Toshiba led tv model no.24p1300ze a bearing serial no.. E[protected]c1. Several times calls have been but problem remains unresolved. Firstly, it was told that warranty has expired but after we informed that the warranty was extended for 2 years against payment of rs.800/- and is valid up to 13.09.[protected]a-1). Thereafter a call came that someone will visit for doing the needful on 17/082016 but no one has turned up.

I once again request for resolution of the problem without further delay as it is causing lot of inconvenience to us.

    I purchase a led on 5.8.2015, model no.23s2400ze, sr no. E411d2j00844k1. That is faulty on 14.6.2016. Submit servicing center ramgarh on 15.6.2015. Reg mob. [protected], complain no. Sr6h0020353. I contact customer care, vaskar sir mob no.[protected], then kolkata susmita dash mob no.[protected]. After 2months i has no satisfy result. So i infom to you please take necessary action and solve my problem within 7 days, either i take help from consumer caourt.

        I have 1 toshiba led tv model d36x13h00170c1, that are having identical issues. The screen will begin to flicker, and then cut out entirely, but the sound remains on. Sometimes after an hour or two, but usually after only a few minutes o[censored]se. It happens on all inputs, with or without a source plugged in. Turning off the set, then back on will restore the picture, but only for a few minutes. They started doing this within days of each other. I have been unable to find any references to this online, despite having identical units exhibiting identical behaviors. The sets had been installed in a restaurant, each had a cable box run to it via hdmi cable. Has anyone seen this issue before? Any insight would be appreciated.

          1. i have purchased toshiba make led tv on dt.23.02.2014 mode no. 39p2305ze from your authorised dealer fairdeal arcade nagpur.
          . this model is having three years warranty that is upto 23.02.17.
          2. unfortunately tv was not functioning after some days and your service repaired by replacing panel.
          3. unfortunately again tv is not functioning properly and was beyond repair. this time tv has been replaced from your service engineer and given me
          Model no.40l2400ze. at this time i urged for the model which i have purchased fist time but they have informed me that model is obsolete.
          4. unfortunately again tv is not functioning from 14.06.16 and i registered complaint no sr 6h 0017424 on the same date. after 11 days that is on 25.06.16 service engineer
          Visited, inspected and assured that after 5 to 6 days required card will be made available and tv will be repaired. but till date tv is not repaired (60days past)
          5. now i couldn't understand when my unfortunate will be converted into fortunate. please understand my mental harassment after purchasing your product and do the needful..

              I purchased a Toshiba LED TV in September 2011, Toshiba LED 40PS10E with a 3 year warranty. It seemed to be an excellent TV till the last month of the third year when the display of the TV went off. However, after a complaint, We received a replacement for the TV in a few months as it was under warranty.

              We received a different model which was again not disappointing Toshiba LED 40L2400ZE (Cricket Series). This television was working perfectly unless a couple of weeks back when its display went off. It is just a year and a half that this new TV has come home. This incident makes me ask the company a question that is the life of Toshiba LED TV's less than 3 years??

              I am concerned because post they replaced my TV once, I Purchased 2 more Toshiba LED's for myself and also recommended a few others to get a Toshiba LED. Was it a wrong decision?

              I wish to ask the company to have this TV replaced with a TV which has a life longer than 1.5 - 3 years

              i had purchase toshiba led tv 32" the display has gone, we have 3 years guarantee on the product, but repeating follow up with the company they are not giving any answer on part replacement of new tv.

              even calling many times to their call center every time they say, will call back within 24 to 48 hour but never got call back.

              very very bad customer service after sale.

              company do not have customer friendly service.

                Respected sir,
                I am having toshiba lcd 42 inch which is in warranty period, but tv stopd working from last 1 month for which i made a complaint to toshiba service center on 11 of july 2016 its service request no is "tiplsr7h0000247" after that complaint, technician came on and check out the whole tv but it doesnt get repair so he said that the part is not available with in 7 days the part will come and he will repair the tv or else u will get a new lcd tv. Since from then its been 20 days but no tecnician came no call came nothing has happend and when i call to customer care they are saying it will take time but they are not giving me any date that of repairing.
                I please request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.

                  I bought the led from jumbo electronic vasant kunj.after that engineer come to installation at my home then he found line in upper side and bottom side engineer told me that pannel will be replace by toshiba i call to many time call in your service center but no-buddy give me response and call to jumbo also but they told me panel will be change by company so kindly give me a solution asap.if you are not give me a solution in then i will complent in consumer court

                    Kamal chauhan here actually i just register one complaint on toshiba support regarding for led tv almost 19 days gone and no action has been take from your end and this very poor service from toshiba and i face many problem from your side to take follow up. so kindly look into this matter on priority or otherwise i need to take some strict action against your company because this is the third time we are facing this problem. and regularly i'm taking follow up with your customer care team they are saying it will get repair today so i really don't which today they are saying because almost 19 days gone for this.

                        My name is abhishek nayyar (vice president, service, samsung india electronics pvt. ltd.) and i have a toshiba led model number 32l5400ze and my led is not working.

