My name is ajmeri begum my thosiba tv model 2305 ze is in warranty when i register complaint to repair my tv they said tv will be repaired with in seven days it is now 15 days no communication is given to me from service center..Service center representative subashish saying contact mr basu, mr basu saying contact subshish no one giving solution to me please help

    This is a high time from the earlier complaint submitted where in the solution to the same has not been provided but just a call. Request you to pls revert on the sam on high priority on weather any thing will be done from your end or have to get the same done on my own. Teh Complaint is based on the TOSHIBA-LED/32PT200 TV i purchased in 2013 and due to non availability of the bill the complaint has not been resolved. Also had gone to the vendor LULU hyper market to get a duplicate bill but they said that they do not keep duplicate copies. As a proof i can submit a Loan statement cpy where in the TV was taken on Finance from bajaj finance where in the model number, and year of purchase is given would be enough to confirm that iot was bought in 2013. This is said as the said TV is havig a 5 yr warranty.

      It's been almost two months after my complain and receiving of message for ongoing approval till date. However in absence of any contact from company personnel, I called them and enquired regarding my complain status. After listening my reference number they just informed me that your given TV serial number is wrong. My extended 3 years warranty period is going to end on 31 March. I wonder till now why they kept quite though their technicians have already visited my house, taken all sorts of proofs and assured us for immediate action. Anyway today on[protected] I have again filed a fresh complain hoping that this time they might have registered it with correct serial number. Since warranty days are left very few I am worried that this time also Toshiba executives are playing any game with me but to make it certain that they have registered correct number I have recorded the conversation this time. Company's behaviour till now does not look very supportive, the way they handle client's complain is not satisfactory. I have already purchased two LEDs from them but this time their behaviour annoyed me upto the limit that I would suggest my friends about not to purchase any Toshiba products. And if they failed to provide me required support this time than I can visit consumer forum with all sorts of evidences to sue Toshiba.
      I've been trying to contact Toshiba official since Feb and after these much follow ups I couldn't even get a satisfactory answer about my complain status. I am continuously trying to contact them through phone calls and even through watsapp chat also (RSM Mob: [protected] and Mr. RAM Area mgr) but they are not even replying to my messages. Toshiba is such a big brand and they do businesses in several fields but the way they treat their customers, it's really very sad. It's quite possible that my complain status is still at the nascent status after three and half months as it seems they lack principles and guiding philosophy. Otherwise they must have cared about pending complaints and its resolutions. Hopefully someone from Toshiba replies for my queries. Below is the reference of my complain;

      It's been almost 4 months since I've got a positive & affirmative reply from your side. I am tired of waiting and contacting you all, please provide me a solid answer and a absolute time frame.         Remote does not work also power, volume switches behind l.e.d panel

          I am Gopal Krishna Gupta from New Delhi who had purchased Toshiba Led TV on 6th February 2015. I had got 3 years warranty on the product. But unfortunately within a year there occurred some black spots on the TV and TV sound quality was getting worst. So I contacted Toshiba customer care for the repair. One person from service center had come to my house for repair so he told its panel is to be replaced for bad sound issue and And within 3 days he replaced it. But the issue still persists. For black spots on LED, he told he will get back to us for this issue. When I contacted 1 weeks after, I found that he has closed the complaint number by itself. Customer care executive lodged a new complaint number and told me that I will be contacted by service engineer.

            I have a toshiba power TV of 32". The model no. Of the TV is 32HV10ZE.The display of the TV get complainted.Everything in the display seems violet in colour other than white colour & there are lines on the top & bottom of the screen in different colours. Due to the violet colour & lines on the screen I can't watch the TV .Please take deceive action against this complaint.

              Hi,

              I have purchased Toshiba LED on dt.10.05.2013 model No. 32PU200 with extended Warranty for 3 years.

              Now there is problem in USB port & I have registered complain in Jan 16, complain no. is SR1H0009714 & SR10027398, it has been more than 2 month but it is still pending & no support received from Toshiba Service center yet.

              while I got SMS 2 times that "spare part is dispatched. but still there is no any response from Service center.

              Kindly update the status & resolve the issue urgently to get satisfaction to your customer in after sales service & to avoid future escalations.

