My Toshiba 40 Inches Full HD LED Television is dead and not functioning since 19th Nov 2016. This is under warranty FOR THREE YEARS. In spite of multiple reminders and request to service, there hasn’t been any action taken from the company yet .This looks very annoying and harassment to the customer. Japanese company and the service is so pathetic and lethargic its unbelievable .

I logged first complaint on 19th Dec (TIPLSRYH0023762) but no action was taken. Then I logged second complaint on 26th Dec (TIPLSRYH0023762). After a week, technician visited and told me that the panel is not working and has to be replaced.

Since, then I am not able to get any update as why my TV can not be repaired. I know I'll not get any response from this as well, as all requests are falling on the deaf ears.

Still in some hope of humanity, I am writing this and hope you would help me in getting my television repaired ASAP.

    My Toshiba toshiba-india.com39 Inches Full HD LED Television is dead and not functioning since 19th Dec 2016. This is under warranty FOR THREE YEARS.     Have logged a request via on line portal and aswell via customer care on 19th Dec 2016 ( Morning ). My Service request no : TIPSRZH0020826.

    The company is responsible for its bad name due to this unacceptable service.

      I have facing problem from Dec.29th, 2016. I have contacted customer care, dealer, technician Toshiba Head Mr. Sukprit in our area but not positive result. I am thinking to go on consumer forum. I have registered my complaint no. SRZH0034611.
      Solve my problem as early as possible. Your responsible person not receiving phone call also.
      Toshiba Service is very very bad and poor.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        i want to bring following point into your knowledge.
        1. That, I was using Toshiba LED TV Model No 32PT200ZE and Serial No 049T42014956K1. LED TV Display was not working. As the LED TV was under warranty, i registered a complaint to Toshiba Service Center in September 2016 . The service engineer visited my house on very next day but he said that panel needs to be changed . After lot of wait, he said that Toshiba company had discontinued to make panels. so you will get refund of all cost .
        2. But, even till date, neither i got any refund nor replacement as assured by company even refund has been assured by company in their response mails dated 04.10.2016, 14.11.2016 & 15.11.2016.
        3. This shows company behavior towards customer, i am very upset with all this .
        4. More than 06 months has already passed. but yet company is unable to resolve my issue .

          I am very much shocked the way the complaints are being taken up and no contact with the customers. Our two docking station adapters are not working and i already raised complaint to the company its been 5 days no body has contacted i have to contact every time to the company and our work is suffering very poor service of Toshiba. I haven't expected this from Toshiba

            I logged the complaint# 0021933 on 17/11/16 regarding my led tv not working, which is still under warranty. The complaint has not been resolved till date and it is already more than 1.5 months.

            I haven't experienced such sort of delay in service in the past from any of the brands that i have used. I can very well judge now how is the after sales service of toshiba and i am already regretting my decision to buy a toshiba product.

              I have purchased Toshiba LED 32: vide bill no.11770 dt.17/08/2015. Mr.Puneet has told me guaranty of 3 year on this LED. Mr.Puneet has agree the same during my meeting with him. Now its mother board is not working since 23/12/2016. Toshiba customer care is not fulfilling its guarranty. I request you to please do the needful immediately. However Mr. Puneet has assured me to do the needful by today.

              I was purchasing only Sony LED, what Your sales representative Mr. Puneet at Ashoka Trading Co. assured me again & again.

                I am Jaykishan Shaw, have already complaint for servicing of my Toshiba LCD TV MODEL NO TOSHIBA 29P 1300ZE, in toshiba customer care centre by phone. They replied that they will come within 10 days but after several reminders, month has passed but still they have not taken any initiative regarding this.

                Kindly solve this matter at your earliest, am not getting any option for solve this.

                  Now, i got an another problem with my TV. i.e. After switch on the TV, picture is coming 5-7 minutes late and time is increasing day by day.

