ir, I have purchase Titan (G) Chain Watch (ND9324sm01J) on 31/10/2014, Dealer : Krishna Watch Company, Begum Bridge, Near Jagat Cinema, meerut, Purchaser name : Mrs. Sarita Prajapati but i have not satisfied titan watch because i wearing this watch on purchasing date & this watch is stop automatically many many times . I have seeing this watch your authorised service centre, he is repair than some days ago watch is automatically stop again, So I am totally fed up with Titan brand watch if you have any permanent solution of my problem than let me know immediately otherwise i will registered the case in Consumer Care Complaint office .

    I'm a titan dealer based in Kasaragod, Kerala. I have been in this field since 1967. I have been selling titan watches since 2003. My experience has been getting pathetic day by day as far as the quality and after sales service of the Titan watches are concerned. Whatever reputation I have earned for these years have been at stake solely due to the poor quality n after sales service rendered by your company. Now I am compelled to tell all my esteemed customers about the poor quality n poor after sales service before they buy any titan watches thus protecting my hard earned reputation. Recently, I have come across a situation whereby my reputation has severely been damaged due to the following incident. I'm writing this expecting keen and prompt action from your end. Incident: one of my permanent esteemed customer came with a titan automatic watch model no. 90010WL in March 2014 which was gifted to him for his marriage a couple of years back. The watch was given to me for the replacement of the glass which had developed a minor crack like thing, which I suggested the customer to use as it is as such a tiny crack would never matter to the watch. But customer was adamant saying wearing cracked glass watch is not a good sign. So I had to send it to the nearest service centre in Kozhikode through the distributor M/S:Mini Trading Corporation, Calicut. The watch was then booked for the replacement if the glass n months together had been passed awaiting report/replacemenet of the glass. After a year for now, the service centre has been telling that a the watch had been sent to the factory in Hosur and the factory doesn't have such a watch anymore either to replace as a whole or only the glass. Then the customer asked me to get the watch back from the factory which the service centre is saying once the watch sent to the factory will never be returned and instead asked me to give the customer any other model for a 30% discount. FYI, the watch in question values over 12000/-Rs and moreover, anything gifted carries only sentimental value which cannot be valued in terms of money. The customer now is adament in getting his watch back which the service centre is saying impossible to do so. Now, my reputation has been severely damaged beyond repair, all the credit goes to titan watch service centre. I have tried to purchase the same model watch (thinking that i would bear the cost and replace the watch to the customer that would save my damaged reputation) from many retailers across India and none of the retailer have one. Kindly let me know what can be done to solve the above matter as this has no solution from my end. FYI, kindly note the contact numbers of the concerned parties involved in this.       I have Anuttara points of worth Rs.319/ in my credit (Anuttara number:[protected]. On 24/04/2015 I purchased gold ring worth Rs.17641/ at your Tanishq KPHB PHASE-VI branch and I requested them to redeem the Anuttara points . They rejected to redeem saying, you will be given a new card called encircle and these Anuttara points will be credited to encircle account.They issued me the encircle card bearing number:[protected].In that letter it was cleared mentioned that "Your current point balance from existing program gets transferred to your encircle account." But surprisingly I received a letter from Mr.Sandeep Kulhalli(Sr.VP-Retail&Marketing) saying my Anuttara points are about to lapse on 12 th June 2015.He sent me a cheque also for Rs.319/ dated 29/04/2015.Again went to Tanishq along with the cheque for redeeming but again they rejected saying their system is not showing any such points.I could not get any proper response from your help desk also. NEITHER YOU HAVE TRANSFERRED MY ANUTTARA POINTS TO ENCIRCLE ACCOUNT NOR YOU HAVE REDEEMED IT.SO I AM REQUESTING YOU TO TRANSFER MY ANUTTARA POINTS TO ENCIRCLE ACCOUNT UNCONDITIONALLY.
      I purchased anuttara card long back.. I don't remember the date n year... But now I got card... Bearing num[protected]...can u tell me status of the card

        Dear Titan Please do not provide false information As i had bought a HTSE watch as you know the color is black and it fades away in 2 months despite of rare usage And again the only question comes to mind is why invest in a titan for a high range watch instead buy some brand if this is the quality if titan I only bought the watch as i had very high expectations from titan and a sens of pride but sadly your pathetic customer care has worn all that off now i will never suggest or buy a titan watch again in my life at least Also the customer care did change the case but it took 2 months of false commitments and lot of followups and the new case was of such low standard and quality that the paint peeled of in one month very dissapointed and again the watch has been submitted and is with titan for 15days and all customer care is doing is making false commitments Thanks Yashwant [protected]

          I had purchased spects from titan eye+ showroom, race course, baroda worth rs.3600. Spects were found defective and same was returned back on 7th june for replacement. Tat for replacemet given was 14th june but till time i have not received my spects.
          No feedback received from the showroom till time.

          I want my money back as money is taken from me.

