I have bought a Titan HTSE watch last year in 2014. Ever since the watch's charge doesn't last long. Not enough for a day. If I wear the next day I have to set the time and keep it in sunlight for it to charge. It's so pathetic. I feel mentally tortured by doing this. Company says it charges in candle light which is completely wrong. Even if I wear it everyday, it don't get charged automatically. I don't understand how such a costly watch...

Bought a watch from your registered showroom in jaipur past year. By the passing time we saw a kind of scratch on the back side of dial usually its not possible to get a scratch on that part.
