4) The store manager pushed my pregnant wife and shouted to go out of store.

                                I have returned the watch to lajpat nagar store without taking anything in exchange or refund money. We don't care about money and as a token i have left your watch in store for free but I will make sure i will go to court if you don't take necessary action against these people cheating in name of titan . Never believed that being a loyal customer for 3 generation will feel so much humiliations .

                                  I have mobile audio visual recording of the transaction.. On 19th Nov.2015. I was with The World of Titan, Shop No.29, 30, 31, Dev's Arcade, Samarth Nagar, Nashik 422 005 Tel. 6601001 I had carried out replacement of battery from the above said shop of The World of Titan. The Battery replacement and servicing charges were taken Rs. 188.00 for two batteries. Actually servicing charges quoted in the bill are Rs. 90.00 but only battery replacement of two Titan watches is carried out. The Servicing of both the watches is not done because, in front of me only batteries are changed within five minutes time. The same experience is with many of my friends. I have all audio visual recording data of the same. How will you help us in this regard. Should we proceed to consumer court... should we give the publicity of this cheating to the media of this Titan Service center which nis located at Nashik, Maharashtra.. Should we spread this VDO of cheating so that it will spread through Whats Up I am having Billing copy attached for your kind perusal. Pl. suggest...                                     I got a wrist watch 4 years back. Its strap is worn off. I showed it to many titan stores. They kept it for 20 30 days every time and then told me that we dont produce this model anymore so we dont have spare parts. So we wont be able to repair this. And the same Model was in the show case. So suppose if i but that new watch and it gets damaged in warrunty period then too they wont have anything to repair it with. As they dont produce its parts anymore.
                                    In short for my watch they dont have parts but the same model is in the show case to be sold. How will they satisfy The new customer !?

                                      Purchased the Obaku model watch in 2010 at a price of 10, 000 at Hyderabad Central.
                                      Used the watch regularly with care and affectionately.
                                      Have faced repeated problems with KEY ROD, Even after replacement through authorised dealer, problem still persists.
                                      Everytime i end up paying more than 1000/- for every visit which includes, replacement of rod, oiling, and battery misc.

                                      Looking forward for complete replacement of watch and ready to pay necessary additional charges

                                        i have purchased above model on 9/5/15, but getting bad experience, never found 30 days continuous running my watch, already 3 times it was repaired, but problem not solved,
                                        guarantee period for 6 months .
                                        With in guarantee period my watch already repaired by service
                                        service centre 3 times,
                                        again it was stop working .From 5/11/15
                                        pl. Advice for best result .