            Bought a watch from your registered showroom in jaipur past year. By the passing time we saw a kind of scratch on the back side of dial usually its not possible to get a scratch on that part. As it start increasing and cover the whole area of dial making it look weird from the sideways of dial. Now when i tried to wear my watch coz of those scratches it put bruises on my wrist.

              I had bought a titan spec from Bhubaneswar saheed nagar shop on 10th may 15.they had assured me if any scratch comes they will replace it.I ordered and got it delivered same day because it is powerless.when I was buying I saw a gentleman arguing with titan personals saying they are not replacing something.but more then that he was shouting because he had left his spec there and waiting for their call for 2 months and they were never giving any information to him even by phone or when he came their few times.I thought sometime it happens and bought mine. After they delivered my spec I found scratches on frame which was made while fitting glasses.They said they will replace and I can come any time within warranty period. I went with the spec.after few days I got a scratch on glass.I gave it at titan saheed nagar on 24 may.but I had no receipt.my mistake I had lost it.they received it seeing duplicate bill and verifying it.they said they will inform me soon how to deal with it. I got no call from them ever.then I went to them again on 20 June, they said scratch is big and I need to pay.I paid for a new glass and they promised to deliver next day. Since then I have called them 3 times till now and they are saying they will call me back but they are not. I am surprised it took 7 hrs to deliver my new spec after making it.but I don't know how long it take to change a glass without power!! More then that they don't care even to inform if it is going to be late or some problem. So titan knows to sell not to give service Dr Nilamani Patra [protected]

                today i went to gold souk to buy a pair of kundan jewellery, however at the time of payment, the billing person swipped my sbi card but unfortunately the transaction failed. then for three more times my sbi card was swipped but it failed to transact the money. the feedback which we received from the staff was the amount was exceeding the limit of debit card. after waiting for at least half an hour, the conclusion drawn was the problem with their swipping machine...#poorservice#unexpected

                  I had purchased a TITAN Raga Watch Model No.2370YAA from your Titan Showroom in Pune. I had approached your almost all Titan Showroom for replacement of Belt. But the exact Belt design is not available anywhere and I did not like duplicate Belt, even I don’t want the original Titan Belt of different design. This model is of Maroon color and it will not match with any other Belt color. I am a Big fan of Titan raga watches and need the exact original Belt again for my watch. Could you please help me to get the Original same design Belt for my Watch.

                    Dear Team, My Wife had given TITAN RAGA watch for servicing at Authorised servicing centre at Naupada Thane, initially they took one month and changed the glass with scratched grass and said the machine is not faulty.but it was clearly visible that the machine is dead, then again we gave it for replacement of machine again this time glass was changed and there is no improvement in machine working it is still dead and not working.please take a strong action against the servicing center guys, being a TATA employee iam not at all impressed with the working of the service center. Till date i have spent 1200 Rs on servicing still the watch is dead.

                      Hello sir/ma'am I've been to ur store world of Titan in hsr layout and I have purchased fastrack watch ND3072sm01 today at 23/06/2015. 11:16 Doc no:[protected] After I purchased I found there is a defect in glass as it was not fixed/pasted properly. I went to ur store and requested them to replace it. But your staff or manager. Was not at all helpful. He is not ready to exchange. He has opened the glass and again pasted with glue. I didnt have a proper peace of mind visiting to your store I request you to please find me a needful help.

                        I had purchased a TITAN Watch Model No.9404NAA from your gandhidham TITAN Company outlet on 5.3.2015 I had approaced your Gandhidham Showroom on 20.5.2015 for replacment o[censored]pper Glass of my Watch. they told me that glass charges will be Rs 200/- Now they are telling that they do not have glass and whole body would be have to be replaced charges will be 450/-. Why should i pay for whole body and why my glass in not in warranty My glass hould be replaced free of charge.

                          Sir, I purchased one ladies watch Design :NE2499SL, purchase date: 08/03/15 from SARGAM TRADING AND SERVICE WORLD OF TITAN, G-2, 3, 4, Deepa Plaza, M.G Road, Mangalore- 575003. Same watch handed for repair due to STOPPAGE MG RPLS on 01/05/15 and expected on 01/06/15 as per the work receipt given by shop.After repeated call and visiting the shop reply given was it is sent to Bangalore for repair last week again called up and they informed it is coming from Bangalore but still not received neither they are informing me inspite of repeated calls and the shop is under renovation so the phone lines are also working. Kindly look into this at the earliest or return back my money. Regards Umesh

                            I had been to Titan show room at DVG road, Bangalore since my watch(Titan RAGA) was not working.Asked one of the service guy there to do cells replacement. After 10min he returned saying that watch has some functionality problem and it takes 20days to get that done should send somewhere for that and charges 500INR for same. Later i took my watch and returned back then with local watch repairer i could get back my watch in working condition just by replacing the cells... If respective services are like this how can one relay on same. Really very bad experience and after buying such a costlier watch whats the guarantee that we will get gud service from Titan...

