I'm vijaya the daughter of mr uttam kamble, raising this complaint on behalf of mr. Uttam kamble, address - kondhwa budruk, pune - for toshiba led - 32l33002e sr. No. E05x18h01479l1 which is currently not displaying any picture and stopped working completely.

The product purchase date is 19th dec 2014 and still the product is in under warranty and i m looking a replacement or repair service from the company.

The product stopped working completely on 3rd july 17, we've gone to the dealer, he told us that you need to comtact to company. When to called up to customer care, threee time, thrice the representative told they are having system issue and you need to email to [protected]@toshiba-india.com.. When we sent an email for 6 days. Again i've called up to customer care and they told us they are having server issue going from many days and now you've to write to [protected]@toshiba-india.com.

In all these communication we had already wasted 15 days.

And later i've raised complaint to [protected]@toshiba-india.com through mail on 15th july 2017 which also was bounce back due to their inbox full and still no call from company only email after a month saying they've fwded my email to concern department and provide one number

    I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the behaviour and service of toshiba service center for repairing /refund of led television. We have logged a service request for the tv on 04/10/2016. The product was within the warranty period. After prolong waiting (3 monts) it was confirmed by the toshiba kolkata regional sales manager of mrs susmita das that rs 15900 will be refunded due to unavailability of led panel. She advised us to send few documents like invoice and a cancel cheque. She assured us that within 45 working days the money will be refunded. We believed her words. We submitted all the documents that she asked from us and waited more than the said days. But no money is refunded till today. We called her and asked reason for this delay. But instead of explaining she rudely behaved with us and told us that she will not entertain our request further.

    Now we are quite surprised to see this kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior of the company like toshiba. It was certainly not acceptable and if this sort of thing continue to happen then im sorry to say the trust factor of toshiba will go down which will directly impact the brand value of toshiba.

    So im writing to you to know when our money will be refunded. We have logged the service request almost 9 months ago and still we didn't get any resolutions.

    So kindly help us by refunding our money asap.

      We have purchased this tv in 2015.in apr 2017 there was a blank screen issue & a techician was sent from the vendor (Pai international - kalyan nagar) he checked the same & said that a software has to be installed. Excatly 2 months later again there is the same issue. Trying to contact someone from pai to get this checked & they say they dnt deal with toshiba anymore.

      Request you to send some one to get this repaired & hope this does not repeat again.

        Dear sir/madam,
        I have registered above mentioned complaints at your customer care no.[protected] regarding display problem in my led tv.

        First complaint was registered by me on 21.5.2017 vide complaint no. Tiplsr5i0014109 since than i am repeatedly following to your team but not getting any solution.

        Your customer care centre provided us several mobile numbers to follow the status of complaint, few of them are :

        Shyam : [protected]
        Vandana : [protected]
        Vijay kaushik : [protected]
        Universal electronics : [protected]

        All of these do not even care to pick the call. Somehow if they picks the call they have repeated answer like the company has closed its business in india and parts of tv will come from bangalore and there is no definite period.

        Today 14.8.2017 i called at your bangalore office number [protected] and got the reply that the company has closed its office in bangalore for tv & laptops.

        I repeatedly called to service centre numbers :

        Harvinder singh : [protected]
        Jasmeet singh : [protected]
        Trilok singh : [protected]
        Universal electronics : [protected]

        But they are also not picking my calls.

        In respect of my first complaint number tiplsr5i0014109 dt. 21.5.2017 mr. Trilok singh representative of mr. Harvinder singh (Universal electronics, karmpura, new delhi) picked my tv on 14.6.2017 and returned on 27.6.2017. It worked for two weeks only. After that same problem arised.

        I again registered complaint number tiplsr257h00953 dt.25.7.2017.in respect of that mr. Trilok singh ([protected]) visited to us on 29.7.2017 and assured that the picture tube shall be replaced on tuesday 01.8.2017 but he did not turn back, even than his mobile number is out of service and i am repeatedly calling to your team but it seems that my requests are falling in deaf ears.

        Your customer care[protected] is also giving me a repeated reply that "part of your tv has been ordered and it will come from bangalore, contact to service centre" but service centre is not picking my calls.

