Hello! I'm sanket teltumbade I ordered a milanj BB slim fit jogger from your site 5days ago . today I received the parcel but the jogger is in greyish colour but I want that jogger in white colour as shown on the site I was so happy to receive the parcel but I got disappointed when the colour appears to be greyish when I ordered white.plzzz exchange my order white white jogger as soo. As possible hope you'll help me! Thank you!!

After numerous number of tries my complaint was resolved by them after 2 months and now from last 3 days they were asking me to mark my complaint as resolved on consumercomplaint.in which i couldn't due to some work. So today[protected] tkameez (Employee name: tanya) tried to access my consumercomplaint.in account in an unauthorized way to mark my complaint as resolved by herself without any of my permission which came to my knowledge by receiving a mail from consumercomplaint.in

Hi, ordered a shirt from tkameez, after soooo many days they delivered it and the quality was soooo bad, cant even think about wearing it... Then after calling them and going through sooo much pain finally was able to send it back...
Now the pain problem is that its been a week if i am not mistaken and i am not getting my money back...
After calling them, their reply is that they’ll send a coupon code instead of money which i agreed but still havnt received any code

The worst site i have ever come across... Plzzz plzzz never ever buy anything from them... They juz fool u with their good pics and send some low market roadside type stuff...
Its better to go for amazon and all atleast they dont fool u

Hi, after i got the shirt the quality was so bad that i cant even think about wearing it. I asked for a returns many days ago and havnt yet got any update from tkameez.
Never ever i am planning to buy from you guys again.
The pic shown on the site and product delivered is completely opposite...
Dont fool people.
Amazon and others are so quick in resolving consumer complaints.

They are saying from 5 days you will get the coupon code 1 day or 2 days but they are not providing yet. Tkameez service is not good dont buy products from there its very cheap service like i have complaint again and they said they will provide with coupon code so i took back the complaint but they still did not provide with the coupon code stilll the service is very weak i have send email alot of time they said they will provide in 24 hours, they will provide in 5 hours but they did not provide still with the coupon code i will not buy products from there ever again i just want my coupon code its a been a month and the service are like they will provide soon very mu h disappointied with the service i wil not recommended to any of this site again

And then provided me the coupon but it was wrong.. But anyhow they replaced my parcel.. So overall my experience was not so good so.. I will suggest people to look for better option
