On 8 of August 2016, I called the customer care of toshiba that my Tv is not working and after that the service engineer came on 25 August 2016 with motherboard replacement then he got to know about that the power board of the TV is not working then he replied in next 3 days I am coming with power board replacement and today on 12 August 2016, The engineer again came and said the new part which is for replacement is also not working. I am fed up with the service again I have to wait so long for the same. Ridiculous service and nowonwards I am not going to buy toshiba products and never recommended to anyone to buy. If this is not getting resolved in next 3 days I am gonna complaint in consumer court about this.

    I had a issue with my Toshiba Television, since one day the picture went off. We called up the Customer Service Toll Free Number of Toshiba, and we were given a complaint number 8005047

    They sent their representatives within 1.5hrs and these 2 guys who claimed that they were from the company that provide services for Toshiba, " Customer Support Center" said that the motherboard of my TV is gone and needs replacement. We were told it would cost around 10K, and when I requested to give some discount, they said that they can provided if I dont need a bill. I was more than happy to agree to this tradeoff for Rs 6000/-

    Now they took my TV and yesterday it got delivered, and I paid Rs 6000/- as committed, but to my luck, the TV again started giving the same issue, and I got angry and demanded my mone back. After a lot of argument I got this back, and the delivery boy, Sandeep spoek to the manager of Customer Support Center, and took the TV back, and said they would again look into this.

    Now it has been more than 24 hrs and there is no trace the 2 guys who had taken my TV first are not bothered to pick up my calls at all, and when we call the company :Custoemr Support Center: the manager seems to say that he will look into this, and get back, but no commitments. Now I really dont know, where is my TV and if this has been repaired genuinely and if I will ever get back my TV at all.

    I am extremely sorry to state the sorry state of affairs of a MNC like Toshiba and the ay they seem to give treatment to their customers. It is highly unbecoming of a Japanese company and a shame of its part.

    Now I would expect atleast Toshiba responds to my complaint and look into this, and confirm if at all this company in Kurla who claim to be your authorised service center is genuine at all

    Failing which, beyond 24 hrs, (Beyond 3pm tomorrow) I will be taking this up very seriously at the consumer Forum and only you shall be responsible for the damages.
    The you tube is not working due to error is 410. i am resetting the Led but some problem face. the problem is giving time by time.
    firstly change the usb ports .the usb Ports is not working again.

      An order cheque for Rs. 28, 500/- dated 11.07.2016 was issued in my favour as repayment in exchange of TV set Toshiba LED, 32PT 200ZE, C28T4C02322KT.
      The first name in the cheque was spelled 'Shankar' whereas in my bank account the name is spelled as ' Sankar'.
      On the advice of the manager of my bank I have returned the cheque to the bearer of the same from your Siliguri Office, Darjeeling, W. Bengal for correction.
      This is for information and necessary action, please.

        I was purchased Toshiba led screen date on 8/4/2014.i so much satisfied for the product. But last since 2 month I suffer from the screen. Already complaint mentioned my selling dealer. Number is TIPLSR7HOO47098. Register before 1 month.i also contacted Mr. Ketan(service head Gujarat. [protected]).he was replied good. But now situation is he can't pick my call. My family leaving without screen.is This a right way to reply customer. And components also under warranty. Engineer also visited my home only 1 time. He catches all things. He said parts in order. Still we waiting for parts.

          I bought LED 32 inch tv in 2015, i filled a complaint regarding screen problem on12/5/2016, service request no is TIPLSR5H0012661.
          Company said that they dont have panel for replacement so Company approved my complete refund on 3 aug and said to pay within 3 week but till now i didnt get my amount.
          I asked to their ASM about that but he don't have answer. He just forward my mail to their junior, thats it.

            Hi,

            I have 40' led which i bought on 28.9.2013, speaker of my led has not been working from last 1 month and i made complaint for the same with your customer care on (06.08.2016) (Complaint number:- tipn-sr8h0013422) bill/warranty card is attached, till yet no action has been taken. Every time i call customer care they provide me new phone numbers to talk to, the numbers are:-

            3)+91-[protected]- vishal
            On which i have been told a new statement whenever i called that your case has been closed or your part has not been delivered from the warehouse or your your t. V is out of warranty.
            Im highly fed up with your [censored] customer support service if my case is not solved within 24 hour of this e-mail im going to fill a case against company in the consumer court for remuneration of the harassment which i have faced along with all the proofs and call details/recordings.

              Sir I have purchased a led TV from Raipur electronic on 30/04/2014 and modal is 32P2305ZE and serial no is E02X14H00076K1, it's covering 3 years warranty so please send a service advisor to repair it. The problem which we are facing is only the sound is coming but picture is not coming the full screen is black. So i have explained you the whole problem which I facing and waiting for your response.                 I had purchased an toshiba full hd turbo led tv 39l3300 with date 08-oct-2015 with invoice no ccinv-[protected] from kingdom of saudi arabia, riyadh store name emax in that its showing ssl/tls handshake failed due to that youtube is not working when i contact here for local servicing centre tollfree no also not working i want to solve these problem or refund my purchased product if there is no solution to these.
                If you dont have any solution to these my last option is i want a complete world wide banned internationally for lifetime to these company & whole products which they are producing whether its a group of companies i dont care...!!!

