I bought this watch from Titan Bangalore. Post usage I ended up with the strap damaged. Hence wanted to order a new strap. I have tried to reach multiple Titan stores. Either they say its out of stock or they say this model is obsolete and you will not get a new strap. I bought this watch specially for the quality of the strap. Changing the strap to something else has spoilt the look and feel of this watch. Can someone please help me in getting the original strap for this model?

    मैने रे बॅन सनग्लास पोलाराईज खरिदा लेकिन वो खराब नीकला. उसका फ्रेम ग्लेज फंगस आकर कम हो रहा है. पहिले तिन महिनेमे कंप्लेंट करणे गया तो उनोने मिसगाईड किया रे बॅन कि कंप्लेंट टायटन नही ले सकते. अभी कस्टमर केअर सेंटर मे कंप्लेंट किया तो उसपे मेल मेल खेल रहे है. लेकिन कोई अॅक्शन लिया नही.

      tanishq customer care called me on 22/07/2015(from-[protected]) 4:59pm.customer care requested me in deposited diamond ring at burdwan tanishq centre.after 2 hours i go and deposite my diamond ring.on tsese moment again rajashree sai mis behave and challenged me that i have nothing to do with her.totally above these matter i am told kolkata regional office(1055am).they pomised me above problem will solved after few days.

        My daughter had placed an order for a pair of ear tops at www.tanishq.in on 10th June, 2015. The item was delivered to her on 12th June, 2015 under Order No.EC0042109. She was disappointed to see the actual size of the product as compared to the thoroughly enlarged image on the e-commerce portal and instantly decided to return the product. She contacted customer care no.[protected] on the same day with a request to arrange for pick up of the product and arrange for a refund. She was assured that the product would be picked up within 7 days. But, alas! Despite contacting customer care twice after 12th June the product is yet to be picked up as of today i.e. 23rd July, 2015 – a good 1.5 months after lodging the first request on 12th June. I do not know if at all the product will be picked up and I will ever get a refund of my money as I am at a complete loss to get any response from Tanishq e-commerce department. Even my mail to the chairman of the company has failed to elicit any response as the matter may be too small for him. I have completely lost faith in TATA organisation and they have lost a customer - forever !!

          Dear Sir, I have brought a Titan watch details are, Design no: 9416NM01 Date:19/02/2013 Cost: 7995.00 Place: Inorbit Mall, Vashi-Navi Mumbai Complaint No:875609 From the date of purchase it went 4-5 times(5-6 months) in Titan Service center. Now company is saying the watch is not repairable.Also the model I purchased is obsoleted. The company offered me a voucher worth of 5000.00. As you know if I want to purchase similar watch it will cost more than 10, 000.00 Rs. So I request you to speak to Titan, get me same 7995. 00 Rs. Voucher. All the complaints was due to manufacturing defect, And as customer and an Indian it is very painful to get a treatment from Country’s most reputed brand Tata. Titan watches always given me good memmories, and for a common man Tata and Titan is the most reputed, trustful Brands. So I kindly request to you get me the same 7995.00 voucher.             I had given a titan raga watch for replacing the broken glass and a minute hand at Oberoi mall service centre on 7th may 2015.was supposed to get in 25 days. Till today have not recieved the watch. When I call the service centre do not get a satisfactory answer.

              Ref.id : 515MDSS1B11833 dated 10.05.2015 my titan raga watch I gave for service in T.Nagar office. They lost the watch and I didn't get it still. No proper response yet. people coming there are complaining the same for watch missing. Properly maintained branch. Worst customer attention. They try to convince saying to pay half money instead of returning the watch.

                Respected sir, i am perchased one gold chain and one diamond ring(Four stone present)on 19/06/2015. After 5 days one stone was lostwhen i am working at hospital for the post of physiotherapist.I am gone burdwan tanishq showroom on 18/07/2015 tanishq manager said that she isor tanishq is not responsible for the lost diamond stone.May be she is looking preety but her behave is very bad.                   I anticipate that you and your family will be perfect.

                  I am prashant from Bhopal (SAGAR) MP. I have brought a Titan watch (item code- 9277SL01, Description- C390, Cluster- Ghand, MRP- 15995) from World of Titan G-5/6 D B City Mall Bhopal MP (DOC NO[protected] on Date of 21/07/2013 at 21:14 o’clock. (Attachment-copy of invoice.)
                  Before and During purchase of this watch sales man had lot of commitment, quality, service and many more things but after very next month of purchasing each and every earlier statement became just FAKE and FALSE.
                  On 16th -July-2015, that watch has completed approx 23 months (as dead). In these 23 months not only a single month is there when this watch worked properly, almost dead and till not working. I have visited to Showroom and Service Center (Shalimar House 6, Malviya Nagar Bhopal – Phone No.[protected] approx 20 times for its repair (watch is still in the Service centre) but hearing unexpected sounds form the team. I have sent requested e-mailed to all department of Titan World but shocking news is that not even a single e-mail as reply or apology. Simply it does mean that they are not worrying about Indian Consumer Court and their corresponding action against such a fake and false service and Product.
                  I am thinking that I have done Major Fault Of My Life to brought this Titan watch. I don’t have much more time to visit and write e-mail to Titan further.