                        On the 16th of july 2013 i bought a new toshiba tv (32pu200ze) which stopped working on the 30th of july 2015. i registered a complaint of my tv and the engineer visited my home to check the tv and found that motherboard needs to be replaced. after 15 days toshiba brand told me that they do not have the motherboard with them and the only solution is to provide a replacement tv and for that i had to pay rs 4000/- extra (receipt attached) to the brand. after the replacement i received another model 32l5400ze on the 12th of august 2015. while replacing the engineer also conveyed that your new warranty period starts on 12/8/2015 and this tv is also covered under 3 years warranty plan.

                        Now its not even complete 1 year and the new tv also stopped working. i again registered a complaint and this time the engineer found that motherboard issue has come up with the new led (32l5400ze) as well. the engineer told me that i will have to pay rs 10, 000/- for getting the tv repaired. and i was shocked when the engineer told me that my new tv is not under warranty. however at the time of getting the tv replaced i was conveyed that the tv will be under 3 years warranty plan.

                        In the first case of 32pu200ze when motherboard was not available with the brand i cooperated with the brand and i paid extra money even when my tv was well within the warranty period and also while replacing the tv to new led 32l5400ze the engineer told me that your new led will be covered under 3 years warranty and now when the tv is not working the brand denies to get the tv rectified under warranty. i paid extra only on the basis of trust between the customer and the brand toshiba.

                        But now i feel cheated and misguided by the brand. hence, my humble request to toshiba brand is to get my tv repaired or replaced with e new one. i would also request you to take this case on priority basis or else i will have to approach the consumer forum and file a case against the brand toshiba.

                        Hoping for a positive revert.

                            I purchased toshiba led tv 32 inches on 15 july 2013.
                            The product warranty is for three years. Picture is displayed but there is a slight change in color. This started happening since last 10-15 days. I am fed up trying calling customer care as they are not responding to my call. Every time when i am reaching customer care no their executive seems to be busy and they are keeping my call on hold for half an hour and then i had to disconnect the call.

                                I had purchased 32" led toshiba tv at sonovision, visakhapatnam, ap on 21/03/2013, now the tv has got problem in the screen in vertical lines and double image. I went to service station m/s jeeves vsp, and their feed back is the tv problem is panel problem and told simply the panel cost around rs.18, 000/-. I am suddenly hurt. Pl. Give an alternate suggestion for rectification of tv problem. Now i have unable to spend that much amount. I have very confident on toshiba make.

                                  I had purchased toshiba 39 inch led tv model no: 39p2305ze with 3 years warranty.
                                  Date of purchase: 02 july 2014 from great eastern kolkata.
                                  I had lodged complain to the number [protected] on 04th may 2016 complain reg no. Is sr5h0002981, after that a technician visited and examine the said 39’’ led tv and told part would be replaced after 7days the same technician came and replace that said part but led tv not working, then technician told to me that tv panel have problem and he make a service report stated panel would be replaced. From that day till today more then 2 and half months (19/07/2016) no communication from toshiba customer care.

                                    My toshiba led tv is in 3 year guarantee. its purchasing date is 03/march/2015. serial no. e496d4j00177v1. mode no-40l2400ze.
                                    On 9th july 2016, when i switched on the led tv, it was not working. audio is coming but there is no video on the tv and i made a complaint on the same day of which complaint no. is tiplsr7h0012424. from that day the are saying to me that service engineer will visit your location in 24 to 48 hours but its been 10 days and no service engineer has visited my home not even i recieved any call from their terchnical team. i am feeling cheated from toshiba india as they are not fulfilling their promise of 3 years warranty instead are harassing me by saying that you will recieve call from service centre soon.
                                    Please help me in the issue.

                                      I had purchased toshiba 32 inch led tv model no: 32pt200ze with 3 years warranty.
                                      Date of purchase: 18 jan 2014.
                                      After 1.5 years, due to an issue in the led panel, it was replaced with led tv model no: 32l5400ze.
                                      Now, the new set that i received is facing another issue and it was diagnosed as a problem with the motherboard which needed replacement.
                                      The process of replacement of the motherboard is taking an unusually long time (more than 1 month) and i am being harassed regularly by the service centre team who keep on telling me that the motherboard has not arrived.

                                      Request all to never buy Toshiba products.

                                        My TOSHIBA LED TV is in 3 year guarantee. Its purchasing date is 31/August/2014. Serial No. E21X13H00574C1.
                                        On 6th July 2016, When I switched on the LED TV, it was not working. It was dead, as their was not any response of green or red light in the TV. I made a complaint on the Toshiba Customer Care on the same date i.e. 6th July 2016. The complaint no. as Service Request No.TIPLSR7H0005552. They told me that they will come within 24 to 48 hours working day. But on the 8th July 2016 first they told me that he will come by evening. On my second call, the person told he will come on next day, on my 3rd call, he again answer me that he will come on tuesday because his company is shifting to subhash nagar. On 9th date again he is saying he will come after next tuesday i.e after 12th July 2016. On 9th July 2016 i again registered a complaint with complaint no. as Service Request No. TIPLSRH0012413 and the person said that he will come after tuesday. They are not giving any proper assistance. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
