Dear sir/ma'am,
I had purchased a toshiba led tv, model number 32p2305ze and serial number e08x14h04060l1from m/s dubey electronic, b-1/8, joshi colony, ip extension, delhi with total 3 years warranty but the above led tv has not working from a long time. Accordingly, a complaint number tiplsr8h0024506 was lodged with toshiba customer care centre on[protected] through my registered mobile number but the action is not taken from your side till now. Its a bad experience for us. So, please at least call me regarding to my complain and take a suitable action for replace my tv.

    I have purchased toshiba led (32p2305ze) on 31st mar 2014, and it is under 3 years warranty period.
    Around 1.5 months, the screen started having problems (It is blurry in some parts of the screen).
    I logged a call with the toshiba service desk (Contact no: ([protected],. (Compliant no : sr1i0023969) on 21st jan morning, and was assured that the service engineer would solve the problem in the next 24 - 48 hours. When after a week, there was no call received from the service engineer, i called up the toshiba service desk to check on the status of my complaint. To my rude shock, i was told that the complaint was closed with no reason given whatsoever. I again logged a fresh new complaint (Reference no: tiplsr1i0030637) and was told that it will be redressed in 24 hours. After hearing nothing for 4 days, i again called up, and then they finally sent a service engineer for evaluation. The engineer concluded that there is a problem with the led set, and it will be replaced as it is under warranty. Till date, i have not heard further from toshiba on this. Each time i call up the service centre, they just give a standard respond that we will send a reminder to our team. I doubt that toshiba has any intention of replying and they are just trying to delay the case so that the product goes out of warranty and they don't have to service the request. The viewing on tv has become very difficult owing to the issue.

      Dear Sir/madam,
      i had purchased a Toshiba LCD TV set in july 2014, model no being 39L3300ZE. Since june 2016.We started noticing some display problem in the LCD panel.Hence I made a service request.In response to that your company's technical/service representative came to inspect the problem and suggested that the LCD panel should be changed.For this I raised request vaid SR NO: SR6H0038518 Dated 30.06.2016.But the issue has not been resolved yet.I even called up customer care and contacted one of your RM Ms Sushmita ([protected]) and Mr Debasish (ph [protected]) many times.but no one cooperate towards my request. Spatially Ms Sushimita had a very un cooperative regarding my request and mis behave also.

      Although my LCD is still in warranty period, I don't understand why I am not getting the request service of panel change.

      Kindly resolve the issue on a priority basis.

        3 months ago engineer visit to my home to check the promblem they said that tv panel is dead we need to replace the the led panel and its take 15 to 20 days i said ok you can order the part then 20 later they said 10 days more and now 3.5 months are gone but they don't give any service and don't repair my led tv so please take a strick action against them

        This is regarding my Toshiba LED TV Compliant no. TIPLSR1I0012178 dated 11th Jan 2017. Its been more than 35 days, but my complaint is not resolved. Toshiba customer is pathetic, they are not at all listening.
        Same issue is with me, In january I had complained for reversed picture and technician said panel will change but till date part is not received. I place order for buying next day they deliver LED in my home but after 4 months a panel is not reached from Bangalore to Delhi. They are making fool o[censored]s, I think we should go to consumer court.

          My name is Nishant Fadia contact Number is [protected].

          This is to bring to your notice the Toshiba LED TV model number 40PS200ZE purchased from Sales India, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad on October 27, 2013 has developed technical snag since August 2016. A complaint lodged with your customer support desk (complaint number TIPLSR8H0031506) through Sales India on August 18 has so far failed to elicit any response from your end.

          Considering the said LED TV was still under warranty when the complaint was first registered, I was assured a refund or replacement by Gujarat service centre head Ketan Thummar. Repeated reminders have failed to get the problem addressed.

          Last week when I connected to Mr Thummar, I was conveyed orally that the LED TV will be repaired at most. For a product I spent Rs 53, 990 on, a repair is unacceptable. Considering the complaint was raised well within the warranty period, I seek replacement or full refund.

          I have already approached the Consumer Education Research Society in Ahmedabad to guide me through the redressal process. In case I fail to hear from you, I will be forced to take a legal action against you for the defective piece and pathetic after sales service.