                  Now; I wanted to replace my watch with new one but they are not entertaining to my serious problem. They are agreed for legal action.
                  You are requested to take an desire action against false and fake product.

                    Dear Mr. Customer Service Officer (Titan),

                    I, Ravi Tiwari, Kolkata, bought a Titan Wrist Watch for around 5000/- by 16th or 17th April, 2014 from OLYMPIA WATCH CO. located at 138, Radhabazar Street, Kolkata-1. I must say the beauty of the watch was its chain which tempted a lower middle class person like me to spend 5000/- for a wrist watch now-a-days where a wrist watch is not a necessity but a passion.

                    When I bought the watch, the seller duly provided his bill and TITAN Warranty Card with a 2 Yrs. Replacement Warranty for the Chain also.

                    I was very happy with such a beautiful piece on my wrist and it caught eyes of my friends and colleagues also. One of my friend bewared me that the chain seems not to be original TITAN stuff since the TITAN logo is nowhere on the chain. I was shocked as I forgot to take care of this while purchasing the watch. Almost by 1 Yr the chain started getting damaged and broke from 2 links in the middle. I was on the way but fortunately I didn't lost my watch from my wrist.

                    When I approached the seller, he agreed to replace and asked for the Bill which is reasonable.

                    Now, my fault is that I have lost my bill and warranty card may be you can say due to my carelessness. I accept my mistake. But what the seller did may not be a mistake. It is simply a CHEATING. How could he damage such a huge name of TITAN by selling duplicate accessories...?? It was more embarrasing when I told him that I may approach TITAN CUSTOMER CARE, he rudely replied that I must go to Supreme Court but he doesn't care. I am shocked how assured he is that no one will do anything against him...??

                    I am not here to get a chain for free. I can afford that. I just want TITAN to teach a lesson to this fellow for playing with goodwill and reputation that TITAN is having in present global market.

                      I have bought a Titan HTSE watch last year in 2014. Ever since the watch's charge doesn't last long. Not enough for a day. If I wear the next day I have to set the time and keep it in sunlight for it to charge. It's so pathetic. I feel mentally tortured by doing this. Company says it charges in candle light which is completely wrong. Even if I wear it everyday, it don't get charged automatically. I don't understand how such a costly watch from titan work like this!! I feel I have been looted. Even the shopkeeper from world of titan don't have any clue what to do about it. I have wasted my hard earned money in Titan. I want a solution. I don't wanna charge like this for my whole life.

                        Hi, I bought a watch, Model Number - NB2455YL02 on 17th Aug 2013. it stop working in 7 days, then i took it to service centre, where they had changed the Battery and returned back. Now first query here is how come, battery damaged / drained in 7 days ?? After another 10 days, it again stop working and this time they had changed the Machinery and also kept under observation for 2 days. Again after 10-15 days, It stopped and then they again changed the Machinery of the watch. Currently the watch is again not working, Now please suggest me what kind of watch is this and is it a quality product. Like its almost 2 years and watch merely worked only for 30-40 days. The worst thing is that i had gifted this watch and every time i felt so embarrassed due to this watch.
                        I don't want to give any rating to Titan.

                          bought a titan watch from titan showroom in urban oasis mall gokul road hubli on 10th June 2015. The steel strap has broken 6 times in one month. on visiting the showroom the people behave erratically and say they don't have service facilities there and go somewhere else. The staff are rude and use foul language and threatening saying that the go to he'll and complain we don't bother. Being in a biggest mall of hubli and not providing a service and selling poor quality watches and misbehaving amounts to cheating of the customers. They should replace the watch unconditionally as it is a poor product and apologise for misbehaving.

                          Unfortunately there is neither a call back from Steve nor there is any attempt to solve the issue!
                          The helpline is HELPLESS LINE !
                          They are like Parrots repeating the same lines will get back to you in 24 hours !
                          Looks like all of them are wearing TITAN watches! Non-functional and poorly manufactured !! Slowed down !!
                          One of the executive says they are pushing the complaint from one executive to the other like Govt office file !!!
                          What a company ??
                          Be careful before you buy a watch from TITAN !
                          Nexus between franchisee, service centre and the company just to Harass the customers!
                          Amazingly poor Steve and his team...
                          God save us the customers from such companies ;(

                            Hi Titan Team, I gave my Titan watch for service (Ref ID:615AS0071B1477) on June 8th. Approximate return date was given on 18th June. Now Its been more than a month, I'm still waiting for my watch. I already sent a mail to titan help desk, didn't received any proper mail back. When I called the Titan service centre, where I gave my watch, they replied that watch is still in company and yet to be serviced because some component is not available. I don't know, how come big company like Titan doesn't have some spare components for their products. I can't wait any more, I need my watch back within a week with or without service. I gave my watch to you guys because it comes under warranty, else I would have given it in some local service centre, where I would got it back sooner. I'm highly disappointed with this kind of service., never expected from you guys. Do the needful ASAP.

