T-Kameez Complaints & Reviews

I had purchased cloths from tkameez 120 days before. I have received very bad product, products are not as per shown. I requested for return. Return has been taken by then but now they are not giving refund about my order. I have mail them several time but i didn't get any reply. I tried contacting but the their phone out of service area. I didn't found any way rather than contacting you. They have to pay me 500 as refund. Please solve my this error.

I have made payment online through debit card.
I want to know when it will be delivered,
Their customer care number is not reachable, and there is no answer of my mail. I have read previous complaints about this site and i'm afraid of fraud and money loss, kindly solve my problem and let me know when it will be delivered.

I have received one order 15 th nov. But the size is not fitting that's why i will initiate for pick up. But its 30 days over. I have contacted to customer care. But they all are liar. Whichever they have provided to the customer is very wrong. Very bad experience with this company. I don't know where i put complain. If possible kindly investigate to t - lamers

I am really sick of calling to customer care no and getting a bad response from your executive. They don't have any manners to treat the customer & i am really feeling regretful that i purchased from your store.

Please tell me whether you are gonna give me the material or not, i don't want to tolerate your executive's misbehavior. It has been more than 20 days i have returned my material. My order no is 507033.

What a ### and fraud company. People are also very lazy to receive the calls. Neither people answer the calls nor phone is reachable. Customer service department is very ###. If its possible for me then I have to do police complaint against T-Kameez. I would request people that not to buy any product from T-Kameez because 1)The product which is shown in the catalogue and product which we receive is totally different. 2)Product which we receive, there is no tag of T-Kameez which straight means that T-Kameez is a fraud company. 3) There is no option for exchange. 4) There is only return option which is very risky and totally lost for us because customer's are not answering the calls only then what is the guarantee that, T-Kameez will refund our money. 5)This company has no branch also which we visit their shop and get exchanged or refund our money. Their email id is not proper. 6) This people are not answering the calls, what is the guarantee that they will reply our emails. Request you to not visit THIS WEBSITE also.

I ordered 4 t-shirts and paid online on 02/12/18. The order hasn't been dispatched yet. The tracking details shows that the shipment has been created but hasn't been handed over to delhivery yet.

You boast about 3-4 days delivery on your site and it's already the third day and the item hasn't been dispatched also.

This is my first purchase here and not a good experience!

I ordered with tkameez on 03.12.2018 but i didn’t receive any order confirmation text or i couldn’t see the order status in my profile on tkameez website. The amount has been deducted and i got a confirmation mail from ccavenue.com. Kindly help me with my order details.

Hello i have purchased the article having order id - 493893 from tkameez. I want to exchange the size. I have taken m, but its small for me, want to purchase l. But when i asked for the exchange they have updated for the return, logistics have picked my article and i have shared the record, still this guys are not issuing my coupon, its been one month... I have mailed number of times but this guys are not issuing the my coupon... Neither customer care receiving my call... From last one months i have sent them several mailes but they are juzt giving assurance and not issuing my coupon... I told them i have to order from your website only, please issue my coupon but still they are not issuing my coupon

Your products jacket is very nice i like it but my issue is that jacket is very it's my mistake i order to size l. Soo i return too it's only changing to size. I request tkameez commpay too size l too change size m. U change my jacket size it's very thankful tkameez products is very nice. I have ordered te shirts from your website tkameez.com. But i can't track the order and can u help me to fix this. My order number is 549948. Plz help. I had given rs:804 for the combo offer of 4 te shirts. I had payed the whole money. The product sent was incorrect.

I ordered a jacket of 1295 rs they sent me the jackte of cost 1095 rs.

Order delivered on 2nd nov, still chasing uop for the return amd refund.

1: t - kameez send the wrong product.
2: t-kameez do not arrange pick-up nor give me the code to order from your own site.
3: t-kameez guys do not pick-up.

Please get this sorted at earliest.

I have already registered a complaint regarding my return issue with the company [id: 2116554] but now since they have received my return package, they stopped responding to my mails. They mailed me that they received my package and will provide me with a refund within 2-3 days but now it's been more than 5 days and they have stopped responding to my mails. Kindly help me