                My self ... Purchased TV from ur shop on dated... It's not working properly now.we had already launched a complaint that it's not working from last 4 days.ur person has already visited for repairing purpose bt it's not yet solve. He told us that it will take 3 days more that means for servicing 1 TV it take full week.while purchasing u confirmed us regarding ur good service..is this good??. We had already laid 30000 for that TV.bt still why this problem happen?? Pls clr the issue as soon as possible other wise give us another TV against this damaged one. If it's not going to be happen on time than we have to take strict decision against you...[protected]

                  I have purchased toshiba p2400 led tv on 29/11/2014 from that day its having panel problem after too many calls they send me another tv same but that t.V also having panel problem after calling many times they told me buy another model they have taken extra money and send me l5400 android tv but this tv is also a faulty piece. After calling many times to service centre their superior representative there was no response.

                  Now i filled a case on consumer court. So guys i request you if you are facing any problem and the company not solving it so dont wait anymore directly go to consumer court.

                  But dont but any product of toshiba its a fraud company

                        I had complained for my LED TV vide complaint no. SR1H0009564 on 7th Jan.2016, but it is pity to say that till date my complaint was not attended. Now I am thinking that I had made a big mistake by purchasing LED TV of Toshiba i.e. a very big International brand as claimed by your company. If this is after sales service then neither I am not going to purchase any product of your company in future nor recommending to my known people.

                          I had purchased a TV from LULU Connect in Oct 2013 and later on after a year there was a problem in the display where in enough of disturbances came. Had complained the same with your customer care but they are asking for the bill which i dont have and even when i checked the same with LULU they said that they also do not keep old bill records. Now the TV is idle and of no use currently eventhough it is having a 5 yr warrnaty. Request you to pls inform on what can be done the best for the complaint to be resolved. Had taken a Consumer loan for buying the TV have the Satement of account where in the TV number, Buying place the loan disbursal date all is there which i can show you as a proof of the model of the TV to be same.                             Respected Sir,
                            I have bought a toshiba laptop l50-b y3110 in Aug 2014 with 3 years warranty.
                            After quarter of year it started giving me troubles. Till date they have changed the top cover if lid, screen, adapter.
                            Now 10 days back some of its keyboard keys stopped working. I complained toshiba about that. The engineer visited my place and said that it can't be changed because of two small 2mm cracks above the power cord socket on the side of the laptop.
                            The crack has nothing to do with the keyboard for a consumer as the consumer don't know while purchasing the laptop that the whole assembly needs to be changed for a keyboard replacement. I again contacted them by mail. Thay again issued me a complaint number and then the engineer again said that it can't be changed. the cost of the keyboard is 7154 rupees which is too much. Kindly assist me for my problem.

                                Toshiba TV is the worst set one might ever buy. My TV is showing faults every three months after repair. I had even dragged the co to consumer court after which they replaced the faulty set, but after six months the same issue reappeared. Would advise fellow consumers to complain before consumer forum and settle only for money back. The products of this company are horrible.

                                    I bought this toshiba led tv in the yr 2013.Initially the tv worked fine without any problem but towards the end of 2014 the tv started fluctuating and the display went bad.i registered a complaint regarding the same and an executive came for a visit.he took pictures of the television set and went back.after a week or so after i didnt heard from anyone that what is going on.i called them up again to find out what exactly is going on and when my tv will be repaired.one of the executive answered my call and said that they do not have the required part and that it cannot be repaired as company stopped manufacturing the product and that they said that they will replace my tv and refund the entire money that i have spended on buying the tv.now its been more than three months and i am still waiting for the check and also waiting for them to take the piece of **** they provided.i am not getting any response or any resolution.if i am not getting any resolution then i have no option left but to take some legal actions against the company.

                                      Sub: toshiba led: last three month toshiba service peoples are doing harassment bill number: 1928/1213/01504 on 8/10/2015, i raised an complaint to toshiba service center as 'srxg0018165'. Toshiba people came to my home after so many followups and taken my original tv mother board without proper investigating and replace the very old motherboard, confirmed me 'now tv will work fine'. But at the same day i got the same problem again. I called to the service center and confirmed him that " my led has still same issue and asked him to solve asap". Till today i am doing followup followup. ..No one is solving my led. This is totally harassment to the customer. Please someone help me... Regards, manoj patra mob: [protected]
