I have toshiba 32 inch tv and 2 times tv had issue with led back lights and when toshiba service centre people took my tv to his centre he tooks 15 days to reolve the small issue.
I was aware of the issue, issue was led back light is gone, it means one of the led was not working and as per toshiba service centre they have to replace the whole led strip but they only changed single led which is unacceptable.
It means they are not doing there proper work, they order led strips to toshiba company, and then they changed only one led. It means they are cheating with toshiba company as well.
As per my thinking, they have to replace whole led strip. And even they took 15 days time to replace single led.
When i checked that led inside tv and found that led are different it is not matched with original led, it means they order the led stirps to toshiba but they replace the single, single local led. This is ridiculous things happened, and this is happening 2 times.
Now again my tv have same issue and instead of replaceing single led, why they are not replaceing whole led strip.
And god sec, it is just 1 hour work to replace the led they took always 15 days, why should i give my tv to them.
One of the (Bakwas), (Faltu service, poor service, they are not talking to me properly, very rudly,) toshiba tv centre in pune.
I need replacement now. I do not want to repair... Again and again
