    Hello, i purchase titan Watch Model 9166NL02 two years before for almost 7000/-INR. now my watch strap is damaged i want to purchase new strap for same model. but Titan show room/service center JM Road pune says. company has stop this model and Strap is not available in market/company. fit another strap.
    in this i raise a complaint titan ([protected]) also but i dint receive any feed back.
    if i fit another strap its not look good.
    so suggest before purchase from TITAN please ask shall we get support or not other wise it is diffuclt to get required accessories.

      Not recieved my watch till date. Sent for repair. Watch had problem with chronograph after 2 months. This watch i got after replacement of previous automatic watch which gave problem in the first month o[censored]se. For that replacement i waited 2 months and now this watch also gave up. When will i receive it after repair. Very bad of titian they broke my trust will never buy anything from them.

        I bought a watch from Titan.co.in website on date 11-Feb-16, order # EC00091605 . Within 2 days after receiving the order, I raised a request to return the product on 15-Feb-16 via email, as mentioned in their return policy. On not receiving any response, I dialled to their customer support, and learned that no action was taken on my email. They acknowledged my email and opened a return request and told me that it will take 8-10 business days to get the return done.
        However, even after my numerous emails and calls to their customer care, no action has been taken from their end, they won't even reply to my emails. It's a harassment from their end and a pathetic experience for me.

        I hope some strict action to be taken against them, so that they do not take their customers for granted.

          I ordered a watch which was delivered to me and I found that watch on without any tag used in a new watch to stop it's functioning also from the condition it appeared as the watch was used so I raised return request on 17 Jan but till date they have not scheduled a pick up and always say that kindly bear with us and pick up will be made. Now yesterday they asked me to drop the watch at a place which is 85 km from here just because i told them that i am going to complain to consumer forum.

            I have purchased the above mentioned fasttrack watch from your showroom (TC 3/2249 (1&2), SP Tower, Opp. Kendriya Vidyalaya, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695004) on 01/01/2016 inform I regret to inform you that a brand new watch like fasttrack`s crown broken after 2 weeks of purchase on (12/01/2016) I gave watch for repair and it was returned after replacing the crown only on 16/02/2016. The crown was again broken after 5 days of replacing the crown again I had to give my brand new watch for repair. I would request you to replace to another model with a new model watch. Otherwise i will be forced to charge case against the company at consumer court for cheating me with a low quality product.

                Hi, this is pasha..

                Respected consumer support staff.

                I am being tortured by the titan employee.
                he had taken my number and started giving deadly warnings.

                please save me from the deadly company titan.

                The story begun here.
                I have ordered a belt for my wrist watch three months ago and I have
                beengiven a false assurance that I will be getting my belt in 20
                days.three months are already past.now I made a call to titan customer
                care and asked for help.miss jyothi had lodged a complaint and asked
                me to wait for two workingdays and I did the same.now I had made a
                call on third day and now the heromr Anil Kumar comes onthe screen. he
                had picked my call and harshly asked me to wait for twomoredays as it
                was a weekend.two days have been past.I again called on third day and
                the hero mr Anil Kumar picked the call andstarted criticizing me. he
                was saying that its a national holiday on 26thjanuary.hence the
                discussion was started between the customer service executive anda
                customer. he was overlapping and dominating me and he was laughing..
                hehad even challenged me and hence I asked to transfer the call but
                any howhe refused and after a long discussion he had did. i asked the
                superior tolidtenthe call records and get back to me. and they did the
                same and afterlistening to the calls they had conveyed apologies.but I
                was utterdissatisfied with the service of titan.I was asked to wait
                for a single day and even waited.and no one had called me.it was
                already 12 days past but u had got no call andinstead I wascriticized
                and ragged by an executive.here comes the big day.i again called after
                two days.and asked to transfer the call.they did and I had explained
                all the issue to the superior.she had asked me some time and i
                accepted.now my phone had ranged with the unknown number and it was
                the hero mr AnilKumar.  he started to use the unparliamentry language
                and he started togivr me deadly warnings. .he evenasked me to come and
                fight with him.meanwhile the titan people had even asked me to call to
                Bangalore heasoffice number for queries and I even did that but
                theytoo did not react tothe customers query..I am a regular customer
                of titan. and how they do this to me?titan, fastrack, Tommy Hilfiger
                all are one and they approach the same way.today it had happened  to
                me and with in no time it may happen to uplease frnds share this and
                like thishow can an executive take it personal?say suppose the number
                was a girls number?  what if he calls?how can the agent takes the data
                from tge repudiated office.I had already informed all tge thing to the
                higer management.however I got no response since four days.

                i had got a call from the Dileep kumar regarding the strap of
                the watch and they are fooling the customers.