            Dear Sir/Ma'am,
            I had purchased a Toshiba LED TV 40", Model Number 40L2400ZE and Serial Number F076D4J00159V1 from M/s Goswami T.V. Centre, Ganaur vide Bill No 12577 dated[protected] with total 3 years warranty vide Warranty Card No 10276982. Now, the above LED TV has sounds but there is no display of images. Accordingly, a complaint Number TIPLSR2I0003657 was lodged with Toshiba Customer Care Centre on[protected] through my registered mobile number [protected]. The mechanic Mr. Sandeep from Toshiba Service Centre, Sonipat visited my place of residence in Village Datauli, Tehsil Ganaur, District Sonipat (Haryana) to attend to the complaint. On his demand, the original bill, warranty card and user manual were shown to him. But he denied for repairs stating that the above LED TV is not covered with 3 years warranty and instead he demanded a sum of Rs. 5200/- for repairs/replacement of the Power Supply card which is faulty as per him. But, since my above LED TV is under 3 years warranty (1 year comprehensive + 2 years extended) why should I be denied for its repairs/replacement free of cost. As such, I have again registered a complaint number TIPLSR2I0003657 on[protected] with Toshiba Customer Care for the same. Hence, I request for your intervention to resolve the issue, failing which I will be constrained to take up the same with Consumer's Rights Protection Forum including Courts of Law.

                Hi there mr. Deependra singh, (Escalation team).
                I would like to bring to your kind notice that the service team of toshiba india is highly pathetic and a great disaster. I have been told by mr. Manoj saran that you handle the refund issue. I would like to bring to your kind information and record as under:-
                1) i purchased toshiba led tv l2300 series. I purchased it on 14/01/2014. It is under 3+1 year warranty. Model no 50l2300ze b. Serial no d498b5j00082l1.in the month of october 2016, it started to malfunction. The said led, was in warranty period. I brought the same to notice of your service centre via email dated 27/10/2016.
                2) the complaint was logged and the complaint no is tiplsrxh0042526. (Reply email dated 27/10/16.)
                3) in the interim period, i. E., between 27/10/2016 and 11/11/2016, the technician mr. Deepak came to rectify the issue. I was told that there is issue with the panel. Further, i was told by mr. Deepak that the said replacement panel wasn't available with the company. Then i asked mr. Deepak that i would like to speak to his senior to get to the crux of the matter and get it resolved. Accordingly, was given the number of mr. Roodal. He told me explicitly that since the panel was not available there was the other option of refund. Left with no choice, i said i wanted the refund.
                4) accordingly, i emailed to manoj for the refund on 11/11/2016.
                5) on 15/11/2016, (The day i was to go to nz for 2 months) i was informed, via email, by mr. Manoj, that the refund process takes 45-60 days, from the concerned department. I was ready for the wait. (I have all the emails with your company, as evidence).
                6) after returning from nz, i am informed by mr. Manoj that the company has stopped refund and that as soon as the panel comes, the technician would retrofit.
                How come your company, having an international presence and repute, go back on its words? Once they say the panels are not available for the said led tv and after nearly three months they say that the refund process has been cancelled or now as soon as the panel is available it will be retrofitted!!!. Don't you think that a well established brand like toshiba is taking the common consumers for a jolly ride? This is a clear case of 420.
                I want my refund at the earliest. I don't want the repairing of the faulty led tv. Give me my refund and take back your faulty tv.
                This is my first and last email to your escalation team (Toshiba india).
                If my issue is not resolved at the earliest, i will surely approach toshiba japan, for redressal and inform them about the dismal service given by toshiba india.
                The last option will be to sue toshiba india, for the said faulty led tv, including legal cost, mental torture, time consumption and consequence. (Please note. I have all evidence with me and i will deliberate my case, myself.)

                  I complaint about toshiba tv on 10 th nov 2016 which got registered at 19 dec 2016 ad till now 10th feb 2017 the tv has not been repaired. I called so many times to customers care. Wrote emails, but no proper action has been taken. Toshiba service are so pathetic till now and compare to other tv products it has been extremely poor. Toshiba world known brand warranty services dont even desire 1 marks. Pls provide me with contact where my problem can be genuinely heard and actions can be taken. Now i am crying why i brought toshiba tv.
                  In transportation LED Tv has been damaged so I just want to inquire about the charges exactly how much it is needed.

                    I have registered a complaint with Toshiba on 9th January 2017 vide complaint No. TIPL SR1 I 0011648 for repairing my LED TV which is under warranty. in a week time i was informed that some panel has to be replaced and the replacement is approved and waiting for the spares. Even after one month, nothing has happened and for all my repeated request for services, I am being given same answer that the panel is expected to reach any time.

                      Toshiba lcd colour tv model no.24hv10ze. Audio is available but there is avedio picture problem picture is not available. Before this problem, sometime picture is available. But in starting television, there is no picture available only sound is available but after some time there is automatically picture available. This become every day. Now there is only sound no picture.

                        We had made a complaint on 1st December 2016 regarding the display not working.My complaint number is-TIPLSRZH0000682.After that sales person has arrived and assured that the display will be changed within 10 working days.
                        Now February 2017 has arrived but the problem has not been sort out.
                        I made several calls and talked to your executive but they always ask about the extension but not solved my problem til now.