        I also visited to the dealer sargam india electronics pvt. Ltd., rajouri garden, new delhi - 110027 on 03.8.2017 they assure me to help and gave me the number of their customer care executive ms. Sonal ([protected]). I tried to contact her number of times but she did not pick my calls, however on 10.8.17 she picked the call and ask me to contact her senior mr. Amrish ([protected]), he was really her senior not for the solution but for ignoring the customer calls. I was repeatedly calling to mr. Amrish from 10.8.2017 and finally today on 14.8.17 he picked my call and told me that he is not right person you should contact or mr. Manpreet ([protected]), and mr. Manpreet is another name in the series to whom i am calling and he is not picking my call...

        This the story of your customer support in capital of india. What the people of small town and villages can expect from toshiba.

        Definitely this type of customer support team is responsible for windup of your business.

        All the summer vacation of my kids was spoiled, in the capital of india we are living without a television for three months, i have got the job of calling your team, i am begging for my legal rights…………..

        Please help me to come out from this deep trouble. Either repair my television properly or refund my hard earn money on urgent basis.

          This is to inform you that its been 3 weeks passed away that i have launched my complaint for my tv main board but still the problem has not been resolved at your end my complaint number is sr247h00748 please resolve the problem at the earliest also let me know the time line when the problem can be resolved. The technician visited 3 weeks ago and told me main board is faulty but now 21 days are passed still there is no feedback when you are going to change the main board.
          Still waiting for call very poor service.
          Toshiba fridge 10 years old not cooling and door gasket is spoilt

            Last year, i have registered a service complaint for led tv serial no. E40x20h00188k1 on 29th december' 2016. After 6 months of complaint was registered, i received service from toshiba but the product worked only for next 2 days. After all i shared my issue with concern person mr. Shyam contact no. [protected] and he suggested me to exchange my product with a used available tv in warehouse and gave me the reason that company's​ manufacturing is terminated. I tried several times to contact him but was unable to reach him again. Again i have registered the complaint in june'2017 for the same but yet not get any solution. I am anticipating quick response from toshiba and provide me service as my product is still under warranty period till february 2018. As i always received the same email from [protected]@toshiba-india.com [protected]@toshiba-india.com "please accept our apologies for inconvenience caused."
            Here i am not waiting for accepting any apologies for inconvenience. I am anticipating service

              It is still in the warranty. So i went to your surat customer care on 11th july 2017. Their address is:

              They told me to wait for two days for replacement or refund. But till today's date the problem is unsolved. They are telling that due to gst, so many cases are pending. So i will have to wait for another month. This is ridiculous. Your company's reputation is spoiled here. I want my hard disk replaced or refund of the money. Do it fast. Waiting for the reply.
              4 day before I complained about my tv but no has been provided when I called to customer support they always say that we will reach you today yesterday but no one came kindly look into this matter

                I beg to draw your kind attention towards the purchase of a coloured toshiba tv (Model no-29p2305ze_a/sr n. E21x13h00658c1) from navrang electronics (Krishna nagar) your distibuter shop vide cash invoice no. Sc152075 (7/09/2014) it has created disturbance for all o[censored]s. Before purchasing you placed it's durability, stability and utility but it seems it was only bargain. It has got sm fault. Your company also provide me with a guarantee card in case thee appears any defect. So i request you to replace/repair the television as it stands within the stipulated guarantee period.

                    The customer support or services against any problem in consumer goods like tv they are not providing support. I am calling again and again but every time customer executives tell me that "be patience".
                    My question is how many days. Is there are any management, who is taking care or customer issue. I think no. There are no system and management in toshiba, for customer. The worst services i have seen.

                    I suggest to not to buy toshiba product if you want services after purchase.
                    If you want services after purchase then toshiba's services is worst.

                      Hello,

                      I have toshiba 32 inch tv and 2 times tv had issue with led back lights and when toshiba service centre people took my tv to his centre he tooks 15 days to reolve the small issue.

                      I was aware of the issue, issue was led back light is gone, it means one of the led was not working and as per toshiba service centre they have to replace the whole led strip but they only changed single led which is unacceptable.

                      It means they are not doing there proper work, they order led strips to toshiba company, and then they changed only one led. It means they are cheating with toshiba company as well.

                      As per my thinking, they have to replace whole led strip. And even they took 15 days time to replace single led.

                      When i checked that led inside tv and found that led are different it is not matched with original led, it means they order the led stirps to toshiba but they replace the single, single local led. This is ridiculous things happened, and this is happening 2 times.

                      Now again my tv have same issue and instead of replaceing single led, why they are not replaceing whole led strip.

                      And god sec, it is just 1 hour work to replace the led they took always 15 days, why should i give my tv to them.