                I got a call by dutta who is asm of titan and he was acting so smart
                as if nothing had happened.
                he says that the employee is the contract based employee so they are
                not responsible for them...

                please sir I want justice..


                il spread it so that titan can change it self.It takes no time for us
                to pull titans reputation. ...titan should know the power of a
                customer.

                  I have given my watch to repair at World of titan, Chandmari, Guwahati, Assam, before 4 months.. every time i call thay used to inform me that it will be done withing 3/4 working days.. but it never comes.. still my watch is under repairing.. i dont know what is going on.. whether i will get back my watch or not..

                    I made purchase from Tanishq showroom city plaza, jammu on 09/06/2015 .and that time I was told that I will get cash back on payment with my debit card of state bank of India, which amounts to Rs 4000.(2000 each as I made payment with two different debit cards.)
                    But till now I have not received my payment and in spite of repeated calls to showroom my problem is not sorted.

                      we are supposed to buy a couple of watches but brutally rejected by attitude of shop personnel.described bellow

                          Product Service under Warranty. In Service Center for 65 days Automatic Watch Still Not Fixed..Watch I used for myself is less than the time its in Service Center..
                          First I Given Watch for Service Nov 11 2015 At Titan Hues At 1st floor LULU Cochin
                          I visited store 3 times In between to enquire ..there response and attitude was they dont care
                          I received watch After 43 days on December 24 2015 . later that day i found out watch is not working complaint wasnt rectified even after 43 days so i called titan hues . they told me service lady will be available from Jan 9 . I called on Jan 15 asked me to bring coming week so i given watch back to them on Jan 22th ref id 116AS1801B1864 on Feb 3rd i gone to check again. they said Automatic watch is done directly by the company and have to call them. so i called on jan 4th on there toll free no mentioned in the bill and told whole this to them they given me promise of call back me in 2 days and resolve issue will receive product asap. also email regarding . any of this didnt happen also
                          Totally my watch in service for 65 days now. I visited store today they told me its not there problem
                          i live 52 km away from cochin i had to travel 6 times for a watch ..which is one of titan flagship range or premium once paid huge sum for this watch .
                          its my one month half salary. its my many months savings to be exact i really dont know what to do
                          either i need money or watch repaired . i dont trust titan ever

                            Tonight i went titan shop at vip road, kolkata [ ph no:[protected]] for replacement of battery with new one [ watch model no:- 1320 bab]. Cost of new battery is only rs 44/- but battery replacement charge claimed rs 45/-. The total time taken for battery replacement was only 4 minutes. I don't understand what's the basis of claiming such type of battery replacement charge where as in maximum titan shops in other areas usually no charge claimed for such type of work.

                              The Official Titan Service Center asked for money for adjusting straps of watches purchased online. Had I paid the money, they were ready to provide service too. Lodged a complaint to Titan Care. They called and took the details of the incident but never bothered to reply back to the customer.

                                Titan, fastrack, thanishq, tommy, these are the greatest brands we think..
                                Even i thought!! But at last i had got a pain ful response for my money what i have expended on the gadgets i have bought from these!!

                                My dear friends, i am mr. Mohammad gayas pasha, [protected]. I have purchased many gadgets from the company like titan..

                                For one of my favorite watch i had ordered a belt at titan store located at habsiguda hyderabad and i was falsely assured that i will be getting a call and belt with in 3 months and its been 4 months i have not got any call yet.

                                Regarding that i have ringed the number which was provided officially by the titan in its website.[protected]
                                For the first call some lady had picked the call and she asked the query, and i said about the false assurance given by the store management.
                                She had raised a com[plaint and assured me that i will be getting the call with in two working days. After two working days i had ringed customer care and they said that i will be getting a call.
                                I waited and waited i go no response from titan care.
                                And the very next day was saturday and i had a word with miss amulya and she said that as it is weekend i will be getting in the next week, ie., monday.
                                I called again on monday and here comes the hero mr.Anil kumar. Trust me friends he is such a crap.


