I purchased a led tv model 32pt200ze from your dealer m/s next singson electronics thiruvananthapuram on24/09/2013. but the same is not working since 03/02/2016 and i made several complaints with your service center. but to my utter dismay no positive action is taken by your service center except the fact that one technician turned up and reported that the same cannot be repaired and to be replaced since within warranty period. but there after there is no response from them. and now i am to inform you that if my complaint is not redressed within a period of 15 days (ie; before 19/07/2016), i will be constrained to approach the consumer dispute redressal forum and also that you will be solely responsible for all the losses in this account including the litigation expenses.

    Dear sir, 2 years back I jhad purchased Toshiba 55 inch television for 1, 30000rupees with in a month television started giving problem and sent back to service centre at hubli, Karnataka. they charged 10, 000 rupees and replaced old television with new one.again last month same problem and again returned back to service centre but they are saying 80000 for repair, its disgusting

      My laptop serial number is-2E094353S..

      its over a month i have registered my complaint twice but each time nothiing was done to service my laptop even though its under warranty.

      Once a technician visited and told part would be replaced but nothing has been done yet.My laptop's touchpad and mouse is not working properly but you dont care of rectifying this problem of my laptop even though its under warranty.

      if you wont resolve my issue i have to file complaint in consumer forum against your negligence in solving the problem even though its under warranty.I think a reputed company like TOSHIBA should honor its commitments as promised, otherwise i will make it sure that none of my business contacts, family, friends wont ever buy any product of TOSHIBA.I will recommend TOSHIBA as a cheap company which has no value in its products and service..worst company in whole world.

          My Toshiba laptop is under warranty. The speakers are not working properly. I have tried calling their toll free number mentioned on the website at least 10 times in last 5 days. Half the time the number is not working and the remaining time they are facing tech issues. So far my complaint has not even been registered! I have also posted the complaint on their website, but so far no response on that as well! The executives on the phone do not understand English and they do not connect us to respective managers also. Terrible Terrible service!! NEVER NEVER buy any Toshiba product.

            Good afterooon,

            I am writing this email in order to express my utter frustration on Toshiba customer service. I have a Toshiba TV which is not working. The item is still under warranty. I placed a call with customer service on 29 May 2016. A technician visited my home and told me that a part needs to be ordered. Since then I have placed many calls to customer support and all I am told is that the part has been ordered and I will have to wait. No one is able to tell me how long I will have to wait.

            I don't understand why (1) it takes several weeks to get a part ordered and (2) I have to call for an update and no one bothers to call me. I have tried to call all the escalation phone numbers provided to me and the only thing I hear is that the phone is switched off. No one answers even the service center phone numbers.

            The Toshiba Support case# is sr5h0032177.

            I will need either a new TV or the current one fixed immediately.

              Sir,
              We had submitted complaint regarding Toshiba LCD repairs before 6 days
              complaint number SR6H0005599 lodge dt on 05/06/2016 .but no any engineer visited our home from last 6 days & we asked local electrician about lcd problem, he told us to replace power supply board . we checked LCD 32PB1E power supply board prices on TOSHIBA website which shows prices of Rs.2000 to 2500 & Your engineers are telling different prices ranging from Rs.6500/- to Rs.10000/- and visiting charges Rs.400/-. We accept visiting charges but nothing is checked by TOSHIBA engineer by visit and just telling the prices without checking our LCD problem. We want to know actual price of LCD 32PB1E power supply board price. And we are not satisfied with this poor service. We hope our problem will be solved at the earliest after registering this complaint and with reasonable rate of power supply board of our LCD model 32PB1E.

                This is to inform you that i had purchased Toshiba 32" TV from Gurukripa Enrterprise.
                But from last 1 month TV is not working properly. When i contacted to Gandhidham service centre he is not listening, i had contacted to Mr. Bhavesh on dated 8th May 2016 from that day till today he is not saying anything and also he is not solving the problem.
                I am attaching the warranty certificate along with Bill.
                So please resolve this issue on priority basis.
                Hope you will send your engineer as early as possible.

                  Team - this is to regretfully inform you that i purchased my toshiba tv in january is suffering since then. The product is of extremely substandard quality as it had stopped functioning twice already in 6 months. The display goes off and the tv is left with just audio. The service centre technicians here are half trained and are ham-handed toward a permanent fix. I have called the customer care already twice this time and yet to get the technician at my residence. I have paid around 74k for this piece of faulty product.
                  Please help/assist if possible.

                    My self Krishna chaitanya from vijayawada...we have purchaged a 40''led tv on[protected] in sonivision show room, vijayawada, in the name of my mother G.Krishna kumari (mobile:[protected]...from that time we are getting bord problem we have raised complaint two times and your team came check and changed new bords two times also, but again on Aug .2015 we got same problem and we have raised complaint, no bodey not responded again we have raised complaint then your person has came checked and said it is panelbord problem I will send request for new bord, on the month of Nov.2016we have received a call from your end and said panelbords are not availbel due to production stoped so we are going to repay your amount...till March.2016 we have not received any call..on 30.Mar.2016 we have called to srinivasan (Zsm)mobile:[protected]..chennai..he said we are procesessing your case ..max by fifteen days your amount will credit in your account...also he gave MR .chalam (vijayawada)mobile number :[protected]..and said give him your favaring details..we have called Mr. chalam and gave the favaring details on the same day...from 30.03.2016..your team are saying the same story like your refund process will compleat in weak days...but still it's not done...Requesting you people to respond immediately and close the issue..are else I want go through leagal help.