                      One of the (Bakwas), (Faltu service, poor service, they are not talking to me properly, very rudly,) toshiba tv centre in pune.

                      I need replacement now. I do not want to repair... Again and again

                      The service centre not replacing item as it is within warranty. compliant lodged on May 29, 2017 no action so far.

                          Its 3rd may 2016, when we registered first complaint for tv screen complaint to toshiba. The technician has collected all required details (Like bill copy, warranty card etc) & assured that organization is struggling for spare parts big time & it would take 1-2 months to service it.
                          On regular follow-up with this person & technicial agency for more than 8 months, there is nothing change.
                          You cant register new complaint also, as it would delete the old complaint & the process from the beginning again. Its seems few people in organization are cheating customer & company heads are providing all need support just for making money by harassing customers.
                          The call center didn't even share any email address except non responsive [protected]@toshiba-india.com

                          My latest complaint number is tipl/ha/2017/06/28/0088
                          Our tv is not geting on from10days so please come and see our toshiba tv

                            This is to bring to your notice about th issue i am facing with a toshiba tv i bought from lulu connect 2 years back. The tv with model number 32p2400ze seems to be showing an error message "usb overcurrent status detected. Please remove all usb devices and restart the tv by removing ac power". This was seen from 3-4 days back and i contacted the toshiba call center.
                            Upon telling them the serial number, they claim that the serial number is invalid. One of the customer care executive asked me to mail them on '[protected]@toshiba-india.com'. Upon mailing the whole details, along with attached photo of warranty card, back of tv showing serial number and invoice of purchase from lulu, they responded with a reply mail asking me to fill out the same information in blanks.
                            Filling out the form was of no use as the mails were bouncing back with some error message with some chinese letters. I called up the customer care again, but was let down by the same response.
                            I request you to look into this issue soon. I have my warranty till 15th feb 2018.
                            They keep claiming that the serial number is invalid. I have attached along with this mail a copy of invoice from lulu connect, lulu mall, ernakulam, photo from back of my tv and the warranty card showing warranty number.
                            Please check them and resolve this issue soon as toshiba is not helping much.

                            There was a problem with the TV on 23 July 12 (under warranty period). As my Toshiba LED TV-screen 80.0cm model no.32P2400ZE is showing error 0xc0000185, With this I am not satisfied,

                              Dear sir,
                              I have been facing problems with my refrigerator since 3 months and after lodging a complaint my problem was solved by kamal enterprises who charged me a total amt of rs.450 for door visor setting + rs.3800 for refrigerator sensor + rs.3500 for gas charging.
                              After doing all the possible changes in the refrigerator, my ref is still not working properly and not i want toshiba to send one of his technician to look into the matter and resolve the issue which i feel your service dealer kamal enterprises is not able to solve.

Service Request (SR) No is TIPLSR5I0004567.still the problem is not solved. No one is taking responsible. They are saying spare parts not available, we will solve the problem as soon as possible, but they are keep on saying this same statement for the past 2 months. Pls help...

                                  There is a Toshiba Xerox Machine beaning Model No.DP-3570 having No.CPE026504. The machine is not working properly since a long. The following problems are observed during copying of a document:

                                  1-Paper copying is not well; sometimes half copying
                                  2-Paper Jam is another major issue of the machine
                                  3-Quoting black color on the paper due to the Catridge problem of the machine
                                  4-Sometimes left dusts while copying

                                    Dear sir

                                    I have Purchase a Toshiba 40 Inch Full Hd Led Tv (40L2400ZE) from Sargam Electronics on 19 apr 2015...it has 03 years warranty..but unfortunately on 20 may 2017 my tv screen goes blank and i have called customer care for lodge a complaint wide SR No is 5I0013623

                                    After 02 hours engineer come and inspect the tv and told that there is a problem in panel and we have to change it...

                                    I have call again customer care and as per them new panel is dispatched from Bangalore on 24 may 2017 and it will take 15 days more.

                                    Now today is 04 July no action will be taken yet, , , ,

                                    Also mail several times but they people are make fake promises only

                                      We had taken decision to buy the costliest fridge of Toshiba Brand .
                                      But I feel it was unfortunate and wrong decision .
                                      Despite of repeated complaints registered at toll free number . Repeated visit of service technicians . The complaint of fridge could not be resolved .

                                      I hear by request you to please arrange COMPANY ENGINEER to check the fridge and provide solution on URGENT basis .