                            I have purchased a TITAN watch fro WATCH SQUARE 474 C T H Road Ambattur Chennai 600 053 vide inv no 02 POS 2393 dated 01.06.14 warranty one year
                            It means it will work one year only.
                            on 20.05.15 i have given the above watch for repair it strucked twice and it stopped during night time when remove from hand they repaired and has given to me and again the same problem. Again i gave on 26.06.15 vide CAF No AMB 568 dated 26.06.15 with complaint: Stoppage (Third Time) They called up today to collect the same.

                              I bought titan fastrack watch to gift my other from vashi new mumbai inorbit mall WHICH INCLUDES THAT ONE CAN CHANGE WITHIN ONE MONTH OF PERIOD AT ANY SHOWROOM IN INDIA. MOTHER wanted another design and WENT TO VADODARA SHOWROOM WHERE THEY TOLD THAT THERE IS A SCRATCH WHICH CANT BE SEEN ON NAKED EYE ONLY SEEN BY BILORI GLASS AND REFUSED TO EXHANGE EVEN IF GIVEN EXTRA PAYMENT of the watch which she liked. THE THING IS WHEN WE BUY WE DONT USE THAT GLASS WHICH WAS USED BY TITAN SHOWROOM AT VADODARA RACECOURSE CIRCLE. THEY FOOL US SAYING U CAN BUY OTHER DESIGN WITHIN ONE MONTH AND PLAY WITH Feelings of customer.

                                I GAVE MY TITAN WATCH FOR SERVICE. THE MAIN COMPLAINTS ARE STOPPAGE, DIAL REPLACE, RUST, CASE CHAIN RUSTED ETC. I GAVE MY WATCH BEFORE 50 DAYS. FROM THE SERVICE CENTER THEY TOLD WITHIN 45 DAYS THEY WILL GIVE SERVICE AND REPLACE THE WATCH. BUT AFTER 45 DAYS I CALLED TO SERVICE CENTER, THE REPLY WAS THAT THE PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. WE CHOSE TITAN AS A BRAND, BECAUSE FOR ITS AVAILABILITY OF VAST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. NOW THEY ARE READY FOR PROVIDING SOME DISCOUNTS FOR NEW WATCH.                                   I had delivered my above Titan watch at your Showroom, 48, Gariahat Road, Kolkata - 700 019 on 23/5/15 vide bill No. 25 (2) 33 as it stopped working. After inspection I was told that the watch needed servicing with battery change. The necessary cost would be around Rs.400/- and delivery has to be taken next day itself as the shop would be closed for renovation work for 15 days. I delivered the watch vide abovementioned receipt and the next day itself I collected the watch after necessary repair and I was charged Rs.394/-. To my utter surprise the next day while I was wearing the watch I found that the dial glass disappeared and consequently the dial was damaged without my knowledge. Immediately on reopening the shop after renovation I produced the watch at the shop and informed the concerned that there was negligence in fitting of the watch in a hurry and therefore the dial glass came out of the body of the watch causing damage to the dial also. But the concerned at the repairing department of the shop did not agree and asked me to pay another Rs.647/- for replacing the entire body. You may appreciate that in view of the hurried delivery on the next day itself along with so many watches I presume, the fitting of the watch was done carelessly and I had to incur the expenditure of Rs.647/- vide Cash memo No3327 dated 12/6/15. I would therefore request to handle my complaint in a justified manner and refund Rs.647/- at your convenience.                                     I have visited your Titan Care Show Room at Buchirajupalem, NAD Kotha Road, Visakhapatnam for changing of battery and belt to my watch. I have purchased belt for my watch at a cost of Rs. 810/-( Value : Dist + Tax of Rs. 707.42 including VAT) @ 117.78 ) and for battery the cost of battery they said for Rs 120/- but they have taken Rs.60/- for service charges for changing of battery without intimating me. The Invoice/Bill No. is 528, dated 11.06.2015. They have taken total amount of Rs. 990/- instead of taking 930/-(Cost of Belt of Rs. 810/- and Battery of Rs. 120/-). They have not even tell the truth about for taking the excess amount of Rs. 60/-. It is too ridiculous to take 60/- for change of battery in the watch.                                       I have Titan watch, I started facing issue like it stops all pf a sudden for aome few hours and agian it starts working. I gave for repair in Titan show room in marathahalli near innovative multiplex. They said they need to book. I agreed. After almost 15 dayz they returned my watch, It worked for few days then it again stoped. I went back to the shop they took the watch again after 30 min they camw back said just some loose screws so causing the issue. I agreed. Again the watch atoped working so went again they booked the watch again to send it the Titan main office as per there words as its in extended warranty. They retyrned me after 20 odd days . It worked smooth for 10 days and again it stoped working properly. Please help me on this. It seems they are just playing around
