I GAVE MY TITAN WATCH FOR SERVICE. THE MAIN COMPLAINTS ARE STOPPAGE, DIAL REPLACE, RUST, CASE CHAIN RUSTED ETC. I GAVE MY WATCH BEFORE 50 DAYS. FROM THE SERVICE CENTER THEY TOLD WITHIN 45 DAYS THEY WILL GIVE SERVICE AND REPLACE THE WATCH. BUT AFTER 45 DAYS I CALLED TO SERVICE CENTER, THE REPLY WAS THAT THE PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. WE CHOSE TITAN AS A BRAND, BECAUSE FOR ITS AVAILABILITY OF VAST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. NOW THEY ARE READY FOR PROVIDING SOME DISCOUNTS FOR NEW WATCH. BUT RECENTLY I BOUGHT A NEW FAST TRACK WATCH COST APPR. RS 3000. SO NOW I DON'T WANT TO BUY A NEW WATCH. IT'S MY REQUEST TO YOU THAT KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AND I NEED MY WATCH IN PERFECT CONDITION.