                        I took Toshiba 29 inch TV in January 2014 with 3 years warranty. I have raised complaint about blue screen on 18/10/2016 with SR # TIPLSRXH0027993. The engineer Akhilesh Kumar ([protected]) visited and found out that the TV is not repairable. He therefore told me that people from Toshiba will come and take the unit and refund the amount through cheque. I have been chasing them since then but they are saying that the company has still not processed the cheque and they are unaware on the status of the same. It has been a long time now and their landline number is also not answering.

                        Please help me get the refund for the same.

                          Sub: toshiba photo copier complaint not resolved even after one month reg:
                          I would like to invite your kind attention that the photocopier machine (Toshiba copier-2006 dragon-std (In) cygd26381) which was malfunctioned one month before was not resolved till date. The problem was registered on 31st october, 2016 by phone (Complaint no: [protected]). Though the service person attended twice, was not able to correct it due to the power supply unit which was sending by the supplier (Hcl services limited, edappally, cochin ph.: [protected]) was wrong in specifications. We have been keep on contacting the service person and hcl general manager (Ph.: [protected]) regarding this issue for past one month and no proper service was offered from their side.
                          It is quite tiresome for an educational institution (Mims college of nursing, malappuram-cygd26381) like us, where a lot of printing requires during the examination period. We are depending upon outside shops for taking printing materials by paying huge amount.
                          For correcting a smaller issue like changing a spare part takes more than one month is beyond imagination in a digital era like this. We feel that the customer service provided from your side is rock bottom in comparison with some other manufacturers. We have an amc with you which will expire only on[protected]Amc proposal no: ccnb-16-0184 dated[protected], amc period:[protected] to[protected].
                          As a customer i don’t know the reason for delayed services from your side, but we only know that it is negatively affecting our performance to our customers, students and parents. If it delays further, as a responsible service provider you can replace the machine with a new one or replace with a temporary machine until the correction take place. As we cannot compromise on our services. Believe that you will properly consider our grievances. If this continues, we may have to resort on consumer protection rules.

                              We had filed a complain having service request (sr) no. is tiplsryh0007568 dated 06/11/2016 regarding model no. is 40l2400z purchased by us on 24/1/2015 under warrenty of 3 years. this complain was attedded by service engineer mr. sushil gupta and the panel was found defective. all photos have been mailed by your service eng. mr. sushil gupta ji of kanpur to your head office as panel is not working which is to be replaced under warranty. it has already been over 37days therefore we request an urgent action. we are advised that replacement has to come from noida. we have tried to contact mr. anurag gupta for many days on his mobile no. +91 [protected] and your office no. [protected] but no response have been received i. e. they are not picking up the phone. we expect proper & prompt response from your company.

                                Our 29inch led tv under warranty stopped working since 19th aug'16. On a complaint made toshiba technician visited on 22th aug and found the part for display of picture is defective and he would come back within a
                                Week with the required part. He did not however turn up even after 15 days. Since then i am struggling to get update regarding my tv repair but noone from toshiba has any idea. Its almost 5 months now that my old parents are without tv. Only false commitments from customer care and hearing lies from service center guys.
                                Noida regional manager (Anurag gupta-[protected]) never picked up his phone and service center no.[protected] hardly reachable. Always busy. Now my tv warranty is also expired on 12 dec 2016 and don't know if once tv got repaired in this lifetime they will extend my warranty or not.
                                I have registered the complaint many times but these guys has been just giving us promises and not repairing the TV - Model - Number - 32P2305ZE // Serial Number - E17X14H02863K1.

                                Every time the technician comes make promise but the LED is not being prepared .

