I requested a refund of an track pant and a shirt my order number is 219671 and my return tracking id is[protected]. They are saying from 5 days you will get the coupon code 1 day or 2 days but they are not providing yet. Once a time she told me that that she is just sending the code and you will get in 5 minutes but i have not got it now very poor service. I think i have lost my 1220rs. I will complain against them...

Tkameez service is not good dont buy products from there its very cheap service like i have complaint again and they said they will provide with coupon code so i took back the complaint but they still did not provide with the coupon code stilll the service is very weak i have send email alot of time they said they will provide in 24 hours, they will provide in 5 hours but they did not provide still with the coupon code i will not buy products...
