I had to order from tkameez for the second time because they would not refund my money and instead put it in their e wallet. The quality, size, colour everything is just too bad. The size chart that they show doesn't match the real t-shirt. Xxl is actually l. Please don't buy anything from them. Frauds at play here. It is just not worth the money. But i was helpless so i had to recover the money by ordering again. And even on top of that, they send me a different order. Very bad experience from this site, never going to order from this again. And even make sure that none of my friends have to face the similar problem.

One of the worst app... I ordered my tshirt on 17.. I still havent received my order.. The customer care no cuts yhe call.. The website is under maintainence. How the hell should i track my order... Money got deducted from my account... So unprofessional and disgusting app... Remove yoursepf from instagram and stop people from misleading... Useless app ever...

I ordered 4 t shirts at 944 rupees. Recently checked my ordered status, it is showing returned. I didn't get any message. I don't know what happened why u returned my products. And you didn't send any message regarding that return. Kindly give some reply and solve my issue. I'm trying to call to your customer care executive but there is no reply also.

I have placed an order, during ordering they told we delivered t shirt within 7 days, but is took almost 12 to 13 day this is first mistake. When the t shirts are delivered, one of them is wrong design, this is second mistake. After receiving wrong product i called them and asked for return, whole returning process took 10 days till refund. This third mistake (Long process).
And the worst thing is they have limited customer service time (May be 10 to 7, sunday off), i have saw first time so called "limited customer service tome"

Plz reform your company..

I've ordered a t-shirt combo on 9 september 2019 and paid the bill through online transaction. The company's website showed me that my order will be delivered in 5-7 days but still my order is in pending status from last 6 days. They are not picking up the phone calls. Please take strict action against them.

I ordered 4 t-shirts these t-shirt are not as per the size chart on the website.
Non of them fits well. I had ordered t-shirts of different sizes for different people and when i checked the person who was suppose to wear large size could not fit in xxl.

I have read the refund policies and it is very manipulative and there is no where written that the money paid to tkameez can not be refunded to the bank account from where they paid it.

I have screenshots of the refund policy attached and my order number is tk1109186.

I don't care about money. I may distribute these tees amongst the poor kids. But i don't want this company to earn even 1 rupee profit from my hard earned money.

Please help me get this disputed.

I request everyone to not to buy from T-Kameez.com, these guys are really unprofessional, I placed order, money got deducted but still showing order needs to be placed, moreover I posted compaint here, they called me up and said remove that compaint, the guy (who doesn't know how to talk to a client) called me up from this number :[protected],

He literally asked me for my debit card number, who the hell ask for this,

Am not sure but I don't want my payment back, who knows they refund me back and deduct some good amount from my account.

I am scared of these guys, they are not genuine, Do not buy from them,
They wanna be like Bewakoof.com but bewakoof.com is pretty genuine and clear.I am pretty happy with Bewakoof's service.

Buy from bewakoof.com rather than buy from these thieves.

After reading this complaint I request Tkameez, do not contact me.I dont want my money. You keep them, may be with my amount you can build a empire of e-commerce.

I had 5 products in my bag of tkameez.com, i paid through upi, but the order has not been placed and money has been deducted from my account. Later on i read some reviews at consumpercomplaint.in about this website and there product is not upto mark, they want to compete bewakoof.com, but they are not bringing good quality stuff.

I don’t want the product from there, they are very careless, support number is not reachable and they are not responding through email as well, i just want my money back. Kindly help me to refund the money.

They are tricking people into buying low quality clothing material with guarantee of easy return and refund but instead of transferring money into my tkameez wallet, they gabmve me tkameez wallet, which i don't want. My experience was already bad enough to buy from this store.

I have ordered 4 tees on 31 july and i paid via upi. The order is not placed but money is deducted from my bank account. No notification is recieved regarding order placed. Customer care number didnt work. My order id is 1091505. Customer support didnt respond properly. There is no response from customer support. Refund my money soon. I attached the paid information.

I ordered four tshirts from here but two of them are bad in quality
So i returned them, against that the amount i got in my wallet is less, then using that wallet money i ordered two tshirts and pay the extra money because the amount of that two tees is more than the money i have in my wallet. It’s been 15 days then i got a message from tkameez that they will deliver the product today i mean on 8th july, 2019 and they mentioned that i have to pay 90 rs for delivery charge. Why would i pay the delivery charge again and again because of your fault.

First of all, this is not about money. This is about how they are exploiting their customers. Tkameez is an e-commerce site which sells clothes. I ordered 2 t-shirts, payment mode was card payment, and i returned it as i didn't like it. They returned the money in their own wallet instead of my bank account. When i asked their customer support, they said: "it is not our policy". Every e-commerce site, such as myntra and flipkart, provides an option whether to keep it in site wallet or bank account. This is like the consumer has no other option rather than buying some another stuff which the person doesn't even like.
As every single penny is important i don't want to waste money, buying from such a site. And i think nobody should.

I had return my order because of poor quality of t-shirts, and i have no more intersert in buy any stuff from t-kameez.com. U have refunded my money in tkameez wallet. As i have paid online, so please its my request to refund that money to my bank account. I really dont have any intersert in buying so its no use of keeping money in wallet. Smefao please do the needfull..