Its strap is not even available in market. I have searched whole titan showrooms in city at Kolkata. Why do you manufacture such a thing if you cannot provide service.                                 ir, I have purchase Titan (G) Chain Watch (ND9324sm01J) on 31/10/2014, Dealer : Krishna Watch Company, Begum Bridge, Near Jagat Cinema, meerut, Purchaser name : Mrs. Sarita Prajapati but i have not satisfied titan watch because i wearing this watch on purchasing date & this watch is stop automatically many many times . I have seeing this watch your authorised service centre, he is repair than some days ago watch is automatically stop again, So I am totally fed up with Titan brand watch if you have any permanent solution of my problem than let me know immediately otherwise i will registered the case in Consumer Care Complaint office .

                                  I'm a titan dealer based in Kasaragod, Kerala. I have been in this field since 1967. I have been selling titan watches since 2003. My experience has been getting pathetic day by day as far as the quality and after sales service of the Titan watches are concerned. Whatever reputation I have earned for these years have been at stake solely due to the poor quality n after sales service rendered by your company. Now I am compelled to tell all my esteemed customers about the poor quality n poor after sales service before they buy any titan watches thus protecting my hard earned reputation. Recently, I have come across a situation whereby my reputation has severely been damaged due to the following incident. I'm writing this expecting keen and prompt action from your end. Incident: one of my permanent esteemed customer came with a titan automatic watch model no. 90010WL in March 2014 which was gifted to him for his marriage a couple of years back. The watch was given to me for the replacement of the glass which had developed a minor crack like thing, which I suggested the customer to use as it is as such a tiny crack would never matter to the watch. But customer was adamant saying wearing cracked glass watch is not a good sign. So I had to send it to the nearest service centre in Kozhikode through the distributor M/S:Mini Trading Corporation, Calicut. The watch was then booked for the replacement if the glass n months together had been passed awaiting report/replacemenet of the glass. After a year for now, the service centre has been telling that a the watch had been sent to the factory in Hosur and the factory doesn't have such a watch anymore either to replace as a whole or only the glass. Then the customer asked me to get the watch back from the factory which the service centre is saying once the watch sent to the factory will never be returned and instead asked me to give the customer any other model for a 30% discount. FYI, the watch in question values over 12000/-Rs and moreover, anything gifted carries only sentimental value which cannot be valued in terms of money. The customer now is adament in getting his watch back which the service centre is saying impossible to do so. Now, my reputation has been severely damaged beyond repair, all the credit goes to titan watch service centre. I have tried to purchase the same model watch (thinking that i would bear the cost and replace the watch to the customer that would save my damaged reputation) from many retailers across India and none of the retailer have one. Kindly let me know what can be done to solve the above matter as this has no solution from my end. FYI, kindly note the contact numbers of the concerned parties involved in this.                                     I have Anuttara points of worth Rs.319/ in my credit (Anuttara number:[protected]. On 24/04/2015 I purchased gold ring worth Rs.17641/ at your Tanishq KPHB PHASE-VI branch and I requested them to redeem the Anuttara points . They rejected to redeem saying, you will be given a new card called encircle and these Anuttara points will be credited to encircle account.They issued me the encircle card bearing number:[protected].In that letter it was cleared mentioned that "Your current point balance from existing program gets transferred to your encircle account." But surprisingly I received a letter from Mr.Sandeep Kulhalli(Sr.VP-Retail&Marketing) saying my Anuttara points are about to lapse on 12 th June 2015.He sent me a cheque also for Rs.319/ dated 29/04/2015.Again went to Tanishq along with the cheque for redeeming but again they rejected saying their system is not showing any such points.I could not get any proper response from your help desk also. NEITHER YOU HAVE TRANSFERRED MY ANUTTARA POINTS TO ENCIRCLE ACCOUNT NOR YOU HAVE REDEEMED IT.SO I AM REQUESTING YOU TO TRANSFER MY ANUTTARA POINTS TO ENCIRCLE ACCOUNT UNCONDITIONALLY.
                                    I purchased anuttara card long back.. I don't remember the date n year... But now I got card... Bearing num[protected]...can u tell me status of the card

                                      Dear Titan Please do not provide false information As i had bought a HTSE watch as you know the color is black and it fades away in 2 months despite of rare usage And again the only question comes to mind is why invest in a titan for a high range watch instead buy some brand if this is the quality if titan I only bought the watch as i had very high expectations from titan and a sens of pride but sadly your pathetic customer care has worn all that off now i will never suggest or buy a titan watch again in my life at least Also the customer care did change the case but it took 2 months of false commitments and lot of followups and the new case was of such low standard and quality that the paint peeled of in one month very dissapointed and again the watch has been submitted and is with titan for 15days and all customer care is doing is making false commitments Thanks Yashwant [protected]
