28-02-15.. We have called at service center but they are saying that the parts of led is not yet come. And they are saying that call to that person or this person.
Our led tv is with him from 3 months...
We are suffering a lot we are requesting sir. We are complaining regularly but there is no response towards our complain

    Myself anupriya sharma purchased led on 09.02.2014 with again extended warranty of 2 years from kapila electronic janakpuri,,, and after one year and after continuously facing black and white screen and finally with black screen on 20/aug/2017,,, due to which complained in customer care... One of your executive visited with an assurance that will replace screen within 20 days but even after that no response got from toshiba... After called so many times they only tell to wait some more time and now finally they are confirming on 15.09.2017 that my product is out of warranty... Pls do needful

      My self bharati shetty i had purchased one toshiba led tv from vijay sales borivali mumbai branch on 29/08/2015 which was in warranty till 29/08/2017. From last one year in that tv some or the other problem is going on in one year we send our device 6-7 to your service center.
      Last time that tv had some display prblm on 22/08/2017 we registered a compaint and that was attended on 26/08/17 from dat day i am calling at your service center frequently they use to say they are not getting some parts of that tv, today they are saying sorry we are not able to replace on refund as we dont have any tv for replace which is not good gestures of such a big company. Your attendent mr sandeep had talk with me rudely today which is not good

      Please look into the matter & revert back in positive way. My complaint is registered with my mobile no.[protected]

        The tv stopped working 2 months back. Its located in jabalpur, mp. The service center said they dont have parts to repair and they need to order. We raised the complaint to get the service parts. The technicians from the service centre named standard electronics said we might need to change the power unit or the mother board. Until we receive those we cant proceed. Its been 2 months and the parts are not received. The tv is as it is since then. The tv is just an year and half old. Please suggest a solution to solve it asap

        My tv display not appeared from last month august and we complaint same matter to company service center (tiplsr258h04450) after that one technician came to my home and checked the tv and note our tv in warranty period and he assured me that he will repair within a week without single penny but after one week i called to customer care they said we don't have the equipment which is required in ur tv and we arrange from our bangalore main service center office so pl wait for 10-12 days after that we sort out your problem but after that they now tell us we take 20-25 working days for solve complaint.
        I have all conversation recorded.
        This is totally harassment sir what i should do pl suggest

            I brought thosiba led 32 inch tv... Only 1 yr 6 months competed now tv not even turning on... No response from toshiba company... I handed with care but also problem occurs... What is this??? Branded company means not only focus in adds... 1st hear tha customer complaints and solve... Make a good quality products... We are not buy free of cost.. We paying money... Thank you!!!

                Hi,
                I have been calling and writing from the past 3 months and so far nothing has been done and did not get the problem resolved.

                Complaint number : sr7i0007691, tv has been taken by your service center person a month ago or so and when ever he was called i hear answer from him "next week" every time and i do not think when that week will come and it is going on for 3 months.

                I am tired of calling and following up with your team and representatives and now i request you to please return/refund my money back immediately i cannot wait for more time, i am not satisfied with your tv and your customer service so do the refund immediately.

                Have sent emails earlier, you can see my email above and no solid action had been taken, so please refund my money immediately
                I purchased Toshiba SATELLITE C-50B P0010 model laptop on 7-9-14 with 3 years warranty.
                In the past two months it has display issues in the monitor and hence i need your support to rectify the problem

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  I have registered above mentioned complaints at TOSHIBA customer care No.[protected] regarding display problem in my led TV.

                  First complaint was registered by me on 21.5.2017 vide complaint no.TIPLSR5I0014109 since than I am repeatedly following their team but not getting any solution.

                  Their Customer care centre provided us several mobile numbers to follow the status of complaint, few of them are :
                  SHYAM : [protected]
                  VANDANA : [protected]
                  VIJAY KAUSHIK : [protected]
                  UNIVERSAL ELECTRONICS : [protected]

                  All of these do not even care to pick the call. Somehow if they picks the call they have repeated answer like the company has closed its business in India and parts of TV will come from Bangalore and there is no definite period.

