T-Kameez Complaints & Reviews

I ordered two full sleeves t-shirts on 25th January last month but they have not delivered yet and there is no revert back of my complaint. I have been waiting for my product for more than 10 days. Is this kind of services you are providing to your costomers. I have paid the money in advance. Do I look like an ### to you. Delivered my product as soon as possible otherwise give me my money back that's it... disgusting......

I ordered a navy t-shirt but they delivered me a black one.. Now i am trying to reach them over the phone but they never pick up and i emailed them too but didn't get any reply.. And the return policy demands a reason but the only 2 reason listed on their website was size issue and manufacturing defect. But the colour issue is not listed there and i can't procide without selecting one. Please help....

I have ordered 4 tees 14 days back and have paid the money online but still it hasnt been dispatched. When i mailed them 2 days back they replied they are resolving the issue but still they have not done anything.They didnt even bother to give me the expected delivery date.
When i called them on their customer care number, they are not picking up....

I cancelled my order but didnt get my money back (817 rs). I tried calling but they don't pick up. And once they take the call, they intentionally disconnect them. Worst service ever. I need my money refunded.

I have ordered 2 t. Shirts form ‪tkameez.com‬ and my payment mode was online net banking and that process was done. But i didn’t get any kind of confirmation of my order. Kindly take this issue seriously. Either refund me or place place my order. I don't knw what the problem is with u guys, very disappointing with is site. I have ordered four t-shirts from t-kameez.com but till date i haven't received the product and there is no link to track our products in their web site and also the contact id or number they have provided is not working or no response from them. I need them to be delivered asap or i need the refund with proper interest for making it delayed.
I would suggest them to have a tracking section where customer can easily track their orders....

I purchase a t shirt and balance deducted from my bank acount but order not confirmed then again i order same product and confirm and again balance deducted from my bank account..