                        You tell me what should I do now?
                        Why this big brand company is not able to arrange product during these 70 days?
                        Who's gonna responsible for the problem I am facing?

                          The complaint for my LED TV has been done 10-12 times but there is no response from customer care. We gad to contact service centre ourselves that too number of times then the executive visited but still the complaint is not resolved.

                          Now we will start posting on social network and forums if this is not resolved soon.

                          TOSHIBA INDIA IS A PATHETIC COMPANY WOTH POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT

                            I had registered a complaint about my 40'' led tv that its not working from 25 dec 2016 complaint number is TIPLSRZH0028593, after that no body had come to check that. then after 4 days i received a call from a service center name OM AIRCOM Solution that they are from Toshiba and asked the problem. then they said its a problem of your panel and they will repair the tv with in 2 to 3 days but now its 40 days had been gone and nobody had come at my home to repair it. I had called many times to the customer care team and everytime they said that your panel is in bengaluru warehouse and it will reach to service center soon.

                            I think toshiba dont care about there customer and they dont want to make loyal customer in india.

                            Very pathetic service TOSHIBA.

                            40 days had gone but no body had come and there is no solution provided.

                            I will recommend to all that dont buy the products of TOSHIBA.

                            POOR POOR POOR service.

                            Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                I have purchased a new Toshiba LED TV model no. 29P1300ZE from Naveen Electrotech Pvt Ltd at 4/4, Model Town 2, Delhi-110009. Now I have facing some problem not working my Tv on 25.12.16, I have given complaint on 28.12.16 complaint no. SRZH0032165 but i have not received any satisfaction reply till date from your customer service. Even i called to the many time but they are not taking my complain seriously every time they said ''we will solve your complaint after one day or two day''. You have a big brand and reputation but in actually you are not able to solve even a TV complaint.

                                  I m really pained to write to you that your India after sales service for Television is worst.

                                  I had bought an LCD TV in 2011 and in 2017 I had some problem.

                                  I called the India Toshiba Customer Care many a times and after repeated calls they assigned a Toshiba service mechanic to attend to my TV problem.

                                  The phone number of the Toshiba TV mechanic was also given to me. Its +91
                                  [protected]. I called him many times but everytime he said he will come today.

                                  But, unfortunately, that day never came, So far no one has turned up to even check the TV and diagnose the problem.

                                  Its really a very bad experience.

                                  I tried Gurgaon (India) head office landline number given in website many times but unfortunately no one lifts the phone.

                                  Toshiba TV India please solve my problem.

                                    I got a Toshiba water heater(25 liter) in month of DEC 2016. After fitting we identify that their is an leakage of water coming out as drops.
                                    I call to customer care and register the complaints[protected]. technician checked and order for replacement of Body part.
                                    After that Technician took my heater to work shop for replacing the part. Next day they came and install the heater.
                                    Here problem started.. Heater not fitted in a correct manner.. and lights are not working properly. Talking to them we came to know Technician is not experts, he is a trainee, on the same day they close my request with out resolving the issue.

                                    I raised second request[protected] . I informed all the above info to Customer guy to send one good expert. But no use. same person came and done some thing and currently smell is coming out from my heater. but request is closed.

                                    What is the use of buying water heater?
                                    Why Toshiba is sending low technical skilled guys?
                                    Who is the correct POC to resolve my issue?

                                      We have bought Toshiba TV Model No. Toshiba LED 81 cm 32P2305ZE on date 16/03/2014 from Croma Retail Store Phoenix Market City Kurla-A123 Mumbai which had 3 year warranty. The TV panel was not working properly for whihc we raised complaint on 17th September 2016, which was done after the technician visited our premises and said some major issues and needs to be replaced.

                                      After few days the service center informed that TV Part is not avlaiable and hence we wowuld be refunded the entire cost of TV, the cheque for it would reach before 30th November 2016.

                                      Every time we call there is one or other reason readyly given and now toshiba say they would get the part which is being imported. On 17th january, 2017 they said in 2-3 days we shall receive the it, but again same things. Today 30 January 2017, again they they are saying that the product would in in process and will get in 3-4 days.

                                      We are really fed up with thier flse commitments, also very veyr poor service from call center to the person assigned to us, We spoke to Deependra Singh, Sandeep all of whom are just not taking our case seriously. We do not want the part replaced now and would require refund with all the harrasment and mental torture for last 5 months.

                                        I am Mehfooz Ansari and my complain is about my 'Toshiba LED TV - 32P2305ZE E08X14H04060L1' Which is dead and not functioning before a long time. This is under warranty for Three Years. In spite of multiple reminders and request to service/replacement, there has not been any action taken from the company yet. This look very unexceptionable.
                                        I logged first complaint on 13th August, 2016 (TIPLSR8H0024506) but no action was taken yet.