                  On 14.8.2017 I called at their Bangalore office number [protected] and got the reply that the company has closed its office in Bangalore for TV & Laptops.

                  I repeatedly called to Service Centre Numbers :

                  Harvinder Singh : [protected]
                  Jasmeet Singh : [protected]
                  Trilok Singh : [protected]
                  Universal Electronics : [protected]

                  But they are also not picking my calls.

                  In respect of my first complaint number TIPLSR5I0014109 DT. 21.5.2017 Mr. Trilok Singh representative of Mr.Harvinder Singh (Universal Electronics, Karmpura, New Delhi) picked my TV on 14.6.2017 and returned on 27.6.2017. It worked for two weeks only, after that same problem arised.

                  I again registered complaint number TIPLSR257H00953 DT.25.7.2017. In respect of that Mr. Trilok Singh ([protected]) visited to us on 29.7.2017 and assured that the picture tube shall be replaced on Tuesday 01.8.2017 but he did not turn back, even his mobile number is out of service now.

                  I am repeatedly calling to their team but it seems that my requests are falling in deaf ears.

                  Their customer care[protected] is also giving me a repeated replies that "part of your TV has been ordered and it will come from Bangalore, contact to service center but service center is not picking my calls.

                  I have also visited to the dealer Sargam India Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Rajouri Garden, New Delhi - 110027 on 03.8.2017 they assure me to help and gave me the number of their customer care executive Ms. Sonal ([protected]). I tried to contact her number of times but she did not pick my calls, however on 10.8.17 she picked the call and ask me to contact her senior Mr. Amrish ([protected]), he was really her senior not for the solution but for ignoring the customer calls. I was repeatedly calling to Mr. Amrish from 10.8.2017 and finally on 14.8.17 he picked my call and told me that he is not right person you should contact or Mr. Manpreet ([protected]), and Mr. Manpreet is another name in the series to whom I am calling and he is not picking my call...

                  I am also requesting by emails to their following email addresses but not getting any help.

                  This the story of their customer support in capital of India. What the people of small town and villages can expect from Toshiba.

                  All the summer vacations of my kids was spoiled, In the capital of India we are living without a television for four months, I have got the job of calling your team, I am begging for my legal rights…………..

                  Please help me to come out from this deep trouble. Either repair my television properly or refund my hard earn money on urgent basis.

                    Dear sir, after obtaining the starting problem i submitted the tv from where i purchased on[protected] and than the shop submitted my tv on[protected] to ranchi service centre (Toshiba) but from than no traces have been found of my tv. After asking the report from ranchi service centre, they are not providing any information in this regard by only saying that "time lagega".

                    Therefore, it is requested to kindly repair the same at the earliest and furnish the information in the above mentioned matter.

                      I purchased toshiba led tv from sargam electronics, narela, delhi in june, 2015 and extended the warranty of tv for 3 years up to 2018 at the cost of rs. 800.00.
                      Now my tv is out of order for technical snag in it and i first registered the complaint with toshiba customer care ([protected]) on 21st july, 2017 with complaint number tiplsr217h00403. The complaint was supposed to be closed within a week but its more than 7 weeks, there is no response from toshiba india.in this one and a half month, i kept on repeatedly calling on customer executives and writing emails over emails to toshiba but i never got the clear status of my complaint, neither i got the timeline from them.
                      Now i want the hep in this regard and the problem to be resolved at earliest or refund in case of further delay.

                      The complaint of ID 1690105 is not resolved and Toshiba India complany seems to be very pathetic about my registered complaint. This is causing me a great mental harrassement.
                      Please suggest the ways how I should move forward to sue Toshiba for my complaint. I want the full refund of TV price now.

                        I have one laptops toshiba serial no - 5f105358h my younger brother two times compliments on my laptop but no resolution that time my laptop not powering on condition its yours service

                              My tv model: 40l2400 bought on 27/05/2015 & 2 years extended warranty is activated.
                              My complaint: toshiba logo will appear and then no display.