                  I am very disappointed by the service you provided to us. At the time of purchasing the showroom people said that our toshiba LED is with 3years warranty and it was their offer. Your LED TV has gone bad, some part damage and they took 24 days to tell that we have to pay 9k for that part. WHAT THE HELL. TV costed 13990 and for some board part they ask such amount. Just resolve it and fix otherwise I am going to consumer court. Please call us at [protected]

                    I purchased Toshiba LED TV 32"PT200ZE on 19-OCT-2013 and was given 3 years warranty and after one years on 21/09/2015 This TV got problem and replaced by service center with new TV 32L5400ZE. Now before 10 days back I got issue with the HDMI port of TV and registered complaint SR8H0048405 with call center after two days Service engineer visited and confirmed that there is an issue with the modherboard of TV and needs to be replaced, since then I am following up with service center they are saying that my TV had 1 year warranty which has been passed. I had given them invoice copy and warranty card but they say they did not get any information for toshiba what action needs to be taken on this. Now I have just 1.5 month left for warranty end and my issue is not being resolved. I am not able to watch HD channels on my TV. Please take necessary action and resolved it at the earliest..                       This is to bring into notice that my LED Television is within warranty complain was raised on 5/08/16 technician visited on 8/08/16 and promised to get it done by 17/08/16 but failed, again promised to get it done by 22/08/16 but again failed now it is 29/08/16 still no resolution and for the worst they are not even picking the phone ...It is the worst scenario which I have ever faced .So please do if any thing can be done .
                      Sir I am to intimate you that I have purchased a led TV on dtd 11.10.13 and the same arises problem during staring a blueish colored one part of the TV so I am already logged a complain regarding this on dtd 20.08.16 but no response receive from u. If the matter not settled shortly then I am compel to drag the matter before the court of law.

                        My LED is not working since 19/08/2016. I had made a complain on 19/08/2016, complain no is SR8H0033590 dt 19/08/2016 but your service centre engineers had closed this complain without attending the complain or without informing me.Then again I made a complain on 24/08/2016 on service centre no[protected] & complain no is SR8H0041793 dt 24/08/2016. But none of your service engineers has attended the problem. even I made a call they did not pick my phone. Your service engineers no are [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected]. they did not received my call. I have tried made a call so many times in these above mentioned numbers but your engineers are not picking my phone.

                          I had lodged above complaint on 27/07/2016 as CRICKET SERIES LED TV which was purchased in March 2015 with 3 yrs warranty was getting suddenly off, on 2/08/2016 technician visited & informed that Mother Board is to be replaced & he will visit as soon as he receives spare from Banglore Office.
                          On 25/08/2016 JUNIOR TECHNICIAN who was not even knowing how to open TV or position of buttons & fixed the board but immidiately LED went off Blank & couldn't rectify the same & infromed us he will visit next day & he was hesiteted to inform the office about his mistake & for last two days no body from Toshiba visited nor contacted us to rectify the problem, they not even responding to amils sent to them.
                          I am still awaiting visit of mechanic for repair of TV for the last one month despite telephonic calls. I request for early action.

                            I Farida Mukadam had bought Toshiba LED T.V 32PT200ZE modle in January 2014. Within a year their was some problem and my T.V was replaced with Toshiba 32L5400ZE. And now again suddenly their is some problem in its mother board and from past 1 month my T.V is not working. Their is no proper respond from Toshiba Service center and and already ask for cash back but no one from Toshiba company is taking the matter seriously....

                            I have a Toshiba LED TV 39' which is biggest mistake purchasing toshiba.
                            Worst customer support ever.
                            My TV is down since 2 months now the new SR number is SR8H0014301.
                            I am being waiting now since 25 days and still no response from customer care when my Tv would be fixed which is still in warranty.
                            When I contacted customer care they said contact services center and when I contact them they say contact customer care, which is awful, when I asked customer care associates to transfer the call to supervisor support staff or manager they say no one is available that mean this few jubk of associates are running whole Toshiba call center.
                            I would be doing a eslxecutive escalation and going t consumer forums and let people know abt the product and services.
                            If you all have shame get my Tv replcaed to new one or get it fixed asap.

                              My pendive is now in WARRANTY period.
                              There have not been faken any action.

                                My Toshiba Led tv has developed some faults on display with unsual line and blured picture quality..drom last 8 days i have been contacting Toshiba customer care for service all the time i get only one mesg that it will be done ..i have been provided with contact numbers which actually are busy 24hr ..can any body tell were to approch ..most pathetic service i have ever come across

                                  I have purchased a toshiba led tv in march 2014. It is having warranty period for three years. The t v display damaged and i registered a complaint. The service executive visited and reported that the led display of the tv has damaged. The call from toshiba recieved me saying that the amount of tv is refunding to me as there is no replacement available there. Now i am waiting for the amount with out a t v in my house. Hence necessary step may please be taken to refund the same at the earliest.

                                    Sir I bought Toshiba Tv Model : 39P2305ZE Series on 04.06.2016. and i connect my personal computer using HDMI on 24.07.2016 when i on my personal computer HDMI not display the personal computer but if i connect the personal computer with other tv using same HDMI Cable it work super but in my tv both one and two stoped working i dont know what do kindly solve this issue as soon as possible

                                      if you Cant Resolve These Problem within 8-12 working days Otherwise I Had no Other Option But to Move Consumer Court & File A PIL Against These Issue To Take up Matter Legally with in Indian Court...!!!
                                      In my TV my diplsy went black, no more video is viewing but the voice is going on.
