I haven't recieved my refund yet.. Neither it is showing any order on my tkameez profile... As if i never ordered anything. And no mail was sent
To me adter returning my package regarding refund process.. Kindly look into it... I want my return... Or i ll complain in consumer forum. I ve enough evidences... And this time i want refund in my account through which the earlier transaction was made.

I did online paytm via cc avenue. I have ordered two t-shirts but i can't found that order in my orders now i am not able to track my tshirts.479200 its my order number when i am trying to track my order i in my orders it is totally blank it is not showing my order in my order please make sure on this otherwise i file a case on this tkameez it seems to be something unfair once i ordered one t shirt via cash on delivery it came safely but now i did online paytment and my balance is deducted and you were not responding to us please make sure on this. If you will respond ill take a big action.

I order some cloths, and also make the advance payment . But i was not able to track the product .so i called to th em they said you get the tracking id till evening.but i was not get the id .i was trying from 4 days but they are saying the same thing.

I have ordered 2 tshirts from tkameez on 4 sept and i have not received it yet.
The email which i sent to tkameez also have no reply only the initial email was replied.
I have paid online and the product is not delivered to me yet.
The reply of email was that it will be redelivered but nothing happened.
It was returned to warehouse on 10th sep but after that nothing happened.
Iwant my product or money back.

I have returned the product on 1st Oct for which i am stil yet to get refund for order number 441398. I have sent several follow up emails to customer care however they do not have courtesy to respond. Its been 22 days now still there is no status on refund.

Could you please urgently help with this.

My order has not delivered to me
Even any delivery boy or agent of this site doesn't contact me .. and i have done payment online 😤😤😤 already . My order is not delivered to me . I m very upset to this site that the site is not delivered my order . I call the helpline number and the receptionist says that your order has been delivered .
But it doesn't reach to me . Or any confirmation related to order is not sent to me.

I have ordered 4 T-shirts through one of the social media app, after booking the t-shirts I have got an tracking no also, I was tracking my product few days back on words after waiting for few days my product as reached destination its showing in tracking, but I didn't get any message or call from any one of your company or delivery service, but in tracking it's showing product has received my destination, so if it's received to my destination, which courier service it reach

I have order two t shirt from tkameez of ₹621. I paid through my debit card and money was deducted from my account and i just recieved a email from tkameez that transaction was succesfull but when i check my order section on tkameez site. It says no order. I have not received any confirmation from tkameez about my order. The customer care number is out of service i have been trying call from so long. I have droped a email but there is no response.

I have ordered two products jogger and a shorts from tkameez. Com jogger is good but shorts which are white stripper black shorts i want them to get replace from size M to size L!! Soo do something about it!!

I've recently ordered 2 t-shirt on t-kameez on 13th september and my order number was 426757. I made payment of that product online and after that i've waited for 4 days and i was keep checking the status of my order but they didn't even assign this for delivery so i cancelled that order but after cancellation didn't receive any message or mail from their side regarding refund so i dropped a mail to them so they gave me a coupan code. After that i made a 2nd order as i didn't have choice because they are not refunding the money into account but they would give a coupan instead so my 2nd order was made on 17th september but after that there's no update on my order. I've been sending mail to them but no revert from their side. It looks like you guys are bunch of fraudsters.

I had ordered 5 tees which. First of all took almost took 15 days to deliver them. And then i returned 4 because they were small in size and its been like more than 3 weeks since i have returned them and they haven't refunded my money back. I wrote so many mails to them, they just replied me saying that they haven't received the order yet once they receive it them they will refund, and god knows if they already got the return and still not paying my money. The worst online shopping experience of mine. It seems like they still don't intend to repay my fund back. Such frauds they are.

I order 1 jogger and 2 tees and i need to travel on 26th and they are not giving any response regarding delivery. Now i doubt its a fake company which is scamming everyone. I did an online payment and its been more than 10 days these peoples are not giving any response. I mean if you can't give services stop promoting products and running this company. Waste of time and money shopping with tkameez.

I ordered 4 tshirt in 899 and i use online payment so it costs me 809 but they didn't dispatched that order and they give me a coupon of 809 but at one point of time i can apply only one coupon so due to which 4 tshirt of 899 i am not able to use and when in try to buy something from the coupon they provided me i am not able to redeem that too so the company fraud with me

I placed an order on 2 sep 2018 and did online payment since then i have not recieved my product, i tried calling on the given number but nobody replied, i have sent sevral mails yet no 1 replied, on fb insta i tried to reach u by every means but all i am getting is no response.

I was told that it would take 7 working days to get the order delivered but now no one is picking up the call nor anyone is giving me anydetails on the same it is very sad that a customer is trated like this i paid them 818 rs online after that no one is taking the responsibility neither they are worried about the customer.

Products were ordered on the 9th of august (Order no :376170) amounting to rs. 1070 and was delivered around 14th of august. Sizes were incorrect so a return was booked from the dealers side and was picked up on the 27th. The dealer has promised as per email dated 23rd august that return coupon would be sent as they do not entertain monetary refund. After that in spite of my repeated followups there has been no return coupon granted. Upon advising that i will take legal action - i was informed on 4th september that this would be processed in 48 hours - however now even after the stipulated time there has been no response.

Updated by Teddy Dutt T-Kameez has finally reverted with a coupon code and claimed that they sent it earlier which i proved was untrue. A reorder has been made and am awaiting docket number for delivery.

The most unprofessional people working in a company are these tkameez people.. I was said i will be redeemed with coupon code for my exchange within 14 days... And after 14 days i was said to receive the coupon code in the next 2 days... After the next 2 days i was said i will receive the code the next evening... And now they are not replying to my mail... I will be attaching the screenshot of the email thread... Anyone please help how to file this case in a consumer court... Pretty frustrated by their behaviour... Bunch o[censored]nprofessional people working together will lead to this only.

I have purchased a shirt of size 'L' having the other I'D- 320754 on the date 11/06/2018. But that size didn't fit to me so i wanted to exchange the size by M instead of L, i returned the shirt at 22/06/2018 . Tkameez mailed me that they will refund within 10-12 days but today is 14th day and i didn't get my money back, also these guy is not replying of my mail.
