Tolexo Cheated during GOSF 2014

I placed 2 orders on Tolexo's website on 11th December under GOSF offers. It's been almost a month and they haven't shipped my orders yet. They say that the are gonna take another 15-20 days to ship the order. Goddamnit, does it take 6 weeks to ship 2 simple tool kits within India? They just fooled the customers during GOSF sale. I would never recommend them to any one....
