I have purchased Toshiba Led tv 40L2400E from Carrefour Ajman U.A.E dated 06/05/2015 under 1 Year warranty, then we came down to Mumbai and installed the tv set, since then its screen is blank. I have made several complaints from mobile no.[protected]. confirmation message received on 18/02/16, complaint reg no TIPLSRZG0045345. On 20th feb 2016 technician came and promised that they will replace the tv before 20th March 2016. On 31 march I called Mr Debendra singh [mobile no.[protected]] who is attending this issue, he said ‘call next day’. after few days excuses he promised to deliver tv on 15th April 2016. After that I’m calling every single day, he put my no on auto reject list.
On 26 April I called Mr. Rakesh Senior staff, I was told that tv is in transit process from Gurgaon to Mumbai, and he will send details by email, but still I ‘m waiting for the email, Mr. Rakesh has also put my no on auto reject list. As my warranty is expiring on 05th May 2016, I want extended warranty for the new tv.