                                  I bought 39 inch LED TV, Model No. 39P2305ZE from (the then authorized dealer of Toshiba) M/s Ashoka Corporation on May 04, 2014, Ambala Cantt with a comprehensive 3 year warranty.
                                  Following are the bill details:
                                  i) Date: May 04, 2014
                                  ii) Bill No.: 6667
                                  iii) Amount: Rs.33900/-
                                  iv) Name on the bill: Ashwani Kumar (Complainant name)
                                  In Aug 2016, black lines started appearing on the screen. When the problem prevailed, I made a complaint to Toshiba Call Center having Complaint No. TIPLSR9H0034150 on Sept 21, 2016. The service engineer, visited my home and took the TV with himself and charged Rs.550/- with some field cash receipt having Bill No. 2773. After few days, he returned the TV and assured us that the formalities have been done and I will receive the communication from the Company after Diwali i.e. Oct 30, 2016. In the process, I misplaced the original bill, but I got a xerox copy from the dealer.
                                  But I got no intimation from the company. But when I again called the call center, I was told that my complaint has been rejected as the the bill details were not clear. I again lodged the complaint on Dec 01, 2016, Complaint No. TIPLSRZH0000942. After few days, I got a call from Toshiba again stating that the dealer details are not clear. I once again lodged the complaint having Complaint No.TIPLSRZH0010439 and gave Dealer's Mobile No. i.e. [protected] and landline no. i.e.[protected] to the customer care executive and asked him to cross verify the details if there's any discrepancy. Since then, I have received no communication from them and I have been harassed for no reason. Photo of the bills are attached with the complaint.

                                    I had made a compliant on 7th of last month regarding LED TV not working properly & having one BRIGHT line coming in upper part of TV & it took 6 Days to engineer to come for a visit. On engineer's visit the TV was opened by him making things more worse & whole sceen has washed out colors. He informed the LCD panel is having issue needs to be replaced from that day its almost a month from date of complaint no result in replacing/repairing. It seems TOSHIBA in INDIA is selling 3rd grade products as Rs.35000 going bad in 2 years is worrisome for the brand in INDIA as well as abroad. Please refund the same as i have no trust left in quality of product. Television may go down any moment.

                                      I bought Toshiba LED tv 2 year back. At the beginning itself tv stopped receiving remote signal. After continues call and mail to toshiba they replaced the board and was working since last month.

                                      Now lines are coming on the display and not able to watch TV

                                      I put up a compliant on toshiba through telephone on 14 th November, Nobody come to home for repair, i rushed to the nearby service center with my tv. They said board has gone, need replacement. He took some photos of tv and board, and mailed to toshiba. Now i am waiting. Every time when i am calling to Toshiba they are saying 10 days it will take and after that it will be ohhk. After 17 days i called to them then they are saying again it will take another 10 days...and they are not able to explain the status of the complaint. Only they know service center has ordered the spare... thats all

                                      How long i have to wait. Dealer has given me number of service head ahmedabad. He is sooo busy to pick the call...

                                      I tried in the whole week he picked my call only twice when i called morethan 50 times. Both the time he offered me that he will call after some time or after some days with a solution. He has ordered the part. whether you will get replacement/repair or refund.

                                      But Both the time he isnt called me and not even picking the call... and still i am calling

                                      Really frustrated with this Toshiba service guys, they are behaving like irresponsible and not understanding the difficulties of customers.

                                      Customer care executives are not providing contacts number s of their higher authorities. If anybody is having the number please provide me for western sector or for total india

                                      Really really frustrated...

                                      Please repair my tv as soon as possible...

                                      Today when i mailed to customer care email [email protected], they replied to talk with [email protected] Mob: 09375304433.

                                      Normally he never pick-up the phone, but today he picked the call on my third attempt. And he offred, my tv will be ohk within 2-4 days. Parts he ordered has reached his delhi warehouse. It only wait till it reached to mu nearest service center.

                                      If it happened within above said time span, i will update here...!

                                        We purchased a Toshiba LED T.V. model no. 40L2400ZE serial no. E496D4J00797V1 from Value Plus Vaishali, GHZ. wide inv. no. VARI-04342 dated 17/1/2016 with 1year warranty extended upto 3years.
                                        The display stopped appearing on 25/06/2016 and was replaced on 10/07/16. Again the display stooped appearing on 15/07/2016 and was replaced on 3/8/2016. The display problem again started on 19/08/2016 and complaint had been lodged on the same date under complaint no. SR8H0033676.
                                        It is now more than 3 months, no action has been taken till date inspite of repeated emails and telephoning request.
                                        Copy of invoice has been attached for reference.
