I bought this toshiba led tv in the yr 2013.Initially the tv worked fine without any problem but towards the end of 2014 the tv started fluctuating and the display went bad.i registered a complaint regarding the same and an executive came for a visit.he took pictures of the television set and went back.after a week or so after i didnt heard from anyone that what is going on.i called them up again to find out what exactly is going on and when my tv will be repaired.one of the executive answered my call and said that they do not have the required part and that it cannot be repaired as company stopped manufacturing the product and that they said that they will replace my tv and refund the entire money that i have spended on buying the tv.now its been more than three months and i am still waiting for the check and also waiting for them to take the piece of **** they provided.i am not getting any response or any resolution.if i am not getting any resolution then i have no option left but to take some legal actions against the company.

    Sub: toshiba led: last three month toshiba service peoples are doing harassment bill number: 1928/1213/01504 on 8/10/2015, i raised an complaint to toshiba service center as 'srxg0018165'. Toshiba people came to my home after so many followups and taken my original tv mother board without proper investigating and replace the very old motherboard, confirmed me 'now tv will work fine'. But at the same day i got the same problem again. I called to the service center and confirmed him that " my led has still same issue and asked him to solve asap". Till today i am doing followup followup. ..No one is solving my led. This is totally harassment to the customer. Please someone help me... Regards, manoj patra mob: [protected]

        We have purchased led tv model no 39p2305ze serial no e11x15ho1542c1 . On may 2014 .. there is no display on the screen only audio is heared .. we are not happy with the product .. as it is not working .. We request you to send for service as soon as possible. Kindly do the needfull

          Dear Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your notice that on 13 Jan 2015, I bought a Television set of Toshiba Company Model No. Tos Led 32pu200 at the cost of Rs 23, 500. However, I am sorry to inform you that the set is faulty. The problem is the picture is not appearing but sound is working. Earlier too I had complained about this to you and was assured that your engineer would call up on me, but I have heard nothing since. Last two complaints are as follows:- Complaint No.TIPLSRYG0035261 dt. 20Nov2015 Time 10:43AM Complaint No.TIPLSRZG0008541 dt. 05Dec2015 Time 01:19PM As a result, now I wish to reject the goods and claim a replacement/refund.             I have Toshiba 32 inch LED TV which was under warranty and got inactive, so I launched complaint with Toshiba Customer service (complaint number: TIPLSRXG0047441 dated Oct 21, 2015) In first week itself I received a call from Local service center at Vikhroli (Aditya Electronics) stating that the TV cant be repaired and will be replaced with a new model 32L5400. But the model was out of stock and hence they asked me to wait for a week. Later on, during follow up they told me on Nov. 10, 2015 that the TV model was still not available and hence Toshiba has sanctioned a refund. But till the date I have not received the cheque. Mean time I confirmed with the service center ([protected]) when the cheque will be issued, but they asked me to contact Local service center since they do not have any data and all the procedure will be done through Local service center only. Same week the local service center was closed and all the numbers were inactive. Then somehow I got the number of the person who visited for TV repair (from the local Toshiba service center) and he told me that the service center has another branch in Goregaon. The new numbers given to me were ringing but nobody answered. Again contacting the Toshiba toll free number I got a new "MOBILE NUMBER" to contact service center at goregoan. They confirmed that the cheque will be issued on Nov. 27, 2015 and promised me that latest by Nov. 30, 2015 I will receive the cheque. On Nov 30, 2015 local service center asked me to wait for another weekend. I have all the calls recorded with me since day one, as an audio proof. Complaint is to be raised against Toshiba''s substandard service, the communication gap between service centers and lack of command over local service centers which causes customers to suffer ultimately.

                LED TV is having problem in screen where the screen is coming 03 nos segments and each segment is coming horizontal lines of different brightness and the picture is coming in shadow form where previous scene is in back of present. The complain was registered in customer care center on 20th october 2015. the registered no. SRXG0045134.The service reprentative had arrived and taken photograph of screen in on condition. so far no action has been taken. this type of customer service was not expected from such a multinational company.
                service should be provided from all cosumer products which is warranty at free of cost.

Its been only a year so that i have bought aa laptop and this is the second time iam giving a complain regarding the laptop.Now, when ever i open my laptop opens and after some time a sounds comes and it says u r pc has encountered a problem and it shuts down.

                          I had purchased Toshiba 32PT200ze model from Bhadrak orissa in Dec 2014 with 1 year comprehensive & 2 years extended warranty. Till date i have facing the display damage problem. I have informed the call center on dated 7th oct 2015.Next day one of the engineer came and took photo of the led and ensuring that it will take max 7-8 days for replacement.After 10 days i again called care . They are just asked to wait and also i want to mention one thing that i donont have such a bad customer care experience from toshiba care. The excutive are clearly saying we donot know nothinng . And they have not updated contact nu of therer service centers.What can more be expected such a big brand company Anyway i think it was mistak by chossing Toshibs.No one is replying nither customer care nor service center only giving wrong commintment.                               TV failed within 1 year of purchase, called up customer care, [protected]. Service person should have contacted within at least 24 hours (as was promised by toshiba during purchase). Now it is 48 hours, complain registered twice, only false assurances. Toshiba customer care are behaving like road side dealers, telling me things like the service engineer's scooter got punctured, he had too many calls in two days (wondering if Toshiba has just 1 service engineer covering NCR? ) I have equipment's of LG and Samsung.. They provide wonderful service.. Repenting trying toshiba.. Mrs. Vinaya iyer

                                My Toshiba refrigerator has suddenly stopped cooling...I have got it repaired few weeks ago...the mechanic said that fridge has got damaged due to voltage fluctuations. I am just pissed of because of these frequent disruptions.I request you to kindly get back to me at your earliest convinience as this is hitting hard in summers

                                  While on-line purchasing they have clearly mention that USB port is available but as i had buy Toshiba 24P1300 61 cm (24) HD Ready LED Television from Snapdeal i found that it is not working and customer care said that USB port is only for Service use. So why they have mentioned Not Clearly mention that USB is only for service use in Item Details.

                                    Hi, I received a very bad service for my Toshiba laptop from the "authorized" center, in Kochi: Nortech Infonet (P) LTD. Kadavanthra, Kochi. I replaced my 14.0 LED display panel from the above service center on 21/10/2014(out of warranty) by giving Rs 5000. Service Report number:1600334. They provided 3 months warranty for the panel. But on the 7th month, the display panel started to show some grey grains, making it hard to view.When I went back to the service center, they wanted the system to be diagnosed and finally found out that it was a display problem.They wanted another Rs 5000 again for replacing the display panel and also a diagnose charge of Rs 800(Even I could say that it was a display problem!!). I seriously doubt the quality of the products used by the center. So i haven't replaced my panel.But had to give the diagnose charges.Also i had to replace the keyboard from the same service center, as per their suggestion, due to some unwanted signals going to the board.Service Report number:1600869. I doubt regarding the quality of that also.Now i have to entirely replace my laptop. When i contacted the Toshiba support team, and raised the concern, even they where not ready to respond even after sending 3-4 mails. Hope that some action will be taken. Regards, Navaneeth

After sending sms using code( which was purchased from Toshiba technician) I received a sms on 29/07/15 regarding acknowledgement.