                                I am having the whole issue from mr.Anil kumar

                                The number of mistakes he had done are as follows
                                1.On monday he said that i will be getting a call and i said that tuesday is the national holiday so i must get a call from them. He had even assured me.
                                2. The hero mr.Anil kumar lied that he is the senior executive and he said that he is the only boss and he cannot transfer the call to anyone.
                                3. As soon as i started to speak logically he asked me to be on hold and transferred the call to some other girl. So how can he lie with a customer???
                                4.As i was a bit aggressive i started to question him in hindi..
                                In flow i said him (Tu). Them the hero mr.Anil kumar started warning me and he was saying that if i say tu then he will also say me tu...

                                Dear friends this is the service a senior customer care executive of titan is giving to the customers,
                                Eventually the hero mr.Anil kumar was laughing in the call and he started shouting on me.

                                5.On 27th january i had called again to the customer care and again the hero mr.Anil kumar had picked the call.
                                I asked about the call by back end department. He had no answer. He was giving some other number to me.Which was not mentioned to me.

                                How can i call to other number?? If we the customers are supposed to call then titan must mention in the official website...

                                I asked the hero mr.Anil kumar to rise one more complaint on the delay of service which a customer is supposed to get.

                                He says that he cannot rise a complaint and he was not at all ready to listen..

                                He started over lapping my words and he was not at all ready to listen to me.

                                Slowly he started criticizing me.. And i was very much disgusted with the service.

                                After a while i got a call by some woman stating that the hero mr.Anil kumar was very aggressive towards me. And finally titan had agreed their mistake
                                She had informed me that the hero mr.Anil kumar was charged legally and kept for 3 months of observation.

                                However i had taken the other number, and i had called to that number expecting instant resolution for my complaint.
                                Then mr. Gopinath had picked the call and he said that concern person was not available and he will be freed after 4 pm.
                                I eventually begged for the call and end of the day i had got no call.


                                Even after 10 days i had no call. I clearly said to everybody to whom i had spoke,
                                I am not going to tolerate the way mr anil had approached me...

                                Hence iam ready to lodge a complaint in consumer forum, even civils court also for the harassment.

                                Iam expecting a call from the team and a satisfactory resolution and ima not ready to listen apologies.

                                  but frequently watch is laging and now not showing correct time.

                                    Dear Team, On 12th January 2016, I Had Done Booking which is still not picked up from the location and while calling again for the pick up the person who recieved the calls is not attending the call properly saying there is no network and other person disconnected the call, One person name is Naveen, We have our account, account no .055753 in your company, its really sad despite your company is too slow in service, your company should be polite with the customer for your inconvience .The person who attend the call is not knowing their duty i supposed.                                       Respected titan board of members and the concerned managers. Just think about the issue which is faced by me in your titan showroom and service center, I NEED A CLARIFICATION ON THE BELOW POINTS: 1.Will the titan watches company provide the spare parts for the existing customers or not, 2.Will the company wouldnt provide suppose if the customer doesnt have the bill and phone number. 3.The way they respond is very negligency in the showroom and service centre, in DWARAKA NAGAR BRANCH, VISAKHAPATNAM, ANDHRA PRADESH, INDIA i went to your showroom for a change of a broken glass of titan watch, they simply say bring bill or phone number, then i asked the staff in titan watch showroon that, will you not provide any spare parts of my titan watch if i doesn't have a bill or phone number, then they simply says we don't provide any spare parts for get the order from the showroom, if that is the case IS THE TITAN WATCH IS A USE AND THROUGH WATCH.                                       glass broken ..not available in solapur

                                      My watch glass has been broken ...I wanted it ...but its not available in any of solapur titan centres ...
                                      Its of fastrack...model no:-3072SAA CRONOGRAPH..pls make it ...quick...

                                        Purchased watch from h.M.Watch co. 147, 148 & 151 radha bazar street, kolkata-700001, date of purchase: 16/01/2015 bill no. 46 when i purchsed it it had a warranty of 2 months and since the day of purchase i had been facing problem with the watch as it had some problems with belt as the watch gets opened by itself but the shop didnt provide me any help and was asked to move to titan customer care. But still my problem could not be solved.
