[Resolved] Tkameez — Lower return | |||||
So i bought a lower from tkameez whose cloth was not at par so i booked a return for it.i got it returned and when they mailed me the coupon code and i tried to use it but the site that the coupon code has expired. I mailed them the issue they did not reply. I called thier customer care no. They did not answer some recorded voice says "our people will call you again or so. This is the worst customer support, I have received a product that someone used it and packed up.
I'm following with the customer care that is through email it's almost a month non of people had come to collect my return.