                              Regarding this i contacted your customer care & no response from toshiba service team. Till date no one called me & no one won't came to my me to check the tv. I followed till the date after complaining.

                              Before that the tv faulted twice & changed the mother board in first time (2016) service. Then changed the led display tv in second service (June 2017). This is my third complaint (August 2017). I lost the host in toshiba brand products.

                              Feeling guilty why i'm choosing toshiba brand.

                              Strictly i need new tv.

                              I'm a middle class people. How long i will come back of you all.

                                Lines are comming on screen.in same room we shifted to other placé. By mail [protected]@toshiba-india.com, i intimated. Meenakshi sharma replyed within one week consult person will come and look in. Till now no one came.

Kunal wasnik raising this complaint address - nagsen colony, kandari, tal - bhusaval, dist - jalgaon, maharashtra, pin no - 425201, - for toshiba led - 32p2400ze sr. No. F086d2j02996u1unfortunately, t. V has not performing well because the picture of t. V went away and the voice is just coming and stopped working completely.

                                  The product purchase date is 31st march 2016 and still the product is in under warranty and i m looking a replacement or repair service from the company.

                                  The product stopped working completely on 7 july 17, when to called up to customer care, ten time, the representative told they are having system issue and you need to email to [protected]@toshiba-india.com.. When we sent an email for 20 days. Again i've called up to customer care and they told us they are having server issue going from many days and now you've to write to [protected]@toshiba-india.com.

                                  In all these communication we had already wasted 23 days.

                                  And later i've raised complaint to [protected]@toshiba-india.com through mail on th 13 aug 2017 which also was bounce back due to their inbox full and still no call from company only email after a day saying they've fwded my mail.

                                  I raised the complaint about my LCD panel fault on 6th July. Its really pathetic service provided by Toshiba people. I have been calling Toshiba customer care every day. but reply is same . Every time they extend one week . really its pathetic service.

                                    I'm vijaya the daughter of mr uttam kamble, raising this complaint on behalf of mr. Uttam kamble, address - kondhwa budruk, pune - for toshiba led - 32l33002e sr. No. E05x18h01479l1 which is currently not displaying any picture and stopped working completely.

                                    The product purchase date is 19th dec 2014 and still the product is in under warranty and i m looking a replacement or repair service from the company.

                                      I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the behaviour and service of toshiba service center for repairing /refund of led television. We have logged a service request for the tv on 04/10/2016. The product was within the warranty period. After prolong waiting (3 monts) it was confirmed by the toshiba kolkata regional sales manager of mrs susmita das that rs 15900 will be refunded due to unavailability of led panel. She advised us to send few documents like invoice and a cancel cheque. She assured us that within 45 working days the money will be refunded. We believed her words. We submitted all the documents that she asked from us and waited more than the said days. But no money is refunded till today. We called her and asked reason for this delay. But instead of explaining she rudely behaved with us and told us that she will not entertain our request further.

                                      Now we are quite surprised to see this kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior of the company like toshiba. It was certainly not acceptable and if this sort of thing continue to happen then im sorry to say the trust factor of toshiba will go down which will directly impact the brand value of toshiba.

                                      So im writing to you to know when our money will be refunded. We have logged the service request almost 9 months ago and still we didn't get any resolutions.

                                      So kindly help us by refunding our money asap.

                                        We have purchased this tv in 2015.in apr 2017 there was a blank screen issue & a techician was sent from the vendor (Pai international - kalyan nagar) he checked the same & said that a software has to be installed. Excatly 2 months later again there is the same issue. Trying to contact someone from pai to get this checked & they say they dnt deal with toshiba anymore.

                                        Request you to send some one to get this repaired & hope this does not repeat again.

                                        TV not working since last 3 months service peron came and said will replace.waiting since last3 months for replacement
                                        Iam complaint registered 14 august but till date not respond. Waste product in the TV companies. Your service is too late and very bad service.
                                        My tv problem is Blank screen how many days solves this problem