                      Dear sir,

                      I have lodged complaint against malfunctioning of my toshiba colour tv model 32hv10ze (Sl. No. C06y18j004sski). The tv on switching on works perfectly all right for first 7-8 minutes. Then it automatically switches on and off repeatedly. This problem has started after thunder & lightening storm in ranchi on 12th may'2016.
                      Representative from toshiba came and even without touching the tv told that there is problem and some spare part has to be replaced. However no body from toshiba has bothered to set my tv right till date after lapse of more than 14 days.
                      Such poor and callous approach is not expected from reputed company like toshiba.
                      Looking forward to prompt response from toshiba now.

                        Help me sir mujhe 4 mahine ho gaye hai tv dekhe bina mera tv kharab ho gaya tha uske bad apke logo ne kaha hum new tv denge wo to diya hi nahi fir bolte hai ke apko paise mil jayenge jitna bhi amount hoga wo bhi nahi mila abhi tak me dukhi ho raha hu me apki company ke khilaf f. I. R karane ja raha hu kyoki me bahut dukhi hu aap logo ne wada karke bhi mujhe service nahi di is liye majburan mujhe ye complaint dalni pad rahi hai agar is mail ka rply nahi aya to me fir f. I. R kara dunga aur news walo ko bula kar sab dikhaunga mere pass sare bill hai apke bando ki recording sab proof pade hai sorry sir me bahut dukhi hu.

                          I had lodged this complain to Toshiba customer care in June. 15 days no information from the customer care. after 15 days when i called them they told me that you will get a new TV. After 1 week i called them they told me we have initiated a refund for the case. Manpreet is a person who deals with all the refunds he told me call on Tuesday i.e 10th of April but he is not receiving my call. Got a call from charu jaiswal she told me to give the confirmation on Tuesday. She is also not receiving my call. And i had mailed customer care for 20 times. Charu is not responding on the same mail.

                          Please suggest me what should I do.

                          Toshiba India — Panel fault

                          I lodged a complain on Sept-4th but still there is no proper response from Toshiba. Evertime they told it will take 4 to 5 days for replacement. I called at least 100 times for quick action.

                            MY LED Cricket Series TV have some problem in Motherboard, motherboard replaced by service center but replaced motherboard is old and i didn't receive any pre information or message from company before replacement (on replacement date and item unique code etc.) about item no. or other details and i didn't receive any report after that replacement, Nobody can response positively. I call many time including service centre and in Toshiba company office.

                            I have my installation done earlier(2 years ago) in standing mode. But I was not given wall hanging free kit which I came to know later( by the sellerGreat Eastern, Kolkata). I have booked for wall mounting installation on 26/04/2016.

                              Please don't buy toshiba laptop as they people don't provide warranty in the proper way as well as their customer service is full of jokers as they ask something new everyday and they don't call back inspite of telling the customer that they will call back.
                              Its very shame to see such a big brand but zero in providing services to the customer like me.

                                  I have purchased Toshiba Led tv 40L2400E from Carrefour Ajman U.A.E dated 06/05/2015 under 1 Year warranty, then we came down to Mumbai and installed the tv set, since then its screen is blank. I have made several complaints from mobile no.[protected]. confirmation message received on 18/02/16, complaint reg no TIPLSRZG0045345. On 20th feb 2016 technician came and promised that they will replace the tv before 20th March 2016. On 31 march I called Mr Debendra singh [mobile no.[protected]] who is attending this issue, he said ‘call next day’. after few days excuses he promised to deliver tv on 15th April 2016. After that I’m calling every single day, he put my no on auto reject list.
                                  On 26 April I called Mr. Rakesh Senior staff, I was told that tv is in transit process from Gurgaon to Mumbai, and he will send details by email, but still I ‘m waiting for the email, Mr. Rakesh has also put my no on auto reject list. As my warranty is expiring on 05th May 2016, I want extended warranty for the new tv.

                                    This is to the bring to your knowledge that i have purchased One Toshiba Washing machine and after few months it stopped working. i made several complains but in vein. They always says that due to non availability of parts it would be late. They assured me that the job would be completed by 4/4/2016. but nobody turned up. Now i am in such a situation that the washing machine has become a box for me. The company people misbehaved very badly with me. so i would request you earnestly to kindly look into this matter and help this poor man to have his job done.                                       I am really pissed of by this so called famous company and that is why I want to raise a complain for the replacement.

                                      We complaint about the disfunction of the LED so an executive came and changed the motherboard but after a few days we faced the same problem and the motherboard was again replaced.
                                      Surprisingly the very next day the screen went blank and the executive then took some parts of the tv set for repair but could not succeed so he took away the whole LED TV set and is now not responding to our calls and I have neither received any update nor my TV has been returned back to me from 20 days.

                                        I have purchased Toshiba Led tv 32PB200ZE from Navarang Audio Video Pvt ltd vide their inv no 6930 dated 04/08/2013 under 3 Years warranty, But I sorry to inform you that my tv is giving is giving problem since than each time either display is out or audio is out.                                         Please refer to your mail that nobody from your concern department was contacted to us for resolving our query. The said led tv is still giving the problem . After 06/03/2016 the tv was again repaired twice . the latest repairing was done on 21/04/2016 on complain made on 14/04/2016 for audio problem. Now on today the system is again having audio problem for this i have again registered a complaint TIPLSR4H0021754.
                                        Your service engineers are using defective and repaired spare parts.They brings spare parts in open condition and not packed . Due to this you are also losing money as well as time and lost your product/brand image and your service centers are gaining.
                                        You are a reputed brand holders in electronics . We there fore request you to please replace our TV otherwise we have no option but take legal action against you
