I purchased a titan watch worth Rs. 11995 from World of Titan (Lajpat Nagar-2, Delhi). It was a gift for my sister but she didn’t like the design. I went to titan store next day and requested to return the product and refund my money as its been less than 24 hours since i purchased the product. Purchased the Obaku model watch in 2010 at a price of 10, 000 at Hyderabad Central.
Used the watch regularly with care and affectionately.
Have faced repeated problems with KEY ROD, Even after replacement through authorised dealer, problem still persists.
Everytime i end up paying more than 1000/- for every visit which includes, replacement of rod, oiling, and battery misc.

guarantee period for 6 months .
With in guarantee period my watch already repaired by service
service centre 3 times,
